Got a bunch of pasties on too good to go

Ordered a sausage roll fir my train journey. Really awful. I got covered in pastry bits as ir SO dry.. only eat a bit of it. Waste if 4.99...

Got charged for 2x my product. I was in a rush so didn’t even notice until I was sat on my train. Tried calling but couldn’t get through but check the price if you’re getting anything from here!!

Staff on 23/3/25 at around 22.40 will need to be spoken to by management. Bought a too good to go bag but they tried give a sausage roll and small pasty for a bag that was meant to be worth 12.60..Just because they wanted to take the pasties home..It's a business. Had to mention the value of the item wasn't 12.60 but 9.60 before he added an extra sausage..Absolutely appalling..How much food do your staff want to take home at the expense of business..

Waited for my coffee I ordered was told I didn’t order it. Then given wrong drink twice. Because if this I missed my train, very upsetting as I ordered a large latte was given flat white then medium latte

I travelled to London for a training and decided to try their chicken and mushroom pastry. When I was ready to order, I said chicken and Mushroom and the guy on the till didn't ask whether is the giant one or not, he just assumed and sold him that. When I questioned him, he started being funny and rude. I will not be buying from them again.

Vitti was really pleasant and welcoming, even after a long shift she was joyful and considerate.

Había visto las buenas críticas y cuando estaba tomando un tren de Euston visitó con el nieto estudiante temprano el sábado por la noche. Agradable decoración y el personal, bastante larga espera después de que nos habían sentado antes de venir a tomar una orden de bebidas y comida. La mayoría de los lugares toman su pedido de bebidas casi tan pronto como se haya sentado. Las bebidas llegaron - tuve que pedir un vaso, ya que no bebo de una botella! Poco después llegó nuestro entrante de nachos pero apenas habíamos empezado a comerlos con los dedos, ni cubiertos en la mesa ni provistos en ese momento, cuando llegó nuestro plato principal - los tacos. Tuve que pedir cubiertos. La comida era /muy / sabrosa y nos gustó. Nieto tenía churros de postre - que dijo que eran deliciosos. El restaurante estaba muy lleno para cuando estábamos listos para salir, así que obviamente un lugar popular y muy conveniente para algo de comer antes de tomar un tren. Iría de nuevo por la comida si surge la oportunidad. Les he dado un tres, en lugar de los cuatro que la comida merece, debido a la lentitud / servicio inconexo y tener que pedir vasos y cubiertos.

Thought I would treat myself, £12 for a coffee and a traditional pasty!. Texture perfect. Taste - virtually non existent. Little meat, poorly seasoned. An expensive disappointment.

I recently visited The Pasty Shop London, and I was absolutely delighted with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked pastries filled the air, instantly making my mouth water. The display case was filled with a beautiful assortment of pastries, each one looking more tempting than the next. A special mention goes to Nagaraju, whose friendly and attentive demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. If you're a fan of fresh, handmade pastries, the shop is a must-visit! I'll definitely be coming back for more.

NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!! We visited London (Euston Station) on 17 January 2025. On the way back home we have bought 2 giant traditional stake pasties (£7.99 each) from The Pasty Shop on the station. The men who served us knew that we are only visitors in London and would not come back to complain and sold us one damaged pasty with the missing end. They SHOULD NOT sell this pasty at all or at least told us about the damage and reduce the price!!! Unfortunately we didn't watch them packing our pasties as we trusted them otherwise we would not accept the damaged pasty. We like Cornish pasties very much and need to visit London (Euston Station) few more times, but WOULD NEVER EVER BUY pasty from this shop again!!! They lost our trust and respect!!!

