First time having a bottomless brunch and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Great atmosphere and a nice selection of food and drinks. The best part of our vision was out server JOHANNES 🙌 Such great energy and attention to our experience..a real assest.

Had a great evening out, thank you Josh and Aaliyah. Food was really good as was the service. Would definitely visit again.

It’s always good to come back to Las Iguanas. The food is consistent and delicious. It’s a true tase of Mexico and South America.

We were served by Porcia who was pleasant, helpful, friendly and efficient. She would be an asset to any business. Food was served promptly and was tasty and reasonably priced. We would definitely go again.

First day out with my mates. Greeted by a young man who was very professional. Showed us to our table. Then unfortunately the service went down hill. The waiter who took our food order didn’t put it through correctly. We asked for the sauces separate on the nachos. They arrived covered in sauce. Luckily we wasn’t allergic to anything on the dish. Same thing happened again with the burgers. We asked for them plain but they came with all the sauces on them. Had to send them back. The manager sorted everything out but unfortunately we won’t be returning.

This was my first experience of a restaurant environment post lockdown and I must say, I was throughly impressed. The food was great but the cocktails and service was outstanding. Alan, who was our server for the afternoon provided impeccable service. Nothing was too much trouble even when we were unsure what cocktails to get, he had endless recommendations and it seems as though he really cared that we had a good experience, which is rare these days! All covid restrictions were followed which made me feel very safe and secure. I am definitely looking forward to returning!

Lovely catch up with a friend after a very long year. Great food and fantastic drinks. Our server, Alan, was amazing. He provided great and friendly service while keeping our drinks topped up, an absolute must in a bottomless brunch! He also assisted in our drinks options, making great recommendations tailored to our individual tastes. Tasty food, brilliant drinks, good value and beyond outstanding service. From the moment we have walked in to the moment it was time to go the service we received was brilliant! I don’t remember the last time I felt so welcomed in a restaurant. It was our first visit in las iguanas but definitely not last! Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Beautiful presentation, wide cocktail list and delicious tapas. Overall, a great experience!

First time going to Las Iguanas Leicester (31st October), safe to say we loved it. Amazing food with extremely friendly staff, our waitress was Laura S. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Great deal at Las Iguanas where you get 4 cocktails and 2 tapas dishes for £25 pp. Portion sizes were big and the cocktails were nice! Service a little slow to begin with, but this then picked up. Nice meal and cocktails 👏🏼

I recently made a unexpected trip to Las Iguanas on Wednesday (28th October) with two fellow students and was pleasantly surprised by how great the service was! The various ladies who were working that night were extremely helpful and were well informed on available items on the menu and made our evening experience that much better! I ordered 2 cocktails (There was a 2 for 1 cocktail offer!!!) and enjoyed them very much, was easy on the eye too and looked delicious!! (Of course it tasted delicious aswell!!) I ordered the 5 set meal Tapas/Starters (around about £25) which included Nachos, Chicken Wings and Brazilian Chicken which was a little spicy but it complemented with the other dishes, my friend had Calamari and Mushroom Quesadillas. I highly recommend this place for some drinks and food, definitely worth saving for special occasions!

We came here for bottomless brunch and it was truly amazing! As soon as our prosecco finished, staff noticed and were there straight away to refill our glasses! The food was lovely too but the service is what makes this place so great! Thank you to our server, Karol, he was brilliant! We will be back

Me and my partner visited las iguanas for dinner on a busy Thursday (15/10) night. From the moment we walked in eveything was outstanding. We didn’t have a booking but the lady at the door managed to find us table. The happy hour 241 cocktails is all day everyday unlike other places which I was very pleasantly surprised with! Food wise, definitely go for the tapas menu - brazilian chicken and chicken quesadilla are to die for! The only down side is that they don’t have the mushroom quesadilla on the menu at the moment which was my favourite. The service for which looked like understaffed restaurant was quick and polite. They looked like they are having fun which just added some extra points to the lively and casual atmospehere. Thank you las iguanas team for never disappointing.

I booked easily table online. At the door I've been welcomed by staff wearing a mask and been given a table for me and my friends. We ordered xim xim and steak. Food was recomended by a nice girl wearing a visor, it was nice to see a smiling face. Food was really good, would recomend that choice and definietly will come back.

Came on Saturday for some late lunch and weekend drinks the service was amazing!! Even during a pandemic the team have managed to make me feel so welcome and catered for every need. The manager in particular was so helpful, drink knowledge was outstanding which was really appreciated, didn’t wait long for food and the atmosphere was fantastic even with face masks and social distancing in place, big thank you to the team for making the experience so fab! Will be back soon.

Amazing food, music, choices of drinks brilliant. The happy hour for drinks is excellent, just had to wait for our bill to arrive.

As a veggie it's hard to find nice food anywhere, but we travel 20 miles to get to Las Iguanas just for those empenadas! Great food, great cocktails, good for veggies, only complaint is I miss the truffle Mac and cheese, it was lovely! I hope everyone tries this place.

