Great bottomless brunch! Food options and drink are great, brilliant service especially from laeticia! Would definitely recommend!!!

100% girls' night out venue. Great for drinking. Not aiming for a good eating experience (very limited menu). Staff seemed great, but dodge this venue of you're looking for dinner (or you're male, or aged over 25...).

Nice place but very loud atmosphere. Food was nice but cocktails were pre-mixed with fruit juice and vodka. The prosecco was very dry and not pleasant to drink. Ordered a coffee and cheesecake which was still frozen and despite trying to sort it they apologised and refunded us the coffee and dessert. Disappointed 😞

Arrived and asked if we were booked. As we were not we had a short wait but not too long (took this opportunity to use the ladies whilst waiting) . Then taken upstairs and seated opposite 2 tables full of loud women who were obviously enjoying themselves, which is great. But as there was only myself and my granddaughter we couldn't hear each other, or the waitress; when speaking. Asked to move to another table, which they did, taking us inside away from the window light. We then ordered our meals and drinks, at this point we were informed that another 2 tables of revellers were due in and it could become noisy here! We decided to stay where we were as not much options left. Food was nice but could have been warmer and one young lady on reception was totally miserable and stuck up! Didn't notice 10% service charge until I got home, would be nice to be informed and not just automatic. Wont be rushing back I'm afraid as plenty more choice in Leeds.

Lovely place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was delicious and such good value. Will definitely be back.

A lovely welcome on arrival and our waiter introduced himself. Our food was well presented and beautifully cooked. The courses were brought quickly but not rushed. A lovely, relaxing meal. Recommended

Both Matt and Jordan were the most attentive of staff and looked after us for our beautiful brunch today - fab menu fab setting and atmosphere just lovely start to our day thankyou !

I've been to Fleur a few times and I'm always blown away by how good the service is! Not to mention the food which is absolutely to die for. On my latest visit we were taken care of by Jordan and Matt who were both amazing, welcoming, attentive and friendly. We'll absolutely be back again.

Our first time at the restaurant, it was fantastic! Matt and Jordan provided the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. Their attention to detail and attitude made our time incredible. Highly highly recommend. It was £100 for 5 of us was excellent value for money.

We attend a bottomless brunch on Wednesday 21st of February at 2 pm, and the venue was pretty quiet when we entered however, it was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very attentive. When we ended the venue we were promptly seated and were offered a drink of our choice and my partner picked a beer and I picked an apple spritz. However, the apple spritz was flat. Then we ordered food and I ordered the chicken cheese, naan bread and my partner ordered the pulled beef brisket burger with chips. The food arrived pretty quickly. However, my partner asked on two occasions for mayonnaise for his fries and this was not received. we received multiple drinks and was overall pleased with the service that we had. However when the bill came we paid it straight away but I then looked at the email that I’ve received that stated at the different price which we been quoted on the original bill therefore I queried this and the staff member said he would look into this. he then came back and said this was a misprint and he would get it sorted. However, there was no compensation for this. I totally understand that price has changed. However, there was no compensation receipt for this. Therefore this sort of left the bottomless brunch on a sour end. Once we had paid and then queried this no staff member, then precious, and as we were leaving north, staff member said bye, or thank you, which sort of left us feeling pretty underwhelmed. There was also an additional service charge which was added to the bill which I did not mind paying. However, it sort of made me question the service after the email I’ve received which totally a different price and the venue did not honour this

Amazing food loved the menu and amazing value for money but most of all the ambience and the service was incredible one staff member in particular Jordan went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience with our meal 10/10 would happily go again and again

Excellent set menu. The bottomless drink option is a must! Enjoyed the lamb chops, duck spring rolls, crispy chicken bao, mac & cheese, slow roast ox cheek and miso salmon.

The food was lovely the portion sized were great too, would recommend!

Myles was really helpful and polite throughout the meal. Definitely recommend coming here for Valentine’s Day.

Came here in Feb for our Brunch and the food was spot on, very friendly members of staff, provided water without asking which is forgotten about at most food places nowadays. All food is halal, myself and my wife both got Full English breakfasts, and they hit the spot. Definitely would come back again

Food was average however the service was appalling wouldn’t recommend going anytime after 9 o clock as they will rush you out as soon as they can. Why would they accept a booking at 9:30 then rush us out FOR 10pm!!!! Outrageous

We we visiting Leeds for the first time to see the international netball and needed food first. Came across your restaurant and were so pleased we did! Food was just delicious! Very generous portions and sticky toffee sponge was sublime! Thank you for the perfect start to out visit to the netball!

