Aladdins Pizza in Walsall

e very single time lately, absolutely bang on. we throughly enjoy our food, hot when arrives, portions are brill. we've gone now 3 weeks on the run

1st time ordering pizzas was over cooked chips was cold garlic bread was Rock hard and cold and they bbq wings was so spicy they shud state they are spicy wings with a sauce caution for children

delivery time is much but they delivered on time.

Food from here is delicious way better than the cannock branch. Staff seem to know what there doing also

Don't order from here especially fish and chips

Hit and miss. Kebab is cheap and happy but burgers were poor and service was bad. Unfriendly staff, we ordered this evening and the chips were stale and cold. The only good food is the pizza and milkshakes. Everything is just overpriced with cheap product.

Ordered a doner kebab. The donner they use is probably the cheapest possible. Loads of filler, poor taste. Likely mainly chicken and beef.

Staff not very helpful ,to be honest very rude , 1 staff on phone ,1 staff not listening ,,got home food wasn't what I ordered wouldn't recommend ,young girl codunlin with young man behind counter who was on his phone, disgusting never going back

Just had food 8” kebab box with naan or should I say half a naan . I know things are tight at the moment.

Can’t fault the food. We had an issue with the wrong pizza being sent, called them up and they were more than happy to help and send out a replacement immediately. Customer service was brilliant, food as always fantastic. Highly recommend.

came for the £2 pizza deal I saw on Facebook it never stated only 1 each I i wanted 1 for my daughter and 1 for my other pregnant daughter he said no only 1 I drove 20 minutes as this wasn't stated on Facebook he offered me pizza half price but its only the same price they do in the cannock store I definitely would never visit this store again staff are rude the cannock store is much better and better staff

Payed for Donner with pitta and chilli sauce and chips, donner came with no sauces at all with the food, chips were poorly cooked compared to the standard they should be. Will not be buying again with the poor quality

Today’s my first experience with Aladdin. Be honest I was very very exited to try food from Aladdin every body says very tasty food but its totally opposite they use readymade naan taste was very very bad and meat is alright but not very good. Pls request don’t serve readymade naan. Food poisoning. Not worth of money.

If all your usual food places fail because it's late go here food is standard it tastes nice but needs that oomph to take it higher it's fast food as it says

Needs to be renamed to Alibaba instead of Aladdins , ordered a delivery on ordering questioned the price to be told I must have the old menu so requested a new one, low and behold exactly the same leaving a bitter taste of rip of . Won't be going back it's the little things that count and honestly is a big one

fish was lovely , hot, crispy, but the chips were cold, had to warm in microwave

I’m not hard to please and would eat anything normally but this food was disgusting I couldn’t eat it tasted off like the ingredients on the pizza were expired had a stale mould taste made me feel so ill the chips had brown mushy parts on them and they tried to disguise this if you value your life without salmonella leave well alone

Other day went into shop order my food, I noticed worker making burger with his bear hand no gloves on which unhygienic. Make me wonder what about making other items ex pizza. I urged management ask workers put gloves on for health and safety. BTW food and price is very competitive.

First experience with this place. And I am appalled. The food came cold, the chips were undercooked, the pizza honestly seemed like it was thrown in a microwave. The chicken we had ordered also not cooked properly. I didn’t think anything of it first, until a few hours went by and I became really unwell after eating from here. Turns out I have food poisoning. Really do not recommend eating from here the food was outrageous. It baffles me how bad their food and hygiene actually is and how EHO have not seen this! I will not be ordering from here again.

It’s a massive no from us food not hot burger was tasteless kebab in naan not hot the best thing from the order was the milkshake Aladdin’s used to be amazing but gone right down the nick now

Can’t review atmosphere as I ordered for delivery but staff were helpful in telling me how long my order would be. We ordered chicken, chips and kebab in a box and it was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and order again 😁

Ordered the kebab box. Picture showed salad and sauce but didn't get any, and there was no option to add either. Arrived hot and tasted good though.

