Aladdins Pizza in Walsall

Hi I apologise for the mix up the same order should of been placed but on delivery as for some reason my app was changed to collection

It’s a massive no from us food not hot burger was tasteless kebab in naan not hot the best thing from the order was the milkshake Aladdin’s used to be amazing but gone right down the nick now

Food was cold which is disappointing

Ordered the kebab box. Picture showed salad and sauce but didn't get any, and there was no option to add either. Arrived hot and tasted good though.

Was really nice but the only thing is the rice wasn’t spicy

I rate this 4 stars ⭐️ the only reason is I order special kebab & chips and they didn’t give me any kebab meat where normally they do

food was lukewarm, needed hoter part from that was nice

peri peri chicken tenders was really nice probably the best iv personally had its just a shame that the "Spicy rice" at nearly £4 was just a microwave packet of rice poorly placed into a container not even broken up and still in packet shape, wont be ordering the rice again

Excellent food, very tasty and the portions where good! Only down side was the food was a little cold but that would have been due to delivery..

Food took 1 hour 45 mins to come called multiple times told me food was on way still took another half hour. It was all freezing cold when come pizza was vile because it had gone cold. I'm also diabetic type 1 and my bloods were so low after waiting so long! First time orderding won't be again shame really as well as exited to try

Called several times, last time I was told about 10 minutes away, questioned as to whether it would be cold as restaurant is less than 10 minute away, was advised that that it wouldn’t be as it was cooked fresh… The pizza turned up 25 minutes late and was cold. Not impressed.

First and last time I will order from here pizza was overcooked with hardly any base sauce also cold they also forgot my can of pop really disappointed

chips were a bit hard pizza was nice but not cut properly so wasnt sliced

Pizzas are bland and tasteless. Chips are mediocre at best.

portion size was small.but food quality was amazing which made up for size .

I want to understand why on the app the food items are so different in price then they are on the paper menu from the shop collected on saturday

My 2nd time ordering had kebab with chips in an 10" pizza box chicken pie n 2 milkshake bloody enjoyed every bit kebab meat was fresh chips was nice bang on thanks guys keep up ur good wrk 👍

Food was delivered in decent time and was warm enough to eat. But I couldn’t eat the small fish as it was just gristly and dry and completely inedible. The fries were soggy however, the pizza was perfect.

Didn’t think it was very good value for money. Was hardly anything in the boxes we had for the money we paid. Won’t be ordering again

Went for the first time, lovely welcome great variety of food to choose which was delicious and their milk shakes are to die for, food was piping hot and was told can also deliver was recommended to us by friends and thought why not try and wasn't disappointed 5 stars

Ordered from here via user eats, what a big mistake!! Food took over a hour to be delivered. Larger chips portion was like a cone portion, battered sausage was horrible and bland. Curry sauce was watery and tasteless. Won't be ordering from this place again!!!

no salad came with the box nor any sauce, it was dry and i didn’t enjoy this at all

I ordered chicken tika. This was not chicken tikka. It was ridiculously spicy, neither me or my partner could eat it. Total waste of money. Onky thing that was edible was tee small pizza! Can't even get an option for a refund! Never again

first time ordering and last food arrived cold and the posting size is terrible, no point asking for salad youvdont get nothing, cucumber was just pure water clearly been stored way to long, I'm so disappointed I really want a refund as a single working mom my hard working money went on food that we jsit couldn't eat it was dreadful, no better do better

Worthy pizza place. Price is reasonable Had delivery first time,then went to collect the second time. Very clean setup. Was cleaning and repainting on arrival. Friendly staff Kitchen looked like it could do with reorganisation as everyone was moving stuff everywhere rather than flowing around the kitchen.

Very disappointed with the food, menu is quite confusing as you say buy one get one free for the burgers but it didn't come off at the checkout, no option for a tomato base on the pizzas so the kids felt garlic and tomato margherita was spicy. All ended up with a bad belly after eating it, pizzas were very greasy and the chips and fries both shocking. We won't be ordering again. Bring back nanzza!

Good tasting pizza, I usually go for takeaway but delivery service has been decent when I've used it My go to pizza is tandoori chicken, jalapenos and sweetcorn

Pizza was burnt - large chips were a small - no salad on kebab, very expensive for what it is won’t use again

Was marked as delivered then turned up 15mins later, chips were soggy, pizza looked burnt and garlic bread went straight into bin. Very poor.

