Aladdins Pizza in Walsall

Pizza was burnt - large chips were a small - no salad on kebab, very expensive for what it is won’t use again

Was marked as delivered then turned up 15mins later, chips were soggy, pizza looked burnt and garlic bread went straight into bin. Very poor.

When ordering a delivery using the app, it doesn't show what toppings will be on the pizza so ordered a pepperoni plus expecting extra pepperoni but when came had mushrooms and onions on, called up to ask if I could come to change the pizza as it didn't come how I expected to be told that it wasn't there fault and I would have to pay for it, customer service from the operator is awful and clearly needs more work when talking to people. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Tells me no garlic but puts it in Jacket potato but not a lot! No cheese, just butter and either cheese strings or slices Dairy Lee. Baby bell is another possibility. Food was warm and simply wasn’t enjoyable! He tells a person in the family who he was but not me on phone which I believe is a privacy concern! Fishcake was hard and burned! I’m glad I didn’t bother with the milkshakes which now are downsized since times before! Portions seem smaller too! Not good guys! 🙀

ordered 2 pizzas and small bag of chips, when the order came pizzas were right but chips was hard , like rubber and tasted vile . so I phoned the shop to be told that he would send me a link on WhatsApp to send a picture but how can you tell what they taste like from a picture , we got no response after that would not use again

arrived late tasted terrible had to wait in the cold the delivery was not good and when received the produce it didn’t taste like it was advertised and a waste of money don’t bother again that service was horrific. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

10/10 place to eat, can’t comment on the atmosphere because i ordered for delivery but i could imagine the customer service is lovely, as my delivery driver was so sweet. Got a buy 1 get 1 free offer, chicken and chips was amazing AND they’re not stingy with their sauce which is brilliant!

Food was very basic for how much it cost. Very poor quality. N the milkshake had started to spill in the bag.

40 pound spent on food, 40 pounds worth of food in the bin! absolutely vile , popcorn chicken Rock solid , chips not cooked properly , curry sauce was luke warm and like jelly , battered sausage not battered and tasted like it had been sitting for days , burger tasted really cheap , only the chicken tikka wrap was edible! if you chatge that much for food you need to up your standards and quality of food and cook it properly !!!definitely won't eat from here again ! save your money !!

Everytime I have ordered from Aladdin's the food at gets delivered hot, always on time and always tastes good! Highly recommend them to people looking for a takeaway that won't cost an over the top amount! :)

the masala fish was v tasty, and their own sauce is delicious. lamb chops and sheesh kebabs were made perfectly. will order again. hopefully the standard of food we received will continue.

I try to dodge this establishment but when everything else is closed at 1am then you have no other choice but to go in. Service is good and have friendly staff but the rest (food) could be alot better. The last time I came I ordered a medium pizza and whilst the man was cutting it on the side table a slice fell and as it was falling he caught it with his hand and put it back in my box (no gloves) thank you for my hairy pizza slice (hair from the back of his hand and gorilla arms) I didn't eat it in the end. The pigeons were fed well that morning, thanks to Aladdins

Delivery time is brilliant but food quality aint, the pizzas are stupidly over priced £28.50 for a 20" pizza is just ridiculous, i used to order from another place and the 20" pizza was 14. 99 and better quality. The food is good but come on this is not 5 star dinning. Id pay less at a restaurant.

Was Solid. Had a Pizza Box, under £11 and got more than most places charge £15+ for. Big Guy on counter was great too. Didn’t keep me waiting, Good with customers and immediately checked on my order with chefs. Good place.

I order from here quite regularly and 9/10 the food is bang on and if its not they always correct it. The customer service you receive is top teir especially zee who has dealt with my weird requests on numerous occasions. Thank-you guys!!

Pizza was very tasteless, no flavour

Disgusting service, called within 3 minutes after order was placed as pizza was wrong, asked the operator if it could be changed due to allergy and he hung up the phone called back 3 minutes later and said it couldn't be changed asked to cancel the order and operator hung up. Rang back again and asked for order to be cancelled for the operator to argue after being informed of allergen Issues and still refused to change or cancel order.