Visited on Wednesday evening and was glad to see this amazing place has reopened. Greeted by the manager Alex in the most professional way, explained new covid safety measures with care and reassured me to enable my dining experience to be worry free. Ordered tapas and was freshly cooked and very tasty. Thank you team leicester for a brilliant visit.

It was fairly early in the evening but the restaurant had a great atmosphere, the staff were all happy and smiling and making sure we were fully looked after. Karolina made us laugh all the way through, she was a delight. Food was the best I’ve ever had in a las iguanas. Restaurant was also spotlessly clean and you could tell they are taking the coronavirus very seriously.

Visited for a meal out with my partner and was served by Agnieszka. She couldn’t do enough for us and it made the evening very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

I attended las iguanas with my daughter to feed up before our curve visit, we were greeted by great smiling staff, the restaurant was ultra clean and a great atmosphere, the menu was mouth watering but when the food arrived it was just awesome and plenty on the plate .The staff were superb and we left knowing we would definitely be back for another fix of ......Las Iguanas.

We visited the restaurant as a family for Sunday lunch. The food was very tasty, well presented and enjoyable. Our waitress was not great as she appeared bored and disinterested but if I was working on a Sunday lunchtime, I would be the same. This didn't distract from our visit and we would happily eat at Las Iguanas again.

I have been to Las iguanas twice and both times ordered food with no mention of spice, chilli, jalapeno etc. yet both visits the food was very very spicy. On this occasion I told the waitress who kindly got me some mayonnaise to cool it down a bit. I think Las Iguanas should make their menu clearer in regards to spice level. I ordered Cheesey Butternut Squash. And not only was it crazy spicy also there was not any butternut squash in this dish. Maybe it was mixed into the spicy cheesey tomato sauce but I couldn't taste butternut squash at all. The menu definitely did not reflect the meal I had. I did not enjoy the food. Cocktails were great, they are 2 for 1 all the time but you pay the price for 2 cocktails so this isn't really the case. Staff were nice.

Found a hair in my food whilst eating and when I asked for a discount they said no as they replaced my food straight away ... great ...

Me and my boyfriend visited today for lunch. It wasn't busy, but waitress was attentive and service was good. The lunch menu and 2 for 1 cocktails are really nice and great value for money.. the only downside were the female toilets!! A few of the toilets seemed to be out of the order, and the others appeared to be leaking, not very nice. Sort the toilets out and it would have been a perfect visit!

Chilly con carne cooked to perfection while the coconut chicken smelled and tasted delicious; the drinks very professionally prepared as usual. Decor much better than the one in Reading. Very noisy place,, so much that the music could hardly be heard, unless you sit near the windows

Just had a family meal at las ingunas Leicester food great but service charge was added automatically when questioned at payment was informed it was because more than 5 guests service charge added but was not informed it was optional over £11.00 would have liked to have been given the choice therefore in my opinion not very good customer relations and probably not legal either forcing service charge on innocent customer.

Table of 4 went on a Saturday and it wasn’t that busy. However the tables were dirty. Had a starter and main, service was okay. Food was okay, the cocktails were good. The cocktails are 2 4 1 all day at all times!

I was almost too late to the train because you took too long making our drinks. We had only gone in for drinks and only ordered 4 COLD drinks, but it took around 10 minutes. If this ever occurs again, i will be forced to take my custom elsewhere!!!!

Went for a Christmas meal with 8 friends. The food was decent but was spoilt by sauna like conditions and unreasonably loud music, helped by a wall mounted speaker about 4 foot away from my head.

Called here for a meal on Sunday night and I have to say for a chain restaurant the food was very good. There were four of us dining so we got the 5 Tapas dishes that were on offer and a main meal each. All washed down with cocktails and beer.

We met here from work for a night out, and returned later! the 2-for-1 happy hour on cocktails was a big incentive but as well as that the staff were really friendly and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. I arrived first and was on my own for a while and felt very comfortable whilst waiting for others to arrive. I will definitely be going back!

Visited yesterday, the staff initially really helpful. Paid for my food and cocktails, only to go and add something to my order to be told this hasn't been paid for. The waitress had left so there server didn't have a recollection of this transaction. The manager had to get involved, it was a uncomfortable situation for all. Such a shame.

Popped in for lunch today and was so pleased we did. Went around 12 so it was nice and quiet. We had several tapas which were absolutely gorgeous, very tasty and cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and helpful, will definitely be returning soon.

Service was great, churros was nice and kids raspberry milkshake from Bruno for £1 was 10/10 thank you! Absolutely amazing! Best milkshake I have tasted!

We took my daughter and partner out for engagement meal. The choice from around the world was great I'm vegetarian and the daughter is vegan lots of choice very very tasty and the guy that was looking after us was very attentive and pleasant If there was one thing its price of some of the drinks but expect that in the city.

Had a Saturday date night here. Made the most of 2 for 1 cocktails. Half chicken was lovely and other half enjoyed the ribs. Service was also good.

