AVOID STALE FOOD. I ordered a peanut butter stack which was stale. They told me it’s fresh as delivery comes in on a monday(today). However it’s bank holiday today, so this must have been from last Monday. Disgusting. I wont be visiting ever again.

Zainab was a very nice worker and was kind and the food and other workers like halimah and laiqah were also kind

better than ice stone! Brought my nearly 3 year old, we got a sprinkle cake with custard, ice cream and milkshake and it was all lovely. Zainab and Laiqah served us and they were lovely, they even put music on that my little one was dancing too, we will return . Easy parking too x

Ordered a whippy bowl and got gelato ice cream instead so that's false advertising for one. Got a brownie too and honestly it smelled like play doh?! Took a nibble off the corner and the taste was something I can't even describe. It was absolutely disgusting.

Purchased via just eat and left a bad review. Not only did not get a reply off them but they have deleted the review. Food was cold on arrival was late but over 45 mins even though said it had just left. Paid for extra strawberries never came and the crumble was sloppy and not crunchy.

I got the wrong order and have asked for a refund, no response as of yet.

absolutely horrible, Matilda cake was rubbish. standard dry chocolate cake slapped with some runny sauce. nothing like it should be and was dry! not worth that price at all.

Food has not arrived, no update from the restaurant, tried phoning. How long do I wait, it’s been over an hour!

Lovely icecream and reasonably priced. The staff Laiqah & Zainab were very polite, friendly & helpful.

ismaaeel served us today with a cookie dough and it was very delicious. The service was quick and tidy and will definitely come here again.

We were greeted by 2 lovely girls in head scarfs. There customer service and hospitality was 10/10. Would come back just based on the excellent service. However the desserts were also delicious. Everything was served very quick and presentation was amazing. Lovely girls doing this business proud. Didnt get the names but we visited around 10pm on sunday 14/07/24

Rating a one due to not an option for 0. Came down today and my order got messed up got home and realised and rang them. They asked me to come back down so the issue could be sorted. Had to waste fuel driving back down to then be charged more as they had incorrectly charged me the first time. No apologies or anything. So it’s cost me a lot more in fuel than it was worth will not be going again.

Unfortunately today's visit was unpleasant brought my children with my partner today. 3 young girls, maybe no training or maybe because spending more time talking resulted in our eating in order being wrong sending one order back dur to presentation a mess and ice cream sundae completely melted due to time wait we were at the time the only diners. A milkshake being told is then not available after all the rest of the order had been received. Then awaiting for the rest. Tables not clean blue ice cream on them. Another customer waited a very long time for order and had to go back to complain about there order. Before leaving we saw 3 delivery drivers also waiting a long period of time for the orders and one being send out wrongly which the girls clearly struggled to manage this. I think management may need to review staffing or training these girls. Not a a good visit today unfortunately 😕 But we will attend again as can see by my previous reviews as this hasn't occurred before.

Tastes amazing!! I normally go to icestones but they haven’t been the same for a long while, thought I’d go somewhere new and first time trying, I’m sooo happy!!

Ordered two Matilda cakes rang the place to tell them not to warm the cakes up and they turned up hot. Rang back to ask and the same lady said I was in the garage and my colleague didn’t know not to warm them up. Like really how can u not give basic instructions before u go in the garage? No apology and spoke with attitude. Atleast listen to the customer’s requests.. money is being payed NOT getting it for free so if I am paying I would want the item how I like it!!! It’s called customer service.

Non of my milkshakes were labeled there we had no idea what was the right ones

£26 for a shake, waffle and crepe. Clap cold rock hard and bananas rotten. RIP off

The worst milkshake I have had ever. The taste was just ice cream and bueno. No creativity to the making of the shake. Definitely would not recommend this place. The restaurant it self looked cheap and dark. Please don't waste your money

Well that was amazing had a milkshake it was so nice and thick. I would recommend that to anyone. The puddings look good but didn’t have anything to eat but definitely will be next time am there. The staff are really friendly and helpful too.

Lovely little dessert parlour. The staff (Zainab & Halimah) were friendly and attentive. Ordering was simple and our food and drinks were prepared quickly. The food was out of this world. Portion size is really good and presentation beautiful. Thank you so much. We’ve had the delivery before - it’s definitely much better to eat in.

Disgusting service and customer care. When it finally arrived it had melted. Girl on the phone told me it was late because of where I lived!! Shouldn't say they can delivery here if they can't deliver the service!! Definitely not using again.... I'm disgusted and quite frankly Oh So Yum need to learn to manage customer expectations and very some training in customer care

Ordered delivery via Just Eat. Order was confirmed but not delivered in the 1hr 20 mins time. Tried to call for an update and no answer!! I give everywhere a second chance but this is now the 3rd time Oh so yum has been disappointing, last time the order was wrong, and again no answer when I called. Shame really as this used to be my "go to" dessert place. Guess I'll find somewhere else with better customer service.

