The overall experience was “meh”, the food was a little cold and no one checked back so we couldn’t really tell them. They didn’t bring tap water either so we tried to get their attention but they were on the kitchen with their phones. Very loud music. I wrote on the reservation that it was my friend’s bday and even included a description of him but they didn’t even bother…

I went there with my Brazilian friend and what a disappointment. You can tell that they don’t have a Brazilian chef or any of working there staff member was ever in Brazil. I wouldn’t recommend to try any Brazilian food over there. They have really good beer (not Brazilian).

I had the pleasure of dining at Cabana for a Sunday lunch with my friends. We really enjoyed the full experience: the atmosphere was nice, the food was delicious from starters to desserts, the service was also excellent. There was background music but the volume was regulated enough to allow us to talk and hear each other without having to raise our voices. Special thanks to Kemal for taking care of us during our lunch. He was very kind and accommodating for all the requests and questions we had while ordering, his service was truly outstanding. Thank you again Kemal!

Lovely dinner experience. Good food overall and excellent service by the team offering recommendations throughout. We used Fork 50% off and paid £104 for 3 people... 8 drinks on 241, and 8 food items, mainly bites. Portions are not great for the full price, but good value with a discount. Good ambience. Blankets outdoors were a good touch. Prawn tacos were awesome - we reordered. Will be back for them!

The service is very good, the atmosphere is cozy, I'm Brazilian and this restaurant doesn't offer Brazilian food, for Brazilian tourists who want to taste a little of the flavor of home, this is not the ideal place. But for a drink and another type of food it's ok! My children really liked the fries and the hamburger, the grilled dishes are good, my tip is to hire a Brazilian cook.

We just went there for the amazing offer of 2x1 cocktails, and the lovely Cristina explain us the menu in such nice way and we also had some food .Very nice experience, we need more people like Cristina in hospitality. Thank you we are coming back soon!!!!!

We love this place, it's the third time we come and everytime gets better. Cristina is amazing and her attention is top level, thanks a lot for making us feel like home. We will continue coming often. We highly recommend the Blackened Salmon. We didn't like the burgers, the quality doesn't match the fish and meat options, I would go for steak, churrasco or fish options if you come here.

We had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Brazilian restaurant and shared the Chimichurri Tomahawk Steak – absolutely delicious! The service was exceptional, particularly from the supervisor Cristina. She was incredibly efficient and friendly, and we were impressed by her fluency in both Spanish and English, which really enhances the image of the restaurant. The atmosphere was also fantastic, with 100% Latin music playing in the background, creating the perfect vibe. My 6-year-old son was treated very kindly, which I really appreciated. As for the food, it was top-notch: the steak was a solid 10/10, the cocktails were excellent (also 10/10), and the starters were simply outstanding. Overall, a brilliant dining experience. Highly recommended!

I was hungry, the decor looked great and the menu was very appetising so I decided to dine here for my one meal a day (omad). I was not disappointed. The staff were amazing and accommodating. I swapped the Fries out for coleslaw and whilst not an option, I was catered for. Shout out to the waitress, Ewalina (I hope that's right? XD ) For starters, I could have quite happily had a number of them; but in the end I settled for the halloumi. It was a great pick; the contrast in flavours was what made it. I went for the most famous dish on the menu but swapped out the fries for coconut coleslaw - a bit unconventional I know, but I enjoyed it all the same. The chicken was grilled to perfection - very succulent and full of flavour. The atmosphere/decor were great aswell; a number of songs made it on my Spotify list - so shout out to the DJ ! XD I would definitely recommend eating at Cabana; before leaving London, I may have to pop back :)

Out for a girls lunch and ended up at Cabana because of WH football fans filling our usual venue. What a find…. Great food, lovely staff and cosy blankets for outside seating. We will definitely visit again to try more of the Menu!

I had an incredible experience last Friday, 27/09/24, thanks to the amazing Cristina! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and expertly guided us to the perfect spot. The atmosphere was electric, and Cristina made sure we felt right at home, checking in frequently to ensure everything was to our liking. Her energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and it was clear she genuinely cares about her guests. I've never experienced such exceptional customer service! I can't wait to return!

