- They cancelled our booking after being 5 minutes late (despite having empty tables in the restaurant!) just wanted us to feel bad (power trip) - took 40 minutes to order drinks and food - had to ask for a cooler for our white wine (thought this would be expected if you’re purchasing a bottle) - so many bugs as the windows were open, there were so many on our table and in our drinks and they didn’t close them in - were asked if we wanted Parmesan / pepper on our pasta meals as they were delivered to the table and waited 15 minutes before we realised they were not going to come and give us Parmesan/pepper! Dish was getting cold so we tucked in anyway! Closing comment: Quality of food was good, but service definitely could be improved upon, was just disappointing considering the price of the meals. Overall, if you want to pay for good dinner at a decent price, go elsewhere!

En un frío febrero mañana me dirigía a un evento de capacitación cercano y queríamos un aperitivo para ayudarme a conseguir a través de la mañana. Yo probé el muy buen café al lado en un viaje anterior, pero pensé que le daría este. Tenía una ciabatta tostado con el halloumi a la, champiñones, cohetes y salsa chili. La comida estaba recién preparada, el servicio rápido y eficiente, además de ser muy amable, y el ciabatta era muy sabroso. Los precios eran muy razonables para Londres. Hay un par de asientos en el interior y en la acera, pero yo saqué la mía. Espacio de asientos es limitado - más de comida para llevar, y ampliamente superiores a la cadena restaurantes. Muy recomendable.

Me quedé totalmente satisfecho con el servicio y la calidad de las comidas. La ensalada buffet era precioso y las raciones eran muy generoso. Honestamente puedo recomendar la lampara de sabrosas comidas de oficina.

Debe probarlo! lo encontramos y sin duda pueden volver otra vez. La manera en que sugieren diferentes carnes caseras y platos de pescado es tan único.

Waited 1 hour for the food to come .the beef was totally hard to chew and I don’t think they worth the prices they have .if it wasn’t for the decent service I would give it a lower rating .

6 Carthusian StNot as big as most Fullers pubs and a limited menu. Having said that, all the items on the menu looked very tempting. We ordered hummus (with pitta and black olives) and a charcuterie board for 2. Both were delicious and good value. Both the ladies behind the bar were really helpful and pleasant (this is not a given in central London pubs). One helped us take our supper to the upstairs "Wine Room" - a very quiet oasis of a room. A very nice evening. We wnat to go back to try the toasties and the Scotch eggs.

Oliver's Yard, City RoadI had a bit of a giddy moment today and the staff here at my local Pret, who know me well, couldn’t have been kinder. So grateful - and such a great example of the culture Pret seeks to create in its business
