We were served by Adam he was very polite and helpful, would recommend. The best cookie dough and matilda cake. Worth the money.

I bought the strawberry kunafa pot last week for 9.99 it was a large tub as the display tub they have worth it I went in today got the same thing in a smaller tub and got charged 9.99 absoloute rip off won't be going there again

Honestly save yourself going here. I’ve now been twice as I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt after my first poor experience. On that occasion we ate in and the order got messed up multiple times and then what did come was just really poor in taste and presentation for the price. The staff were nice but struggled to retain a basic order between the two of them, forgetting one of the orders paid for completely that I had to remind them of twice before they remembered to serve it. This was with only us 2 being in the shop. However this time just got worse, I ordered a simple pot of chocolate strawberries and the strawberries had green mould throughout and the other dessert stone cold.

0/5 experience used to be able to get top-notch desserts, crepe wasn't soft at all, the ice cream tasted old, and the texture was off, and not to mention the absolute skimping out on the cookie dough, portions used to be a good size, now a few bites later it’s gone. Seriously need to take a step back to how it was Update - i can tell you that i didnt leave a review due to a 'ex-employee' i spent money over uber eats with oh so yum and i received the cookie dough in a small, takeaway metal box which was the size of a palm, you telling me it hasnt changed is honestly funny to me quality and product has changed!

Do not buy doughnuts from here. Ordered some last night via Ubereats and they were so dry! The only good thing about them was the kinder bueno chocolate on top! What a let down.

Our first visit here and OMG it won’t be our last! We had the Pistachio strawberries and Biscoff waffle with a cappuccino and a pistachio milk shake… the food and drinks were delicious. Freshly made and amazing! Special shout out to Laiqah who was just the cutest and extremely friendly and polite. See you again soon xx

Didn’t even put the milkshake in holders, took too long getting here. Ordered a bueno milkshake and it tastes like frero rocher! Absolute joke the delivery service is!😡

First class service from Sim tonight- driver brought the wrong food to me and when I called the take away instead of just telling me to get a refund from Uber eats as almost all other takeaways would they very very kindly remade my order and delivered to my home within the hour for no extra cost. 99.9% of takeaways would not do this and they clearly really care about their customers and the food is really really good too- thank you so much guys properly first class customer service xxxx

I have no words for these rip of merchants. Absolutely disgraceful that they charge £9.50 for 6 supermarket strawberries with a drizzle of chocoloate. ANYWHERE else you go the cup would be full of chocolate but this is actually offensive. Picture shows 4/6 of the strawberries but I'm sure you can see what an absolute joke this is. Avoid at all costs theres much better places in huddersfield for desserts. Pathetic sarky response from Oh So Yum to this review! What does kunafa have to do with this when I didn’t get any? I ordered strawberries and chocolate? But the fact that you were delusional enough to think this was a half finished kunafa strawberry cup just proves my point about your abysmal portion size even further! Worst place to get anything from in Huddersfield donuts get put in microwave for 25 seconds and are solid would need teeth made of metal to get through it forget peoples orders constantly delivery time is awful this place needs closing down it’s embarrassing

Absolutely appalling service this evening. Took my son out for the evening, and visit Oh So Yum in Huddersfield. We chose a Jam Sponge pudding and a Kinder Bueno Brookie. At the till we were told there was no Jam Sponge so we opted for a Cornflake Tart. 10mins later a young rather rude and inexperienced member of staff comes over to our table to inform us that they also do not have a Kinder Bueno Brookie. We asked what other options they have and we were met we rudeness and attitude. We asked to see the menu again. Whilst we were looking at other desert options the two members of staff in the shop stood there gossiping about our interaction. We challenged their behaviour for them to just giggle and make faces like two naughty school kids. Totally unprofessional and immature.

It says it’s here it’s not and I have been waiting 2 hours just for them to say they haven’t started making it, what a bunch of foolishness. From previous times it is really nice but took the absolute mick today not happy.

Really disappointed. We arrived before 10.55 pm after checking online that the shop was open until 11.30pm. We were then told by Aisha that they couldn't serve us as they closed at 11.15pm. We were very disappointed as we had driven from the other side of Huddersfield. She didnt change her mind when i showed her the online time and only said she would tell management I felt such a lack of good customer service. All in all a disappointing experience 😕

Absolutely disgusted by oh so yum personally they’ve gone downhill, got a Brookie slice and the brownie mix was raw and the milkshake tasted so off waste of money won’t be ordering from here again.

Came in last friday around 8ish the desserts are absolutely delicious, the lad with the black and white writing hoodie gave us outstanding service. Friendly and kept a smile on our kids face. He truly made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this place!

Had dessert at Oh So Yum so many times, always best service and food. Staff are polite and always welcome you. They do the best waffles and milkshakes. We had deliveries too and never had any issues.

They missed items off of our delivery - a sticky toffee pudding and a waffle. We ordered 2 waffles and got one of them, however they were cold and unenjoyable. UberEats were contacted and they did nothing about this. Very disappointing.

Placed an order for a jam pudding and received a sticky toffee pudding instead… I contacted oh so yum and the response I got was shocking. Just a 10% off code for my next delivery for a fault made by them. The sticky toffee pudding looks like it’s a microwaveable one that you buy from a supermarket. I wasted £7.50 for an error made by them. NEVER AGAIN

Really disappointed by our last order; we got a couple of waffles to take home they tasted awful as though the mixture had gone off. We had to throw them out. With so many dessert places in Huddersfield I think Oh So Yum will be down the pecking order.

Called in on our way back from a Christmas experience on the Polar express. Sim extremely friendly and good with my nephew. We sat in - the milk cake was delicious and the triple chocolate milkshake was rated 10/10 by the 8 year old :) Recommend visiting!

I ordered a few things however I personally ordered a biscoff waffle. I added extra strawberries for £1.50 and I got 3 quarter pieces. How can Whippy ice cream be £1.95 for the smallest tub. Not the best.
