Good food & drinks, Fadi was great!

Fadi our waiter was absolutely fantastic. Wonderful with the children, made the evening so fun. Food was delicious. Really quick excellent service. Would come again.

Food was tasty we had the shared taco platter which I would recommend. Our waiter Fadi was excellent, attentive, friendly and receptive to us needing to get to the theatre so got us the bill quickly. Overall very good service for a busy restaurant!

We had our Christmas do in this restaurant and it was the perfect place to do it. The atmosphere is right for parties, the drinks are delicious and the food is better than expected. Our waiter Fadi made our evening even more enjoyable. This place is highly recommended. I will come back.

Food is pretty basic, they have a lot of choice though and lots of dietary requirements. Great for a pre drink as they have 2-4-1 cocktails. I went here before seeing a play and the National. We gave our selves an hour and 15 minutes to order, eat and get to the theatre and it was fine.

Fadi was a great server and welcomed us all! Kept us in the loop with our food and drink and was overall a top lad! Give the man a pay rise!

We’ve been here before for a pre-theatre meal and loved the 2for1 cocktails plus the reliably tasty food, and the ability to house so many diners due to the sheer size of the place. But as a table of 8, the service to date has been quite slow and not that personal. This weekend all that changed because of having Fadi as our server. Friendly, funny, fast, and fantastic at taking group photos, Fadi made our experience fabulous and he made such a fuss of me (it was a birthday outing). It’s great to see someone doing their job so brilliantly and obviously really enjoying it too. Huge thanks to Fadi!

The service is excellent! The staff is polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. Decide to come here to celebrate my birthday and celebrate my birthday we did. And in style. We had the wonderful Fadi looking after us. And he looked after us extremely well. Telling us some riddles. 1, which was too easy. The other was a bit questionable.... the food was amazing. I had this wonderful chicken burger. I'm already planning my return jus so I can have the burger again. The cocktails did the job. We had lots of fun. Would demo recommend going and ask for fadi.... Fadi was a fantastic host and helped make a real occasion of our visit. We were looked after so well and facilitated when our party arrived in dribs and drabs due to transport issues. We ended up staying at our table for around 4 hours in the end and nothing was ever too much trouble!

Great food, ambience is good. What really stood out was the service we got from the front of house (manager?). We were running a bit late for a show and were not getting any waiter to take our order (as it was a very busy Saturday night). She took our order and we managed to get to the show on time.

We had a festival bottomless and it was great. James was organising our bottomless and he made sure everything was accommodating! I’ve been to Las Iguanas in different locations but he made us feel the most welcome and made an earlier stressful day much more delightful. Thank you James!

Organised a work Christmas meal . When booking please ensure you have read full T&C’s and screenshot the deal “ lead booker” eats free if Xmas menu was booked before October 2024. This was not honoured and it was not explained to us or reminded that no shows of our party they would still charge us for the food but didn’t bring out all the food that we were essentially paying for. The waitress had a terrible attire and spent most of the night rolling her eyes when we were trying to order drinks. It’s a large group it’s going to take some time , we paid the service charge out of respect but really your branch was not worthy of it purely based on all our interaction solely on the waitress. Table was inadequate for 17 people small tables of different sizes had just been shoved together. Also no manager on shift to raise these issues to? Instead was directed to the bar manager who said they may be able to do something but not today as they’ve cashed up.

Amazing place, food was very Good, fast and well served Same as with the drinks But the best part was Fadi who Helped us with All we need, his energy and such a positive attitude makes everything better. He is really an amazing human being!! Thank you Fadi!!!!

One of the people in our party is gluten free, the food was preordered weeks in advance and we were told a gluten free option was available. When we arrived everyone’s food was cold and the gluten free meal was not given to us, we asked and the response was rude saying they didn’t do gluten free - they did not tell us until we asked why the meal was not taken out. Dairy allergies were also not taken into account. The service when asking about missing/cold meals was poor, no apology and very blunt.

We had a really lovely meal here before a concert at the Southbank. The food was really good and the service from our waiter Fadi was excellent. He was so friendly and helpful and he really added to the atmosphere of the restaurant. Personally, I would prefer the music was turned down a notch but other than this I would definitely recommend.
