Lakeside Bar in South Kesteven

Had a great night with the tallington jetski club listening to an excellent live band (Vex) with brilliant friendly staff. If your close by on a Friday night you won't do wrong by dropping by. Thanks for a great night 👌

Gone into this pub a day away Tallington lakes park itself was amazing by far but the pub on the other hand where do I start honestly the food menu was minimal and I mean about as minimal as the receipt. How ever was acceptable when it comes to eating. As for the drinking side of the bar few staff are lovely but there was one or two people what I found to be absolutely rude and drunk isn’t that illegal? I don’t really ever leave a bad review as it’s a personal opinion but I’m more than sure most people would agree I can’t believe my eyes what I saw I really didn’t feel welcomed or did I feel comfortable in there either

Great Team serving Dinner for 50 Hymer Owners rallying at Tallington Lakes. Superb service and attention to detail. Agreed menu organised and served efficiently. Great veue. Recommend

Where do I start? Food: crap menu, £6.95 for a frozen pizza. Fajitas “not available”, despite watching them being served to other all night! Chicken burger was dry and over fried, slathered in Mayo - rank. Ketchup in Heinz bottles is not Heinz! It’s cheap rubbish. It used to be nice here… really disappointed.

First time at Tallington Lakes so popped into the restaurant in the morning and the team were very helpful and full of excellent advice. We then returned for lunch and again the team were so friendly and chatty. Particularly a young guy and lady ( who’s names we didn’t catch) really went above and beyond. The food was ok, it was reasonably priced and filled a gap :) These guys really made our day enjoyable! Thank you :)

Alison and Richard are wonderful hosts, all of their staff are excellent at their work, we will definitely be coming back to see them very soon.

Called last night for drink and bite to eat. We were served by a absolutely lovely lady called Joy Menu was a bit limited but was ok

Had a great meal while staying with friends from the Hymer Owners Group who were staying at Tallington Lakes. Alyson and Richard have put together a great team to deliver great service and good food at a very good price. We were a large group but the team coped brilliantly. Tried here for lunch as family are moving nearby. We had the all day breakfast and a fish and chips. All was freshly cooked and delicious. Portions were generous and prices very reasonable.

Fairly small menu but reasonably priced and freshly cooked without a long wait. Good service and friendly atmosphere, kids always welcome and a nice veranda. Excellent when the sun is shining.

Went for a Sunday Carvery and must admit it was the best one I’ve had in a long time. It was very busy so we had to wait for a table but it was well worth it. Looks like I’ve found my new favourite place.

Very rude selling product out of date and totally not bothered. Staff were unhelpful and extremely rude. A total waste of time and money

with fresh food and lovely staff the Lakeside bar will leave you wanting more of their drinks and perfectly cooked food, just a chicken salad sandwich will do for me!

We ate here again last night and as usual received a warm and friendly welcome and enjoyed good food The best thing we did was to move to Tallington Lakes and the lakeside bar is another plus on this friendly, beautiful park

The bar is lovely. Theres a lake view. Food and drinks are well priced and very nice. Theres a park opposite that you can see from the bar.

Great carvery, great service and good value in wonderful surroundings. I highly recommend this venue for such occasions.

Although the fish and chips were fine it was impossible to eat !!!!! It was served up in a miniature supermarket metal shopping basket complete with handles !!!! Absolutely ridiculous !! Others complained their pizzas were worse than Iceland!!!
