Food was really great and had really lovely service from Alex, so if you want nice service you’ll definitely get it from here ! Highly recommend 😀

We've just been here for dinner on a Monday night. We paid close to £80 for two meals, 3 drinks and a desert. Not a small sum. Food: I had a steak which was very thin. It tasted ok but wasn't worth the £30 price tag My other half had the JD chicken which was really nice but still at little pricey at £20. Service: Firstly, we were rushed to our table by someone who clearly didn't want to be there. They didn't even acknowledge us several times. At no point did anyone ask us how our meal was. We had to wait ages for the bill. So much so, we had to resort to going to the bar to pay. At this point I questioned the waitress on the issues highlighted above. I qoute "it's TGI's what do you expect.." They also said they were under staffed, but they only had 4 tables that needed serving. Hardly a big challenge and more of just an excuse. No offer of a discount on the bill If they are going to offer food at this price, it needs the service to back it up. It's not one we will be returning to.

Great food, loafs of vegan options and they were super careful with making sure our friend with allergies was well looked after. Toby was a patient and very friendly server - deffo recommend!

Very disappointing. Crap quality food at ridiculous prices. Drinking glasses & our booth we sat at were both dirty. The Service and staff were great but really let down by the rest.

First time here, no waiting time. I went there with a group of 12 (adults and children), the waitress was really great (kudos for him), however the food was below average. In ordered two burgers ( the messy + the glaze chicken burger) , and both below average (The beef one was very very fatty). Our friends ordered a steak and it was dry, the fried chicken was OK. Think twice before heading to the toilets because it was really very very dirty.

We booked a table and when we arrive they said it didnt arrive to the system they were overbooked and will NOT take us in… the website said was plenty of space… never again. Very rude people

Served by Josh, fantastic service, exactly how every waiter should be, made our little boy a balloon too, food was spot on as well.

We was served by a lovely lady called Lou-ann. She was very polite and attentive. We sat and had a drink but decided not to eat here because its quite pricey! Possibly a recent price rise? But have had sesame chicken strips here a few times before and enjoyed them!

Came here for a bottomless brunch for my son’s 21st. We were served by the delightful Kianti who made sure all of our needs were met promptly and with a smile. We’ll definitely be coming back.

This place is only worth while thanks to its staff honestly. The food was a bit dearer than other local spots, but the quality was top tier. Had to thank the Chef personally, Neil and his team in there were fab, I’m pregnant and was desperately craving a sesame chicken, hadn’t had one in ages and it didn’t disappoint. Had three lovely people serving us throughout our stay, Shannon our first waitress was accommodating and lovely. Lou Anne was lively and very chatty, and Kiante was super sweet. Drinks were great and the vibes were immaculate. Honestly if it weren’t for the friendly staff the evening would have been dull. It was nice to get to chat to the chef too, you can tell the Kitchen is run exceptionally well.

Came in for a light bite to each. Greeted warmly at the door and service was on point. Food was a bit more expensive than others in the area but the quality and taste was spot on. Overall no complaints to today. Server was Shannon and an absolute credit to the brand

First time here - a friend and I had lunch on a Sunday. No wait times and the food came out promptly. Staff were friendly. We both ordered burgers (wagyu and vegan) As burgers go, they were average A lot of the lights were not working and we’re flickering which made the experience less than comfortable for my friend who suffers from sensory issues.

Waited long enough for the food to be serve about more than 30mins I guess. When the burger arrived, the patty was overcooked, dry and tasted chsrcoal. Fries was fine. The server is kind enough to give a balloon to my kiddo. For the steak, medium rare was like well done lol

Had a terrible experience in what is usually a good restaurant chain...no beer atleast 3 things missing on the menu no wonder the place which is huge was empty bar 3 tables...the staff were pleasant enough but when the food did out it was burnt...

The food was absolutely spot on. The manager "Reece" was fantastic that evening. Was present throughout our entire visit, really grateful to have our business. We left very happy and satisfied.

A zero star would be most suitable. Visited Friday evening, we had a group booking of 10 people. When we arrived they said they were unable to do one large table and had to split us.. we was disappointed but agreed as what other choice did we have? 20mins after seated we had to flag staff to order our drinks.. 15 mins later they arrived. We thought well with only 2 staff on maybe as people started to leave our service would speed up.. it didn’t. 20 mins later We had to flag staff to order food… 20 mins later that arrived.. My steak was over cooked liked a tough leather so I returned it for another which arrived better cooked however it was still like leather and bland. The large mushroom was raw. Many others in the group were unhappy with their food. The staff were clearly unhappy and did not want us there. Which is fine as none of us will ever return.
