Me and my family came for my birthday dinner and the service was exceptional. Our host Kemal tended to our every need, he made sure we had a great experience. I will definitely be coming back.

I came for my sister’s birthday I had a lovely time and the host Kemal was really attentive and wonderful. He made sure we had a nice time and that we had everything we needed. I will definitely be coming back aswell as recommend this place.

Kemal was absolutely amazing as a host, he was attentive and very helpful even considering he was serving other tables. I asked if he could put some candles on a dessert for my cousins birthday and he even sang her happy birthday!!! Smashed it out the park. Would recommend him 101% for anyone passing by. 🤝🏾🤝🏾😌😌

Kemal was our host for the night. He was amazing, very polite and attentive. We came for our cousins birthday and they were able to add the candles that we provided to their desert. They bought it already lit and allowed us to sing her happy birthday. Thank you so much Kemal

I’ve walked past this restaurant so many times and always wanted to go in as I love Brazilian food. I finally went on Saturday with three friends and we all ordered different meals. None of us were very impressed. The food was okay, but should be better, especially for the price. The meat is much better at numerous grills in London, and I’ve had much tastier ribs in my local pub. I would say the restaurant looks a lot better than it is. I wouldn’t go back as there are many better options in the area.

Lovely food, well presented dishes and fresh, interesting flavours. Such cool decor too makes for a really classy place to eat in Stratford beyond the usual options. Freddy our waiter was so friendly, conscientious and warm. Lovely guy. Special offer on Fork made food 50% off so there really isn’t a reason to not pop by.

Anniversary meal, thought we would try it as had not been before. Quite expensive considering portion sizes.Ordeted the crispy duck tacos for starters, 2 small tacos with u crispy duck, £10. I had the pulled pork with chorizo and black beans. Lots of beans no chorizo and very little pork, tasted like a second rate chilli. Luke warm food. Full rack of ribs almost £50 with a few fries and green salad supposed to serve two people. Didn't bother with anything else. Also 15% service charge!

I recently visited this restaurant and was thoroughly disappointed. First off, the ribs I ordered were cold, which is completely unacceptableand very dry. It felt like they had been sitting out for a while before being served. On top of that, the steak was of very poor quality — tough, chewy, and far from the “premium” cut I was expecting for that price. The preparation was just as bad; it was overcooked and frankly tasted bland. For the price, I expected a much better experience, but this was a huge letdown. Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

The staff was friendly but the service was a bit slow, specially the desserts. The quantities were very reduced for the price. The flavours were ok but we were not particularly impressed. The highlight was the churrasco fries.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cabana Stratford, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to our server, Gesica. From the moment we sat down, Gesica made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. Her warm and friendly demeanor was matched by her impeccable attention to detail and deep knowledge of the menu. Throughout the evening, Gesica ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. She was attentive without being intrusive, and her timing was impeccable. She seemed to know exactly when we needed something, and her recommendations were spot on, enhancing our meal in ways we hadn’t anticipated. It’s clear that Gesica takes great pride in her work, and it shows in every interaction. She truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. Cabana Stratford is lucky to have such a dedicated and talented server on their team. Thank you, Gesica, for making our evening so special!

We went in for a meal after checking online on allergies. When we arrived they couldn't provide anything for my daughter. They had an offer were kids eat free, we're charged full price and I went there 2 days after the assistant manager said 'we didn't mentioned the offer' and to top it all I was charged twice and now I have an email address to write to to get my money back. Not a great experience for a 1st timer I can tell you.

