I absolutely loved the food—it was delicious! I highly recommend this café, especially since it’s conveniently close to Hyde Park. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always smiling. A truly professional team and a great place for breakfast!

Everything is delicious, you don't know what to choose because everything looks so delicious, made with care. A small and cozy place. The attention was very good.

I came here because they offered a vegan breakfast. The speed of service was very good, however the café felt very loud with less than 15 people in it. At first, I was surprised that it was just a piece of bread with veg on it, however, the way it was delivered and the taste was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed this healthy vegan breakfast from La Meena Café.

Perfect breakfast! The waitresses were lovely and the service was quick. The food was delicious. If you want to have a warm breakfast, this is the ideal place!!

You can eat more quantity elsewhere, but this cafe was my favourite in the area from the ones I've tried. I really enjoyed the food. I tried a couple sandwiches and a croissant. I asked for a lungo coffee (let the water run after the normal espesso dosage), but they couldn't do that and offered to make an americano instead. But the employees were generally gentle and pleasant.

The place is quiet and very pretty. Feels like you have stepped out of busy London and into a quaint little cafe away from everything.

Ive had breakfast there three days in a row and tried the tuna baguette, pancakes but by far my favorit would be the porridge 😍 highly recommend!

We always stay at a hotel round the corner when in London - and always go to La Meena for breakfast. Excellent selection from porridge to as many egg variations as you could hope for; all kinds of tea and coffee; excellent service from cheerful staff; newspaper bought round the corner. Just a treat.

On a rainy day we wanted a good cappucino. You can certainly find them here. There was room for us, there were 3 of us. We had a lemon cake and an almond croissant. We had already had breakfast at the hotel, but the breakfast and the choices looked very good. Recommended!

Possibly the most delicious breakfast you have ever tasted in London and the service is excellent. I have been there more than once. It is crowded and it is worth the wait. The food is the same as in the pictures. The girls who work are amazing. The lemon cake is amazing. Do not miss all the dishes. Order more than what is on the menu.

Wonderful cafe to eat breakfast or lunch close to the Bayswater and Craven area. I ate breakfast here almost every day of my holiday. Very clean, appealing decor and bright atmosphere. The food is excellent, delicious, and beautifully presented. All the staff are efficient, courteous and helpful.

Great place for breakfast. They have a lot of options for a healthy breakfast. Good coffee and fresh pressed OJ. The avocado sandwich with scrambled eggs was a favourite. The only reason i dont give full score is that the english breakfast could have some greens, since everything else has it. Would return!

A very cute and cozy cafe I went to with my friends, we had a lovely breakfast and the staff there were very kind and attentive. The food was very good and I really enjoyed myself.

Great food and drink options for breakfast & everything freshly prepared. Only criticism is the portions are rather small. The granola for example should have been at least twice the size portion as it was for £8.50. Smoothies delicious though and very welcoming staff.

It was a good place to have breakfast. Everything we ate was very good. Would you like to try the entire menu? Very tasty dishes. I recommend the carrot cake and the crispy bacon with egg and avocado.

Small, cute cafe on a side street. The food looked very good, but unfortunately it wasn't entirely convincing. In my opinion, the pancakes in particular were not freshly prepared, the consistency was very firm and not fluffy at all. The cappuccino was good average, but not outstanding either.

We stayed 4 days in London at a quaint hotel down the street and ate there every day for breakfast. It's such a great little place. Women owned and have some of the best breakfasts/brunches you'll ever have. Set breakfast, poached egg plate, and the eggs benedict all superb. The presentation is excellent. Seriously, they deserve a Michelin star for the taste, presentation, and love they have for this place and their food.

This place deserves a Michelin star! The food was fantastic every day, the sweets are made in house and just heavenly. The ladies are fantastic and the coffee Devine. Try any of the breakfast items, you can’t go wrong.

Hyde Parks hidden gem that deserves a Michelin star! The ladies running the show are very friendly, the service is excellent and the food is superb in taste and presentation. My husband and I spent 5 days in London and came back from breakfast every day. Thank you and hope to see you soon!!!

Lovely café, came here for lunch with the wife, and enjoyed the set breakfast, meat lasagne, and an egg sandwich to go. Food was tasty and came in a timely manner and the staff were quite friendly. For our drinks, I enjoyed a lovely mocha and my wife had a delicious berry smoothie. It's obvious that the café is kept in a very clean state by the staff. As we were eating, I could see one of them very deligently cleaning one of the juice machines. I always really appreciate seeing this this as it makes me feel at ease about the safety of the food; as the kitchen is probably kept in a similar state. Wonderful experience, would definitely recommend coming.

This is a delightful little cafe. Really nice selection of food. Quick service and very tasty. The la meena breakfast of figs on mascarpone cheese with blueberries was delicious. Enjoyed the poached eggs on muffins also.

Staff Very Ruth, there was a quarter of an hour left before closing and they didn’t accept my entrance….. if she will close the shop few minutes later what can happen?!?? Come on…. I will never come back again

Small cosy place for breakfasts and lunches. English breakfast, toasts, sandwiches etc. Friendly staff. I had a focaccia with mozzarella. It wasn't bad but didn't taste much. I suggest putting on some pesto.

Lovely little cafe for breakfast, snack or lunch. Decorations are charming and cappuccino with almond milk is amazing. We also loved their #1 poached eggs with avocado on English muffin and smoothies.

Perfect breakfast experience! We had breakfast at La Meena's this morning while staying at a nearby hotel that doesn't serve breakfast. We wanted a fresh, healthy breakfast in a clean, airy environment (ie not the stale, greasy air of many cafes that serve breakfast). La Meena was exactly what we hoped for. The staff were delightful; professional and friendly. The menu made it difficult to choose between savoury, sweet, fresh smoothies, and even full English breakfast (although there was no smell of it!). Thoroughly recommend this cafe.

Small but really nice restaurant/café. The food here is very tasty and is prepared fresh and with a lot of love. And the staff is super friendly and personal. We went there every day for breakfast during our trip and would go again and again. A small but very nice restaurant. The food is really good and it’s all cooked totally fresh and with lots of love. And the people working here are so friendly and nice. It was the best choice to have breakfast here every morning during our stay and we will come back for sure :-)

On different days we had the set breakfast, the porridge with fresh fruit and different versions of Egg Benedict with avocado and bacon. This is a great little place. It's small so you may not get a seat. The croissants are fresh and made on site. Staff are all nice and friendly. You do need to order at the counter which I see some people confused by. Full English breakfast and the selection is quite varied for such a small kitchen.

Bad service, Bad food and moody employees

So where do I start. I wish there was zero star option for service too. It's a beautiful cosy cafe with some extremely moody person who served me. Seems like she was the owner as when I asked one of the staff working there something she pointed and said ask her. Staff seemed traumatised by her. The way that lady spoke was so arrogant and her body language felt like why are you even here. She had frown on her face the whole time I was giving her my order. . I ordered salmon bagle which also came with a stale salad which I thought wil make me sick. Tea was cold and extremely weak .there were plenty of food choices but if only that lady would listen to what you like and how!!!! Such a big disappoint having breakfast there to start of my day.couldn't even finish my food as service was atrocious.never again I'm visiting that cafe after a traumatising experience there.i visit Paddington often I have never ever have had such a bad bad service ever. I felt I wasted my time and money in that cafe. I wish I took a picture of my food so I could share evidence here of stale food.
