This is one of the worst Yo I have ever been to. My daughter loves sushi, but at this branch, the service is awful, it's take along time to be seated even though there was table's available, and it will take even longer if you want to order anything that is if you can catch the attention of the staff. It's excruciating to watch the snail pace of the waitering staff.I also think they need to pay more attention to the cleanliness as there were stains and marks on the conveyor belt.😖😒.

i usually eat sushi multiple times a week and this is mostly my go to- eating in is always great because the staff are kind, friendly and helpful. the belt always has a good array of options regardless of how busy or quiet it is. soy sauce is always full. it’s always the same standard no matter what time of day i come in. the to go fridge is also 5 star- same quality of food for somehow an even better price WITH the option to take wasabi, soy sauce, ginger AND chopsticks. student discount works for the to go fridge too!! there is also a really good feed 2 for £20 deal on ubereats (3rd picture is my go to) which is helpful and a couple times i’ve even got my food before it was expected to be delivered. i love sushi and have probably spent over £400 on it in the past few months so idk why it took me so long to review but definitely go here if you love sushi!!! (btw i did NOT eat my sushi with a fork it just happened to feature in the picture)

We went to Leamington Yo very recently not late in an evening but the place was virtually empty with just food collection employees turning up to collect deliveries. The chap on duty was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The food was ok but nothing special and not cheap to the point we worked out the even if we decided to do the Thursday set price we would in fact be worse off!!! But the most disturbing aspect was the total lack of cleanliness. The track on which food travel was absolutely disgusting dried food, mould and dirt. A plastic stand for heaven knows what was filthy with finger marks through the grease, the floors around the tables thick with dirt along with dirty seating. Whilst seating having finished our food the two staff working in the food prep area were sorting out prepared food to put in boxes and food that was to be thrown away, the container for unused for was almost over flowing, had clearly not been emptied for some time and looked extremely unhygienic and not what you’d expect in a food prep area. Had I looked at the level of hygiene and cleanliness before eating we would have left. How they hold a level 5 Food Hygiene Certificate is beyond me. Very sad as the place used to be fantastic

We were there for bottomless sushi last night and it was a very pleasant experience! We had sushi, duck noodle, chicken katsu curry and prawn katsu and they all tasted good. Even though it was a bottomless sushi belt the food quality was no less than a sushi on another day which made me so happy! Also the manager was so nice and friendly! Bottomless Thursdays are definitely gonna be a tradition! PS: Don’t forget to book🙃

I ordered a couple of sushi sets for delivery, they arrived without ginger or wasabi, and there was no option to add these items on the menu. Also, the sushi didn't taste fresh, made us feel sick. When I went in person before, I was much happier with the experience. Don't order!

Had a really bad experience at the Bullring, but after trying Yosushi again in Leamington I can say they have won me over. Callum the manager is an absolute top guy. We had a voucher that wasn’t working and he decided to give us the meal for free!!! And we can still use the voucher which we used last night. This Yosushi will have my business for a long time!! 11/10. Really amazing places and staff are 10/10.

I recently tried Tired Sushi for the first time, and I was blown away by the experience! The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really made my visit memorable, though, was the exceptional service. Eva, our server, was fantastic. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm and welcoming demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. I recently visited Yo! Sushi in Leamington Spa, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. We were served by Nicky, who was absolutely wonderful. As newcomers to Yo! Sushi, we had plenty of questions, and Nicky was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making us feel right at home. Her positive attitude and constant smile made the experience even better. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, which only added to the overall enjoyment of our meal. We will definitely be returning, thanks to the great service we received. Went for Birthday and got a smiley face Birthday card which was a really nice touch! If you have Blue Light card it really cuts the overall cost, but look out for their offers too as these can be great value!

Took my girlfriend here for an anniversary meal as she loves sushi. Unfortunately we had to leave early because of the lack of attentive customer service. Considering half of your menu is Order from a server and not from the belt, I think coming around once in an hour to ask about drinks and hot food is completely unacceptable. Considering the only time I managed to order hot food was when I went up to a server and asked if I could order. Also one of the servers ordered our food wrong and one member of staff spent their whole time on a laptop as we had waited to be seated for 5 minutes before she realised we were even there. There was only four tables taken so I think that three staff is plenty to ensure your customers have a good experience. I will not be returning again and this was some of the poorest customer service I’ve had for a long time, when we raised the issue we got a unenthusiastic apology that was clearly meant to just brush over the situation. Pathetic service for over priced food, I expect much better at these prices.