I recently visited Cabana and it was a nice experience! I had the fries and tacos, both of which were delicious. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the tacos were packed with flavor. What made the night even better was taking advantage of the 2-for-1 cocktail offer – the drinks were great, and the deal was a steal! A special shoutout to Kemal and Gesi, who were amazing! They were so friendly and quick with our orders, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was top-notch. An ok-good meal, nothing amazing, especially for the prices charged. Perhaps they could be a little more creative with their green 'salad', by definition of the word, it is a mixture, so just rocket is just rocket, not a salad. Service was slow although only about a quarter full. My biggest gripe is that my card was charged just over £30 more the bill amount. I raised this with the manager, who instead of crediting back to my card or offering a cash refund,phoned her manager. I was then informed that I would be phoned by someone and then my card credited. 2 days later and I am still waiting. I have never had a situation before that wasn't rectified immediately

I came for my sister’s birthday I had a lovely time and the host Kemal was really attentive and wonderful. He made sure we had a nice time and that we had everything we needed. I will definitely be coming back aswell as recommend this place.

I’ve walked past this restaurant so many times and always wanted to go in as I love Brazilian food. I finally went on Saturday with three friends and we all ordered different meals. None of us were very impressed. The food was okay, but should be better, especially for the price. The meat is much better at numerous grills in London, and I’ve had much tastier ribs in my local pub. I would say the restaurant looks a lot better than it is. I wouldn’t go back as there are many better options in the area.

Me and my family came for my birthday dinner and the service was exceptional. Our host Kemal tended to our every need, he made sure we had a great experience. I will definitely be coming back.

Anniversary meal, thought we would try it as had not been before. Quite expensive considering portion sizes.Ordeted the crispy duck tacos for starters, 2 small tacos with u crispy duck, £10. I had the pulled pork with chorizo and black beans. Lots of beans no chorizo and very little pork, tasted like a second rate chilli. Luke warm food. Full rack of ribs almost £50 with a few fries and green salad supposed to serve two people. Didn't bother with anything else. Also 15% service charge!

I recently visited this restaurant and was thoroughly disappointed. First off, the ribs I ordered were cold, which is completely unacceptableand very dry. It felt like they had been sitting out for a while before being served. On top of that, the steak was of very poor quality — tough, chewy, and far from the “premium” cut I was expecting for that price. The preparation was just as bad; it was overcooked and frankly tasted bland. For the price, I expected a much better experience, but this was a huge letdown. Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

The staff was friendly but the service was a bit slow, specially the desserts. The quantities were very reduced for the price. The flavours were ok but we were not particularly impressed. The highlight was the churrasco fries.

We went in for a meal after checking online on allergies. When we arrived they couldn't provide anything for my daughter. They had an offer were kids eat free, we're charged full price and I went there 2 days after the assistant manager said 'we didn't mentioned the offer' and to top it all I was charged twice and now I have an email address to write to to get my money back. Not a great experience for a 1st timer I can tell you.

On the 19th, I made a reservation to have dinner with friends to celebrate my birthday. I thought I would be at the restaurant to eat, relax and be with my friends and son to celebrate my day. I had a table booked for 8:00. As soon as we sat down, they told us that this was the last order and that we had to order food and drinks quickly because the restaurant was going to close. We ordered everything and 10 minutes later they came back with the same message saying that if we wanted more food and drinks we had to order now because they were going to close soon. We were told this about 3 times. And we still didn't have the food on the table, until I called, I think it was the manager, who barely let me speak. I told him that I was feeling uncomfortable with the situation and why was the waiter forcing us to leave if we hadn't even eaten yet. He apologized, but wouldn't let me speak. The food came, no one came to check on the food and they just pulled us away. I felt like my birthday was ruined by the bad service, I couldn't enjoy the food and the atmosphere and the person I think is the manager even had the audacity to say that I was humiliating them because I wanted to complain and refused to pay the service charge, and I told him that I wouldn't come back here because the service and the waitress were terrible. I'm also a waiter and I know how everything works, especially when it's closing time, but I don't refuse to sell more drinks or food and if it's close to closing time I inform the customers. I won't come back here and I don't recommend it.

