Beat chippy in Leicester, owners are always polite and friendly

Staff came across really rude when I tried to order a burger. It was actually wild how they flew off the handle at me never encountered such angry and aggressive ‘customer service’

I recently visited the Las Vegas Chip Shop in Leicester and I thoroughly enjoyed it. man who served me was one of the warmest and friendliest people you could ever hope to meet, making the whole experience even better. The chips are simply incredible. Good old fashioned chips done perfectly. Absolutely delicious, and if you're a fan of spring rolls then you have to try theirs. They're generously sized, packed with flavour and absolutely amazing. This place is a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Definitely coming back 🫶

One of the worst food I get and too expensive

Disgusting, taste old, mushy peas smelled bad, bring back good old english fish and chip shops, worst fish and chips shop / kebab I've ever been to

Took the piss. Asked for sauce. No sauce. Bad vibe in the shop. Everyone who worked there was a wasteman. Said £6 on the sign for kebab wrap and chips. Cost £8. Bunch of liars. Dead chips. Not enough salt. I reckon worst kebab shop I’ve ever been to. Nuff said

One of the few remaining chip shops in the city centre. Also.does fried chicken. Does kebabs too and the chicken shish is very good. Service is excellent. Open late most evenings and weekends.

I tried this chippy today with my family, spent £24 ordered chips , kabab drink & pie & chips. The guy seemed nice . But the food seemed under cooked. My children love food & always eat it. But kinda had to keep encouraging them as they said it was horrible. So throw most of it away. Glad we tried it but definitely won’t be eating there again. Only one other customer came in while we were there. In a busy Saturday too so that says something 🤔

Always had great fish and chips meal on the daily afternoon menu. Best value in town, thanks.

Popped in for food didn't have what I wanted even though said everything available Overcharged me for sausage and chips. No drink given. Saw outside menu list with correct price. Couldn't be bothered to go back in as had to catch bus.. I work in the industry and that was not nice.

Anybody using the town over the last 30 years knows this is a food poisoning waiting to happen...shameless

Utterly raw kebab. Not cooked at all. Boss behind counter offered more as compensation… rather not, no! - Rather you just cook it first time!! Better places on Granby than this (cheaper too) Yes he’s rude too to follow similar reviews

Customer service here is terrible, was more than 2 hours before closing and was told I wasn’t allowed to sit down on the seats inside. Can confidently say the worst curry chip of my life, was like eating a melted stock cube on the undercooked chips.

Don’t recommend, customer service was terrible, spoke to me in a unprofessional manner. The gentleman Was rude has no customer service like he should. Need to learn how to speak to customers properly and with respect, as we the ones paying for your rent. Won’t be coming back here. Place needs a good old clean aswell. Disgusting

Actually vile wouldn’t recommend got cheesy chips and cheese was moldy and spoke to the person who cooked them and said it’s blue cheese however was clear it wasn’t blue cheese

Good place, food is actually very decent and enjoyable, their burgers and kebab meat is nice, along with the chips, very fairly priced!

What’s with all the fake reviews I’ve just received my food it’s horrible dry and not worth the money and don’t blame the delivery driver who is a hard work going around on his bike he has delivered food to me so many times before and it always has been on time and with good quality

Went here last night (16th Nov) ordered Donar Kebab wrap, chips and a Dr Pepper. When ordered it the food looked great, got back to my hotel to eat and the chips were under cooked, the donar wrap was dripping with grease, the salad tasted abit funny and they forgot the chilli sauce. I'm from Wolverhampton so thankfully I ain't gotta eat in this place again.

Best fish and chip shop on the city centre. Also sell other fast food such as burgers and kebabs. Always freshly cooked food, where you can dine in at no extra cost. Been coming here for over 20 years.

Nice little fast food restaurant with a good range, along with facility to eat in as well as takeaway.

was a bit put off by how quiet it was in there but thought I'd still give it a go. The fish and chips were really good but the curry sauce had a taste that had a strange after taste. The guy at the desk wasn't the most friendly, but the overall food was really good.

I've just been there for fish and chips and curry sauce x2 for myself and another market trader. The fish was cooked in front of me. So no worries there... The chips are cold and when she poured us the curry sauce into pots... She poured it from a plastic mixing bowl, into the metal heated pots they usually are served from and then straight into our serving pots... I thought at that time mmmm that's not right.... Got back to my stall.... They're freezing cold!! Now I AM GOING TO Complain! As I am pregnant and the other market trader has type 2 diabetes.*im soo angry! If we get ill from trying this muck ill be suing them. Diabolical food practice

Worst meal of my life. How can you serve that dirt?

The worst donor kebab on these British isles. How do these so called men sleep at night? How do they look at their kids knowing the donor meat they serve contains more water than the med?

Where was the mint yogurt?? A dollop of mayo is no way to treat the leicester faithful. I'd rather eat soggy cat biscuits

Fabulous fish and chip bar, ordered cheesy chips after a night out and literally got them 10 seconds after ordering and they were amazing. Massive shout out to Ali as well for being a legend.

Quite frankly the worst fish and chip shop i have every been 2. 3 visits, first gave curry sauce instead of gravy, second, tried to put gravy on my chips instead of in a pot, when i told him i didnt want it, refused service, third, asked for chips and gravy, offered mushy peas, corrected him, said he had no gravy, quite obviously swore at my in his own language, is rude and is incapable of remembering which sauce you ordered. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPPY!

I know the owner of this chippy. really friendly man. its a lovely place to chill out get some food. who ever rates this chippy lower then a 5 hasn't been going long enough.

Extremely rude staff, my friend and I were having a laugh amongst ourselves and the server told her to shut up and move along. Ordered 8 chicken nuggets and only got 7, and when asked for the extra one we payed for they said get lost! Also very bad for short changing, if given any change back at all. Very miserable people in general.

Asked for a kids portion he said 'no' then gave me one as he had ran out then tried to give me 50p back!! what a joke!!

I have been going to this fish bar for many years and cannot fault it in any way.The food is absolutely fantastic I usually sit in for my meal and the service is great I would highly recommend it.The prices are very reasonable too.
