Lane Head Balti in Walsall

Food had no flavour to it at all for £30 odd I’d expect so much more but I can honestly say I will never use here again it used to be so nice, poppadoms came stale to was told to put in the oven but that did nothing I’m so disappointed

Used to order from here for years and never had a problem. Found out recently the owner has changed. Waited 2 hours for my food! Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered my food at 5pm and was delivered at 7pm. Oh and the manager also put the phone down on me when I was complaining. Bad service. Avoid at all costs! Food was also delivered cold and was tasteless.

The curry and rice was nice, but we had no poppadoms, salad or mint sauce. If you pay over £15 you would think they would be included.

Ordered food tonight for the first time in ages... I always recommended this place but I highly reccomend DO NOT USE. food was cold bland and spent almost £50 on 2 pizzas 2 currys a rice when we questioned the price from the online price we was advised to order online... having to pay a delivery fee a service fee ect.... we called to make a complaint and was fobbed off. I will not use this place again

I’m afraid it’s a 1 star from me, dreadful service. The reason for this is because I received a flyer through my letterbox this morning, while there is a clear sign on my door that says ‘no junk mail’- that includes promo flyers/leaflets. So the person who did this clearly ignored my sign. It may be one of your employees or perhaps someone who works for a company that you paid to send out leaflets. I would be happy to take this down, if you can show that the person responsible has been given a warning, to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Food was hot and extremely tasty, first time I have tried the food here and I will definitely be back , loved it !

Tikka masala is other worldly, tastes amazing! Was worth the long wait but not going to grumble about that

Tikka in nann are boss first class food really clean and good portions. Seriously recommended and quick service too. 5☆

Found a piece of glass/plastic in my food, rang them to let them know and they called me a liar! Avoid at all costs.

Very un professional the way they take orders and allot more expensive then most of the other take aways in the area, not the cleanest place to look at, stay away and spend your money somewhere else! Can hear the microwave going off a lot in the background.

Good food especially the chilli naan

Ordered a special balti and when I got home, it was a lamb curry, I don’t mind being told at the time, but when this is just left to you to put up and shut up is unacceptable

Lovely tasty food at a fair price.

Expensive as food quality has not been up to standard on our last couple orders. Always stick to tandoori chicken starter and tikka starter best part has been the fresh tomato. Ask for chicken to be not over cooked and moist comes very dry and hard to swallow. Next order will be returned. Sorry guys. Xx