Great variety of food from Aladdins and it never disappoints. I’ve tried the smash burgers, pizzas and mix boxes and each time the food has always been on point. Definitely one of my go to places

So I've always used aladdins for my kebab ... had a slight issue and spoke to customer services. Zee was quick to address my issue and sorted it out really quickly! I can't praise him enough! Highly recommend their donner kebab and double Mexican chicken burger!

I order from here quite regularly, i’m always happy with the food and the quality, however the other day i ordered and it wasn’t quite right as one of my items were missing, i got in contact with customer service, one of the best customer services i’ve witnessed, zee was the person who dealt with my complaint and was very kind and understanding, the item that was missing i got free in my next order thanks to zee, there has been many times i’ve ordered from different restaurants and never got a refund or the food, so i recommend this restaurant for not only the food but the great customer service.

Food is always of good quality, fresh & hot when it arrives has quickly become one of our go to take aways. The staff are helpful and attentive especially Zee his customer service is impeccable always on hend to help. Would highly recommend all of their pizza and also thier kebab box.

We order from aladdins all the time& have to say the food is bosting. This time our order arrived incorrect& upon recieving our order we immediatley reached out to the resturant and explained the situation. The customer service representive was so apologetic and was wanting to rectify the situation almost immediately. We can not say a bad word, they resolved the issue and as always the correct food we did receive was delicious! Special mention to Mr zee, his customer sevice skills were amazing & it's the main reason we'll continue to order from aladdins willenhall! He gets 5/5 from us!

Good quality pizzas, always tastes fresh and not breaking the bank like other well known pizza places. Good customer service and friendly helpful staff when calling with queries and delivery updates.

Would definitely recommend the restaurant to others, food was hot and delicious. customer service is great and Zee did an amazing job at working out the error in our order and sorted out straight away.

Nan bread has the consistency of a marshmallow, but besides that its not to bad.

So, I have 2 autistic kids, with food issues, and the staff here are so accommodating to there needs, especially Mr Zee, who went above and beyond to make sure there food was perfect for them! And of course, all the food is amazing, my favourites being the california pizza, churros and Dohnuts!!

Just ordered a chicken burger here. Heard great reviews about it. Chicken burger was 10/10 the can of pop was ice cold, only thing I disliked was the chips they was bit soggy but overall I’m impressed, food was warm, delivery driver was on time and was well mannered saying “thank you, enjoy your evening” will be ordering again soon!

Excellent service , I ordered for a small group of us who get together most Saturday evenings . Staff are very helpful and deliver with a friendly smile :-) food is excellent, and good value for money. Our group will start using this efficient delivery service and will now be using Aladdin's regularly. The menu offers something for everyone and includes many more options than just Pizza - Aladdin's appears to be a one stop shop for that Saturday night takeaway. Thanks Mr. Zee.

The food was good as per usual. They forgot my cake (it was their busiest time) they sent my cake plus and extra drink for the trouble. Great service

for £22.50 for 2 burger meals I was massively underwhelmed. The burgers were okay, but very steamy and wet, which makes me think they were reheated in a microwave. I ticked "all salad" and it was just a bed of lettuce. The chips were proper chips, but the portion size was tiny and they were a tad undercooked. I asked for melted cheese on one (which costs extra) and this was missed out. Drinks were accurate. Driver didn't speak or smile, glad I don't tip prior to delivery. A solid "meh".

Been having food from here a couple of times keep getting the orders wrong food not cooked properly food late these peaple haven't got a clue and they don't care this place is rubbish avid avid avid if I was you worst place I've had in years kept giving them chances because they are open later than most place but not no more sorry it was a,big mistake enough said .

