friendly driver, amazing sweet treats but missed free Mr.Whippy ice cream with the brownie

Would like a refund for my white bueno as I did not get

Missed off pistachio ice cream I paid extra for. And sent raspberry ripple ice cream instead of raspberry sorbet. Normally great from here but missed off items.

crepes were cold and was told the delivery would be here in the next 5-10 minutes, ended up waiting another 20 after ringing up.

The food was absolutely perfect and I enjoyed it very much. I ordered two deserts from OhsoYum. I was expecting great things and that is exactly what I got. The gentleman who delivered the food was really polite. I appreciate it very much. Thank you

Placed an order for a jam pudding and received a sticky toffee pudding instead… I contacted oh so yum and the response I got was shocking. Just a 10% off code for my next delivery for a fault made by them. The sticky toffee pudding looks like it’s a microwaveable one that you buy from a supermarket. I wasted £7.50 for an error made by them. NEVER AGAIN

Really disappointed by our last order; we got a couple of waffles to take home they tasted awful as though the mixture had gone off. We had to throw them out. With so many dessert places in Huddersfield I think Oh So Yum will be down the pecking order.

Got a milkshake and some other stuff all good apart from they forgot to add the straws with them but all together 5*

I ordered a few things however I personally ordered a biscoff waffle. I added extra strawberries for £1.50 and I got 3 quarter pieces. How can Whippy ice cream be £1.95 for the smallest tub. Not the best.

Called in on our way back from a Christmas experience on the Polar express. Sim extremely friendly and good with my nephew. We sat in - the milk cake was delicious and the triple chocolate milkshake was rated 10/10 by the 8 year old :) Recommend visiting!

Oh so yum is such a brilliant dessert place. The food is amazing as well as the atmosphere. Definitely would recommend you to order for here.

This is totally fake and tasteless. We ordered mango shake but they gave me some tasteless ice cream shake.

Ordered an apple crumble. There was hardly any crumble just all apples. For £8 you expect some crumble in your apple crumble!

Kinder explosion used to be my favorite dessert for years but the belgian shot is not the same anymore and the brownie also totally different something more like a dry chocolate cake slice and and increased price too very dissapointed wont order again unfortunetly

ordered 3 brownies for £10 recieved 2 , also ordered a pick and mix and got sent a handfull of m&m rip off when we spent £28 in total ... poor service !!!

Hot puddings turned up cold and donuts were stale and hard.

Oh So Yum Desserts lives up to its name! Their treats are not only delicious but beautifully presented. The chocolate brownies were perfectly chewy, and the cheesecake was rich and creamy. The staff member Simran served me and the customer service was excellent, it’s a great spot for a sweet pick-me-up or special occasion treat. Highly recommend!

deserts absolutely bang on defo coming back. had no idea this gem was just down the road from me. staff was amazing too girl called Temperence recommended me the peanut butter milkshake it was amazing and delicious to say the least big thankyou to her she was very patient and knew what she was doing. 100% recommend this place.

Came in for some desert and was greeted with Zainab who was extremely professional warm and welcoming, it is a testament to management for hiring such great staff she was accompanied by Priya and laiqah who were great compliments to what seems a very well ran desert business.

My server was Aiysha and she was absolutely amazing. She was so good with our food on Friday night but there is still one more thing the food was so good the waffles were so so fluffy and delicious. I highly recommend Aiysha.

Worst dessert place ever, always come here from MANCHESTER and this is the second time this has happened. Went originally for the rolo brookie and as usual they don’t have it, so got the rolo cookie cup and it was nastyyyyyy, the girls attitudes in that place stinks!!

My experience with the Oh so yum Huddersfield branch was amazing the food and atmosphere were fantastic and the service was top quality from my server named Priya. She was very friendly and knew exactly what to recommend and so fast with her service it really made the whole experience that much more enjoyable!

The food was received early then said but when arrived the food taste like it was gone off and had a a awful smell and taste to it, we wasn’t able to eat the rest of the food and had to bin it

AVOID STALE FOOD. I ordered a peanut butter stack which was stale. They told me it’s fresh as delivery comes in on a monday(today). However it’s bank holiday today, so this must have been from last Monday. Disgusting. I wont be visiting ever again.

Ordered at 7:20 food turned up at 9:20, cornflake tart and custard was cold. Tried ringing the restaurant multiple times with no Anwser. Shocking.

better than ice stone! Brought my nearly 3 year old, we got a sprinkle cake with custard, ice cream and milkshake and it was all lovely. Zainab and Laiqah served us and they were lovely, they even put music on that my little one was dancing too, we will return . Easy parking too x

Ordered a whippy bowl and got gelato ice cream instead so that's false advertising for one. Got a brownie too and honestly it smelled like play doh?! Took a nibble off the corner and the taste was something I can't even describe. It was absolutely disgusting.

Purchased via just eat and left a bad review. Not only did not get a reply off them but they have deleted the review. Food was cold on arrival was late but over 45 mins even though said it had just left. Paid for extra strawberries never came and the crumble was sloppy and not crunchy.

I got the wrong order and have asked for a refund, no response as of yet.

absolutely horrible, Matilda cake was rubbish. standard dry chocolate cake slapped with some runny sauce. nothing like it should be and was dry! not worth that price at all.

Food has not arrived, no update from the restaurant, tried phoning. How long do I wait, it’s been over an hour!

ismaaeel served us today with a cookie dough and it was very delicious. The service was quick and tidy and will definitely come here again.

We were greeted by 2 lovely girls in head scarfs. There customer service and hospitality was 10/10. Would come back just based on the excellent service. However the desserts were also delicious. Everything was served very quick and presentation was amazing. Lovely girls doing this business proud. Didnt get the names but we visited around 10pm on sunday 14/07/24

Rating a one due to not an option for 0. Came down today and my order got messed up got home and realised and rang them. They asked me to come back down so the issue could be sorted. Had to waste fuel driving back down to then be charged more as they had incorrectly charged me the first time. No apologies or anything. So it’s cost me a lot more in fuel than it was worth will not be going again.

Unfortunately today's visit was unpleasant brought my children with my partner today. 3 young girls, maybe no training or maybe because spending more time talking resulted in our eating in order being wrong sending one order back dur to presentation a mess and ice cream sundae completely melted due to time wait we were at the time the only diners. A milkshake being told is then not available after all the rest of the order had been received. Then awaiting for the rest. Tables not clean blue ice cream on them. Another customer waited a very long time for order and had to go back to complain about there order. Before leaving we saw 3 delivery drivers also waiting a long period of time for the orders and one being send out wrongly which the girls clearly struggled to manage this. I think management may need to review staffing or training these girls. Not a a good visit today unfortunately 😕 But we will attend again as can see by my previous reviews as this hasn't occurred before.

Tastes amazing!! I normally go to icestones but they haven’t been the same for a long while, thought I’d go somewhere new and first time trying, I’m sooo happy!!
