The food was out of this world, our waiter was amazing and made sure throught the evening we were happy and had drinks. 100% will recommend and 100% will be back

Had bottomless brunch on Saturday, I’ve never been a huge fan of it when I’ve gone elsewhere and believe it to be overrated however I throughly enjoyed it here. It was a bit too noisy with the amount of people there so turning the music down slightly may help alleviate it a bit. The food was lovely and arrived very quickly, our server was Livia who was very friendly, polite and always smiling. She came over and offered us drinks rather than us having to ask, other places it’s been impossible to grab people’s attention to get a drink hence previously not enjoying bottomless brunch at other venues. Would definitely go again and thanks again to Livia!!

Went for brunch started a bit poorly due to being sat next to a stag party. But was given extra service by Beth and sat for an extra 45 minutes which made our experience significantly better! Food was good, drinks were good, not watered down as most places would and the food was pretty good!

Beth was an amazing waitress during bottomless brunch. Very busy but she made sure drinks were topped up as much as possible! Definitely recommend

Had bottomless brunch here today, food was great (classic beef burger) and the service is second to none, all staff are great, especially our host Beth who was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

terrible slow service, the first hour of the bottomless we got 2 jugs between 6 people and was sat half an hour with nothing. After asking multiple times we still had no luck. Do not recommend

My daughter and I went for bottomless brunch Friday and after reading the reviews we were really looking forward to it. The food was lovely and arrived in good time but the service with the drinks was terrible. After I had my first drink it took ages for anyone to come ask if I wanted to order another. Even after I was sat for 15 mins with a clearly visible empty glass, no one asked if I wanted another drink. What looked like two managers who were there disappeared for ages and there was just one waitress so definitely under staffed. It wasn’t busy when we arrived but it did pick up whilst we were there and when you have customers there for bottomless brunch, you need staff to keep on top of taking drinks orders. A lot were sat with empty glasses and it was just that attention to detail that was missed. No checking tables seeing if glasses were empty etc. Four times I had to call the waitress to ask for drinks. At one point there was literally no one around and another group had been sat with empty glasses for so long they went to the bar to ask for drinks and were told he would send the waitress over which took forever. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were so lovely and friendly but in terms of service, it was poor and we won’t be rushing back. The service at Turtle Bay has been excellent everytime we’ve been, never once did we have to ask for drinks as they were always coming to check and take orders so I think we’ll stick to going there. Such a shame.

Came here for bottomless brunch before a football game, the food was good and Kashish was amazing with our drinks orders, she recommended a lot of drinks which were Amazing and we got a lot of drinks/pitchers in in the 2 hours! Would definitely recommend.

We were served by Ellie for our Bottomless Brunch on 31/04/2024 and she was absolutely great! This is the first time we’ve been to Las Iguanas for a bottomless brunch and would highly recommend!! Ellie’s service was incredible and as soon as we had finished our drink she was straight onto asking for our next- the bar staff were great with making drinks too as we were never waiting for a drink to come, we will absolutely be coming again!

Last year the food was amazing so I brought some friends for international women's day to celebrate together( on 9th March 2024) .As busy and working moms we had no time for ourselves so it was a long waited dinner to have together. Unfortunately the food this time was awful- we ordered enchiladas and burritos but they were all dry , tasteless and small. The cocktails weren't good at all. I had only mocktails as I didn't drink alcohol and my glasses were full of ice mostly and nearly no drink in them and my friends were not impressed from their cocktails as they said they didn't taste any alcohol in them at all. We were very disappointed and not coming back again as we paid nearly £170 including £15 for the bad service we had. I was about to bring my big family here but after our experience I would not doing it. I will not recommend this place to my other friends as well. Toilets were unpleasant too.

Food was delicious, we did bottomless brunch and the drinks were flowing! Definitely worth the money, and the drinks are amazing. Even gave us a water without asking which we did really appreciated. Kashish was a fantastic waitress and is a credit to the team. Thank you! Will definitely visit again.
