Had a lovely visit today—ordered 2 cappuccinos and 2 croissants. The cappuccinos were made by Arzana, and she did an amazing job! Super smooth and full of flavor. You can tell she knows her coffee. The croissants were fresh and buttery, a perfect match with the coffee. Great service, relaxed vibe. Will definitely be back!

I don’t like the matcha here lolll it’s always only syrup and the matcha tastes sour? But the place is always so lovely to sit at and the staff are usually so kind and helpful so i’m conflicteddd love the croissants though! so flakey and buttery.

i come here all the time when i’m at work. was here on sat 5th and it was extremely busy due to the picnic pop-up. i waited in line to order and was served by an extremely polite young man (brownish-blondish hair?) who so patient. sometimes staff in this store can be hit and miss (but to be honest it’s a busy location and they are most likely exhausted) but everyone there on saturday was so friendly!

I tried the new daydream latte with oat milk it was £4.40 and it was very pleasant not too sickly sweet. I also love the coziness of this branch it’s not as busy as the Camden high street store. The service was fast and lovely I definitely recommend this new spring flavour !!

Ordered a large drink but they barely put any matcha in it, whenever I tried sweet ones it’s basically pure syrup. Not rlly good matcha guys unfortunately didn’t line up with the hype expectations

Found this place on TikTok and wanted to try the white chocolate matcha, and daydream matcha. Got both and I’m sorry to say but, personally I think it’s another tiktok hype. White chocolate matcha tasted like normal milk to me with a hint of vanilla. The daydream definitely had more of a sweet taste a hint of cinnamon, which I definitely preferred over the white chocolate matcha. Would I come here again for these drinks ? Definitely not. Service in the other hand, was ok.

Do not go to this branch. Very rude boy is working. My daughter and i are fasting and we asked about the hot chocolate, whether it is vegan or not. His answer was " i can confirm or not confirm this" when i asked him kindly if he could check, he went to get his ipadthat has ingredients to all products, and said to me " here you go, have a read" !?!?!? I was left shocked as well as my daughter. We just left and will never go into any branch again FOR SURE

My favourite coffee shop ever. Their strawberries and cream iced latte is the best thing ever. One sip of it and it makes me so happy. Best coffee I’ve ever had. There’s none near me so whenever I go central London I have to go find one. Pistachio choc croissant is a must try too! This branch is close to where I was working in Warren Street. Good customer service, quick and efficient. I recommend downloading the app and order 4/5 mins before you reach- and they’ll have the drink ready at the counter.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The servers were not only inattentive—more focused on gossiping among themselves than helping customers—but they also came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming when they did serve me. On top of that, my matcha latte was poorly prepared, with noticeable chunks of undissolved matcha. It’s unfortunate because this branch wasn’t always like this—maybe I just came on a bad day. Luckily, there’s a lovely local coffee spot closer to Warren Street, so I’ll be heading there instead!

You can’t be a specialist coffee shop charging £3.40 for a Flat White and operate a ‘press the button’ office coffee machine. Coffee had the familiar slightly bitter taste of a coffee from an office machine you could do yourself. Such a shame.

Dirty counters. No atmosphere. Okay coffee but not great. Worst pastry I’ve had in a long while. Gail’s is 5*, this is 0* as it was not fresh and ice cold. Staff look totally disinterested.

Rudest staff very passive aggressive and dismissive tone. Cafe was quite and empty so they had zero reasons to behave the way theh did.

Hey, I recently visited this charming spot for a coffee, and it was such a pleasant experience. The cappuccino was delicious, and the cookie complemented it perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I especially want to shout out Elsa, who made my coffee with such care and attention, giving it a wonderful taste. Definitely a place I’d recommend for a relaxing coffee break!

Coffee is fine but despite being 2025, everything is served in disposable cups even if you are staying in. Guess waste isn’t a high priority for a US headquartered, PE backed company

A great pistachio pain au chocolate, and a sleek building and seating area.

I can't fault the coffee which was good. They seem to specialise in macha lattes, to which they had a whole menu dedicated. No table service, but the place seems designed for grab and go customers. There was a big queue which indicates success. Worth visiting if you're in need of a fix.

I was passing by and decided to have some takeaway. They offer a very unique Blueberry Matcha Latte that can be served cold or hot. I did have mine hot and it was an interesting experience. I did enjoy it, but I recognise it may not be for everyone as it’s sweeter than a regular drink. I’m eyeing for another unique hot drink on their list for my next visit.

Fell in love with this shop. Highly recommend. Order took a little bit of time but it was understandable as they were extremely busy. Despite being busy, the lady kept updating me which was nice.

Excellent service! Very friendly. I’ve never been here, but felt welcomed like I was a friend walking in the door. Delicious bacon, egg & cheese sandwich and one of the best coffee shop mochas I’ve tasted - chocolate orange. Get in and get that coffee asap, as it is a holiday special menu item! 🍫 🍊 ☕️

Cute and cozy coffee place. Their matcha latte might be a bit diluted but it was good! The standout for me was the pistachio creme cookie with just the right amount of sweetness, not to mention their huge serving of pain au chocolat :)

I've been at this cafe few times before and loved the first coffee I've had there, even it was a decaf. Today I've been there to get my usual coffee. When I got inside it was little busy but nobody was queing to order. There were 3 baristas behind the counter, 2 of them serving a customer and the 3rd was just in the middle. I was standing there for good 2 minutes, when another girl entered the venue and went straight to the counter. I've told her politely that I was waiting to be served, then the barista said that it's ok, she knows her. Then I have repeated myself again that i was too waiting to be served, they ignored me and rolled their eyes, so I've left.Wouldn't want to be a bother as they clearly didn't care what i said. Don't think I will be going there any soon again which is a shame as coffee is really nice. Was quite disappointed with today's customer service.

Cute corner coffee shop! Quite vibrant. Servers basically whisper your names when your coffee is ready which is odd considering they blast music over their speakers. Everyone's consistently got to ask if that's their coffee. Despite that, it's good coffee. Pastries looked yum too.

The place is small, with limited seating, but the coffee is delicious. I once had a hot latte for three days from them, and their baked goods are delicious. I tried chocolate croissants and banana cake with chocolate once, which was delicious. I recommend visiting it 👌🏻