The food, drink is amazing. Second visit to one of the Las Iguanans restaurants. (Bristol and Leicester) Both have been great quality and service. Recommend to all, especially the Tapas menu.

We visited as a family, if your looking for a service with a smile I would avoid as your not going to get it here. The service was terrible not one staff member smiled, the greet at the door was terrible. We asked the waiter for a table where we wanted to be seated we were told it’s booked, but the whole time we were there the tables was not used.

We booked a table here for a pre-theatre meal so we arrived early-ish meaning it was still quiet. We got seated on a platformed area above all the huge tables prepared for Christmas parties. The staff were lovely and service was prompt. Our food was amazing even our mains came out piping hot and within a short time despite the restaurant having really filled up by that stage. We decided to risk ordering desserts even though we only had a short time left to get to the theatre but we mentioned this to our server and she personally made sure they came out just 5 minutes later! We were super impressed and it was a great start to our night, we would definitely return here!

Once again we had a lovely birthday meal at Las Iguanas . We really enjoyed the food which was cooked and presented beautifully. With everyone ordering something different the restaurant did an excellent job of serving us all together. We will be back

Having previously visited and enjoyed a meal at the Woburn centre parcs outlet, decided to visit the Leicester restaurant. Our staff member (Natasha) was very attentive and friendly. However, I had the blazin’ bird in the bbq jerk sauce. Previously I really enjoyed the flavour of the Amarillo chilli and garlic flavour but the bbq was poor. Not only did it taste like something out of a supermarket, it was at all spicy! Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you are going for something spicy.

Went in at 9pm and was turned away very rudely by a member of staff upon the advice of his manager, quite embarrassing to be shown the door in a half empty restaurant. Then rang the manager to see how long a table would be to then be told 45 mins and then backtrack as to why. Would not recommend this place just based on the poor customer service.

We have the lunchtime menu which is available until 6.30pm so is great for an early evening meal. The two courses and a drink are just right if you are going on and the value is excellent.

Atmosphere was great, welcoming and friendly staff. Wide range of food which was great. Staff helped make choice easy.

We came in on the Saturday before Father’s Day as we are otherwise engaged on the day. The staff made sure we had an excellent experience start to finish and made such a fuss of my father who is 94. Thanks to all those working and the food was exceptional!

What was supposed to be an enjoyable family meal turned out to be a shouting match to each other across the table. After asking staff three times to please turn the music down, we were basically told no. Even the poor waiter couldn’t hear us order our food when he was stood right next to us. Not what you’d expect when you go to a restaurant. The food was okay, but we will not be returning due to the terrible atmosphere and lack of care from staff who, like us, didn’t really want to be there.

Food was so yummy! Tim was amazing and we all had a lovely time. Thank you for a lovely brunch. We would definitely recommend!

I recently attended the bottomless brunch at las iguanas in Leicester. I really think it’s incredible for the money, for example it is around £25 for a Sunday and £30 for a Saturday but how can you complain about £30 for a starter and main and unlimited Prosecco and beer on Saturday? Also we had Tim as a waiter and in all honestly he was really cheerful and polite and we had a great time. Plus the food was really nice (for instance the nachos) and I actually would genuinely come again.

My date and I arrived and were promptly greeted by our server. Being a Sunday, there was only a few other tables sat at and we were sat in our own little corner not directly next to anyone which was nice as we felt we had our own privacy. Where as at other places, even though it being quie, I have been sat directly next to a couple which was uncomfortable.

Pre booked for a table of 9 which was a wise choice as this place was very busy, we were seated quickly and our drinks order was taken promptly after we’d been seated. After we’d placed our food orders the starters came out when expected, they did make a mistake with one of our main meals but that was quickly sorted out and as an apology the cost of the meal was taken off the bill and we received a free round of drinks. Will certainly be coming back here as the food was first class

Went to this restaurant on Saturday evening at 730 . It was fairly busy but the noise was so intense from the music system the greeter had to shout to ask us about our booking. When we were seated we had to point at the menu for the waitress to understand what we wanted to eat. We asked if it could be turned down but was told it’s how the customers like it!! Really?? We asked a couple close by and they had exactly the same complaint. With regards to the food- average is my description. In particular the burgers were reheated and tough - other dishes disappointing. Cost wise - not cheap for what was offered and the size of portions. Shame as if the music was turned down so you could have a conversation and a professional chef employed it could be an interesting venue and a welcome addition to Leicester night life. I will not return until this happens.

Went for dinner after work and whilst we drifted in over the period of about 30 minutes, the pace of the evening was certainly not speedy. We ordered around 7-7:30 (having arrived between 6:30 and 7) and left around 9:30. No issues for me but be aware that this is not a fast paced food outlet. And this was a Tuesday night so not particularly full.

Walked in on Saturday around 12:30, waited to be seated for 10 minutes. Nobody come to me, so I left. If they are so slow to seat me in, how long will take to get food on the table. Shame, it was good restoration before
