Fleur Cafe in Leeds

Food was not worth the price. Full english was horrible, eggs overseasoned, couldnt finish my meal. Drinks are 70% ice. When I visited they had a 20% offer on, asked the waitress (Roshan) how the offer worked and she didn’t know, had to wait over 20 minutes for the manager to explain the offer. Offer only works if all members of the group make a loyalty account with the cafe, even though the bill was being paid by one person. None of this was stated on the menu or their website when registering for the loyalty scheme. Would not recommend this place to anyone, plenty of better places to eat in Leeds.

Honestly how can you mess up breakfast? This was probably the worst full English I ever ate and for 2 sausages beans egg and toast they charge almost £15 it’s insane! I still feel sick since eating it the sausages had no taste the poached eggs were overcooked and weren’t runny and the bread was rock hard I’m shocked this place is still open because seriously how do you mess up egg and toast?

We went to Fleur on Friday evening. Beautiful deco inside. We ordered butter chicken, bao bun, lamb chops and naan pizza. Food was very tasty and good service. We read online whilst there that if you join the reward club you can get 50 percent off your bill! So we joined the club, the server did say the discount is only if you pre-book a table, but she kindly allowed us the discount which I appreciated. Will definitely be back as the breakfast menu looks good!

Emilia is amazing!! We have been coming here for at least a year and it’s great!! Emilia is honestly amazing, she looks after you no worries along with the other waiting staff who are also lovely! It’s also very pretty, would recommend for casual or romantic occasions :)

Lovely place very aesthetically pleasing, very good service and very helpful waiters and waitresses. Lovely clean venue lovely clean Toilets. The drinks are delicious especially the bubblegum blast! Food was lovely it came quickly and was hot. We came for bottomless brunch and was very happy with our experience!!!

The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly waitstaff who made sure our glasses were never empty. Really great food and a beautifully decorated restaurant. I had the smashed avo and salmon on Sourdough with added poached eggs - it was phenomenal! The staff were friendly, but the service was very poor. We waited a long time for our order to be taken, and then drinks took a long time to arrive. My partner asked for ketchup once his breakfast arrived and it took them so long to bring a tiny tub of ketchup that he had finished more than half of his breakfast. There were 4 staff working, serving 4/5 tables- there was one guy (maybe the owner, the only one not wearing black uniform?) running around seemingly doing everything, whilst other staff stood around and chatted. We spent ages trying to spot a member of staff to ask for the bill, and when we eventually did, we ended up sitting around for so long that my partner went to go and find a staff member to pay - we were only visiting Leeds and wanted to have a look around before getting a train home.

Great food and charming setting. Everything tasted great and looked the part, and the place was decorated in a very appealing way. Unfortunately, the service we had was bleak. Staff were polite when they were there. The wait for taking orders or requesting the bill were bizarrely long. Eventually I had to get out of my seat to chase someone so I could lay my bill. Total wait time for staff was probably about 40 minutes, and that's *not* waiting for food, and it was not busy at all. Really put a massive dampener on the experience.

We both enjoyed it very much and food was fabulous flavours we not had anywhere else. Even made better by their 50% off total bill with the set menu and wine

Moved up to Leeds for Uni, and came across Fleur for mine and my boyfriend’s one year anniversary and it was absolutely amazing!! The interior is beautiful and the food was even better… the price is affordable and everything was just top quality, lovely atmosphere and great service :) Will definitely be coming again!

Great atmospheric place for botanic lovers! Atmosphere is amazing in regards to flower themes with a gorgeous interior (seats are comfortable) - especially with the welcoming staff members. Food was exquisite with presentation; generous amount, but also very filling. The time often is unpredictable although staff was amazing to keep us enjoyed and comfortable! Overall, definitely the perfect place for a cute date; amazing atmosphere and generous staff. ☺️

For starters we had the duck spring rolls and chicken bao buns, 2 steaks for mains and 2 sticky puddings! We did have to send the spring rolls back as they were cold and my partner sent her steak back as it weren’t quite cooked to her liking but that did not affect our experience. In fact it only enhanced it because the way in which Darota our witness dealt with it was brilliant. She was really apologetic and brought brand new dishes out 5 mins later as well as complimentary cocktails. Darota was amazing from start to finish and I cannot remember the last time I had good service like it. From the moment we walked in, she couldn’t do enough. We had two babies with us and she sat us in a secluded spot with space for the pushchairs and where it was a little quieter away from the hustle and bustle. During the evening she offered to take photos of the 4 of us (as you can imagine it’s not easy, 2 adults and 2 babies). She was friendly and chatty but not annoying! She even gave us some recommendations on dishes for if we were to return which we most definately will! The decor, the food, the ambiance, the quality of everything was just first class! Definitely recommend!

