Superb cup of freshly made coffee and delicious pain au raison and chocolate crownie (cookie/brownie combo) . I am Italian and the coffee here comes pretty close to the best I have had in Italy. The pastry was mouthwatering. Thank goodness we didn’t succumb to the chain coffee house 200yrds away. We would have missed a real treat!

What a fabulous find. Awesome service, but the foot and hot drinks also outstanding. Particularly the Goats cheese and spinach quiche, the Berry charlotte washed down with an exquisite flat white and chai latte. We were very lucky to arrive when freshly baked baguettes came out of the oven - quickly demolished in the car with a tub of hastily purchased butter....

I have frequented this place for many years and have always been happy to have good quality coffee. Apparently, my loyalty counted for little today when they tried to palm me off with a paper cup, presumably as they were too busy or lazy to wash up. I queued for a good 10 mins to be told that, and when I complained the owner was dismissive, arrogant and rude. I've come to expect such shoddiness from the big chains but not here. Looks like they are happy to go the same way; it's like they are doing us a favour and not the other way round. What a shame!

Came here for a sandwich for lunch. Nice that there is a small shop with French products and a cafe as well. On the menu there are columns for take away as well as eat in prices, so a shame that there wasn't a price difference for the paninni I ordered. It felt like good value for a sit down lunch, but quite expensive size for an on the go lunch. I didn't find the lady behind the counter very friendly nor customer focused, but the chef and the quality of the food made up for it. The filling of the panini was generous and the bread tasty. Shame they didn't mention the bread contained olives though. May return for a second experience.

I visited this place today with my toddler and was disgusted by the owner who was greedy and extremely rude. Here are the pictures of cheese tostie which was made from Essential Waitrose bread. He charged £4 for this. It is called "Boulangerie" At the beginning he did not give me the receipt so I asked the server to check how much exactly he charged for this. He said if I am not happy please let him know so I said it is overpriced. A bit later the owner came and started shouting that this is not overpriced at all in front of my toddler. I did not want to argue with him. But a bit later he came back again 😡 and said he sells croissants only for 80p although it was paid £1 on the receipt and defended the cheese tostie is not expensive at all. Because he needs to pay the tax??? This man was behaving truly vile as he came to me sitting outside twice and scared my little one to justify his overpriced tostie. My little one got scared and she did not want to eat the tostie. I am not going back to this place again but am still feeling disgusted. I said to him I will leave reviews on my experience. He said he does not care because he's got good reviews on Google 😡 I do not recommend this place at all.

I visit at least once a week for the lovely pastries, I am working my way around to trying most of the cakes! The bread is also amazing really fresh and tasty it is certainly worth the queues outside. Quite a few of the dog walkers stop to grap a coffee before the walk and comment it is the best coffee too!

Amazing bakery with beautiful bread and pastries. Only tend to shop in here about once per month otherwise I would carb overload. I just love all the products fresh and reasonable priced but more importantly very very tasty

Have always wanted to try this place out but there is always a queue outside, today as I was walking past there was no queue. I popped in and just got two pastries, it was like being back in France, they were the best pastries I have tasted in England and I will definitely go back to try out more of their pastries and bread.

This is a delightful place to stop for coffee and a pastry treat. First time we sat inside as weather not great. Good coffee, delicious croissants and friendly service. The baguette we took home was wonderful and we will try earlier for an olive one next time. Felt sorry for the owner that one person felt it necessary to take up valuable space for his lap top use while making his one empty coffee cup an excuse to stay inside for hours. The place is just what Cheam needs and would love to see the empty premises next door turned into a bigger deli area for this welcoming business.

Close your eyes and you could almost think youre back in France when eating the tasty food here. All the breads are delicious, we often grab 2 on our bike rides and end up eating one whilst out! Highly recommend the pastries, so fresh and the perfect crisp bite of a crumbly croissant, just the best! I hope la petite boulangerie is here to stay!

I am a French national who has been living in England for the past 20 odd years. At last some decent French bread that tastes like proper French bread! The croissants and other delights are to die for! Everything is made on the premises by a very pleasant gentleman from Tours. All of the staff are lovely and helpful. I am so pleased they came along. I will support the business as much as possible . A little local gem.

An excellent addition to Cheam Village, this French boulangerie/cafe serves excellent coffee and the best French bread and pastries we have experienced outside France. The almond croissants are crisp on the outside and moist on the inside, and oh so tasty! The sourdough bread is baked just right and the range of fillings fresh and interesting. Looking forward to trying the Croque Madame on our next visit. Service is friendly and the range of products comprehensive, whether to eat in or take away. A most welcome little bit if France in Surrey!

The guy at the cafe does not know how to cook a sausage. Mine came out very undercooked and when I said I’d like it cooked more he put it in the microwave! Also when I asked for some brown sauce he started lecturing me saying too much of it is not good for me! That’s probably why he just put a pea size amount on my plate. I don’t like being lectured to I can make my mind up if I like more brown sauce thank you! Obviously he’s lost my custom. Bloody cheek. Very uncomfortable experience.

We're do I start. I had booked a party for my son 5th birthday, everything went well kids had fun nice spacious area. My son was playing in a play area in this cafe and was attacked by a child scratch the side of his face. The owner was not really bothered thought he would had a cared a little as my son only 5. The lady of the son who attacked my 5 year old was taken in the cafe by the owner the he decided to phone the police.which I am still baffled when it was my son that got attacked. I would of recommended this place to anyone but when the owner show little care for my son and other kids that attended the party. This made me no the type of person he is racist
