Got cookie doe for my daughter, charged £8.75 for take out, very small portion and tiny tub of ice cream, felt like I had been cheated

Service was really quick, the food was delicious. Definitely will be making regular visits!

I have no words for these rip of merchants. Absolutely disgraceful that they charge £9.50 for 6 supermarket strawberries with a drizzle of chocoloate. ANYWHERE else you go the cup would be full of chocolate but this is actually offensive. Picture shows 4/6 of the strawberries but I'm sure you can see what an absolute joke this is. Avoid at all costs theres much better places in huddersfield for desserts. Pathetic sarky response from Oh So Yum to this review! What does kunafa have to do with this when I didn’t get any? I ordered strawberries and chocolate? But the fact that you were delusional enough to think this was a half finished kunafa strawberry cup just proves my point about your abysmal portion size even further! The response to this review says it all and shows how they treat their customers. Unprofessional and embarrassing! Worst place to get anything from in Huddersfield donuts get put in microwave for 25 seconds and are solid would need teeth made of metal to get through it forget peoples orders constantly delivery time is awful this place needs closing down it’s embarrassing

Always nice to come here with my girls for treats. Really freindly and polite staff member who served us today name of Ada My only issue is that its 2nd time in a 2 months I've come and NO coffee machine still working

Absolutely appalling service this evening. Took my son out for the evening, and visit Oh So Yum in Huddersfield. We chose a Jam Sponge pudding and a Kinder Bueno Brookie. At the till we were told there was no Jam Sponge so we opted for a Cornflake Tart. 10mins later a young rather rude and inexperienced member of staff comes over to our table to inform us that they also do not have a Kinder Bueno Brookie. We asked what other options they have and we were met we rudeness and attitude. We asked to see the menu again. Whilst we were looking at other desert options the two members of staff in the shop stood there gossiping about our interaction. We challenged their behaviour for them to just giggle and make faces like two naughty school kids. Totally unprofessional and immature.

Doughnuts had chocolate sauce and sprinkles on one quarter only Waffles were inedible Unfortunately would not recommend. Highly disappointing!

If you're looking for a sweet treat that is going to send you into a sugar coma, this is the place to be! The waffles were light, fluffy, and just sweet enough - the perfect canvas for many toppings available. And the brownie? Rich, decadent, and perfectly baked. The owner's warm hospitality is the cherry on top!

Really disappointed. We arrived before 10.55 pm after checking online that the shop was open until 11.30pm. We were then told by Aisha that they couldn't serve us as they closed at 11.15pm. We were very disappointed as we had driven from the other side of Huddersfield. She didnt change her mind when i showed her the online time and only said she would tell management I felt such a lack of good customer service. All in all a disappointing experience 😕

Missed off pistachio ice cream I paid extra for. And sent raspberry ripple ice cream instead of raspberry sorbet. Normally great from here but missed off items.

crepes were cold and was told the delivery would be here in the next 5-10 minutes, ended up waiting another 20 after ringing up.

Absolutely disgusted by oh so yum personally they’ve gone downhill, got a Brookie slice and the brownie mix was raw and the milkshake tasted so off waste of money won’t be ordering from here again.

Came in last friday around 8ish the desserts are absolutely delicious, the lad with the black and white writing hoodie gave us outstanding service. Friendly and kept a smile on our kids face. He truly made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this place!

0/5 experince used to be able to get top noch desserts , crepe Wasnt soft at all , ice cream tasted old and texture was off and not to mention the absolute skimping out on the cookie dough, portions used to be good size now a few bites later it’s gone. Seriously need to take a step back to how it was

Had dessert at Oh So Yum so many times, always best service and food. Staff are polite and always welcome you. They do the best waffles and milkshakes. We had deliveries too and never had any issues.

They missed items off of our delivery - a sticky toffee pudding and a waffle. We ordered 2 waffles and got one of them, however they were cold and unenjoyable. UberEats were contacted and they did nothing about this. Very disappointing.

Placed an order for a jam pudding and received a sticky toffee pudding instead… I contacted oh so yum and the response I got was shocking. Just a 10% off code for my next delivery for a fault made by them. The sticky toffee pudding looks like it’s a microwaveable one that you buy from a supermarket. I wasted £7.50 for an error made by them. NEVER AGAIN

Really disappointed by our last order; we got a couple of waffles to take home they tasted awful as though the mixture had gone off. We had to throw them out. With so many dessert places in Huddersfield I think Oh So Yum will be down the pecking order.

I ordered a few things however I personally ordered a biscoff waffle. I added extra strawberries for £1.50 and I got 3 quarter pieces. How can Whippy ice cream be £1.95 for the smallest tub. Not the best.

Called in on our way back from a Christmas experience on the Polar express. Sim extremely friendly and good with my nephew. We sat in - the milk cake was delicious and the triple chocolate milkshake was rated 10/10 by the 8 year old :) Recommend visiting!

This is totally fake and tasteless. We ordered mango shake but they gave me some tasteless ice cream shake.

They always get the order wrong and deliver super late.

Ordered an apple crumble. There was hardly any crumble just all apples. For £8 you expect some crumble in your apple crumble!

Kinder explosion used to be my favorite dessert for years but the belgian shot is not the same anymore and the brownie also totally different something more like a dry chocolate cake slice and and increased price too very dissapointed wont order again unfortunetly

ordered 3 brownies for £10 recieved 2 , also ordered a pick and mix and got sent a handfull of m&m rip off when we spent £28 in total ... poor service !!!

Came here with my 2 daughters and my friend we got a lovely service from the team aswell as my two girls are really fussy eaters and they got to try the ice cream before we bought it t make sure they like it .Aisha and zainab an ayesha all had smile on there face and gave us a wicked service will b coming back

Oh So Yum Desserts lives up to its name! Their treats are not only delicious but beautifully presented. The chocolate brownies were perfectly chewy, and the cheesecake was rich and creamy. The staff member Simran served me and the customer service was excellent, it’s a great spot for a sweet pick-me-up or special occasion treat. Highly recommend!
