Such a consistent, efficient service every time. The food is always cooked to perfection and is so tasty. Thank you for being just down the road to where I live. I would highly recommend this takeout 🥡😃

A meal was missedoff but a quick phone call and was dealt with the matter swiftly.

Perfect. Food was hot and tasted really good. Delivery time was early despite when I ordered being one of the busiest times.

For the price it's not worth. Squid was in oil at the bottom was also rubbery and most of it was batter. Pork chow mein was so dry and didn't taste nice. Pork spring rolls were the only nice thing about it. Won't be ordering again! Wrong drink too.

Not impressed, they used to be good. Katsu curry was just Chinese curry sauce on chicken, not Japanese curry sauce, so not Katsu. container only a 1/3 full. egg fried rice severely lacking egg. chicken balls were mainly batter. much better options out there

Nice and hot, didn't taste greasy like some takeaways. I liked the Malaysian noodles as they were slightly spicy. Hot and sour soup was great!! Prawn crackers a little soft but they were free so not that bothered. Thank you, will come again :-)

Absolutely Amazing - I’ve not ordered from here before but so happy I did. I’ve not had a good takeaway in so long I’ve always had missing items or taken too long to arrive. So happy with our dinner tonight will definitely be ordering again soon!!

Great delivery but bland food. Each meat was cooked in almost like a gravy, rather than a proper Chinese sauce Very very bland and after a few mouthfuls of each, you can't remember what it is you're supposed to be eating. Sorry but won't order again

Best chinese in the area... maybe even whole country! Food is great for the prices stated, always comes hot and fresh. Never had a fault with the food and even better they're very generous with the prawn crackers, fortune cookies and freebies! Always order from this place for a night-in. Worth ordering from here and even better they have their own app!

What a shame !! The food was tasteless . The salt and pepper squid was covered in floury batter and tasteless ! The sweet and sour chicken was neither ! Only thing that tasted ok was rice but egg fried … doubtful! Noodles or spaghetti ???? How can vegetable mini spring rolls taste of fish ???

Usually the Cantonese style chicken is a wee but small and floury from the coating, but today it was sliced into good sized chunks and was actually meaty rather than a floury texture. I found one pineapple in my sweet and sour sauce, another chunk would have been nice and it’s not very sour in its flavour, great for people who want sweet, but I like a balanced. I do order from here as I find they are the best overall flavour and not too greasy.

I always order the same thing however this time it was flavourless and gloopy, the satay sauce was thick and tasted like flour or thickening agent. Disappointed as this was my go to Chinese restaurant

New years eve Chinese a must , used lancing Oriental express before delivery spot on using their app and happy to pay delivery charge as went to the driver, Food was lovely and big tubs plenty of food . Good and chow mein chicken lovely.

Salt and pepper squid was rubbery and chewy. Sweet and sour crispy beef had zero flavour. Kung po chicken was ok a little chewy. Malaysian fried rice was very nice.

Can't fault the delivery time or the service, they were great. however the food quality wasn't as great sadly. ribs and sweet and sour chicken were tough and the chicken fried rice was just boiled rice with the odd piece of chicken thrown in.

Oriental Express is now my favourite for Chinese take out. They're a little on the pricey side but entirely worth it for the generous portions, quality, free prawn crackers and polite delivery drivers. Highly recommend :)

99.9% of the time it’s perfect food only ever had one bad experience and ordered so many times from here never anything missing always hot and nice wouldn’t go anywhere else

Always great portions but the special fried rice wasn’t that special as didn’t contain any prawns. But overall still a great meal and will keep coming back.

Best Chinese in Lancing. Food was hot, tasty and good portions. Seaweed, Thai prawn crackers and lemon chicken were all fantastic. We used as our usual was closed and will now order here. The delivery driver was incredibly kind and displayed customer service skills you just don't see anymore. He was polite, respectful and put a smile on my face.

Without doubt the best Chinese takeaway we have had since moving to Lancing. All delivered on time and hot. We especially loved the crispy seaweed, lemon chicken and thai prawn crackers.

Ordered Takeaway, expensive compared to oher local ChineseTakeaways, but worth a try as 10% discount offered on first online order. However, the discount was not applied, and a 60p 'Processing fee' was applied to the bill! The Proprietor was quite rude and unhelpful when queried. I will NOT be returning.

Arrived 30 mins earlier than expected so 5 stars for that. Too much eggy batter on the butterfly prawns but the ribs and chicken balls were great. Chewy crispy beef.

We used to love this take away, however we ordered one in May and found it very bland and tasteless, thought it must have been a one off and tried it again tonight, it was awful tasteless and bland again, wont be ordering again.

I'm disappointed with the order as I normally have great food from here, until last night. The king prawn curry was ok although the sauce was very runny but it was at least edible, but the chips and prawn crackers were terrible. The prawn crackers were stale and soft and the chips were poor quality. The chips also has loads of black bits in them, were dry in texture and were overcooked to a dark brown colour. I've ordered all of these before in the past and never had a problem.

Ordered a selection of items and spent a fair bit of money. The food took ages to arrive and then when we got it everything was lukewarm. The food itself was bland and tasteless. The salt and chilli chips were definitely not fresh, they had been cooked refrigerated and recooked as they were so dry. They lacked flavour and were just generally awful. The crispy duck was dry and chicken balls overcooked. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Sorry to be negative but it wasn’t great. Food lacked seasoning and the curry sauce was quite watery. Chicken balls were soggy and I’ve never known a sweet and sour sauce that is so red and stains your fingers even after washing them with hot water and soap. Portion size was good and vege spring rolls were fine. Delivery was excellent and food was hot.

This is by far the worst takeaway I have ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! I saw bad reviews on this place and thought I’d give it a shot..thinking it couldn’t be that bad. It was that bad! The sweet and sour source is water. I got prawn balls that were ridiculously salty and absolutely no flavour. The salt and pepper chicken was as hard as a rock i wouldn’t even feed this to an animal. I don’t even know how they’re in business. If I could leave a negative 5 star I would. 👍👍

worst chinese I've ever had, ordered house special egg fried rice when it came it wasn't fried it was over boiled rice that was stodgy, none of the food had any flavour at all infact the only items that had any flavour was the prawn crackers. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN

I’m not even exaggerating when I say this is the best Chinese I have had since I was born, me and my partner were sat there in disbelief with every single mouthful, the quantity for what you pay, is massively different to any other Chinese, massive boxes, and portion sizes are shareable between 2-3 and the quality of the food is incredible.Definatley try the chicken balls, non greasy, and different shape!!!!! The sauce and flavour in all 8 dishes that we had, were beyond anything ive ever eaten

Watery, lazy , tasteless food. My salt and pepper tofu did not even have any salt and pepper on it. I could quite happily never have a Chinese again after this food. Such a shame and waste of money. The girl on the phone was great ….. shame the chef didn’t put in as much effort as she did

I am not sure what has happened as I have had good food from this takeaway before. However this time most of it tasted burnt. Even the spring rolls tasted awful. The only thing that was ok was the chicken balls was the only thing that was ok. The best thing I can say is it was hot. What a waste of £20. I will not be back