On the 19th, I made a reservation to have dinner with friends to celebrate my birthday. I thought I would be at the restaurant to eat, relax and be with my friends and son to celebrate my day. I had a table booked for 8:00. As soon as we sat down, they told us that this was the last order and that we had to order food and drinks quickly because the restaurant was going to close. We ordered everything and 10 minutes later they came back with the same message saying that if we wanted more food and drinks we had to order now because they were going to close soon. We were told this about 3 times. And we still didn't have the food on the table, until I called, I think it was the manager, who barely let me speak. I told him that I was feeling uncomfortable with the situation and why was the waiter forcing us to leave if we hadn't even eaten yet. He apologized, but wouldn't let me speak. The food came, no one came to check on the food and they just pulled us away. I felt like my birthday was ruined by the bad service, I couldn't enjoy the food and the atmosphere and the person I think is the manager even had the audacity to say that I was humiliating them because I wanted to complain and refused to pay the service charge, and I told him that I wouldn't come back here because the service and the waitress were terrible. I'm also a waiter and I know how everything works, especially when it's closing time, but I don't refuse to sell more drinks or food and if it's close to closing time I inform the customers. I won't come back here and I don't recommend it.

Very cozy atmosphere with a guest garden, great selection of drinks (we didn't eat any food, but it looked very good). Our waitress Christina was very friendly and accommodating 👍👍

We had the Caesar salad and loaded chips. Salad was - croutons full of oil, lettuce drowned in sauce, not even a slice of avocado in it, and no Parmesan cheese. The loaded chips - chips were tasty but the portion was so small it was laughable for £9 a plate. Glad we went with booking on Fork. Not worth the money

Worst service - left waiting without kids menu then waiting for fries they forgot to order - they actively avoided looking at customers so not to have to respond. I’ve just waited to try and take a picture of the waiting staff…got bored of waiting.

The food being served tasted absolutely amazing and the environment of the restaurant was astonishing!! Everyone was kind and heartwarming. The service was great including our waitress, Sophia, which was patient and friendly towards my family. Would recommend this restaurant to all and will definitely be coming back again!

My first time visiting cabana today and i am definitely returning, the mocktails and food were great and the service was pretty fast. I was served by Sophia who made the experience lovely and her recommendations were delicious.

Me and my friends went to Cabana in Stratford a few days ago. The food was great and had quite a few affordable options. At times, the restaurant was quite busy and it became difficult to hear our conversations. But what the atmosphere lacked our service made up for. I believe our waitress was called Sophia. She was kind, helpful and very efficient. It was quite impressive for someone of her age to be so good at her job.

Food in Cabana is great, I'm a regular customer, try the spicy malagueta burger, it's amazing! Service is lovely, staff is always very attentive, Elena particularly. Outside terrace is highly recommended! Great place to have a beer and chill in the summer and raeggeton music playing all the time!

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve encountered with this chain. The Manager was desperate to get punters in by shoving menus in your face. The temptation of 2 for 1 cocktails all too enticing but there is a catch or scam really. We saw a group of people passing who told us it was awful ….. we should have listened! Waiter could not explain the food and misrepresented what we were getting so we sent it back, he was trying to get us to buy more food that was wholly inadequate. We sat there for good 6 minutes no cutlery, no water was offered. The drinks were extremely strong all you could taste was pure alcohol no real tropical taste really badly mixed, so are they over pouring to get patrons inebriated to buy more? When food finally arrived it was tiny portions and woefully dismally and did not taste good. We had to send a plate of rubberised tasteless chicken back, then it took forever for the new order to arrive. This place is a joke , despite the waitress and manager begging us not to send a bad review, yes they came and sat by our table telling us not to send this review. My conscience and duty to other patrons will not allow me to remain a silent party to this abject horror. The final insult was the staff offering free and discounted food and some sort of counselling for how bad this experience was, nothing would ever make up for how bad cabana at Stratford truly is and nothing would ever entice me to go back even if the food was given free! Wish I had checked the reviews beforehand never going back despite the begging and pleading from the staff. My only hope is that it is replaced by a better restaurant or a change of management. Also a side note to the Spanish/Portuguese speaking staff……. Be careful what you say about your customers ……. You never know how multilingual people are!!!

