Lazlo's Brewery And Grill in Lincoln

My daughter and I were staying at the hotel next door and was glad we opted to eat dinner close. This place had very friendly staff and the menu choices were amazing. The food was awesome and the place was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely eat here again when in the area.

Was our go to restaurant pre Covid. Every time we have came since we have been let down and disappointed. Staff attitudes towards customers, wait time on food, consistency messing up our orders keeps happening. We have given it a couple different times thinking it was an “off night” but unfortunately that is just not the case. Today we headed a waitress yelling at a customer using f bombs. We had children with us. Will not be going back.

This was at one point in time a great restaurant but it has become terrible in many aspects. We’ve been to the Old Cheney location a lot in the past. We’ve had our share of issues and we’ve been understanding. Times are busy it takes a little longer we get it but anymore service is terrible. Staff is not friendly anymore. Staff is rude and incompetent with orders. It’s one thing to make a mistake and fix it but issue after issue. We’ve given this business & location chance after chance hoping things would change (maybe it was an off night & we’ll try again). It’s embarrassing when we invite out of town guests in for a fun evening only to be disappointed again. What was once my favorite place has turned into me never ever wanted to go again. The food quality has gone downhill big time. Raw chicken is not acceptable (maybe a one time mistake) but not THREE. Cold fries, mistake with orders, 45 mins for burger & fries, the list could go on and on. It’s our mistake for giving this restaurant the number of chances we gave. The staff is aggressive, rude, and extremely unprofessional and nothing like it used to be. No matter how many times our meals were taken care of by management the same issues have played out. I strongly encourage visiting our other restaurants in Lincoln before trying this one. It’s an embarrassment know this is a “Top 10” restaurant for Lincoln. I will never take our guests, family, business clients, or friends to this establishment ever again.

My goodness. This place ceases to amaze me by how long they have been open, and the lack of quality, service and everything that goes into serving food. I have been to the Old Cheney location twice this month and both times were shoddy at best. Server will never come back and fill iced tea, water or check on anything. Prime Rib was so bland and tough I couldnt stand it. My mom had the tuna melt with fries and the fries were so soggy, limp and mushy nobody could stand looking at them. You people need to fire your cooks and get somebody in there who can run a frier. Burger King fries are better than this. Another order was a simple salad with no beans in it and peanut sauce on the side, neither of this happened when it was served, your EXPO's should be replaced immediately, as nobody is checking the orders and/or putting the order in correctly. How hard is this for goodness sakes when this is all you do? I am truly disappointed. No Thank You.

Had not been to this location for couple years Food was not what we expected after previous positive experiences. Food was average and ranged from cold to luke warm. At least the beer and atmosphere was still good. Probably won't return not a cheap place for average food.

Not sure if I caught this location of Lazlo's on an off-night. My experience was just okay to average. Arrived just before 8pm. Seated straight away but ignored for a good 20 minutes. My seating area was not that busy and the waiter I guess did not see me. Ordered a steak with vegetables, and a beer. Service from this point forward was better. When my food arrived, I was asked to check the steak for temperature. It was good. Vegtables were a bit overcooked and I felt the portion was a little on the small side for the price paid.

This is a Lincoln favorite, a small Nebraska chain. We went on a Saturday night. We spent $91 for a meal for two, each with a glass of wine. It wasn't worth it. The food ranged from okay to good. The check-in procedure is cumbersome over the internet, we waited a long time while tables sat empty. After we left the internet still showed us No. 1 in line. But $91 in Lincoln? We didn't get value for our money.

Selection- Large offerings, eclectic mix of foods. Specialty is a lavish. Full bar and ties to brewery. Food - fresh and flavorful, large portions. Value - mid priced and fare for the level of food. Service - server was knowledgeable and attentive. Food was a little slow to come out but was hot so didn't sit. It is a busy place. Atmosphere- it is very busy and there is also loud background music so it is very over stimulating. Overall good experience but a little loud.

Really reliable quality food. Service is almost always top notch. If it isn't they will make it right with you.