Steak overcooked. Wrong items sent from order . Poor menu. Poor value . Compulsory 10% service charge on bill.

Really slow service and only got told once we waited 30 mins after the order. For a tapas style, the portion sizes were not for sharing whatsoever. The food was tasty bit overall misleading as its not tapas style, really slow service as we waited 45 mins for starters and the restaurant wasn't even half busy!! Really disappointed and there better places, running on time and costs reflective of the entire dining experience.

We went for the bottomless brunch, the food is ok, just ok. But the cocktails seem to have very little or no alcohol in them. If you want a drink, and let's face it, if you are there for the bottomless brunch you do, stick to the beer or prosecco.

Revisited for my birthday meal on the 25th of August after having a great birthday meal the year previous. This environment is great for aesthetics and food is okay despite being quite a high price you are paying for aesthetics. As we’ve been before we knew what to expect, however, the service was horrendous. From asking questions to requesting the bill no one was coming to our booth despite looking right at our table when requesting people to come to our table. It was brunch time on a Saturday with majority of the place empty, but no one wanted to serve us. We had another place to be so we’re running late and the staff were inattentive and rude, therefore we had requested to take the service charge off where Emilia had responded with a exaggerated smile and nodding in a patronising manner. All the staff continued to ignore us the rest of our time there taking pictures and very very rude, better off going somewhere else. With it being so quiet and us being a group of POC girls makes you think why they were outwardly rude and ignoring us.

Would definitely be booking a bottomless brunch again we had great service for a group of 4. The drinks were made fast enough for us and all staff were very friendly. Lots of nice food options to choose from. We were even allowed some extra time as the restaurant was closing. Zak was great he helped with anything we needed!!

Very good service. Waiters were polite and attentive. Excellent 2 for 1 deal on cocktails. Pulled brisket burger went down a treat. I was particularly impressed with the music selection ranging between 90s and early 2000s. Would come again.

The food was excellent, but a little on the pricey side for the small plates you got (2 Mac and cheese croquettes where you usually get 3 for example, and £4.50 for a small portion of fries). The pina coladas were exceptionally good, and in these days of pre-mixed blandness, these had actual milk/cream in them. Staff were friendly and efficient but the decor is the real wow factor. Lots of foliage and flowers make for quite a girly experience, but very pleasant nonetheless. This would be 5* but for the prices, though you get what you pay for I guess and this was a welcome, unique, relaxing sojourn.

A perfect brunch. Great menu, good quality food and above all sublime service. Our server Amelia was so attentive and personable , the whole experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend and will be back.

I went for my graduation with my wife after I made the reservation online. The staff were really polite and kind. Huge shout out to Dorutta and Diya who were absolutely great. The service was first class. They even complicated me with Prosecco since I graduated. The food was really amazing. We had bao crispy chicken, duck rolls, steak, salmon, sticky toffee. All were top class. We also had a house wine 🍷. Thank you chef and wishing the restaurant all the very best. Thank you for everything. Keep up the amazing job.

Booked the bottomless brunch, staff were lovely ordered nachos which were cold in the middle but they quickly made us fresh ones and removed the service charge from our bill, quick drinks to the table too only critism would be to add a couple more cocktails to the list. Would return thanks guys.

Great bottomless brunch at Fléur this weekend, food was excellent- crispy chicken 🤌🏽! Gorgeous decor and staff were amazing and all so attentive! Only downside was the cocktails included in the bottomless were all huge pint sized drinks watered down with lots of juice! Will definately visit again 🌸🌺

Had a hen do brunch at Fleur and we were all very happy! Food: 8/10 - potatoes were spicy and this wasn’t mentioned on the menu. Since some people are sensitive to hot foods I’d suggest for it to be mentioned on the menu :) Coffee: 9/10 Atmosphere: 10/10 (perfect for a girlie brunch or a hen do) Service: 10/10 we were served by an extremely sweet and nice server who’s always had a smile on her face! ✨

Second visit to Fleur. This time, it was part of a group booking for 38. Ram and his team were excellent, The food did not disappoint, the team looked after us wonderfully, and everything went perfectly. They catered for dietary needs, and every dish was spot on. I would happily recommend Fleur to anyone.

A few Vegan options in the menu and the chef made a Vegan Pasta specially for us.
