The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, perfect for a quiet afternoon. A special highlight was one of the staff members - a charming blonde guy with curly hair (🤭). He was super sweet and made our experience even better with his friendly attitude. My friends and I were absolutely thrilled to see him! Thanks to him (and the team) for serving such delicious matcha lattes. We'll definitely be back! - Raj 🎀

Visited on a Saturday. There was a queue of people waiting for drinks while some staff huddled around a coffee machine that is obviously not big enough to meet the needs of this location. The rest of the staff were just leaning behind the counter having a great chat. Customers were clearing tables themselves and wiping the benches outside after a rain shower.

Today a girl that works there just came at the front trying to fix her hair, she let her hair down and then was trying to put it up again in an absolutely sloppy way waiving with her hair everywhere around that kitchen 😆😆 The coffee is not bad .

Very welcoming atmosphere with tasty pastries and a nice array of drinks on the menu. Staff are super bubbly and friendly to talk to, I’ve been served a few times by Elsa and Julian and they are super kind and inviting 😊

Blank Street Coffee is a popular coffee chain in London, and it's entirely understandable! Their drinks are delicious, their menu original, their prices reasonable in view of the quantities. I went there with my friend and we each had a Hot Matcha Latte Coco, and the waitress having first made us an Iced offered it to us. Their matcha is very good, of good quality. The staff was smiling, warm and fast. The place is beautiful, and you can come and work there thanks to their seats and sockets.

This is a really cute cafe. We enjoyed an ice latte from here on a warm summer afternoon. They had benches set up outside too which was perfect for the weather. There is limited seating. It seems they change up their drinks menu which is good, we got thr passion, mango and matcha latte. Was so good 👍🏼

Beautiful place and their coffee is very delicious (flat white and Americano) I loved that they had vegan baked goods And their prices are reasonable 👍🏻

Not real coffee. It’s an automated machine. They charge you for a barista made coffee where anyone off the street can push a button and make what they are making. Avoid!

After a long wait , I finally got to taste the best mango matcha in London at blank street coffee. Cant wait to try more matcha drinks soon

Agree with other reviewers that the coffee is not balanced. I had the cold brew latte but the cold brew they used was not really strong enough for the amount of milk that was added, so it tasted quite weak and watery. At 9:30am I also felt that the croissant tasted fairly stale. Not a win for me

Had my first matcha here made by the Asian girl who took my order. Would definitely come back again to try more of the other flavours

Most days I come into this branch.And everytime I walk out with my drink and a smile on my face.Honestly the team here is so great and lovely. Before I came to blank street I loved coffee; now because of the team in Charlotte st I love matcha.

Hands down favourite branch as of yet! Love how the queue moves quick and service is always rapid which is essential for a coffee run. Staff couldnt be nicer the times i've been there, Alfred and Eren especially always seem witty and super friendly while serving/chatting. Goes without saying beverages are absolutely tasty every single time i've been!

It was a real pleasure to be served by Eren Ali, he made us feel very welcome and had a great friendly approach to his customers. To top it off he served it a delicious coffee and sandwich which he got to us in a timely fashion. Would definitely visit again, as long as Eren is there!

popped in for a me espresso and was served by a short n’ sweet blonde girl, said it was her first day on the job, she did amazing & i loved my me espresso. would definitely recommend💋

To start with the positive thing: the coffee was good. However this place seems to cater only for take away, despite having seats available. All cups are throw away, paper or plastic. The cinnamon roll for some reason is sold freezing cold. Can not recommend - unless for take away.

The brown girl in the hijab working before 3 PM was so so nice and made the whole experience better! Kind retail workers are rare these days. I got the blueberry matcha latte and it was very strong in blueberry which I liked, it was yum, but I wish I had tasted more matcha

I visited Blank Street and tried their iced blueberry matcha. Unfortunately, the drink didn't taste like matcha at all; it tasted more like a blueberry milkshake and was very sweet. It wasn't what I was expecting.

Ice Latte is one of my favourites around !! I don’t like matcha but iced drinks here are still amazing !! Caramel syrup I reccomend. Atmosphere needs more seating and ppl taking up seats who weren’t even customers

im an avid blank street fan. this branch is the closest to uni so i often come here. however i have to say this is the worst branch in terms of quality. ive order more than 5 times here and almost (my strawberry latte was good 😁) all of my drinks were extremely watered down. one of them was barely even coffee 🥲. disappointed, hope quality can be improved so i can come more often.

Another local coffee shop disappointment 😞 I ordered Americano she almost filled the cup with full of water and didn't make fresh espresso add one shot espresso which is made it before. I couldn't drink it because it was not coffee I taste almost hot water😂

My flat white tasted of milk, that's it. Should be called 'Bland Coffee'. I have a La Pavoni and a burr grinder at home, so I know what happens when you get things wrong. And this was definitely wrong - either the grind, the amount of coffee, or the extraction time. Don't waste your time, money and taste buds!
