Dry as hell man had it before and was nice but this time wernt it barely any meat just pure bone and upset my stomach also gone downhill big time

The food was nice, a little disappointed that I received chicken strips instead of prawns that I ordered. First time ordering from there, would order again but would likely call to see if items are available. The dumplings were crumbly and oily which I wasn’t a fan of so won’t likely order them again.

skin on fries never arrived. wings were nice. brown chicken stew would have been nice too, if the rice wasn't off.

Lamb chops were nice. Guinness punch wasn't quite punchy. chicken stew would have been nice but rice was off.

My sincere and honest opinion of dining in today was the food was wonderful, very well-made, tasty and well seasoned along with being fresh. Pictures below of what we had. Hats off to you for being Halal 👏🏻

Ordered 8 dumplings macaroni cheese and some lamb chops was told over phone would be just under 22 pounds went to collect and tapped my card and realised I'd been charged 26.50 I questioned the worker who started quoting all different prices other than what was advertised on their website 8 pounds for lamb chops and 6 pounds for mac n cheese which would mean 8 dumplings were 12.50 obviously tried to pull a fast one anyway he gave me 5 pounds cash back. Will not be returning mac n cheese over cooked and dumplings hard crispy and oily I do think they have the right name though "GREEDY" and am not surprised at the low score of 3.5 stars!

we did a collection order of the lamb chop and chicken box. Both were delicious, the portion size was generous, the food was clean and fresh. we will definitely be ordering again

Really disappointed. Food was dry, cold and no rice n peas in the box use to order from here a lot.. I won’t be again refund requested as I didn’t enjoy it what so ever what a waste of money

No menus. Charge different prices every visit. Wait over an hour for food that should be prepared (mutton) ..takes food out of boot of car!!! Never again

I am absolutely horrified at how terrible the customer service, the food and the timing was. The dumplings were literally burnt I looked at them and was in shock that they could even be served to someone. They re made them however they were still terrible and extremely greasy and flat. They said the order would take 30-40 minutes and it took over 1 hour. We also ordered the lava prawns which were burnt to a crisp and were so so over cooked and dry I don’t know how you can mess up prawns so badly, they even tasted burnt when the skin was taken off . We all got crumble which was as solid as concrete and tasted like i was eating a brick i literally had to smash it for it to even be edible. The crumble was supposed to come with custard which was forgotten, when i went back they took another 10 minutes to give us custard which was ice cold in a plastic tub. I can’t belive I wasted £38 on such outrageous food I feel like i’ve been robbed.

We have ordered from here multiple times but never again! First every time the wait for this is unacceptable we call prior and ask how long because we know it’s always a wait. Today we called and asked how long they said a 5 minute wait we was in the shop for 30 minutes!!!! Waiting is not a problem but when giving sugar coated time is very annoying. After waiting 1 hour 30 in total for food. They gave us burnt dumplings that were cold as if they had been waiting there. On top of that we ordered a crumble which was so burnt and the crumble is supposed to come with custard and gave us no custard!!! When we went back for the 2nd time they gave us 2 tiny pots of COLD custard after waiting for another 10 minutes!!!! We asked on the phone what prawns they recommended for us to try!! They gave us burnt over cooked prawns and even when the shell was off you could still taste the burn. Our order was £40 after waiting for 1 hour and 30 mins being given burnt over cooked cold food with no compensation at all!!! There was 3 other people in the shop and they were all saying the same and no workers even apologised this is totally unacceptable and should not be a business when have no understanding of customer service!!! A shame because first time high expectations were set now it’s shambles

Ordered a take away. First time ordering. What a let down. When the order arrived which arrived after an hour and 20 mins, there was 2 items missing. Called and was told ‘it’s Friday, things get missed’ Not good enough. £45 for an order and shocking service. Food was mediocre. I have had better Caribbean food locally. Blacked corn is not blackened and is cold. Will not be ordering again. Do not waste your time and money!

I ordered food through Uber eats 1st time trying this place half my order was missing it was stone cold was not packaged properly looked as if someone just threw anything in the bag I called the restaurant no help also Uber eats wouldn’t do anything.. unacceptable and very disappointed

Flavours 0 Spice nowhere to be seen Bones everywhere. Mac & cheese overcooked pasta not saucy one bit with burnt cheese it was a mess. Jerk chicken 0 spice. Only loser here was my wallet. Get a new chef. Fried oreo was like biting into a loaf of bread with a soggy oreo in the middle.