Reservamos una mesa basada en comentarios. Estábamos muy decepcionados. A la llegada, no nos reconocieron, y no nos sentimos bienvenidos. Pedimos nuestra comida y bebidas y todo el cuello de mi botella de corona estaba cubierto de sal de la que no me dieron cuenta y no esperaba ver como nunca lo había tenido así en México. La comida estaba bien como mucho, y no todo eso sabroso. Tuvimos que pedir cubiertos (cuando realmente podíamos llamar la atención de la camarera) No tendría prisa por volver

Do not get lured in to their sausage rolls they look big but all pastry it’s has the thinnest slither of sausage meat in it and they have the nerve to charge 4.99

Comida rápida previa al teatro en este restaurante que está a poca distancia de la estación de Euston. El ambiente es casual y la decoración es peculiar y colorida. Esperaba más opciones vegetarianas, así como opciones de pollo. Pedido bebidas, nachos y tacos. La comida fue servida rápidamente. No estoy seguro de si esperaban que comiéramos todo solo usando los dedos como cubiertos tenía que ser pedido. No es un problema importante, aunque el chico se veía un poco sorprendido cuando pedimos tenedores.

What a horrible experience. I just wanted a pasty. You wouldn't take cash, and if I paid with a £20 note, you would NOT give change. Not only that, but the pasty was crap for £7.50. Places like this don't deserve customers when you're punished for trying to pay cash. I'll never go back and I'd suggest you avoid it, too. I have not left a bad review for a long, long time. This is warranted, though. It was a potato pasty, I've seen more meat on a budgies ankle.

Tasty steak and ale pasty, but at nearly £7 it should be. A friend paid for said pasty but even so very expensive.

The roll was basically empty. It was rock solid and dry. Probably been sat there for 7+ hours. Inedible. Too far gone now to take it back. Don’t waste your time!

Era un poco más de lo que esperábamos pagar, pero tuvimos dos cócteles cada uno, así que creo que lo justo.

Wanted Chai latte but they didn't have any so ordered a latte instead. A large one at that. Big mistake. It's the worst coffee I've tasted, ever. Can we even call it coffee? Tastes more like milk flavored water. CRYING RIGHT NOW.

£7+ for a large Cornish Pasty in Euston station thinking it would fill be up on the train after the gym, yet almost zero meat inside just root vegetable mush. Waste of money.

Customer service at this kiosk was exemplary.

I ordered a pasty and an Amercano. The pasty was ok, nothing special for £6+, the Americano was upsized to a large one without asking me which meant I ended up with half a litre of hot water with one shot of coffee for about £4. I normally drink coffee however it comes but this was so weak I ended up throwing it away and using the Costa machine in W H Smiths which was not only infinitely better but significantly cheaper.

Great food. Only thought I would give their bacon roll a try and not only reasonably priced for London but possibly one of the best I’ve ever had.

Just bought my normally favourite sausage roll, first of all asked the assistant to put in another bag for me as I wanted to put it in my travel bag. Was told no, ask next door?? The sausage roll was inedible, pastry so hard I nearly broke a tooth, tried just it eat sausage but it was too spicy!! Sort your self’s out!! £4.79 down the drain!!!

3 times I've eaten from here, 3 times I've had stomach ache so bad it felt like I'd been kicked in the stomach. I've finally put two and two together and decided it's this. The only reason I hadn't considered it before was the speed the bad stomach happens, it's always within an hour. But only after eating from here.

The sausage rolls look big and perfect but you’ll bite into disappointment and nothingness. There’s hardly any filling in it and they purposely loosely wrap the pastry to make it seem like it is a decently sized sausage roll. Thought I will say this - flavour wise this store is still better than the other pasty shop a few stores down. Go for their chicken and mushroom pasty instead.

I ordered a sausage roll while running to the train and pastry was so hard it could not be bitten in to. I had to throw it away it was inedible. This was highly inconvenient as I am pregnant and was rushing to get the train and this was the only food I bought for my journey.

I was expecting a Cornish treat when I bought a sausage roll at Euston Station today. Instead, I was treated to a bad joke. As the picture shows, the "filling" was a flat thing in a cavernous hollow. And no, I didn’t sit on it. I could have bought a trio of sausage rolls from Gregg's, which is not exactly a gourmet food provider, and got much, much better value for money. No, simply no. UPDATE: I have received an apology from The Pasty Shop, which has promised to investigate. Maybe I'll give them another try.
