I ordered the mighty bucket for one When my food arrived the order was wrong I received 5 bags of chips and a large bucket of chicken which is not the food I ordered I tried to call the restaurant but they never picked the phone up

Rip off. No fries and hardly any chicken compared to what the orders used to be like. £30 down the drain. Will never order from KFC again

Food was seasoned way too much and the chicken tasted like it the oil was old and as if it has been reused

Missing all the fries with four meals!! Delivery time kept being pushed back. Poor service all round I’m afraid 😩.

Need to put napkins in the box and why was there no seasoning on my chips?

Bought a 10 piece bucket. They only gave us 9 pieces, and 5 of the ones we got were legs. Chips were cold. Chicken was greasy and tasted weird. What a waste of £23.

very unhappy with the order I received today, I have ordered 10 pieces sharing bucket and I had 7 X chicken wings 1 X Drumsticks and 2 X breast pieces, the worst chicken pieces I could have it was in the basket, sharing basket should be mixed chicken pieces, very disappointed kfc shame on you!

was late food is cold, delivery driver dropped food and food come out the bag

the prep was late as i scheduled delivery for 5.15. but the food was delivered promptly, the order was correct. overall pleased

Very very bad and slow service I mean too slow stuf if you are packing a order you should finish it and then you should go to next one.one of the girl she was packing my order and then she left it to another stuf doing nothing.

i’m very angry i have ordered and it’s went to the wrong address and we phoned the driver and he said he would call back to give us an update but instead he has marked the order as delivered and we have not had our food, i have also used a coupon to get money of but now i can not use it again and i have not got my food.