From of house were nice but seemed a bit inexperienced. There was a box of washing up sat on our seats as we got seated and nothing was wiped down. I RARELY complain about anywhere. I recently had an utterly disappointing experience at Yo Sushi in Leamington Spa, which has led me to leave this one-star review. Despite being a regular patron and usually enjoying my visits, this time was an absolute nightmare. My party ordered, including two pumpkin katsu curries, only to receive a crispy prawn dish instead. We politely explained the error, clarifying our order for the pumpkin katsu curry, but the staff returned with prawn katsu curry, completely disregarding our dietary preferences as vegetarians. The ordeal escalated when the staff member became incredibly rude and antagonistic, arguing vehemently that we had ordered the prawn dish. Their unprofessional behavior extended to gossiping about us with other staff members, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for the remainder of our meal. It was an appalling display of customer service, with staff members openly challenging and disregarding our legitimate concerns. Thankfully, the chef eventually intervened and rectified the mistake by preparing the correct dish. However, the damage was done, and the experience left a sour taste in our mouths. As long-standing patrons of Yo Sushi, it's disheartening to have such a negative encounter. After this incident, we have decided not to return. It's a shame that a once enjoyable dining spot has now become synonymous with rude and incompetent service.

Good, but not as good as it used to be. We travel quite a distance to visit this Yo! as it was always one of the better ones. Always order a fair amount of hot food to go with the sushi plates. One of our favourites fell far short of what it should be. The pepper squid, something always order, was really not great and not anything like how it should be. New recipe or just poorly made? Only one high chair, and is in a really poor state and clearly needs replacing. Good but not great as once was. Sadly not in a rush to go back.

There seems to be a priority on takeaway orders then actual customers in the restaurant. Such a shame as this lets the experience down.

What has happened to Yo Sushi? It's been about a year since I last went and it's not the same experience anymore. Firstly we were kicked out at 9:00pm on a Saturday night- had I known they were shutting so early I would have gone somewhere else or planned our evening differently. As a result the atmosphere at 8:00pm was dire - appart from a constant stream of Just Eat drivers we were the only two in there. I had planned to spend a relaxed couple of hours eating but after 45 minutes we were told to pay up & leave. Just as well- since there was nothing going round the conveyor belt by then!! My next issue is the food ordering system- call me old fashioned but I'd rather not use QR codes and phones to order food. I feel like I'm doing someone out of job and I also miss pressing the table button for the amusing sound effects! The new 'service' system is seriously lacking especially if you don't have a phone. Food quality was acceptable- but again I'm sure something has changed here since my last visit. There seems less on the menu and more 'lower standard' items? I was also dissapointed that Saporo beer was no longer available..... In conclusion - we are not in a hurry to go back anytime soon.

My son specifically requested to go to the sushi place for his 7th birthday treat. We went straight after school so early evening and the restaurant was empty apart from us and the staff. The conveyor belt was very empty, and we were informed that the staff were in the process of restocking but this didn't happen until nearer the end of the meal, so I kept having to request items, which although sounds like not a hardship, my son really really likes picking items from the conveyor belt as it helps him keep control over his situation (as an ASD/PDA child this is crucial to any outing). Despite being very quiet the service was slow when we had to request things, a number of times it took a good five minutes to even get someone's attention as they were either out of the room, working on a laptop or just not looking in our direction, and at one point we received only half an app order (I resorted to this as it was easier), and I had to chase up on it, to be told the order hadn't come through (yet we received half of it?). That said the food was very nice and overall my son did like it, but the lack of choice did dysregulate him which was a shame.

Mobile signal is bad inside the restaurant and there is no WiFi so accessing the menu and ordering from phone is difficult and at times impossible. Some dishes are not available majority of the time so ask the staff what will be/not be available before ordering to avoid disappointment. This restaurant tilts towards luxury so is pricey.

Women serving us didnt know how to use the system to activate my student discount so she made an excuse that its not possible yet when i went to another branch they were able to use the system to activate my student discount? Due to this i ended up losing out on savings 10 pounds which is a lot as a student. Emailed head office and they are worse! Just ignored my email.

Great staff, amazing food. Walked in without booking on a Saturday night with no wait. The only issue was that our table was right under the aircon, so it got very chilly.

First, the good aspects. My husband had an excellent steak. Said he had not enjoyed a restaurant meal so much for a long time. My fish parmentier was fine.. I was pleased it had a number of prawns in it. The staff were pleasant and we did not have to wait endlessly for our food. Then the bad! When we arrived we were pleased to see the restaurant very quiet, but sadly it soon got busy. Good for trade but spoils the experience to be somewhere busy. The absolutely worst aspect was the really awful loud background music. It wasn’t possible to talk over it, without keeping asking for things to be repeated, which isn’t comfortable. As a result, we wanted to leave as soon as possible so didn’t have a dessert or coffee. Drink prices were very high, and completely put us off ordering any. We returned t our hotel and had coffee! The free offer of children’s meals if parents signed up for Cote emails seemed to be a success, and several families seemed to be enjoying a pleasant outing together. For me, however, it was a disappointing visit.

I introduced my friends to this fabulous cafe today and they loved it as much as I do! Absolutely brilliant cafe, fabulous food, excellent gluten free options and brilliant staff. There’s nothing they could do to improve. I look forward to every visit and thank you for a lovely experience.