Very overpriced. And the portions were very small. Definitely not value for money and the service was nothing special so we decided to knock the extortionate service charge off.

Not sure what's going with the customer service but it is getting worse every time I go there . I went there a while a go at around 20.30 to have hot drinks and dessert with a friend. I was told they stopped serving food , lucky them it seems lockdowm didn't affect them financially for them to stop serving good on a Friday night at 8/9 pm ! The waiter took us upstairs for us to have hot drinks and cakes only to be told by his angry manager that the coffee machine had stopped working. The manager never made eye contact with us and didnt apologise but totally ignored us ! To me it seemed a blatant lie and even if the coffee machine stopped working, couldn't they offer tea ? Anyways, we got the message and left . Yesterday the restaurant we wanted to it at was full and with a big queue so we decided to give Fleur another chance but my hopes weren't high and they lived up to my poor expectation: we had coffee and cake and also made to feel uncomfortable with staff hovering around us as if to say hurry up and leave. Despite many tables being empty and bearing in mind we only sat at a table for 2 , we were asked to finish and leave since other customers were waiting when in fact there were none ! Last night was the last time I would give my custom to this place ! If you want to be humiliated and disrespected then Fleur is the place to go !

Very long time to get served, no eye contact from the staff. We couldn’t have happy hour because we were 8!!!! Asked for a treat for our birthday girl, couldn’t have that either

We came for Bottomless Brunch on 16th December and it was fantastic. The food was delicious and great sized portions and our server Jordan was excellent and kept our drinks topped up throughout.

Flynn was super lovely. Me and my mate came for a bottomless brunch and he kept us topped up with prosecco and was so friendly and chatty

It was amazing, everything was good 👍🏾! Costumer service was outstanding and the food was so good you bet I’m coming again 😅, the place is so beautiful and so clean. Even the toilet it’s charming 🫶🏾 no complaints at all, I had fun!

+ tastefully decoated with pink floral wallpaper, butterflies on the ceiling and a "loving" selfie couch + centrally located - no parking - small portions (had avocado, caviar and salmon on toast from the brunch menu see photos) albeit the chicken on pancakes and sticky toffee pudding which others had WERE a decent size - so smothered in jalapeno peppers you couldn't taste the salmon, caviar or the avocado 🥑) - toast wasn't crispy - slow and sloppy service despite the restaurant being almost empty - poor signage for the entrance - very mediocre bottle of cab. Sauv. for £23 - poor signage for the toilets - air temperature is too cold - our party of ten were given a limit choice of only 3 dishes from the menu for each course, despite the restaurant being virtually empty (there were 2 other, smaller tables occupied)

Excellent service from Flynn at Fleur, great fast service. Food was great though slightly delayed but Flynn dealt with this quickly and efficiently.

Had a great experience at my first time at Fleur. Me and my misses will definitely be there again mainly due to the great customer service from Jordan and Diia at the Leeds Location!!!

Nice, except 10% service charge is added to the bill automatically. When I added it on myself the staff didn't tell me that I didn't need to, so I ended up paying a lot more than I should have. It really spoilt my experience.

Went for bottomless dinner for my friends 23rd birthday. Amazing service! Flynn was seriously the best and made sure we had top ups quicker than we could even drink. I’ve been to many bottomless brunches and this was by far the best. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a fair priced bottomless :)

The venue was a lovely surprise, very cute decor and much bigger than expected… the staff all look very smart and whilst the tables are very close together, we loved our first impressions… the waiter was quick to take our order and the first round of drink and food came very quickly… the food was tasty and well presented… but from this point forward the service was very poor - we struggled to get drinks, felt like we were ignored with none of the waiting staff making eye contact - the second set of cocktails were really poor - tasting like flavoured water… so what started as a very promising experienced ended in huge disappointment…

Matt, Miles, and Emily were the most accommodating hosts. Seated very quickly and attended to speedily. The place has the perfect atmosphere with the best music. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at bottomless brunch. Would recommend over any place in Leeds, hopefully will be back soon :)

The service was amazing, big thank you to Matt, Miles and Emily for making our Fleur experience very memorable. The food was astonishing (I highly recommend the chicken nanza) and the bottomless brunch will definitely be a reason to come back. The Fleur is a place I would highly reccomend! To the whole team at Fleur, may you stumble upon a whole grand because you guys honestly deserve it.