The delivery time was appalling, we ordered at 20:20 and it got delivered at 10pm. I got a message saying it was going to be delayed but if we would have known it was going to take this long we wouldn’t have ordered it. At the point of it getting delivered we didn’t even want it as we were tired but couldn’t get our money back so an absolute waste of £20, not to mention when it came my waffle was cold.

Not even one star. I ordered cornflake tart, it’s black solid burnt can’t even cut it with a spoon, it tastes burnt, and smells burnt. Ordered ice creams with cookies, no ice cream came and cookies look nothing like the pictures, not oozing anything as stated in the description. I wouldn’t recommend.

Strawberry milkshake was amazing! The strawberry cheesecake was nice too the only let down is I didn't get asked if I wanted white chocolate sauce on it and they put loads on it, I would have asked for it without if I was given the option

Speedy service, well made waffles and mocktails. Sundas and Aiysha were very polite and courteous. Will definitely visit again.

Place is mediocre, seen and been too much better. Had Matilda cake, which was just a slab of chocolate cake warmed in the microwave.

For me this was a slightly different experience to most dessert places. The service was the quickest and most effiecient I've ever experienced thanks to the staff, Madiha and Aisha. I tried something called a "Brookie" which I've never seen anywhere else. It's a blend of a brownie and a cookie and I must say as a fan of both of these this was a delicious treat. The place has a nice and pleasant atmosphere, the staff definitely know their music. Great playlist to make the experience all the more enjoyable.

They are trying to rent out four converted delivery containers to street food vendors..Off the back of a lorry no doubt.This place is so up market that they have two homeless people living in a space between said containers.They are too thick to notice. They are also too thick to notice that this business will eventually go down the pan.A bit like Amstrad.They sold tat too!!! Below is their idea of a crepe.Revolting, under cooked,and overpriced.This place ought to be closed down.

I was sent the wrong sundae. Ordered Ferrero Frenzy and received chocolate orange!! Couldn't be bothered to wait another 90 mins for the correct one to be delivered.

This place has really gone down hill unfortunately. The quality of ingredients and service has been a huge let down on my last two visits. As someone who was a regular I unfortunately won’t be returning.

The cookie cup is a revalation! So good! And by getting the duo of a random 2 I've discovered one that I wouldn't have usually gone for that is my go to dessert. This place knows how to hit the sweet spot!

Exceptional service! Not only was the cookie dough delicious, but the customer service was outstanding. The girl who called my phone went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct. (5 March 2023, 7.35pm) Also to mention the delivery arrived in under 20 minutes after ordering. Highly recommend!

Shocking! First and last time ordering. Spent £30. Waffles badly undercooked and flat cold! Bought a Tang Iceblast and not even put a straw in the bag! Can’t even get the basics right

I have been visiting here for many years but today the service fell far below what I would have expected. We ordered several desserts and one was heated instead of cold. When the staff member Sundas came to speak to us we told her this was wrong. She replaced the dessert and then said I'll get the money later as I had already paid for what we had ordered. We challenged her that the dessert was wrong initially. After getting nowhere another lady came to see us which I believe was the Manager and she was just as poor to deal with the situation. We told them to take the dessert away. This was not about the money, it was the principle. There are other dessert places nearby, will not be visiting again. I'd rather spend my money where we will be valued as customers.

Waffle was stone cold, we had ordered 50/50 waffle to share with two different toppings. They sent the waffle with just one of the chosen toppings. Took over an hour to arrive.

7 items on my order, put a note on to please get order correct as my kids added different things to their cookie dough/ crepe etc. still got it wrong! 2 chocolate shots that wasn’t melted properly and the quality chocolate was awful. Cookie dough’s was cold. Won’t be ordering again

Order was missing ice cream, cookie dough was thin and basic, paid for flake but didn’t have them so was given kinder beuno, didn’t meet expectations of the pictures on the menu.

The food was late and cold by the time it got here. Delivery driver didn’t say anything to me when he dropped it off after numerous attempts of trying to contact oh so yum. Very disappointed! When usually they’re one I can’t hand on heart say they’ve never disappointed before.

Where to begin the young girls should go to a night club if they feel so strongly about dancing about with loud music, flirting with the male customers who come in. It was so uncomfortable I kept asking my partner to leave but our deserts eventually came. Not going back here again the staff are way to immature, think coming to work means leaving professionalism at home

Food was really late. Got a notification just after 21:00 saying on the way and arrived 30 minutes later. Original delivery time was 20:45 - 21:05. Food is always good from here, and because of this, I’ll definitely order again, but the long wait has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth on this occasion.

A massive thank you to Zain and Aleeza today for making my daughter’s birthday a very special memory. We’ll definitely be coming and again.

Turned up cold and I dont live far, seems to turn up cold every time, probably the last time I order unless I am ordering a cold drink.
