Literally lost for words by the service we received from Maddy. To say she went the extra mile does not really do her skills justice. I went out for a meal for my 40th with my girlfriend who has an intolerance to oil. Maddy and her team drilled down into their ingredients to ensure that my girlfriends intolerance was catered for. I was completely overawed by the service and intricacy to detail we received. I cannot recommend this establishment enough.

Great experience at las iguanas, Leeds. Alex was excellent at looking after our table outside, super quick service and always checking if we were OK and if we needed anything else. Chef special requests and even a birthday cocktail for my uncle which he was uber the moon with, very kind! Thank you Alex for making the birthday celebrations fantastic.

Great food, Alex our waitress was fab and very friendly! We had some mocktails that weren't very nice, but Alex swapped these with no problem and the replacement was lovely.

We had a lovely time at bottomless bunch with gerbo (the best waiter) lots of drinks and lovely food and a lovely atmosphere. With the gorgeous view of the corn exchange. A must visit with the best cocktails 2-4-1 all day.

Hosting an exotic atmosphere whilst still keeping that homely aspect, the Las Iguanas in Leeds has fast become my favourite place to go! I cannot think of another time where I have had such an upbeat, down to earth and incredibly warm welcoming server like Alex! She has taken care of both and my partner for the entire time we were there and made up our whole night for us! The recommendations were all major hits with a sublime level of standard and we will be singing out the restaurants praises to anyone in earshot! We can't wait to go there again.

Amazing brunch! We were a group of 7 so we were seated as a 3 and a 4 as per COVID rules but were close enough we could still chat. Akos was our waiter and he couldn’t do enough for us! It took 6 minutes from sitting down for our first drink to be on the table and they just kept coming! Akos was so attentive and even when I didn’t like one of the cocktails he offered to get another straight away! The food was unreal, really fresh and tasty and we weren’t hurried out when our time was up, in fact we were offered another drink which took us well over. We had an amazing time and couldn’t fault a thing. All COVID safe and clean tables etc. Would deffo recommend! Thank you Akos ❤️

After a lot of stress from being scammed by a hen do company, I rang las iguanas to ask if we could still keep our table and Lauren was absolutely amazing and helped me every step of the way. She made me feel so much better about the whole situation and completely reassured me! On the night, Gergo and Maddy were amazing and gave us the best service I have ever had in any restaurant! After a complication with our hen do, they made our night out so much worth the travel. Provided with free Prosecco, amazing table service and such a friendly atmosphere, the bride to be was made to feel incredibly happy. Gergo was incredible and always checked in on us and also, Lauren communicated well with her staff to insist the visit was made as amazing as it could be!

Service was great. Friendly helpful and welcoming. Food was good too, and I really love the authenticity of the decor and the music too.

Our waiter Akos was brilliant on our first visit to Las Iguanas today for a bottomless brunch! One of the best bottomless brunch experiences we have had!

Booked bottomless brunch with the girls for my birthday. Our waiter was Akos. Cannot fault the service or the food. Food arrived hot and was lovely and fresh, drinks were promt for the whole visit and our waiter was very helpful and attentive. Would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic visit for a birthday brunch. Safety and track and trace procedures are excellent and Alex our server went out of her way to make our visit special. Food was speedy and tasty and the prosecco flowed.

Would highly recommend las iguanas Leeds, the food is incredible (especially the tapas and copacabana burger) the drinks are amazing and the non alcoholic options are amazing (I’ve tried many of the amazing cocktails before, Caips and passion fruit zombie are the best). Alex the server was amazing, attentive and had a laugh with all of us on the table which is nice to have someone who genuinely cares. Would definitely be back again!

Second time coming since reopening and the whole experience was incredible. Came on Saturday and the atmosphere was amazing it was so lively. Emma who seated us was lovely, as was every member of staff we spoke to.We had the 241 caipirinhas which are the BEST IN LEEDS!!Can’t wait for our next visit!!

I came here a few days ago just for drinks. Can’t knock 241 cocktails. I have two zombies for my first ones and I was already a bit drunk after having them haha! Definitely boozy and really nice staff would definitely go again!

I have been here a few times now and every time it has been amazing service. We were served by the lovely Gergo, and all the staff went the extra mile to look after us. Made us feel safe with covid regulations, but it felt very comfortable. Definitely recomend.

Me and my friends came for bottomless brunch at 3pm on Wednesday 23rd June and it was awful. I would hardly call it bottomless brunch when we’d only had two drinks in an hour and the brunch only lasts 90 minutes. My starter was nice but the main I chose was horrible (chicken enchilada). It was hardly worth the £30 we’d paid and we only got some proper service after I complained, where a woman (who I presumed was some sort of manager) said we’d basically been forgotten about. The waiting staff complained that it was very busy which is why service was slow but I could see that most people were there for brunch which you have to book for so they should’ve been aware of the amount of people coming and put more staff on shift. I could also see another group of friends had come for brunch and were experiencing the same poor service and had hardly anything to drink. At other places where I’ve been for brunch I’ve had bottomless mimosas and as soon as my glass was empty a waitress would come over with another drink to make it worth the money. That is the kind of service I expect.Totally not worth it and I would never come here again and definitely never recommend it to anyone I know.

Fairly decent restaurant. Somewhat limited menu and a few things advised as not available from the start but still managed to get a decent choice. Good drinks selection including 2 4 1 cocktails ( and mocktails) and food was decent; service was a bit patchy and slow. If you're asked to give a table back after one and a half hours, you need to be given better service, the gap between starter and main was way too long especially. Main portions a bit mean too. Music far too loud, with everyone having to talk loudly over it the ambience was spoiled a bit.

Our waitress was so helpful with my allergies! She checked through everything and made me feel very comfortable which is really important for me. This was a very allergy friendly place and I would recommend for anyone with dietary requirements. Brilliant service and experience overall.

As we both enjoyed Las Iguanas in Newcastle and the food we decided on a trip to Leeds to try it here.When we sat down we were told quite a long list of things that the restaurant didn't have. Some ingredients were not available for food and cocktails. This did not impact us really as we wouldn't have eaten the stuff that was missing. But the cocktail they couldn't make was the Passion sour bomb which we both like so it was a bit disappointing. The food was excellent as ever and came piping hot. We both decided on alternative deserts Churos and brownie. We were told there was no dulche de leche sauce for the churos so it was only brownie ordered but a few minutes later the waitress returned to say that this was also unavailable. There were only 6 deserts available so that's a third already off the menu. The desert element we were not aware of and both having sweet tooths were both left a little saddened by the lack of desert. We visited on a Friday night. Surely this is one of the most busy/ important nights for a restaurant and for there to be so much missing from the menu is not a good impression.

We went for bottomless brunch to mark the end of university and first time we had seen each other in 18 months. The service, food and drink was amazing. There's a really nice atmosphere to the place and would definitely go again.

Celebrating my birthday, so I had a voucher for free main meal, but also got a lovely surprise from Emma, our waitress, with a make your own caipirhina cocktail. Had a great time, and was looked after superbly by Emma. We also had a jug of long Island iced tea and the food was lovely as well.

We had the brunch deal ....friends that work together, 5 of us. Akos & Maddie did offer a fabulous service...our glasses were never empty for the 90 mins we was there.
