Very tasty and filling homemade baked goods, the drinks are lovely too. Staff are professional, polite and hospitable.

I've been a customer at this cafe for 11 years. But yesterday my pain au chocolat was stale - ok if it ad been sold as yesterday's lot but I paid full price at £1.95. Also the other day I saw croissants which looked rather over cooked. Will I go back? Too much competition on Churchfield Road now....

I asked for a large Cappuccino and got a container that clearly wasn't large I was told it was the large size which is £2;90 for 12 oz on the board I asked the member of staff is this large and she said it was the large cup size! I wasn't convinced so I took the empty cup home and measured the size which held 9 oz at most! I will be going back to claim the 30p difference and point out to the member of staff this error I am surprised it hadn't already pointed out to her! I am not sure what she was using for the regular size cup.

Buy your freah bread, pastries or cake from here or maybe sit in for a coffee and relax. A cosy popular spot to pick up some treats to take home, meet a friend, catch up woth some emails or take your kids for a treat. The little cakes are top notch, great for a special occasion.

The cups are smaller but the price remains the same. The company is deliberately short-changing customers.

I'm local and I'd be lost without Lavelis for a great cup of coffee (oat latte extra hot!) and a croissant (plain / almond are my go-to's) .. in the mornings after a walk around the park. The staff are friendly and efficient, no wonder there's often a queue even in these lockdown days. I'm so grateful to the staff for staying open at this time and providing an important community service. By the way the bread is good too, especially the gluten free loaf covered in pumpkin seeds (I forget the name). Thanks lovely staff in Acton Laveli's x

Just popped in after our extensive trip for tea and cakes after passing by several times we decided to give it a try. We had carrot cake, which to my husband's taste was absolutely delicious, I had the apple crumble which was lovely and daughter had the vegan banana cake which to her taste was a tad dry but middle was lovely. All washed down with tea. A bit expensive though at £14

I often visit the Churchfield road branch and I must say that as much as the place has potential to be one of the nicest bakeries/ cafés in the area, it loses massively on the service. The rudeness of the staff and their lack of basic customer service skills is unbelievable. I almost wonder if that's what the management is screening for, as one seems to be worse that another. Also, weekends they suppose to be open from 8am, however it's never the case. Often it's still closed at 8.30 and although the staff is inside, they refuse to let clients in. Very disapointing.

Very friendly staff providing excellent service here. I often go to buy bread, meet friends, have breakfast, lunch, or a takeaway drink, and have never had faulty food or unfriendly service. The mushroom brioche is particularly wonderful!

I used to go to this cafe/bakery for breakfast but recently I have found the staff not very friendly. I can say that cakes and sweet pastries are good. I tried a sandwich once but despite the appearance it had very little filling inside. I recently tried the sausage roll and it wasn't great. It used to be better and staff was more kind and smiley. Their chocolate and almond croissant is amazing.

The best bakery on Churchfield Road. Great selection of home-baked bread. Friendly staff (Nadia is amazing!). Almond Croissants, plum tarts and Portuguese tarts are to die for. Coffee can be a little inconsistent depending on the staff on duty and there could be a better lunch selection, but generally a lovely place for the local community.

I go there almost daily Really nice staff and a great place to get a variety of cakes breads, good food and coffee.

Popped in here whilst waiting for a train for a cappuccino. He cafe is comfortable and the cappuccino was pretty good and not over priced.

Hi, I am writing to let you know about one of your staff members ridiculous behaviour. As I know your shop closing time is 7pm which means you can serve until 7pm, today your employee refused to serve at 6:25pm a coffee to have in. He wanted to go home early as he said. I suggest you may find a solution other wise you will lose guests as I go very often to your shop and I have seen him being rude to customers before. On the positive side, I like your coffee.

A lot of locals make this a regular. They show up in the morning and chat to all the other locals about what's happening. It's a particularly friendly neighbourhood and so some of the pubs and the café's round here are really nice. This one is not massive. But it has a small friendly feel. It looks very clean. If you have a weakness for cake you might want to stay away. But the people I know tend to go there just for coffee or a small breakfast. It's a really nice area as far as the local community is concerned. There are some lovely people who live locally and it's an extremely friendly neighbourhood so it makes sense that people would use these café's very regularly. I'm not that bothered about the food because it's too nice and invite someone want more. But I'm okay just going coffee. Can't do cakes in moderation. But yes it's a very friendly reasonable place. It looks very clean. The staff are reasonable. There's nothing wrong with it basically. But mainly I think it's the area and the kill Talbot make these places nice. Although it does help that it's nice surroundings and the coffee is good. I think there are quite a few café's on church field Street I think this is one of the nicer ones. The food I think is of a higher standard. There is another one down the road called the Mill. I don't think it's as good. I think the food here is better. The mill does cakes and stuff like this but this one has a nicer range of healthy food. As well as cakes.

