I can't fault the place. Local to me, excellent food (especially the all day breakfast) and very reasonably priced.

The service here was exceptional on both mornings that we visited on our trip to London. My veggie breakfast was beautifully cooked and reasonably priced. I cannot rate it highly enough.

15 minutes wait for a half cold tea and an undercooked sausage roll others who were there before me were still waiting when I left never again

Was eating in this cafe when l witnessed the most appalling disability discrimination it has been my misfortune to witness. A gentleman with a dog came in and approached the counter and l could see that he tendered a yellow disability passport and explained that it was an assistant dog. The owner immediately aggressively stated that it isn't a guide dog and he only lets in blind people with a dog. The chap tried to explain that assistance was the same as guide and it was a matter of law and would be please read the passport but the owner remained obdurate and said that he knew best and insisted he leave. At this point l heard one of the female assistants say" well what is wrong with you then?!" The chap left almost in tears. To try to be charitable I think it was more ignorance and stupidity on the owners behalf rather than deliberate. This however does not excuse his and his staff actions both of which could do with discriminatory training. Needlessly to say l will not be visiting this establishment ever again and will encourage my friends to do likewise.