I rate this 4 stars ⭐️ the only reason is I order special kebab & chips and they didn’t give me any kebab meat where normally they do

Absolutely terrible. Pizza was like cardboard on the bottom the pizza was bland and cold,chips tasted like they were fried in water with how soggy they were🤮. Also ordered curry sauce with chips, same again with the chips. They were soggy. they were plain chips when I clearly ordered them with curry sauce 😒, rang up and told them straight my chips don't have any curry sauce. They have gave me two milkshakes for the kids which is ok I guess but they've only gone and put a teaspoon worth of curry sauce on my damn chips ☠️ Please don't waste Ur money on this shop,don't know why it even got opened same again never wasting money on this place might aswell cook it yourself with the service IV received, absolute joke.

peri peri chicken tenders was really nice probably the best iv personally had its just a shame that the "Spicy rice" at nearly £4 was just a microwave packet of rice poorly placed into a container not even broken up and still in packet shape, wont be ordering the rice again

Fantastic food, cooked to perfection. Service here is better than expected for a takeaway. Prices are respectable for the quality of food you’re getting.100% recommend especially when you’re finishing or during your work. Or even after a night out.

Food took 1 hour 45 mins to come called multiple times told me food was on way still took another half hour. It was all freezing cold when come pizza was vile because it had gone cold. I'm also diabetic type 1 and my bloods were so low after waiting so long! First time orderding won't be again shame really as well as exited to try

Called several times, last time I was told about 10 minutes away, questioned as to whether it would be cold as restaurant is less than 10 minute away, was advised that that it wouldn’t be as it was cooked fresh… The pizza turned up 25 minutes late and was cold. Not impressed.

First and last time I will order from here pizza was overcooked with hardly any base sauce also cold they also forgot my can of pop really disappointed

Food was delivered in decent time and was warm enough to eat. But I couldn’t eat the small fish as it was just gristly and dry and completely inedible. The fries were soggy however, the pizza was perfect.

Didn’t think it was very good value for money. Was hardly anything in the boxes we had for the money we paid. Won’t be ordering again

Ordered from here via user eats, what a big mistake!! Food took over a hour to be delivered. Larger chips portion was like a cone portion, battered sausage was horrible and bland. Curry sauce was watery and tasteless. Won't be ordering from this place again!!!

I ordered chicken tika. This was not chicken tikka. It was ridiculously spicy, neither me or my partner could eat it. Total waste of money. Onky thing that was edible was tee small pizza! Can't even get an option for a refund! Never again

first time ordering and last food arrived cold and the posting size is terrible, no point asking for salad youvdont get nothing, cucumber was just pure water clearly been stored way to long, I'm so disappointed I really want a refund as a single working mom my hard working money went on food that we jsit couldn't eat it was dreadful, no better do better

Worthy pizza place. Price is reasonable Had delivery first time,then went to collect the second time. Very clean setup. Was cleaning and repainting on arrival. Friendly staff Kitchen looked like it could do with reorganisation as everyone was moving stuff everywhere rather than flowing around the kitchen.

Very disappointed with the food, menu is quite confusing as you say buy one get one free for the burgers but it didn't come off at the checkout, no option for a tomato base on the pizzas so the kids felt garlic and tomato margherita was spicy. All ended up with a bad belly after eating it, pizzas were very greasy and the chips and fries both shocking. We won't be ordering again. Bring back nanzza!

Good tasting pizza, I usually go for takeaway but delivery service has been decent when I've used it My go to pizza is tandoori chicken, jalapenos and sweetcorn

Pizza was burnt - large chips were a small - no salad on kebab, very expensive for what it is won’t use again

Was marked as delivered then turned up 15mins later, chips were soggy, pizza looked burnt and garlic bread went straight into bin. Very poor.

When ordering a delivery using the app, it doesn't show what toppings will be on the pizza so ordered a pepperoni plus expecting extra pepperoni but when came had mushrooms and onions on, called up to ask if I could come to change the pizza as it didn't come how I expected to be told that it wasn't there fault and I would have to pay for it, customer service from the operator is awful and clearly needs more work when talking to people. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Tells me no garlic but puts it in Jacket potato but not a lot! No cheese, just butter and either cheese strings or slices Dairy Lee. Baby bell is another possibility. Food was warm and simply wasn’t enjoyable! He tells a person in the family who he was but not me on phone which I believe is a privacy concern! Fishcake was hard and burned! I’m glad I didn’t bother with the milkshakes which now are downsized since times before! Portions seem smaller too! Not good guys! 🙀

ordered 2 pizzas and small bag of chips, when the order came pizzas were right but chips was hard , like rubber and tasted vile . so I phoned the shop to be told that he would send me a link on WhatsApp to send a picture but how can you tell what they taste like from a picture , we got no response after that would not use again

10/10 place to eat, can’t comment on the atmosphere because i ordered for delivery but i could imagine the customer service is lovely, as my delivery driver was so sweet. Got a buy 1 get 1 free offer, chicken and chips was amazing AND they’re not stingy with their sauce which is brilliant!