Typical Caribbean’ customer service. Stood in this place 10 mins and no one came and took my order. Would never happen in a Chinese or Indian place. Joke ting

icl all the people leaving bad reviews are buggin, this was the best food ive ever had on everything. Got the oxtail belly box… oxtail was tender, rice and peas lovely and the jerk chicken fell off the bone. Only little thing is the mac an cheese which couldve been a little less dry but i still finished it so i cant complain.Anyway deffo ordering again in the near future

It took 2 hours and 45 minutes to arrive

Mostly all bones and no meat in my curried goat. Also small sharp bits of bone made it hard to eat. Probably had about 2 pieces of meat in one serving.

Ordered two jerk burgers and rice and peas, to start off the jerk burger wasn't that bad the flavour was alright but the rice and peas what a joke when I order rice and peas I expect rice and peas not a tub of white rice with no seasoning at all and not a pea in site just plan white rice is all we got which is false advisement could have had a returning customer but after that not a chance

Absolutely amazing food! Jerk chicken was falling off the bone, and lamb chops which were so tender! Also fries were salted beautifully!

Ordered on Uber eats and the food was lovely 😍 came piping hot and everything tasted so nice! I usually always end up disappointed after ordering food but not this time! Will definitely order from here again. I got the lobster tail box and the Oreo dumplings which were to die for!

Rubbish, half the food came missing. Rang back and they admitted it was left. Ordered burgers and chips. Burgers were simple frozen just heated and given, tasted cheap, no salad even. The fries with cheese again could do yourself at home. I wont ever order from this place again.

Honestly I don’t like to complain, I ordered on Uber and looked at the pictures of the food online first, I didn’t get the stuff I paid for ( a chicken burger missing ) but that isn’t the complaint, thf hollumi burger they literally deep fried 2 pieces to the point you couldn’t bite it and threw it into a bun with no Salad of dressing and the cheesy chips they gave nuked cheese in a microwave and by the time it’s got to me it’s congealed into a rock hard lump like a brick, genuinely this food is inedible that is no exaggeration I will update this to let you all know if they reply apologise and re find my money, genuinely they will no what they have done and to serve this to someone is beyond disgusting I await your response greedy belly

Really disappointed, not as advertised so therefore overpriced. Burgers came in cheap sesame buns (not brioche) with just lettuce and mayo, all were missing the cheese, tomato and jerk sauce as listed on the menu. Rice and peas, halloumi and chicken were all very bland, macaroni cheese was dry and burnt. Chips were seasoned well.

Food wasn’t my personal preference not very authentic in comparison to the countless Caribbean restaurants I’ve been to additionally the delivery took a while and from the replies to the review i can see there’s a lack of professionalism and the admin needs to learn customer service etiquette

Not authentic rice and peas- just yellow coloured long grain rice with no evidence of seasoning or spices. Mac and cheese was totally burnt and dry- all stuck to the metal container. There was too much burnt cheese to the ratio of sauceless macaroni. Curry mutton was too salty and there were only a few pieces of meat, most of it was stringy fibres of meat that had broken down with long cooking times. And curry chicken was over the top spicy. Wings were the best part. But feel like it was a waste of £40 when this was a birthday treat. Go else where such as calypso grill, which never fails to satisfy and delivery times are much quicker there too.

Hey, I’m critical with food. But this place is pretty good… you can tell this is fresh! The chicken was delicious! Super tender meat, falls right off lovely clean bones. Great depth of flavour! Everything here was pretty decent - I would come back! And that says everything for me.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, 4 missing items when asked about this they had sold out, 1st come 1st served apparently, why was it not substituted with something else, apparently the items are free with the set meal, when questioned why I wasn't phoned to be made aware of missing items I was answered with.. it's not our main focus... Food tasted like it was cooked and kept warm and had far too much pepper, rubbish food and even worse staff.

So disappointing! Ordered chicken and rice - mountains of rice that wasn't spiced correctly. I was given one small drumstick with a side price of skin. The BBQ sauce wasn't homemade and the entire thing was a waste of the best part of a tenner. Real shame.

First time ordering and the service was a joke! It arrived over 2 hours late! They said they had one driver delivering which is shocking! Disappointed and very p****d off! They need to sort it out! I phoned up and was told I will get a full refund but as it stands I can’t even do that as it’s not updated on the system and says it’s still on its way!

It tasted ok but no way worth the money. Rice and curry was 12 quid. Came in one take away pot. Tiny amount of curry considering the cost. Missed items from order and it took over an hour and 15 minutes to get here :(

An actual 5. You can tell all the food here made with love truly. From the coleslaw to the dumplings to all the mains. Don't start me of about the pudding. I had a peach crumble. It was that nice i felt guilty. Absolutely Peng. Rappid delivery. Even posh little hand wipes.

Good portion sizes and you get loads of crumble which is great! Delivery was longer that expected but I wasn’t in a rush so that didn’t bother me too much.
