I mainly work from home but to due to moving i have started working from local cafe's just temporary while we waited for our WiFi. I went in and had to wait for a rude lady which i learnt was the owner to seat me at my table, the table was so unstable, the pergola was not waterproof. I waited over twenty mins to receive my latte. When my food finally arrived they forgot to make my colleague food. Never been somewhere so unprofessional, unhygienic and inferior. Grotty rundown building in desperate need of a renovation and management change.

We popped in here as we’d just returned from holiday and needed cheering up. We weren’t disappointed. It’s like a piece of France has been dropped into Odiham- which delights my husband who is French. Alex the chef and owner is wonderful and we were served by two lovely lads - sorry can’t remember the names. It’s just lovely. We need more places like this rather than boring coffee chains!

Today's lunch was fabulous. The flavours were excellent. My mum had chicken ratatouille with a gallette and I had the Paysanne. Alex can make eggs, bacon and mushrooms exceedingly special. There is a lovely garden with a pergola to keep out breezes and showers, complete with cushions and blankets. I don't understand some other comments. This is a small local cafe and food is cooked to order. A gem.

I went today again, and the food was absolutely amazing it is such a lovely place to spend time there. Not only are the staff friendly but the customers are as well, I got chatting to a lovey couple of ladies. Alex’s food is out of this world she brings France to Odiham. With all the activities that go on in the Creperie it hard to choose which ones to go to, it reminded me that I need to book in for the next film night and music evening. This is the place I eat at the most in Odiham as it is simply fantastic.

This is not a restaurant and certainly not 100% french. Owner buys frozen croissants and wine in waitrose and sells at double price. Don't be fooled by name and menu. Filthy place with a poor service and bitchy owner!

Discovered La Creperie earlier this year and have been back numerous times. The coffee is excellent, in my opinion the best in Odiham and the food always freshly prepared as you wait and very tasty. Visited today with my wife for lunch. I had the Omelette and salad (various fillings to choose from) which was delicious whilst my wife had the winter salad which she thoroughly enjoyed. You are guaranteed a friendly welcome and the service is excellent. Will definitely be back in the New Year

Booked up for a family Breakfast, kids had crepes with bacon and Maple syrup which they loved and I tried the Pain Perdu which was wonderful, although I should have requested a couple of rashers of Bacon to go with this after sneaking a bit of Bacon from one of the kids. The only way you could improve this would be to use Sourdough but I only say that as a massive Sourdough fan, not as an expert on Pain Perdu.Staff and owner all very friendly and accommodating and they do a nice Flat white, nearly as good as mine :-)

This place claims to be a French cafe, but the only thing remotely French seems to be their level of service. We had to get our own menus because the two incompetent staff (a gentleman who was cooking and then a young man who was a server) were completely disinterested.20 minutes had passed, and still no one had come to take our order, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and ask the man cooking if he could god forbid take our order, the response I got was ‘no I’m cooking’ and his colleague would be with me when he finished whatever he was doing. Charming (not). When the waiter decided to take our order, he wasn’t the least bit interested in smiling, or showing any interest. When my crepe arrived, it was mediocre, and something that my 10 year old could do. Throughout the morning I watched numerous people come in, then leave because they just weren’t getting served. And the waiter just clearing away the memories like ‘ah good ridden’Spend your money elsewhere. There’s a lovely coffee shop called fountains, which is where we’ll be using for future visits.

Arrived when opening with a friend and our two babies for breakfast. We appeared to be the first ones arrived so we adjusted a table and chair for us to sit comfortably with our babies being in their pushchair. As we sat down what we assume to be the owner walked in and rudely said "if we get busy we will have to move" in shock we didnt reply. Once processing what we heard we didn't think twice but to get up and leave to find somewhere that was worth our money.

We’d go back in an instant as the food served is really good here, but the service is dreadful. Waiting to be served in the first place (on our visit there were only a few people there, 2 or three tables) took a ridiculous 10 minutes then a further 10 minutes for basic drinks to arrive and finally a further 20 minutes for food to arrive. Watching the 2 inexperienced and not bothered staff chatting didn’t help either. The cook knew what he was doing though, very tasty galettes indeed, but clearly he had no idea about organising and managing the servers. So, unfortunately we won’t be returning, it’s a pity.

Lovely authentic crepes and galettes, in a delightful setting, but the service is unbelievably slow. We arrived just as they opened, and were the first table to do so. It took half an hour for even our coffees to arrive and a full hour and a half before we’d eaten a couple of crepes. Scrumptious as they were, this was supposed to be a little pit stop, not hurried, but we were on a trip out and didn’t envisage breakfast taking that long. After that hour and a half, a further 15 minute wait for the bill- I had to go to chase staff to take my payment. The crepes are absolutely yummy though, just only go if you have lots of time!

A tiny little place, with only a few tables (they recommend booking). The interior is super, and has a lovely atmosphere - which is definitely fostered by the owner - who was a genuinely welcoming and personable 'hostess'. We had specifically gone for the crepes and galettes, so were a little disappointed to find only one vegetarian galette on the menu, saying that it was very nice, with beautifully fresh ingredients filling the galette and a small side salad. The crepes were also nicely presented, and of high quality - but - and this is why I've reduced from 5 stars to 4 - it was very slow in terms of producing the food. Maybe it is because when in France the gallettes/crepes come so quickly, that we were surprised (we waited 35 minutes from ordering to receiving the galette and only us and one other person was waiting). I suspect by the fact that all others reviews don't mention it, it might have been a day when the proprietor and one waiting staff member were pushed for sorting things in the kitchen, as the waiting staff member disappeared for long periods of time doing something out the back. Clearly many customers are regulars, as there was much personal interaction going on, so thats a good sign that quality is consistent. We will definitely visit again, but would hope that the speed of service could be better and we were just there on an exceptional day - 1 hour 30 minutes for a galette then a crepe is too long really to make it a quick pop-in. There were lots of selected goodies you could buy inside individually, like macaroons and coconut cakes, which I can see you would quite easily go away with as they looked tempting.

Wonderful French creperie run by the redoubtable Alex (what is a loss for The Grapevine is a gain for La Creperie!). Serving delicious savoury buckwheat (so gluten free) galettes and equally delicious sweet crepes. If it is full, worth waiting and coming back and there is a small courtyard at the back, weather permitting.

Quaint litle restuarant serving a good variety of savoury and sweet pancakes.

I went with two friends and my 14 month old. The staff were warm, friendly and very accommodating. I really enjoyed my galette but the croque monsieur looked amazing; next time! One of my friend's "doesn't do sweet" but upon trying a nibble of La Creperie's lemon and sugar cheesecake, they had to order one too...!

First time dining here for lunch. Food great, service excellent, staff very professional but also friendly, attentive and accommodating. Beautiful little garden at the back, only one toilet but clean and quaintly decorated. The boss/manager was so lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, "warm" place not only for the temperature, but welcoming, good choice of wine, for being in England and not in a very expensive place. I was at ease.

A beautiful old English pub but the lady who owns/runs it, ruined the entire experience!! Never experienced a more miserable woman, every request or drink was an effort. And our children, who were well behaved, were made to feel like an inconvenience and made unwelcome. Very disappointing that such a beautiful pub was ruined by a rude landlady. Why own a pub when you aren’t interested in customer service?
