Racheal has been fantastic!! We were off to a rocky start (not due to Rachael, she came along later) food has been amazing, Rachael’s service has been on point and drinks have been FLOWWWWINGGGG. I’d happily come again if Rachael is serving me.

We visited on Thursday, 6th February 2025. What an AMAZING All Bar One this is!! From the time we walked in to the time we left we could not have asked for a better evening - service was excellent; food really nicely presented and cooked; plus tasted good. We also had wine which was served in an ice bucket coupled with a bottle of cold water. We are regular users of All Bar One and can honestly say we were blown away with this location. Amani was the first member of the team we spoke to & she set the really positive tone of our evening from this first interaction. Lovely lady; beautiful smile and great personality. Could not have been more on point from a customer service point of view. Amani noticed when she brought our food order that our wine had arrived & this was immediately rectified. We also had the pleasure of meeting Rachael who sorted our bill out at the end of the evening - again another very pleasant team member and one who should also be commended for her very positive customer approach. Thank you All Bar One New Oxford Street we will be returning. You were FABULOUS ambassadors for the chain.

Booked a table for before our trip to the theatre when we arrived we were shown to a table by a lovely staff member told we had three ways to order we opted for table service and wow are we glad we did our waitress amani was absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble she went above and beyond for our young girls and totally made our night and theirs it's a dinner they will remember for a long time she just made it so special for us and the food was fab too all in all a fantastic night thank you

Lovely place, nice layout and quick service. But whilst the toilets were pretty clean. The smell as you walked down the hallway and whilst in there was very unpleasant.

Fantastic bottomless brunch with fast service making sure there was always a drink to drink!! Recommend to any couples that are looking for a fun way to start a date night!

Went for tapas Tue, Benedit was working the bar alone but very smiley, polite and helpful, we took a seat and went back to order, I ordered tapas and a dessert to follow, this was bought out with our tapas, I asked for it after and was bought one out at the end, I did ask if it was fresh or the same one? was told fresh, that must of been a lie it was barely warm and clearly had just been taken back into the kitchen pass, but the mains were absolutely delicious, it was very loud but there were Xmas groups in so nothing much can be done regarding that, overall a lovely meal and very friendly server in Benedit just a let down on the afters, just something to mention to staff for the future, would come back

We were trying to find a place to eat before a show, but it was incredibly busy in the area. Despite All Bar One also having a decent crowd, they were able to seat us no problem. It took a bit long to receive our food, but the service was friendly and did their best given how packed the restaurant was. The fish and chips weren't my favorite as they were a little on the bland side for me. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the pad thai and thought it was delicious!

Really great venue. Atmosphere was great, service was brilliant. All staff were pleasant to deal with and served with a smile, even though it was busy I hardly had to wait for our drinks. Extra mention to Roy for facilitating a special request. No stars left on the food as we didn't have anything to eat.

We waited 40 minutes for breakfast in an empty bar (the only guests). The food is good, the prices are reasonable for the city center. I recommend visiting in the evening when it is more lively.
