Great restaurant. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Food is decent too. We had a pizza and it was made fresh there and then which took a bit longer but was worth the wait.

Just had a munch box. Absolutely amazing everything was lovely couldn't eat it all.ill definitely be going back

Right. My original review was very positive. I have had a number of different burgers, munchee boxes and chipizzas and for the vast majority of the time the food is fantastic. The owner is rightly proud and food is fresh, tasty and terrific quality. I must however point out that twice now the Americana Special burger is faltering a tad, and it's clear the breast is cut smaller. We also noted the food was not piping hot on this occasion. I maintain this place has predominantly grea5 food but I would be remiss if I didn't point out our dissapoint on two successive occasions. Despite this. 5 stars throughout for food, enthusiasm and pride of the owner. We will continue to keep coming

Our first time here & we will be back. If you haven’t tried yet you must. We had lamb chops, pizza and loaded fries. Cooked to perfection, fresh meats every day and the pizza dough is made on site.

So pleasantly surprised with the service and the food! Pizza was absolutely delicious and so was the grilled chicken. Definitely recommend. Collecting my pizza they came all the way to the car to drop my pizza and take payment just cos I couldn’t find a parking space. Thank you 🙂

The delivery was on time , but believe me when I say it wouldn’t have mattered as the burgers were some of the best we’ve had in a long time! I have been here before but hadn’t for a while , was quickly reminded why I’d say this would be my go to

I recently visited KYANEEZ and had an amazing experience! The chicken wings and chicken strips were absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The seasoning was perfect, and the flavors were spot on. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and I can't wait to come back and try more dishes. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

Tasty good quality food as always

I haven’t eaten at this restaurant however the driver of one of their cars today almost hit me on my bike and was then extremely abusive and threatening. Awful and intimidating.

The pizza was very tasty, we ordered a Kyaneez special pizza and it was so good. We ordered a mango lassi and we didn’t like the taste and they complemented with a dessert as we were not happy with the lassi. Good service and Great food!

Visited this place after travelling from south wales to Reading and must say I’ll be visiting again! Clean and lovely interior, food was delicious, every item had its own flavour- lamb chops are to die for! Enjoyed the donner and the milkshake too, portion sizes are great and amazing value for money. I have to say the hospitality from the owner and his staff is exemplary!

kyaneez hands down is the best restaurant in reading. the food - delicious, service - excellent and the atmosphere is great. the prices are incredible, with my personal favourite being the munchy box. 10.99 is a steal

Edit* 9/07/24 the lamb Doner has changed! It was cut thicker and was sloppy. not as good as the original Doner you did, also asked for peri peri burger and wings and got some sweet chilli kind of glaze instead! Not good guys, wings were also chewy and not cooked great

First time visiting travelled miles to taste their amazing food and was 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone, family friendly. We got the Munchie Box and the Lamb Chops with Rice and the delicious smoothies pineapple and Mango ones. Definitely going again soon 100%

This place is seriously overdue a review from me. We've eaten at the restaurant a few times and done a few deliveries. Everytime we've really enjoyed the food. The Lamb chops are the best I've had in Reading and have a wonderful flavour. I also love the Epic Burger. the beef burger patty has a lovely taste and its not dry like some other places. Mr Kyaneez is always very welcoming, he's very passionate about the food he serves, you can tell he puts his heart and soul into running this place.

The interior may be contemporary, but the service is good old-fashioned. Had the Vegetable Supreme Pizza, and it was delicious. The owner was very attentive...nice to see pride in a business.

Best place to eat in Reading, food is always fresh and the whole place is always kept very clean. And on top of that the prices are very good , especially If you follow lovekyaneez on social media there is always even better deals 👌 you will not be disappointed.

Visited in Ramadan & he kindly gave us complimentary dates & fruit. Free parking outside the shop. highly recommend, great for families.

Bought takeaway veggie pizza here recently for a party. Upgraded to the huge pizza, and even paid a tip up front as they seemed like a good place. Pizza should have been really nice, looked great but the cheese was off, so the whole thing had a sour taste and went in the bin, and nobody got fed. In my experience cheese goes off quickly when it's stored at room temperature, which I suspect is what happened. I didn't want the confrontation so I emailed them through their webpage but received no reply. Next day I felt sick all day having finished a slice as I was starving. Ruined my day. Hoping they'll see my review and offer me a refund.

Milkshakes were delicious and Peri Peri Pizza as usual, 10/10. Thank you.

We ordered a pizza and it was really nice. Customer Service was excellent and the atmosphere was good.

