Bottomless drinks were flowing! Kushi was excellent at service! All around great atmosphere

Could do with more food for the brunch and the service was slow to start with as we had a big group but kushi sorted us out. Her service was quick and did what ever she could to help us.

Las Iguanas is always a good time! Spicy beef quesadillas and nachos were soo yummy! But my ultimate fave was the Caipirinha cocktail! 😍 Great service from Monika and will be back again! x

We love coming to this Las iguanas as the service and staff are really good. Recommend coming here before events and concerts to build great atmosphere. Special shout-out to Kushi as she was very attentive and helpful.

Arrived here extremely last minute just before the kitchen closed for a birthday. Meghan and Olga gave great suggestions for food & Drinks and we managed to send off our orders just as the last orders closed at 9pm due to the helpful service. The ambience was relaxed and we were kept up to date with our orders whilst waiting and and the suggestion for the Zombie cocktail was well worth it in my opinion. I'd say that the fajitas were a solid choice, however could do with an extra tortilla or two and would say the optional toppings need to be a bit fuller. Nachos were also quite basic for the price but did the job whilst waiting. Similarly, the jerk fries were also basic french fries with jerk sauce and a few sprinkles of cheese but additionally nice to have. Would eat out here again for sure. Or just pop over for a drink 👍

Wouldn't recommend, I've been multiple time previously and now it's mediocre. Any decent items on the menu don't exists anymore service doesn't exist everyone's rushing everywhere all the time, portions are small. Wouldn't recommend.

Two-for-one cocktails 🍹🍸 and delicious food 🍔🍟🌮. The service thanks to Bruno was excellent 👌. The two-for-one deal even included mocktails 🍹 that were better than some cocktail bars. The dining area is spread across a wide space, which makes it less cozy 😕.

Had a disappointing visit here with a friend, her choice of eatery so I just went with it Ordered the chilli con carne because if there's one thing a a Mexican restaurant should get right is a chilli, but what arrived was a bland, watered down slop of a chilli. Can't imagine ever wanting to go back

The service was terrible, we were told we couldn’t order drinks at the bar despite waiting for 2 hours to be served. Speed of service is none existent, and they had a service charge but for what service?

Faced a racial backlash from one of the female attendants. She expressed mean and rude comments towards me and my colleagues.

Food is lovely here as always, however the service was absolutely atrocious. Every time we order food or drinks we had to get up and go and ask someone. food arrived 15 mins before drinks, and all our drinks after that took ages to come. we were really disappointed as we were pretty much ignored the whole night until we got out our seats. dirty plates were on our table for an hour (all around us were dirty plates on the tables that no one was clearing).

Awful customer service. The place has plenty of tables around, but only allow to sit in one section. Even if you see people sitting in the area, the teenage girl refuses to assign a seat there, saying: That sections is closed, and that section is also closed. Not even interested in keeping the customers. Thank you, we can go to TGI Fridays instead.

Sabrina provided a warm, friendly and great service. With a smile and positive energy, amongst her professionalism. Happily assisted me with a tasty cocktail choice, which was zesty and delicious. Staff like this make a great different to business, service and experience. Thank you Sabrina and Las Iguanas.

Amazing experience last evening at Las Iguanas. Service was a bit slow, but the atmosphere and the staff made up for it. And also, thank you for the candles and the singing. Will definitely be back.

I went to redeem my nachos voucher from app and the receptionist was sending me back and fro from dinner to bar. And they were very indecisive and after multiple times, they asked me to have a seat due to no click and collect or delivery for the voucher. I waited for 20-25 mins, a guy staff came to get my order and I told him the same and showed the voucher. He asked me remind him to scan the voucher later. After waiting another 20 mins he came back and told me I have to order something with it. I won't mind ordering something but it was the amount of time they made me waste for nothing. They could have told me this early, I could have my food by 40 mins. I am really disappointed, it was my birthday. I am really sorry but I am not gonna visit Stratford branch anymore. I hope the team would make sure not to disappoint and waste another customer time for nothing rather communication efficiently.

I would never ever come back here . Food and drinks is awful . If would like come and seat only then come here otherwise please don’t come here . I would love to talk to some from management but Did not that’s another story. Any please please avoid this if you guys can Sorry

What you’d expect of a mall restaurant. The glasses were dirty and the food wasn’t incredible. The bathrooms stink of outhouse/sewer. And my bill was $45CAD.. not worth it, ha. But it is what it is.

Very poor customer service. We were waiting for an hour to get two drinks. Other customer ordered after us and they got their orders before us. Not even cleaning our table. Staff not professional making faces when we asked why our order took so long

Poor experience. After an hour waiting for 2 drinks and someone to clean the table, we complained and the staff came with the drinks with very unprofessional attitude.

The food in general is really good but the service is terrible. Staff really rude, waiting time long, sometimes they give you the drinks after you finish your food, On the floor most of the times there is just one waiter so I would say that the main responsable for this issue is the management who should contract more staff
