Ku-sheng Peng in Ealing

Warm, welcoming and cosy. The place is small, and every inch is used to make it a nice place to dine. Don’t rush because the food is worth its weight/wait. We started off with a shared platter, ‘Peng’. The chicken wings were tasty, the salt fish dumplings were as good as can be, the festival dumplings had an extra delicious twist, and my beloved kept raving about the plantain. We had jerk chicken with gravy, rice and peas, and salad for mains. That jerk chicken had a gravy that gave lovely hints of chilli. Generous portions, delicious cocktails with a hell of a kick and a happy service. Make it your new place to go as it’s now ours – we’re planning a takeaway for later this week.

wonderful food wonderful vibe wonderful drinks all from the soul and hands of the lovely Donna. We had the obvious things like curried goat, jerk chicken, dumplings and garlic prawns rice and peas. But donna brings you a tasting menu of different rum punches with a difference...... she doesnt charge you for them. I am a man of a certain age and the whole experience was summed up by Donna asking do you have teeth before deciding what curried goat to dish up for me. this little beauty is one of the best nights out in London oh and a guiness punch to take away again free......its small so book

I went there for the first time, the staff very nice and friendly however the food. I brought a lamb curry roti. Some parts of the roti was nice but the other part were it was burnt was sour old and stale. I had to spit it out as after having Covid I have lost my sense of smell so I could not smell the rottening meat. I would not recommend also it was expensive.

The moment we walked in such a lovely warm welcome. We had a private booth and attention to detail and presentation to our tableware was fantastic . The music in the background- Bob Marley gave it such a amazing vibe ! This is the 1st time I experienced Caribbean cuisine. What an amazing surprise and will be back to taste more delicious delights . Thank you Reena .

I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. We received an amazing welcome; the owners were genuinely kind and friendly; the alcove that had been set aside for us was decorated so beautifully in my friend's favourite colour (it was her birthday); the food was delicious - the salt fritters especially were to die for! The portions were so generous and everything was so reasonably priced. Oh yes- I mustn't forget the Sorrel punch - I can still smell and taste the ginger, spices and of course the rum! I urge everyone to go to this restaurant. It is the best Caribbean restaurant l've ever been to. My friends and l loved it so much, we intend to return for the next birthday celebration.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I came here with my daughter & nephew. We had travelled to London from Cornwall to winter wonderland. The best part of this whole weekend was this place. The food was amazing, the staff were the friendliest people I have ever met. We felt like guests in their home! I have never had such a brilliant dining experience. This little non assuming restaurant is quite possibly the best Jamaican restaurant in London. Would definitely recommend & we will be coming back all the way from Cornwall…

This place is a little hidden jewel in Acton High Street. The ambience, food and Donna's personal service made mine and my daughter's first experience there absolutely wonderful. The food was on point and the Sorrel went down a treat. Have booked to return in December with wider family - this restaurant has become a firm favorite and I will make sure I have room for cake!!

One of the best restaurants in London. It was my first time in London and we were well taken care of. The food was chefs kiss, the service was superb, and it just felt like home. Don was very hospitable and so we’re the ladies in the kitchen. I will def be back for the wings. Oh and the curry goat was great as well!

Amazing place. Have been several times and the food is always sensational. And the service is out of this world! I had an issue with my order and even though it wasn't the fault of the restaurant or their delivery service, the ease with which they helped me repeat the order was second to none! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the flavours are authentic. My favourite Caribbean restaurant bar none. And I'm Caribbean! All the stars, thanks Aunty Donna!

The best Carribbean food you'll find by far in London without a doubt! We eat in or take away 2-3 times a week. We just can't get enough of their tasty food! Very reasonably price for London!

Was looking for a good Caribbean spot for something to eat and stumbled across this lovely, vibrant spot. The food was incredible, the ambience even better and the portion sizes? I was full after the saltfish fritter starter (the pepper flavour was a creeper) and the jerk pork was gorgeous. My only complaint? I didn't have enough room to try dessert but that's OK because we will be going back.

Just had lunch today after reading good reviews and they were spot on....lovely food, very reasonable prices, very homely atmosphere and a lovely couple who run it....what's not to like. Hope they make a success of this little gem....we shall be back. Thank you guys x

This spot is a hidden gem! Don and Donna are so welcoming and friendly! The interior is beautiful, music is a vibe and the food was delicious. I would reccomend the platter, Mac n cheese and the curry!!the fruit punch hit the spot. The menu is expansive, with lots of choice! They do a wonderful birthday set up! Would really reccomend and there is parking around the corner! We will be back!!!

Went with a group of friends to Ku Sheng Peng. Very good friendly service. Excellent authentic Caribbean food cooked to perfection. Lovely little restaurant in Acton. I would happily visit there again.
