We walked in and it was quite empty. Ordered lamb chops and it’s the best lamb chops I’ve ever had. It tastes amazing with large portion. Highly recommend!

Met friends for Lunch. The food and service were excellent. We weren’t in a hurry as we had lots of catching up to do, the staff just left us to it, no rushing us, it was lovely and we hope to come again.

We booked a bit last minute on a Saturday night and were pleased to get a table. Great, busy atmosphere but service was still good. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was delicious, particularly the mezze of small plates. Yummy! Parking is available 5 minute walk away in village car park which is free after 6pm (I think).

So apparently today was the first day of the fixed price lunch menu. £14.90 for 2 courses, 1 of a selection of either hot or cold starters and a choice of 5 or 6 main meals. We went for the filo pastry parcels as a hot starter and then the chicken shish with salad and rice (£18.90 on the main menu). We were given a free (huge) slice of baklava to share afterwards. Amazing food, great value and excellent service

Turkish Lahmacun is not authentic, but expensive. The portions of food are not satisfying compared to the price. I have seen many so-called Turkish Restaurants but many seem like they’d learnt cooking in the UK, Anglo-Turkish kebab houses!!!

So pleased there is a Restaurant which serves good portions and the Pizza even better and super good portions . Thank you very good salads too .

Maden var udemærket og betjeningen venlig. Vi sad fint væk fra døren og fik forskellige retter at spise. Maden var veltillavet og store portioner. Vi blev dog noget overraskede da regningen kom og den var så høj, men forklaringen var at restauranten selv havde taget 10,94 i service gebyr. Et pænt beløb for 4 mennesker der har spist for ca.84 pund.

Got my order wrong. Husband finished his meal before mine served. Sent it back. Did not apologise although did not charge for second glass of wine.

A great night out with amazing food. Good sized tables, a buzzing atmosphere in a restaurant that always seems busy. And so it should be - the food was utterly fabulous. Scallops, Calamari, Shish, and Ali Nazik. I'll be back for a lot more of this!

Researched the local Turkish/Anatolian cuisine and came across to this gem. We had starter and main. All the foods were hot and well presented.The service was quick & very professional.I can’t recommended this place enough.And top of all , cocktails are amazing 🗣️

I absolutely love visiting here. The staff are soooo friendly and the food delicious. (The goats cheese is my favourite🤤) they also make a delicious hot chocolate! Never had a bad experience here. ❤️❤️

Worst experience ever. Ordered food via Deliveroo with expected time 30 minutes to receive delivery. Received two hours late from time of order. My calls were ignored, no one provided any status update or assistance. Would not be ordering again.

Shrinkflation is something I really dislike. The food at this restaurant has reduced in quantity substantially recently. We have never eaten in the restaurant. We have used their takeaway service many times. The amount of meat was reduced substantially this time. The bread used to be fantastic, this time it was old and again reduced in quantity. We had previously really liked the food. For a takeaway, we thought it was expensive, but decent - so worth it. Now we are less convinced it is worth the price. I would rather see the price go up and not the quality go down.

We visited to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was our first visit following recommendations from friends and it did not disappoint! The photo does not do it justice! The food (and wine) from start to finish was delicious. Such an amazing menu with so much to choice. The staff were also so helpful and friendly. The restaurant itself is also beautifully designed. A really enjoyable experience! I would highly recommend. We will definitely be visiting again.

Unfortunately our visit was a poor experience given the great reviews we read before visiting .we were the second table in and pretty much forgotten about as it got busier .we waited an hour between our starter and main course . The food was nice .

Absolutely superb from start to finish. We were a ‘walk in’ from the street expecting a ‘ sorry we’re too busy and we don’t have a table’. Absolutely not, the waitress warmly welcomed us, pointed to a spare table and we sat! The menu is great, food is quick and hot, it’s busy and bustling, the vibe is fun, the whole restaurant has an energy of warmth. And the food! Where do I even begin. My lamb was spectacular and succulent. The babaganoush was very tasty and the breads and drinks were excellent. Best night I’ve had in a long time. Our waitress- it was her first night and she was fabulous. When I thanked her, both she and her colleague personally walked us to the door to say goodbye. The level of hospitality and gratitude, service all feels so special. When coupled with the fantastic food there is no doubt we will be back. Thank you all so much for a fantastic evening.

The food was outstanding, we had three courses and each of them were absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. As in all good food there is a price. I found this worth every penny.

An amazing gem :) Found totally by accident on Boxing day when we travelled to a family get together in another local restaurant who failed to open dispite our 11 seat confirmed booking!! We called in here and couldn't have been happier, staff was amazing, food delicious and a great time had by all :) thank you :) I faed to take pics of the food as looked (and tasted) too dilicious to waste a second :) A stunning place :)

The food here is really good, unfortunately this does NOT extend to the service. Not only were there moments where the service bordered on rudeness (not all staff), but we were also pretty much kicked out of the restaurant! A poster in the window displays 2 for 1 cocktails 9-11pm and online the closing time of the restaurant states 11pm. However when we placed orders for drinks at 9:45pm we were told it was last orders. The bill was then brought over and whilst we were finishing our drinks the lights on one side of the restaurant were turned out!! Our table was booked for 8pm and it felt very rushed. I think perhaps the opening hours need amending as clearly we were not welcome to stay after 10pm. Its a real shame as the food was lovely.

