Lovely little cafe. Went for coffee and lunch with a friend. Very friendly staff. Good coffee and excellent toasties! Convenient place to pop in. The cakes looked good but sadly my waistline forced me to decline...Will definitely go again.

I visited this cafe today, on a quick lunch break whilst on a coach trip. The service was friendly and cheerful, estimate of time to cook given. The croque monsieur was lovely and my friend enjoyed her baked brie. the Pecan pie, delivered at the same time, as requested, was yummy. Tap water with ice was given cheerfully. Tea was in a pot with delicate cup and saucer. The toilets were scrupulously clean, wipes and hand sanitiser provided. We ate in a small area outside with some shade, which was nice on a hot day. Paying the split bill was done quickly and without fuss. Can’t fault, and I’m not easy to please!

Langams cafe has just started opening as a wine bar on Saturday evenings so myself and a few friends decided to support this local business. We were not disappointed. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Service was quick and attentive. Olives and nuts were plentiful. Atmosphere was lovely. We had a great evening. Can’t wait to return, especially on music nights. We have been during day when cafe and absolutely faultless too.

What a warm welcome by all the friendly staff, made us and our granddaughter so welcome. Food was fresh and tasty. The Falafels on the Greek salad was amazing.

Wanted to try other places to eat in our new home town. We came here for lunch. I had the delicious Curried Parsnip Soup with crusty bread and butter- My wife had the locally made sausage roll and pickle. Even though we choose to sit outside our service was fantastic and warm, definitely be back

I required a place to breastfeed my newborn whilst running some errands in stowmarket and Langhams looked like a good place. Absolutely lovely cafe with very friendly and helpful staff. I mentioned I wanted to feed my son so was shown to a very quiet and comfortable area to enable me to feed and the staff took my order and brought it to the table. Highly recommend, I'll certainly be back.

We decided on Langams, mainly for my wife to give the Latte a trial. Every place we visit is judged on its latte, and Langams gets top marks

The service is a little bit on the slow side but it is friendly. Their snacks are very tasty and their drinks are good. It is very popular so unfortunately you may find it is full with nowhere to sit ... shame it isn't bigger.

Looking for a quick lunchtime snack decided to give Langams a try when we saw home made soup on the menu. Certainly not disappointed, soup was freshly made and piping hot and served with warm crusty bread. Food choices a pleasant change from the standard sandwiches or jacket potato. Need to visit again to try other items

Just ok, I’m afraid. Staff not very attentive, waited quiet a while to be given a menu and later to be served. Menu small. However, coffee was good.

Super-friendly atmosphere in this tastefully decorated coffee house. Friendly staff who can’t do enough to welcome you. Coffees, cakes and light lunches. I can thoroughly recommend the Greek salad. A welcome addition to the Town Centre and somewhere special to take out-of-town guests.

Not long opened, but such a hit! Excellent service, coffee and tea at great prices, and tea served in china cups. It wouldn't surprise me if they warm the tea pot as well lol. The flapjacks are vert tasty as well. A welcome change from...

Why anyone would choose to call a cafe Tickety Boo is beyond me but the food is good and you don't eat the name! Very strange and off-putting style where they take your money before you eat - which meant we didn't order any cake after our meal as we couldn't be bothered to queue and pay all over again. None of the diners I've seen in here look like the type that would run off without paying! Despite this the food really was excellent and I will be back for more.

The owner of this place does not have a clue about running a business which includes giving polite, courteous customer service because she has none of these skills! Off hand, flippant and down right rude are skills she is good at. The staff they employ are inexperienced, ignorant and lacking any customer skills also. Asked if they could serve a flat white coffee they responded, “never heard of it” and when we asked what beer they had the waitress said one in a bottle with a red label and one with a blue label. Unbelievable! Overpriced and the food is very mediocre, we cook better and tastier at home. Never go again and would never recommend. Tip for owner, go on a management course to help your inexperienced staff and while there learn some customer service skills.