I lived in London for last 25 years and never had a bad experience such as this morning at Laveli Bakery. I ordered few take aways in thia place in the past. But in particular one staff ( brunette and short) because I did not mention that I can't have chocolate in the cappucino she refused to make another one. I already paid cappucino but I left with empty hands. So I paid capp but I did not drink one. Very upset with the service and manner of this staff that andwerd me back. Where is a good customer service here???

A menudo vienen a esta panadería para conseguir sus deliciosos panes, como algunos miembros de nuestra familia son intolerantes a productos horneados altamente procesadas. Sin embargo, esta panadería hace cosas increíbles de panes artesanales que - siempre sabor increíble muy bueno dulces y café. Cuando tenemos el tiempo, ocasionalmente parar allí para tomar un café y un pastel, ya que el servicio es estupendo, el personal es siempre muy habladores y encantador para nosotros. También hacer comidas fabulosas. No podría recomendar este sitio.

its a nice enough bakery, also serving lunch such as soup of the day and salads. allways looking delicious. The smoothies and the florentins are my regular choices, but the bread with olives is also delicious.

Este es un hermano de la grande en retorcidas Rd. Es un lugar favorito si ocasional, el desayuno. El café y los pasteles son buenas, hay conexión wifi (normalmente) y un montón de asientos. Es popular entre las madres y jóvenes de negocios y un montón de transeúntes entrara a a domicilio. Ofrece una buena selección de comida - comida tiempo también. El pan es especialmente buena y una variedad está en venta. No es barato, pero está ayudando a elevar el nivel de tarifas disponibles en Acton.

The food tastes really good, but the coffee isn't their forte. I found everything a bit overpriced, and the staff wasn't very friendly. There is a good variety in cakes, fresh breads and salads.

The food is good. The coffee is terrible and the staff is not very friendly. The ambient is very cosy and you can stay there for hours eating a delicious cake and drinking anything apart from coffee. It's overpriced when eating in.

Estábamos buscando un café cercano sin saber mucho sobre la zona.

Me interesa el personal, la comida que era demasiado cara en mi opinión. Compramos algunas cosas realmente, tenía algunos pasteles y café. Café estaba bien y la tarta estaba duro. También compramos algo de pan que era muy caro, estaba bien, pero vale la pena el dinero? Mmmmmmm no!

Excellent coffee and top notch service. It's my local and I love coming here to relax and enjoy some light lunch Along with some coffee. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating specially when I come here with my son.

I love this bakery everything is so fresh and tasty . Best bread in Acton , if you like bread try the sourdough . Plum tart it's so delicious .

Desde fuera de este lugar parecía interesante- asientos fuera, bien pasteles. Cuando fuimos en la mujer que servía era desatendido. Esta rápidamente avanzado de mala educación extraordinaria. Nos dimos cuenta de que estaba cerca de la hora del cierre, habíamos llegado a 6,45 cuando cierran a las 7, y muy avergonzado pedimos nuestras bebidas diciendo que sentarse fuera y tienen llevar tazas. Mi amigo accidentalmente dividido su café, leña ella ( pero afortunadamente falta cochecito y bebé). La mujer barman chistaba y laminados sus ojos ( me esperaba la mayoría de la gente a preguntar si la persona está bien, y si el bebé está bien cuando líquidos calientes eran dividido). No había ninguna oferta de otra bebida ( pagado ya) y cuando le preguntamos si podíamos tenga otro dijo: No. Realmente desagradable, es brusco y miserable servicio. Es una pena, pero no vamos a allí de nuevo.

Se puede comer en el restaurante o para llevar de esta pequeña cafetería encantadora. Tiene un poco estrafalario ambiente y, a veces, el personal puede parecer lejos con las hadas. Pero la comida es sin duda muy bueno aunque un poco caro (para la zona, que es) y es un buen lugar para ir a