We had the Caesar salad and loaded chips. Salad was - croutons full of oil, lettuce drowned in sauce, not even a slice of avocado in it, and no Parmesan cheese. The loaded chips - chips were tasty but the portion was so small it was laughable for £9 a plate. Glad we went with booking on Fork. Not worth the money

My first time visiting cabana today and i am definitely returning, the mocktails and food were great and the service was pretty fast. I was served by Sophia who made the experience lovely and her recommendations were delicious.

Worst service - left waiting without kids menu then waiting for fries they forgot to order - they actively avoided looking at customers so not to have to respond. I’ve just waited to try and take a picture of the waiting staff…got bored of waiting.

Me and my friends went to Cabana in Stratford a few days ago. The food was great and had quite a few affordable options. At times, the restaurant was quite busy and it became difficult to hear our conversations. But what the atmosphere lacked our service made up for. I believe our waitress was called Sophia. She was kind, helpful and very efficient. It was quite impressive for someone of her age to be so good at her job.

The food being served tasted absolutely amazing and the environment of the restaurant was astonishing!! Everyone was kind and heartwarming. The service was great including our waitress, Sophia, which was patient and friendly towards my family. Would recommend this restaurant to all and will definitely be coming back again!

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve encountered with this chain. The Manager was desperate to get punters in by shoving menus in your face. The temptation of 2 for 1 cocktails all too enticing but there is a catch or scam really. We saw a group of people passing who told us it was awful ….. we should have listened! Waiter could not explain the food and misrepresented what we were getting so we sent it back, he was trying to get us to buy more food that was wholly inadequate. We sat there for good 6 minutes no cutlery, no water was offered. The drinks were extremely strong all you could taste was pure alcohol no real tropical taste really badly mixed, so are they over pouring to get patrons inebriated to buy more? When food finally arrived it was tiny portions and woefully dismally and did not taste good. We had to send a plate of rubberised tasteless chicken back, then it took forever for the new order to arrive. This place is a joke , despite the waitress and manager begging us not to send a bad review, yes they came and sat by our table telling us not to send this review. My conscience and duty to other patrons will not allow me to remain a silent party to this abject horror. The final insult was the staff offering free and discounted food and some sort of counselling for how bad this experience was, nothing would ever make up for how bad cabana at Stratford truly is and nothing would ever entice me to go back even if the food was given free! Wish I had checked the reviews beforehand never going back despite the begging and pleading from the staff. My only hope is that it is replaced by a better restaurant or a change of management. Also a side note to the Spanish/Portuguese speaking staff……. Be careful what you say about your customers ……. You never know how multilingual people are!!!

The food here is low quality, dry, bland, small, lukewarm on arrival and massively overpriced. This was the kind of meal that I’d have expected to get in the 1980s or a school canteen. I could have made better myself at home and I’m no great cook. Seeing other reviews I’m not alone in this view. I hope Cabana management update their menu; there are too many other great places to eat out there for Cabana to survive if this is their offering. Oh, and my side salad was wilted and the pea shoots were mushing at the edges. Their response: it came fresh this morning! And then when they replaced it somehow there was fresh salad in front of me…

The food is overpriced and unappetizing. I paid £18.5 for a thawed burger and stale bread, and about £16 for a poorly prepared salad with badly cut vegetables. To top it off, simple a 250 ml soft drink in a plastic bottle cost me £5.5.

Cabana is okay, but I think chain restaurants like this are poor value. I last came about 6-7 years ago and it's hardly changed. There's not a huge amount of menu choice which at least makes deciding what to eat easy enough. Their flatiron steak is good, chimichurri sauce makes it. Burger I had was overcooked and it's just boring. Cheese, a lettuce leaf and mustard mayo in a fairly good bun. That with chips is £19. Just madness. Service is fine, everyone reasonably friendly etc but I'm surprised places like this stay in business. I think it's more to do with the prime location than actually offering a good dining experience.
