No entiendo el bombo. Las porciones promedio y la comida estaba bien. Las bebidas calientes también son estándar. Hay tantos lugares para el Brunch en Birmingham que son más sabrosos y mucho mejor relación calidad-precio.

A friend and I visited this lovely cafe in Hendon and were pleasantly surprised. The cakes looked amazing even though we didn’t try them. We bought bagels and sliced seeded rye bread to take home which turned out to be very good. We had coffee there and the service was very friendly and impeccable in a clean environment. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Cakes are bought-in, not made on-site. The coffee is terrible. The menu is confused, it’s pitched as a French cafe with French cakes, but menu features English and Indian dishes. Wasn’t great. Won’t ever go back.

Amazing, delicious, and affordable dessert. If you're someone like me who has a sweet tooth this is the place to go. If you're going there for breakfast, I always get the Middle Eastern breakfast.

Great service, nice and friendly…I called to ask if they still served breakfast, they usually don’t after 3pm, but for me they made an exception. Breakfast was done with perfection and tasted extraordinary!

I went with my wife. We reached there and there was of four a bit dirty so I asked one the chefs is this table empty in arabic and he said no? we sat on a different table and the table we asked for was completely empty for about 45 to 50 minutes and that chefs was very rude. There was only 1 girl who was running like a dog. she was doing everything bringing menu, cleaning tables, taking orders and also making any juices. We had to wait for our order. Food was excellent but if the chef is very rude then we think it's not worth as everyone pays for the food so with the customer should be polite. Asked for Salt and peppers he just came and he put the plate so hard some fell on the floor. I have been going since it's open some times I even order sandwiches from them but I think I would not be going again.

I went in for a coffee and decided to order the Croque Monsieur. WOW! I must say it was the most amazing one I have ever had . Compliments indeed to the chef for getting the flavours just right and all arrived hot and crispy. Excellent.

Met a friend for brunch. I had a vegi breakfast. The food was okay, a bit cold but the vegi sausage was not nice. It just fell apart as I tried to cut it, with vegetables coming out. I thought it would be a quorn sausage not actual vegetables. I don’t think I’d have that again!

Although usually a high quality establishment, our experience today left a great deal to desire. Placing a simple order of a Full Breakfast and French Pain Perdu took 45 minutes to arrive. Worse still dishes came out 20 minutes apart, resulting in us having our food separately with some food lukewarm. Staff were pleasant but the reason given - oven not working - did not account for why 3 brioche toasts could not be made sooner. Felt taken for granted. A shame

We had been to La Brioche quite a few times for coffee but decided to try their breakfast/lunch menu. I chose Shakshuka and my husband the Moseley Eggs Benedict. Both were very generous portions, served piping hot and absolutely delicious. We followed that with a cake and coffee. Although I requested extra hot coffee, as I usually do, ours were just warm. It was a very busy day for the staff, and they were unfailingly polite, but the coffees were disappointing.

Really enjoyed my breakfast here today, everything was cooked to perfection. I left feeling very satisfied (rare) after having eaten the eggs benedict and bagel with salmon and poached eggs. The cake I had was also pretty tasty. Will definitely return. The customer service was excellent, the waitresses were lovely. Prices very reasonable.

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary with bottomless brunch at Orelle. We were allocated a window table, which was great for the views. The 3 of the 4 dishes we had were fantastic, but the ham hock was a little gristly. Everything was beautifully presented. I would like to give recognition to the three staff who were looking after our table, who each provided prompt and efficient attention and we were never left waiting for anything. Our wine waiter for the bottomless bubbles, Fernando, never let our glasses get more than an inch down before he promptly appeared with a smile and a top up.

Bit of retail therapy followed by lunch at Rouge. We enjoyed a glass of wine while waiting for our meal, had the two course menu. The chicken was fine, if a little tough and apple tart and ice cream delicious. I wish I’d asked the name of the waitress as she was charming, made us smile every time she spoke to us. We didn’t wait long for our food and will certainly come again in our next shopping trip.

We were not at all impressed. First of all, we were not attracted by the facade which appeared to front a small cafe, the window and door being made of grubby, white painted wood. However, we discovered a second glass door that looked more pleasant, and the main entrance, and decided to see what was on offer. It opened onto a larger space than was anticipated. This seemed hopeful. As a type 1 diabetic, my diet has to take into account insulin requirements. That means I need to work out what foods on offer are least glycaemic, and the amount of insulin and the timing of injections are paramount considerations. I decided the best food for me that was available at this cafe was the Nicoise salad. To slow down glucose absorption and to add protein too, I asked if I could have a little cheese. I also asked if I could have olive oil as other dressings often contain sugar. I also enquired about waiting time as after insulin injection the meal needs to be eaten within 20-30 minutes. Despite enquiring at the point of ordering about these various factors, and the waitress assuring us she would find out, she did not return with any answers, and five minutes or more later I therefore decided to go up to the counter to ask again. When I asked again, I was told I 1. "could not have cheese because it was market day" (?!); 2. They could not give me any olive oil as they did not have any.; and 3. They were unable to give me any idea as to how long the wait for food was! We found this total lack of consideration for an individual's dietary and health issues/needs completely unacceptable, and as a consequence told the waitresses so, and then simply walked out, taking our custom to another restaurant which willingly and happily supplied a suitable and lovely meal across the road. So, the advice is: if you have any specific dietary needs, avoid this cafe.... Neither the waitresses nor (apparently) the manager /owner gives a toss about you!

Haven't dined here since it's refurbishment. Surroundings warm and cosy with lovely decor. Food amazing and great value for money. Service from Ash and Kasi excellent, thank you. Will definitely return again, this time sooner rather than later
