LaZeez in Northampton

Got recommended to this place by a friend ,having moved from west London 7 months ago we were struggling to find an Indian restaurant as good as our old local . But this place is fantastic staff attentive food delicious and it’s bring your own drink so 12 cobras and a few cans of coke for the driver washed it down a treat . Well done all thanks benno

We had a table of 15 of us on Thursday night, service was quick and easy! The food was delicious - we took advantage of the banquet offer and there was plenty for everyone to eat including two toddlers. Would definately recommend to anyone!

Easy to book by phone, wheelchair access great, staff brilliant couldn't be more helpful. Food superb flavours incredible I can recommend the Monk fish tikka. Wonderful evening was had by all. Many thanks to Enam the chef and all the staff.

Oh dear, ordered a takeaway from here and really sorry to say that it was not up to the same standard as when Kamran used to own it. Really sorry, guys, but have to be honest did not enjoy it at all.

Very friendly staff and great food. We had a table of 14 for my son’s 21st and nothing was too much trouble. They even brought the birthday cake out on a trolley and turned the lights off to get a better effect of the candles. The food was delicious and very good value for money. No mistakes with the order. Everything came out more or less together. Takeaway cartons were provided for a couple of the guests to take leftovers home. That’s how nice the meal was… what they couldn’t eat, they wanted to take home. The bonus part is you can take your own drinks too which helps keep costs down. It was a Monday night just before January pay day so wasn’t busy, so I can’t say much about the atmosphere, but it felt nice for us. Will definitely be back and will try the takeaway too.

Possible the best Indian Restaurant in Northampton. Whenever I have friends come over to the U.K. or family celebrations we always come here. 5/5

To be honest we do come here alot on a Saturday or Sunday but decided to The Thursday banquet and wasn't disappointed. I tried something different for starters which was the Gorkali Chicken which was probably the best started I've personally had from any curry house & for mains I tried to expand by experience with Chicken Hariyo Kursani from the Nepalese section. Couldn't have asked for nice curry with different mixtures of flavour and heat . Garlic nan was 10/10 Couldn't fault the whole experience we had on a Thursday and will be trying the other food which is recommended on the menue .

Fabulous food, great service, 10 ladies dined out fo birthday celebration, Thursday buffet night...choice of cuisine 10 out of 10..... this restaurant is one of the best in town.

Amazing place to come for a curry and you can bring your own alcohol for free which is rare to find these days. There is a wide array of dishes and many vegetarian options, i tried the saag aloo which was delicious and i also tried the nepalese chicken kahsani which was the best curry i’ve had in northampton, couldn’t recommend anymore

This is by far the best Indian food in Northampton. Everything is cooked to order and is freshly made. We have tried pretty much all the Indian restaurants in Northampton and I can honestly state that none of them come close to Lazeez. If you want authentic Indian food this is the place to go. Service and atmosphere is excellent, nothing is too much. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to accommodate food requests including ordering in kulfi for us, (Indian ice cream) Prices are very reasonable so even more reason to go. Enjoy!!

Exquisite Indian cuisine prepared in a European style (not so many seasonings)! And what’s surprising is that you can bring your own alcohol. I recommend it, you won’t regret it, it makes sense to try it!

The food here is outstanding, but more importantly, the service here is so friendly, which is such a refreshing change these days. It is a BYO, and there is a small supermarket nevt door which has a fantastic range of Polish beers. Highly recommended !

Wow, how have I never been here before?! Just finished our delivery and the food was by far the best I have had in a long time! My other half, not a huge curry fan, finished everything and that is testament to the quality 😁 I seriously do not have any criticism of the delivery I just had, well done Lazeez we'll be back again soon!

Today we went with kids to restaurant me and my husband. At first nobody came for taking the order we waited 15 minutes even though restaurant was all empty. Then the girl was forcing us to order drinks and some bloody thing we didn’t want to eat. We told her to take order but she mentioned she cannot only the man will. So the guy came and started saying the food will take time as we don’t take orders till 5pm so each dish would take 20 minutes each and he cannot give a specific time for food to be ready. He was extremely rude and unprofessional he spoke to my husband is such a loud and bad way that my children got upset and we had to leave the place. His behaviour was very bad and they were just chatting and having fun with eachother rather then focusing on customers. Shameful indian person he was. They don’t even know how to speak to customers the guy scared my children he shouted so much. I think they have never served a customer before they could not even find the pen to take order. He was misbehaving so much i have his photo and will do official complaint against him for harassing my children and scaring them by shouting at my husband. Such a shameful man he was he didn’t even know how to speak to people just having fun around. They should get some training on how to speak to ppl but probably from their home not work because this is something u learn from home how to speak to anyone and I can’t expect anything from these ppl tbh. However tried to ruin our Sunday we couldn’t eat there because of his bad behaviour and shouting. We were in no hurry but he started yelling at us as if was not in senses i guess.

Had just finished a work course and was staying in hotel near by so I popped in after a couple of beers and glad I did. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere even though it was empty. Food was exceptional. Had the Gengis special mix- lamb mince ,chicken Tikka and king prawn. Awesome and the portion was huge and price reasonable. These guys not only make great food but also give great service. Really attentive and always smiling. We along with our family and friends always choose Lazeez when Indian food is on the cards. Many dishes have been tried over the years and never has anyone been disappointed. Without doubt one of the best restaurants in Northamptonshire and great value.

Me and dad visited here spontaneously as we were walking by looking for somewhere to eat, we were going to walk past but so glad we didn't. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was fantastic. Such a shame we live 100 miles too many north for a takeaway. Stayed one night in a hotel nearby and great this little gem of an Indian restaurant was so close. Very friendly and attentive staff fast service and reasonable prices and what was truly amazing you can bring your own alcohol and they will provide the classes, first class all-round. I ordered a single rice portion as I was told it was enough for two and it was a special chicken tikka masala for my partner and my favourite chicken dhansak with a portion of stuffed keema paratha and of course the poppadoms. What was left over they portioned up as a takeaway far to good to leave.