I've been here a couple of times for take out. On the last visit there was a mix up with the order and the team sorted it out, no problem. The food had been consistently great as had the service and welcome from the staff. I recommend it.

Excellent service, friendly staff , tasty food

Food great, the bread is really yummy, atmosphere relaxed, a really nice place, but sadly, the whole thing was let down, by being charged for drinks that we were told were complimentary. So go there and eat, yes but if they offer you a drink on the house, my advice would be to say no, unless you are happy to pay £5 for a Limoncello that you didn't ask for.

Being a Frenchman it’s hard to say this but the food is amazing, would defo recommend this place to everyone, the food is out of this world , the staff a fantastic and the atmosphere can really get going , well worth booking a table

What a find thanks to reviewers on Tripadvisor. Was passing through Pangbourne and we needed lunch. This is the place. Great service with welcoming advice on what to eat. If you want good food with friendly service stop here, you won’t regret it.

Real good food. I went with a large group and so I tried lots of different foods. Couldn't complain about any of them. Would definitely recommend going here. It's a bit more expensive than some of the other restaurants around, but I think that if you're looking for a decent meal that's quality meets the price. you can't go wrong with this place! Service was great too, which is always a plus.

Over priced food and drink, no parking only in public car park, my food was lukewarm, very noisy, looked at bill after I paid and a 12.5% service charge had been added, for what! Won't be going back

I went last time before a hiking to goring. Their Turkish food is really amazing and fully traditional. Definitely worth paying a second visit.

Mum and I came in for a very early lunch on a weekday. Despite this the waiter/host was very lovely and accommodating. The food, five or six mezze dishes and a big, unexpected, bubble of bread, was fantastic.

Family celebration with 16 guests (5 children). The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. Our first visit and we were very impressed.

I 'discovered' La'De only about 8 weeks ago but have been three times now. It has been excellent on all occaisions. Apart from the excellent food and service, last week there was also live music. Great Turkish food and hospitality.

We returned to the La’De Kitchen tonight to celebrate my father’s 88th birthday. From the moment we walked through the door the service was warm and welcoming. As usual the food was well presented and delicious. We were impressed with how many people were dining here mid week and there was a lovely atmosphere. Thank you for the birthday cake - Dad was singing along without realising it was coming to him. You made his day ! We look forward to a return visit soon.

I have ordered quite a few times from here before as their food is good. However, this was now the second time their deliverys have let them down. The first time, they missed part of the order and WE had to go and collect it, their 'apology' - an awful desert. This time was worse though, ordered online. Phoned immediately as I realised I had gotten my mobile number wrong by the last digit, whilst on, I asked how long the food would be - 'cooked in 20-25mins' and to us within 40. Perfect. I phoned an hour and 20 mins AFTER I had had an email confirming the food was ready. Apparently it was on the way. The food was stone cold. REALLY poor performance. They offered more food to be sent, but couldn't say how long it would be, and the delivery driver was the one who was blamed. Such a shame, as I won't be ordering from here anymore.

A very nice place with great food, fast and polite service and last, but not least a cozy athmosphere. We were a group of 5 ,ordering drinks, main courses and desserts. Everything arrived quite fast to the table and all the food was delicious. The staff regularly came to our table and asked if we were happy with everything. Everything was just perfect.

Second time I've been there and again the food was just as amazing. The staff were really friendly and laid back. Can't wait to go back again, the breads are heavenly the dips excellent, and don't miss out on the baclava 😁😁😁 and Turkish coffee.

Food tasted nice but super expensive when only get 6 pieces of meat for £19 (mixed sish). Also took 1 hour and 20 minutes for delivery and no indication of how long it would take or answer from their phone numbers. Nice food but ain’t no Green Lanes

First time ordering from these guys. Got a delivery this evening and wow!! The food is AMAZING! Everything tasted and looked so fresh. And it all arrived HOT which is never usually the case with other deliveries. The chicken was nice and juicy. My daughters devoured the huge scallops. Accompanying salad and sauces was a lovely touch, as was the bread. Pizza was very tasty. Oh and the red velvet cake! Absolutely delicious. All beautifully presented in these sturdy expensive looking boxes. Really fast delivery too! Will defo be ordering again!

Came here for the 1st time and the moment we walked through the door, the welcome was warm. Manager was very friendly and so we're all the staff. Me and my wife shared the La'De Platter which was more than enough as portions are just right and the garlic sauce was spot on!! We will be back very soon for sure hence the 5* star rating.

We are a family of four and visited on 23rd December. The food was delicious, portion sizes were big and we left very full!!!. I am currently heavily pregnant and the waiter highlighted this to the chef without any prompts from myself and they went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was perfect and chicken wings were cooked well done. The service was very attentive, thank you. We will definitely be back again.

Great food as always, despite a slight panic around delivery! Ordered our special NYE dinner from here - it was rather late, and panic caused by the app telling us it had already been delivered… 25 mins trying to get through to the restaurant (with no answer) before a polite and apologetic gentleman arrived with our food. We enjoyed our family dinner, just rather later than planned.