Ordered food on 10/03/24. Which was order over £40.00. Ordered at 6pm, food arrived 2 hours late just after 8pm. By the time the food had arrived I had already fed my toddlers as no one should have to wait over 2 hours for paid food and service. Its literally a 15minute drive. All i got from the driver was a sorry. When i tried to put through a partial refund through just eat the owner refused. This was the 1st time I ordered and will be the last. No customer service whatsoever.

The first time and last time i will order from here. ordered at 6pm food came at 8pm! have to hound and ring twice for updates. my had to give my kids something else to eat in the end. when the food did come driver was apoligetic but no compensation or partial refund has been provided which is the least you would expect. This was my 1st order and will be my last.

Great place in Reading, we ordered the Lord of the Rings, Americana Burgers, KZ Special Lamb chops and Garlic Bread with 2 portion of chips as a meal. Very satisfied with the burgers and chips service was a little slow but we came on a Friday so was very busy. Lamb chops are 10/10 🙌 Overall a great place and very friendly staff :)

We often order from here and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food nor the service. Today we decided to dine in with relatives from Oxford and, were not left disappointed. The food was delicious, as always and, customer service was 10 out of 10, very professional and attentive. Needless to say, we highly recommend Kyaneez and will be making a repeat visit!

Was visiting the city of Reading and saw this place which had great reviews so couldn't leave without trying. My friends and I dined in and found the burger meals, pizza and milkshakes exceptionally prepared. While in the middle of meal we were given complementary lamb chops which were graciously accepted. No issues and 100% satisfied. Many thanks to all those working there; you all are a true credit serving us that day!

I had such a splendid dining experience at this restaurant. The tasty pizza was delectable, with each bite offering a burst of flavors. The lamb chops were impeccably cooked, tender and juicy as they should be. The most memorable part of the whole experience was the outstanding service provided by Jamal Bhai (owner). He showed a great deal of hospitality and professionalism that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. Mildly put, the culinary experience and the service have left a warm imprint in my heart. I highly recommend his eatery!

"KYANEEZ" means "DIARRHEA" in Swahili language. CHEAP KEBAB LIKE FROM THE WORST FOOD TRUCK We were in the area with a buddy and decided to drop in for lunch. We ordered two lamb kebabs, one with PITA bread and one with Chips. After waiting 20 minutes for the food, even though the place was empty, I was the first to get my kebab, and my friend got his 10 minutes later when I had almost finished eating. In short, the meat was terribly salty. It was barely edible. The kebab was supposed to be moderately spicy. It wasn't spicy at all. Moreover, the meat was barely warm. And thin as paper... aside from the salt, it felt like chewing on a newspaper. And that too from the bottom shelf... The Sun. The Pita was hard as a rock, I concluded it must have been previously frozen, we got the cheapest kind of pita bread that the biggest cheapskates in the food business buy from the local Brooks at half price, packed in cartons of 300 pieces and all frozen, then defrosted in the microwave and then grilled for a moment. The salad was tasteless... If you can call a mix of old yellow lettuce with tomato a salad. Everything was drenched in the cheapest garlic sauce made with vinegar and salt. No taste of garlic, just salt and vinegar. Packed in a pizza box. We weren't even given a plate, even though we ate on site, so there was no need to wash up. The only thing that was somewhat OK were the Chips. (hence the one star) The place was so cold inside that we decided to wait for the food outside because it would be warmer. And the tiles in the bathroom were laid by someone blind. They're all crooked, and they didn't even remove the grout. Everything here was done on a budget, including the menu. I don't know where these positive reviews come from, but they must be FAKE. I personally do not recommend this place.

The food was perfect with the kebab meat cut so thin and cooked to perfection . So so tasty with a choice of sauces . Whist we were waiting on delivery we surprisingly received calls with updates and if this wasn’t enough when the food got delivered the driver was nice and must have an A level in customer service . Truly exceptional food and customer service , with six people extremely happy says it all . Will definitely be ordering again .

Sometimes in life you do things that change you outlook on certain things. This is one of those instances. I don't go to a lot of kebab shops, takeaways what ever you wanna call them but when I do it's always generic burger and ok chips, nothing normally to write home about. Kyaneez is on another level. The burger was sensational, juicy, thick and lovely flavour. I didn't know I needed turkey rashers in a burger before now. Sauce had heat but the perfect amount where it doesnt overpower anything else in the burger. Chips were top notch too, crispy and not to salty. What shocked me after I'd eaten it was the price. It was no more expensive than any other kebab shop but so many levels above. I'm not saying this is the only takeaway like this, I'm sure there are loads but this was a such a refreshing and welcome upgrade from any other kebab shop takeaway I've ever had. When I'm working in this part of town again I'll 100% be returning.
