We were served by Paige who was so helpful and pleasant. Very knowledgeable regarding food and drinks. Great experience and will be back and will recommend.

I came here to visit this ABO branch as I work for M&B and just wanted a quick drink for the trip while I fed my daughter the food I had prepared. I arrived at 8:45. Before entering the venue with my partner and baby daughter, I asked if I was allowed to bring my child in as I knew there is usually a curfew and it differs from place to place. the FOH staff were well-mannered and said it was fine, I found a place to go and sit with my buggy. When suddenly A black shirt supervisor emerges from the stairs stating "No children allowed in 10 minutes". And fair enough, I would happily oblige. However, it was this supervisor's mannerisms and body language that made me want to leave such a poor review. As he stood over waiting for us to leave, with no prior knowledge of what our intentions were. It made me but moreover made my partner feel unwanted and uncomfortable. I understand that could be a long shift, and that customer service energy could be depleted. But that was no way to handle that interaction. But apart from that, I know that ABO food is great, so I won't reprimand on that! Just a shame I never actually got to order.

I stopped into this pub while out on a mid-day exploration of London. The beer was perfect, service was phenomenal, and when given the chance I’ll definitely return. This is a must stop for any thirsty or hungry Londoners and travelers alike. Ask for Paige - she’s a rockstar! -Martin

First of all it was my first time dining at all bar one and I’ve gotta say the food and drinks were wonderful! The food i ordered came with wrong extras but Edward was really kind and went above and beyond to make it right and provided exceptional service! Will definitely come back again.

Unfortunately not a lot was great... We arrived at the restaurant/bar and was quickly seated to our table! When we arrived to the table(s) we had to very small tables not even pushed together to fit 6 of us on this was to include drinks and meals! So I have to say I wasn't too impressed by this . We then asked for table service to of which a lady had said 'Yes we can do this, let me just grab an Ipad'. She then disappear and we saw nothing but the staff running around... 40 minutes had gone by and not once had anyone come over! We were on a bit of a schedule and working in the industry we understood it was busy hence why we made sure to allow extra time. Nevertheless after waiting for 40 minutes we were getting hungry and thirsty too! We were not seen to by anyone so decided enough was enough, we were not prepared to wait any longer. When we left I spoke to the manager( the person who seated us!) And mentioned we were going to go else where due to having a tight schedule! We mentioned we had waited for a long time on table service. To of which the response was ' You can see we are busy, you should of gone to the bar to order.' We then explained we had asked for table service and he was like OK who told you that. Once we had told him , he just said ' OK bye.' Speaking as a manager of a restaurant myself, I feel there was a lack of professionalism and gratitude towards their customers! We had come out for my sisters 21st birthday meal hoping for a nice meal and few drinks before heading out for the evening, to have had come out rather frustrated and hungry! We have never been to an All bar one before so thought it would be the best place to try only to be leaving disappointed!

The food was great, the drinks very impressive. But the music was way to loud. We couldn't speak normal with each other. It was to dark to see as a tourist that doesn't know how it function, to see the QR code to order the food. Also we weren't able to get the correct table number since 2 numbers were on our reservation shield.

Roy served us and he was so helpful. The drinks and the food were great and we had a wonderful time ! Would recommend the small plates especially the chicken

Visited for a few drinks Wednesday evening two weeks ago. The Bar staff serving was extremely slow and it took at least 20mins to get a drink(and it wasn’t particularly busy). Then when you pay cash you have to wait for who I assume is the manager to come back to the bar after being shouted serval times to open the till with the money in it as the other staff wasn’t allowed access???! If I’d have known it would have been such a rigmarole I’d have just paid with a card. Not the best All Bar one I’ve been too.

Sitting there minding my own business and a bus drove straight through the window while I was half way through my espresso martini. Great experience. 5 stars

Sitting nicely on the outside patio having an excellent coffee, when a thirsty bus suddenly dropped by for a quick tea in the new drive thru ...excellent coffee, excellent experience, close to a bus stop, would definitely go back after my trip to Spain.

The menu selection was great, and it was good value - we got the lunch sandwich deal which was really nice, and a good portion size. To improve - the staff were lovely, however it seemed as though the place was understaffed. The service was quite slow, but this is not the fault of the two people working, it was just getting quite busy and there wasn't enough staff.

Had a really good time at all bar one! There was a bit of a delay getting dessert, and to make it up to us they gave it to us for free! Our server Lydon was fantastic too, really warm and made us laugh. Highly recommend!

We came here for a pre theatre drink and some bar snacks. We ordered champagne and some bar snacks. The champagne arrived the food did not. After half an hour we asked where our food was as we had to get to the theatre. We were told it would be at least another 20 minutes but they couldn’t guarantee that and it’s Best that we cancel and get a refund ! We were also told that in future we should order at the bar and not use the app so they could let us know the waiting time. We will not be going back

Made this review for a free shot of hotel chocolate liqueur, I'm a sell out but the whole experience was short but sweet and the server was very friendly and didn't make my friend do a review for a shot after some slight convincing. Would actually come here again so well done all.

Beatrice, Sam and Liam work so hard their service was amazing. All of them so talkative and they were all making sure their working space was the best environment for all of us I came on a work party and I had the best burger was so tasty I wish I could show everyone will definitely be returning.

After waiting for ages for a Full English and Eggs Benedict they finally arrived and were stone cold. They gave us Eggs Royale instead of Eggs Benedict. When we questioned it they said theyd make another but we didn’t have time left so we just ate it and left. We were too hungry by then. There was no apology for serving us the wrong food. Although cold the Full English was way overcooked. A highly unpleasant eating experience although a nice bar otherwise- definitely wouldn’t eat there again

Atmosphere was great if a little too loud but that’s just a Friday night. Staff very attentive and took care of us - especially Lydon who handled my drinks order efficiently. Food also good - went for small plates and wasn’t disappointed.