When ordering a delivery using the app, it doesn't show what toppings will be on the pizza so ordered a pepperoni plus expecting extra pepperoni but when came had mushrooms and onions on, called up to ask if I could come to change the pizza as it didn't come how I expected to be told that it wasn't there fault and I would have to pay for it, customer service from the operator is awful and clearly needs more work when talking to people. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Tells me no garlic but puts it in Jacket potato but not a lot! No cheese, just butter and either cheese strings or slices Dairy Lee. Baby bell is another possibility. Food was warm and simply wasn’t enjoyable! He tells a person in the family who he was but not me on phone which I believe is a privacy concern! Fishcake was hard and burned! I’m glad I didn’t bother with the milkshakes which now are downsized since times before! Portions seem smaller too! Not good guys! 🙀

ordered 2 pizzas and small bag of chips, when the order came pizzas were right but chips was hard , like rubber and tasted vile . so I phoned the shop to be told that he would send me a link on WhatsApp to send a picture but how can you tell what they taste like from a picture , we got no response after that would not use again

arrived late tasted terrible had to wait in the cold the delivery was not good and when received the produce it didn’t taste like it was advertised and a waste of money don’t bother again that service was horrific. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

10/10 place to eat, can’t comment on the atmosphere because i ordered for delivery but i could imagine the customer service is lovely, as my delivery driver was so sweet. Got a buy 1 get 1 free offer, chicken and chips was amazing AND they’re not stingy with their sauce which is brilliant!

40 pound spent on food, 40 pounds worth of food in the bin! absolutely vile , popcorn chicken Rock solid , chips not cooked properly , curry sauce was luke warm and like jelly , battered sausage not battered and tasted like it had been sitting for days , burger tasted really cheap , only the chicken tikka wrap was edible! if you chatge that much for food you need to up your standards and quality of food and cook it properly !!!definitely won't eat from here again ! save your money !!

Everytime I have ordered from Aladdin's the food at gets delivered hot, always on time and always tastes good! Highly recommend them to people looking for a takeaway that won't cost an over the top amount! :)

the masala fish was v tasty, and their own sauce is delicious. lamb chops and sheesh kebabs were made perfectly. will order again. hopefully the standard of food we received will continue.

I try to dodge this establishment but when everything else is closed at 1am then you have no other choice but to go in. Service is good and have friendly staff but the rest (food) could be alot better. The last time I came I ordered a medium pizza and whilst the man was cutting it on the side table a slice fell and as it was falling he caught it with his hand and put it back in my box (no gloves) thank you for my hairy pizza slice (hair from the back of his hand and gorilla arms) I didn't eat it in the end. The pigeons were fed well that morning, thanks to Aladdins

Delivery time is brilliant but food quality aint, the pizzas are stupidly over priced £28.50 for a 20" pizza is just ridiculous, i used to order from another place and the 20" pizza was 14. 99 and better quality. The food is good but come on this is not 5 star dinning. Id pay less at a restaurant.

Was Solid. Had a Pizza Box, under £11 and got more than most places charge £15+ for. Big Guy on counter was great too. Didn’t keep me waiting, Good with customers and immediately checked on my order with chefs. Good place.

Always good food, great value for money, prompt delivery. Milk shakes are a family favourite (just wish they would offer a banana milkshake)

Food was horrible and I asked for a tikka burger they sent a fillet burger. The delivery driver tried to sort change me. Never again

Disgusting service, called within 3 minutes after order was placed as pizza was wrong, asked the operator if it could be changed due to allergy and he hung up the phone called back 3 minutes later and said it couldn't be changed asked to cancel the order and operator hung up. Rang back again and asked for order to be cancelled for the operator to argue after being informed of allergen Issues and still refused to change or cancel order.

Great variety of food from Aladdins and it never disappoints. I’ve tried the smash burgers, pizzas and mix boxes and each time the food has always been on point. Definitely one of my go to places

So I've always used aladdins for my kebab ... had a slight issue and spoke to customer services. Zee was quick to address my issue and sorted it out really quickly! I can't praise him enough! Highly recommend their donner kebab and double Mexican chicken burger!

I order from here quite regularly, i’m always happy with the food and the quality, however the other day i ordered and it wasn’t quite right as one of my items were missing, i got in contact with customer service, one of the best customer services i’ve witnessed, zee was the person who dealt with my complaint and was very kind and understanding, the item that was missing i got free in my next order thanks to zee, there has been many times i’ve ordered from different restaurants and never got a refund or the food, so i recommend this restaurant for not only the food but the great customer service.

Food is always of good quality, fresh & hot when it arrives has quickly become one of our go to take aways. The staff are helpful and attentive especially Zee his customer service is impeccable always on hend to help. Would highly recommend all of their pizza and also thier kebab box.

Aladdins pizza Mr Z absolutely unbelievable. Service, food, quality customer servive outstanding second to none. It is a must in the area!!! 5 star fantastic.

We order from aladdins all the time& have to say the food is bosting. This time our order arrived incorrect& upon recieving our order we immediatley reached out to the resturant and explained the situation. The customer service representive was so apologetic and was wanting to rectify the situation almost immediately. We can not say a bad word, they resolved the issue and as always the correct food we did receive was delicious! Special mention to Mr zee, his customer sevice skills were amazing & it's the main reason we'll continue to order from aladdins willenhall! He gets 5/5 from us!

Good quality pizzas, always tastes fresh and not breaking the bank like other well known pizza places. Good customer service and friendly helpful staff when calling with queries and delivery updates.

Foo was cold kebab meat was grey and grease all over it tray full of oil was disgusting chips were raw and under cooked will not be back sorry aladdins but get better food from the chip shop

Would definitely recommend the restaurant to others, food was hot and delicious. customer service is great and Zee did an amazing job at working out the error in our order and sorted out straight away.
