Latin Groove Kitchen in Islington

I ordered Empanadas and Patacones to take away at the restaurant. They were fresh and they tasted like heaven! I'll continue ordering here without hesitation.

Solo pido hamburguesas en Deliveroo. Las papas fritas también son muy buenas. Tuve el perrito caliente con papas fritas y hamburguesa colombiana, entregado en mi casa.

Ordene un clic y recoja y la comida fue Delicioso: el perrito caliente y la hamburguesa Godzilla eran súper grandes y tenían un sabor increíble. Altamente recomendado .

I would not recommend anyone visit the Latin Groove restaurant in Holloway, North London. The head chef has poor hygiene, poor communications skills and his customer service is non existent. The atmosphere is supposed to be like a South American Nandos but the food is below mediocre and the general atmosphere is not "groovy" but terrible to say the least. #LatinGraveYard #RudeAndDisrespectful Nandos meets Latin America? More like Jimmy's burger bar meets Columbiana. Recommendations: Sack the head chef, get some new management and start 2020 with a fresh vision of what a south American burger bar is supposed to be like. #LatinGroove 👎👎👎

1) it took over 2 hours to get our food and we were the only ones in the restaurant. 2) all 3 of our orders were incorrect when they did eventually come 3) when we pointed out that our orders were wrong, Carlos (staff) was very rude 4) rather than willingly correcting the orders, Carlos started making up reasons why the orders were different to the menu including strange lies about our allergies (We had none) and our request for mild food (we wanted spicy). 5) one order had 5 of 6 ingredients missing from what the menu stated. It was embarassing how many excuses they made up for why this was. We had to beg and plead to get the chef to serve the dish as it was described 6) all our main orders were wrong too. 7) Carlos was very rude and aggressive towards us ladies. 8) Carlos refused to refund us (We had to pay in advance) for the 2+ hour wait and incorrect food 9) Mistakes and issues can occur in the kitchen... But manners do not cost a thing 10) rubbish food. Worst service I've ever encountered in life

I'm Spanish and love Latino food. This place just didn't do it for me. Don't get me wrong, if you are absolutely starving you can eat it and not be too pissed off. I'm just around the corner from this place as well.

An absolute must eat destination, the food was amazing, the service was fantastic. If you want a big juicy burger with an amazing atmosphere, then this is the place to go

Waited absolutely ages for our burgers ( over 30 mins ) and it was not worth the wait, I’ve had McDonald’s that have tasted better , never again , could have cooked it quicker and better myself.

I got it recommended by a friend from Venezuela, the place is very cute , good service but the best part was the taste of the burgers i had the one called: the" goodzilla" and it was massive!! tasted great but i struggle to finish it. proper challenge!! good price!!!
