I ordered food which NEVER EVEN ARRIVED. I called them and a lady replied rudely and refused any refund or compensation. If I could give less than 1 star I would , terrible customer service .

Pido 2 rebanadas de pastel, primero . uno llega mal y puede suceder segundo . el pastel se congeló por completo, incluso con escarcha en la parte superior, es un pastel no helado de gelato, llamé al restaurante y me dijeron que vendemos así desde hace 5 años, trabajo en la hospitalidad, y el pastel debe descongelarse antes de servir al cliente, estos no son comestibles, ni siquiera son capaces de cortar con un cuchillo, son como una piedra. infinitamente peor ! ! ! ! ! ! ! no ordenes con ellos

La pizza grande es realmente buena, muy sabrosas y la gente es muy agradable y dulce, muy disponible. Vamos allí regularmente y siempre son amables con nosotros; Muy sabrosas pizzas a muy buen precio.

We were here for Valentine’s Day. Though it was a busy day for the kitchen, the staff was wonderful and hospitable and the service was impeccable! Had a great time!!! Loved the honeycomb cheesecake!

1 Chestnut GroveWorst subway I've been to, the staff are too stingy and not approachable. I asked for 12 cookies of all which I would like them to be choc chunk, these 2 guys proceeded to tell me thats not possible and they need to save some for customer satisfaction, I AM THE CUSTOMER???!!!!!! Where's my satisfaction. Others have told me they've had similar experiences at this subway. I have nothing against the food at this subway, just fire the staff (including the manager). When replacing them make sure the screening brings forth kind and honest staff. Just some practical advice for subway.

230-236 Lavender HillHorrid!!! My daughter and I thought we would join in & have fun on this Black & White theme, Pizza Express were promoting. How disappointed was I at the standard of service & the quality of food provided. Worst Restaurant experience I’ve have and that’s saying something, given that it was free!
