Nice place. Good atmosphere. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Carribbean style. Excellent customer service from Mimi from start to finish. She even laughed at our jokes (for context our jokes are terrible) and her drink recommendations were good. Internet not great. The "speaker wall" (a wall made from retro speakers) was amazing. This is my SECOND review. Great service from Will tonight. I don't exactly know the menu, so he walked me through the menu which was greatly appreciated. He answered my 21 questions. Another outstanding evening of quality food and drinks

Myself and a few mates booked in for bottomless brunch early afternoon last Saturday and had a class time. Leon was our server for the duration and his service was second to none, dead polite and attentive and was always happy to help - top man. Atmosphere was top and overall we all had a great time. 100% would come again.

Disappointing visit today, normally my favourite place ever !! but service wasn’t great at all was waiting at our table for 45 minutes with no service at all and wasn’t even asked if we’d like drinks. Understand it was busy so this could have been forgiven but then when raised with the female manager we were met with an extremely rude attitude with no apology or regards for our complaint (which was originally put very politely) and was spoken to with rude language and personally what I think was very disrespectful considering we were paying money for our meal. We were told we were lying about our wait time and that we were only complaining to get free drinks which wasn’t the case at all as we were not drinking. Extremely disappointed, but food was lovely so hopefully next visit will be as good as it usually is!!

Our drinks were slow due to being understaffed , wasn’t as good as previous times. However Tiago was amazing and was so nice and made sure we had our drinks as best as he could because he had so many tables to wait on , he was very good , pay rise for him I say !

Clean environment, lovely bartender who was very helpful, good volume and selection of music, average cocktails but a relatively rude manager. We apparently went to sit in a closed area, which we were unaware of, and the potential “manager” was not polite in moving us THREE times. A please and thank you costs nothing but goes a long way. In addition, the so called “closed areas” had customers sitting in there, yet we were not allowed to sit there, despite buying drinks.

Loved my food here ! Especially the fish tacos. Good addition to the menu. Came here with family. Thanks for great service Goncalo ! I will come back here
