I recently visited Ollies Kahan and I have to say—it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and ready with recommendations. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a cozy, inviting vibe. Portion size is very genorous as well .

This is a picture of £25 extra large 3 combination kebab. Look at the presentation? Who pour all the bbq sauce on top kebab why not separate pot? Xtra large 3 combinations kebab. But filled up mostly with chicken but 2 of my combinations were lamb and lamb sheesh hardly visible. Ollie special I selected as third one. Arrived half an hour late, ordered at 5:30PM for 8PM delivery but arrived at 8:30. First time ordered, horrible experience. Don’t even feel like eating. Worst service ever.

I have eaten here for 10+ years and it was always a nice place. The new guy seems to be quite rude. Not going back anytime soon. --- Edit: In response to the owner’s reply I didn’t say the experience was today, it’s been a while. I also don’t come often, maybe once every few months, so I wouldn’t expect you to recognise me from a tiny Google profile photo. The tone and content of your reply are even ruder than the experience I described, which frankly proves my point.

Absolute garbage. I came in and ordered a chicken wrap. I think the guy knows what a chicken wrap is, so I paid attention to my phone. The employee proceeds to hand me a Pita bread in a box, with very little chicken and asked me what sauce and veggies I wanted. At this point I told the guy, I wanted a chicken wrap, not a pita bread in a box. He said that he will charge me double. I just gave up and asked for veggies and sauce. He then Proceeded to just smother the whole thing in onions, so it was falling out of the already dripping box, that I did not order. Dude charged me £10. After clearing the massive onion tower, I tried it and it tasted like absolute rotten meat. EDIT: The people working there are extremely condescending towards customers. Hygiene in this place was poor too.

Avoid at all cost. Staff (or owner)doesn't speak english, they are unable to understand simple words, then they make you stupid because they don't understand what the customer trying to say. Never go back again.

Absolute chaos. Total guesswork what your order is. Maybe you get food;, maybe you don’t. You can easily wait 30 mins and they have your food to someone else. Pointless.

I went to make an order and the staff member told me it would be 15 minutes and if i want chicken i can go next door. I said i don’t want fried chicken which is what they sell next door. so I’m looking at the menu and he repeats “there is chicken next door” even though i have just said i dont want fried chicken. i ask what is quicker and he doesn’t understand me so i have to repeat myself a couple times (no problem at all for me) but then he tells me i can get fried chicken next door AGAIN then he goes off to have a conversation with some other men. so i’m waiting for him to come back and take my order… nope lol. completely ignores me while i’m standing in his small shop and there are only 3 other customers and they have both been served. i ended up leaving because you’re not going to make me feel like my money and business is worth less than anyone else’s. i took my business to Friendly Dolphin who were much kinder and with quick service.

Flew here all the way from America to visit a friend. He took me to this spot only to be greatly let down. For starters, the chicken kebab was decently seasoned, however, was raw. It’s truly a let down considering I came all that way with this place as one of our pit stops. Will not return to England ever again

Ordered large. Gave small. No refunds obviously can't do anything. Not recommended never going here again. Edit: would calling have resolved the fact you choose to screw me over? No. Your reply speaks for itself, stepped away from your responsibility of the bs you just did. When someone goes as far as try to shortchange you on small thighs like this, they aren't gonna react nicely. Hence contacting my card company. You can deal with them.

The worst doner place in Germany is better than Ollie’s. Service wasn’t very good and the food is just atrocious. The chips are frozen and unsalted. The doner was flavorless.

Service gets two starts purely because he spoke to me. If I could give less on everything else I would. Shocking kebab house and I can sum it up simply like this: In 48yrs of eating kebabs all over the planet, this was the absolute worst!!!! If you think this is good, then you’ve clearly not eaten kebabs elsewhere! Edit 2 days later: removed all stars for service because the guy was a liar! He knew exactly what he was serving and I’ve just spent two days in bed with food poisoning! I hadn’t eaten for at least 7hrs prior to this visit and after 8hrs approximately of eating here I was seriously ill. You would have to be absolutely mental to eat here! I urge people to seriously consider this review and eat elsewhere or stick to the canned goods etc Disgraceful and the somber it’s shut down the better - I’ve also notified local food standards and hygiene so with any luck it’ll be shut soon or at the very least subjected to a visit.

Found this kebab shop tonight; spoke to Ollie who is a top geezer but his kebabs are something else Literally one of the best kebabs you will get! Don’t miss out on this!

I ordered an extra large shish kebab. It took a very long time even though it was quiet. I don’t mind a wait if it’s worth it but unfortunately the chicken was overcooked & dry but it did have a nice flavour to it. Staff seemed friendly

Best kebab in town. A colleague recommended the place and decided to try it, so worth it! The guy working there told me to try the chicken burger, really good stuff. I also enjoyed the very friendly service and the chill atmosphere of the place. If you are around the station go try it out. Recommended!

It’s called famous burger for a reason, cooked fresh not from frozen , soft succulent chicken, packed with fresh salad of your choice. It was my first time here. They won a customer for sure. Keep it up guys

Ollie's has been an amazing discovery. Quality kebabs, great portions, excellent value for money and a beautiful home made chilli sauce. They have a tremendous selection and everything is freshly made. The staff are friendly and professional, always aiming to provide the highest level of service. They made me a special chicken burger with extra doner meat and meticulous deployment of chilli sauce. It was an absolute taste sensation. Thank you very much, I'll see you again soon.

26 August 2023 - Headed to Ollie's Kebab for some post Public House dining. The hamburger with cheese and chips were reasonable. It would be unwise to bring a first date here especially if the significant other was expecting to be wined and dined. But don't forget your cash, no plastic payment here.

I have to say I had the best chicken burger I have had outside of a sit down restaurant in this place. I know it's a kebab place but that chicken burger was 12 out of 10.

Use this place a lot. Great team and food

Recently I got a lamb wrap there. It looked enough good. But the taste is not good. Too many fresh onions (why they use fresh onions instead of sour onions?), too salty meat, just cabbage, onions, Messi and sauces inside. And they use ready sauces, they are not cooking it themselves. Only good thing that it was enough big.

First time coming here and I am so surprised, the guy was friendly and welcoming and offered to customise the order(for free) and promised my mrs would love me forever after the chicken burger…. She loved it more than she loves me! the Donner was the best I’ve had not just in Sutton but anywhere!! Bad reviews are probably competitors so don’t be put off!!! I was the guy in the yellow hoody 😊

After drinks and feeling hungry this is the place to go. Open late and serving just the things you need. Very friendly funny guys making delicious wraps with chicken and fresh salad. Helped me preventing a hangover. Top kebab shop.

Do not take the bet for the Fried Chicken Burger, you will lose and have to post a review about how delicious it is. For £6.50 it might seem steep, but absolutely worth it in both taste and the amount you're getting!!!