The food here is low quality, dry, bland, small, lukewarm on arrival and massively overpriced. This was the kind of meal that I’d have expected to get in the 1980s or a school canteen. I could have made better myself at home and I’m no great cook. Seeing other reviews I’m not alone in this view. I hope Cabana management update their menu; there are too many other great places to eat out there for Cabana to survive if this is their offering. Oh, and my side salad was wilted and the pea shoots were mushing at the edges. Their response: it came fresh this morning! And then when they replaced it somehow there was fresh salad in front of me…

The food is overpriced and unappetizing. I paid £18.5 for a thawed burger and stale bread, and about £16 for a poorly prepared salad with badly cut vegetables. To top it off, simple a 250 ml soft drink in a plastic bottle cost me £5.5.

Cabana is okay, but I think chain restaurants like this are poor value. I last came about 6-7 years ago and it's hardly changed. There's not a huge amount of menu choice which at least makes deciding what to eat easy enough. Their flatiron steak is good, chimichurri sauce makes it. Burger I had was overcooked and it's just boring. Cheese, a lettuce leaf and mustard mayo in a fairly good bun. That with chips is £19. Just madness. Service is fine, everyone reasonably friendly etc but I'm surprised places like this stay in business. I think it's more to do with the prime location than actually offering a good dining experience.

I went to the restaurant, a girl from Romania served us very unsociable. She got the drink order wrong and when we asked her to suggest the best food of the restaurant she said "you better not eat here". I am very dissatisfied because I wanted to try something new, but her behavior was beyond all criticism.😡

As a group of 16 we were served by Catlina who was funny, attentive and helpful. Very good restaurant.

The meat and the chicken was good but too small portions. Also, the waitress gave us the wrong number table so she gave first our plate to the wrong table and also it was very difficult to pay the bill. The waitress didn’t want to understand that the bill wasn’t our.

We had a delightful experience with our waitress Cristina, who was incredibly smart and multilingual. She provided excellent service throughout our meal. Unfortunately, the food did not meet the high standards we had come to expect. I've enjoyed the burgers here in the past and found them delicious, but this time, the burger was dry and cold. Despite eating it, I hope this review helps improve the quality for future customers. Loved the chips seasoning and the 0.0 Corona 💪🏽👌🏻

To start with the positive, the atmosphere was great and it was very busy. However, service was slow from the beginning, our drinks arrived fairly swiftly but we had to ask for water 3 times, it didn’t arrive until our bill came. We then ordered from the menu, me and my sister got the same thing (chicken breast). It arrived and we had the chicken thighs, we understand things get mixed up so we just asked that it was swapped. We told one waitress, who said she would tell another, who we then had to tell again when she finally came over. The correct food came out after another 20 minutes. We really don’t complain, but the chicken was so burnt and hard you could drop it on the plate and it sounded more like a brick! I physically couldn’t cut into it, let alone try and chew it. I did ask for it to be taken off the bill which did happen, but I felt disappointed that when the waitress came over to point out she took it off the bill, she said they took off the thighs and added the breast as if we had ordered the wrong thing. I felt it was rude and also incorrect and the whole experience was disappointing.

Terrible place, worst service ever!.. and they charged 12.5% Service charge!! see attached photo of the check. .My wife and I visited last Saturday morning, we planned to eat, but wanted a cool glass of wine to relax first. We were ushered to a table by a very rude person, then we sat there for over 15 minutes, while 5-6 employees were walking around, drinking from cups with straws and totally ignored us.. A lot of "managers" and no "workers" .. all seemed to be giving instructions, but not one paying attention to us just sat there. Finally in desperation I got up and walked to the bar, which was directly opposite where we were sitting. I ordered 2 glasses of Chardonnay, I was handed the check to pay before it was even poured, £7 per glass, PLUS the service charge ... What service did we receive? .. beats me.. To top it off, the wine was horrible, clearly the dregs of a bottle, we got up and left. This place is a disgrace, don't waste you money!!

Amazing restaurant and the service was great. Jessica our waitress was fantastic. We had a table of 16, food came out in a good time from ordering it. Drinks were flowing and everyone was happy, adults and kids.