Aladdins in Lane Head is the best thing that’s happened to Willenhall in a while! In fact the last time something this good happened was when we had Morrisons open - and that’s been a fair while. The menu is just great, lots of variety and lots of scope to customise on flavours. Taste and quality of the food is on point consistently and so needless to say Aladdins is my Saturday night go to place; a new favourite! Speaking of favourites, my personal ones include the smash burger, I’ve only tried 2 variations so far, the Smash Cheese and the Chick n Smash - both yum! The kebab boxes - mixed version with fries, salad and burger sauce! The milkshakes!! I’m a massive fan of the milkshakes. I’d recommend the raspberry ripple shake - and ask for Biscoff biscuits as an addition which makes it exceedingly good. And finally, saving the best till last, and probably what’s motivated me to write a review - freshly made, raspberry ripple doughnuts topped with sprinkles. Just epic. If you’ve tried these, you know! They’re still slightly warm when you eat these soft, light rings of fluffy and gooey goodness. If you’re a KrispyKreme or Dunkin Doughnut fan, you’re in for a treat. Personally I think these trump both!

Ordered first time missing fries and a drink as part of my meal. Apart from that food was good and delivered on time. Ordered again and fast delivery and everything was great.

Took over an hour to come to have the fish snd chips missing and pizza to be then. Called a duck when I phoned there for telling them the food was late and I live 5 mins up the road

I ordered a jacket potato with tuna cheese and sweetcorn could barely see tuna and sweetcorn due to excessive amount of melted cheese which moulded to the shape of the box and dosent taste very nice I also got wedges they tasted great, definitely won’t be returning here in a hurry. The overall meal didn’t look appealing nor tasted the best, go elsewhere

Ordered from here twice. First time got the wrong food I ordered chicken tikka and received lamb donner🤢 and ordered a milkshake with no whipped cream and it came with whipped cream, Second time I got the correct food however between the rice, wings and kebab box we came across 4 big black hairs which was enough to put me off. One hair could be a mistake but 4 is a strong indicator that your staff are demonstrating poor hygiene and not practising food safety properly. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone the staff are very incapable and clearly unhygienic.

Terrible service ordered in store and once I got home the order was wrong. Called the store to explain this and got told they couldn't do anything about it even though they got it wrong clearly they don't understand how to complete a order. Didn't resolve the issue useless guy on the phone. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Utter discusting gave me old fries charged me £7.45 for a burgers meal

Asked for batter on cod to be lightly battered and crispy came totally opposite obviously dont read notes on orders. Actual fish was nice flakey and white so shame in batter. Mixed wrap was overcooked meat so dry. Cold on delivery and im literally 2 minutes round corner. Prob go into shop next time for another try. Would add pic of batter but cant attach.

2nd time ordering from here and alway seem to forget to put stuff in bag WHAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR last time paid extra for fries and got normal chips paid for extra 3 dips and got none , and last nights order paid for kebab meal and chips were missing and my daughter meal pop was missing phoned shop to tell them and he was rude on the phone and hung up on me so phoned back again and he said he will send them straight out which they turned up an hour and 15 minutes later which was no good by then as we had already eaten. . Will not order from Here again They do not deserve the custom

I have this place twice Once delivery, second time collection. Delivery order was all wrong so we gave them the benefit of yhe doubt and tried collecting. When we got home with our food, it was still wrong. This place is incompetent and a joke. And customer service, ha ha ha hs ha ha ha ha. Hung up on us 3 time saying that were hoing in circle's. News flash, were going in circle's because you haven't put things right.joke

Delivery was good. And the cheese fries were good. That was about the only positives, and only reason it got 2 stars instead of 1. Pizza had a really weird texture, and just wasnt very good. Burger wasn't prepared the way we requested, and tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned in ages. Needless to say, won't be ordering here again.

Been a couple of times now and never been a let down for us. Can get busy at times due to how popular this place is. Staff are really nice and friendly and the food does not disappoint. Lots of choices on the menu and everything we have tried from smash burgers, special pizza and the family box have been above expectation. Will keep this spot as my new regular. Keep it up guys!
