Turtle Bay in Ealing

Went for some drinks with my friends the other night, the staff behind the bar were working really hard, apart from the girl who served us, she was miserable. I think she is called Andrea??? She was particularly unhelpful and gave no recommendations when I asked.

Our server, Peary was great - friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were good as always, but the music was so loud I couldn’t hear my friend next to me. We ended up leaving early because of that.

The staff are Food was delicious as usual, cooked to perfection, full of flavour and portioned well. Nice to always to see something new on the menu and try it. Great place, nice atomsphere and never dissapoints. Great for families and friends. High recommend, can't wait for the next meal. Thank you to all the team.

Amazing food! ribs was very well cooked! Half chicken and rice is perfect! we really enjoyed all the food! Great atmosphere and good service! love the cocktails! Toilets so clean and fresh!

We returned for a family meal and always lives up to expectations Chanel, than you on making our time so welcome. Not many places like this in London for a family and for good value. Thoroughly recommended.

Lorena was absolutely amazing! Food came quickly and was excellent. Drinks there is a massive variety to choose from and all look amazing. And service, Lorena was brilliant, very attentive, loads of knowledge about the food and drinks.

5 stars — Lorena was amazing! Had bottomless brunch at Turtle Bay and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. Lorena absolutely MADE it — super friendly, attentive, and kept the drinks coming without us ever needing to ask. She created such a good energy at the table and made us feel totally looked after. Also, shoutout to the jerk beef rib — absolutely unreal. Tender, packed with flavour, and that perfect kick of heat. Will 100% be coming back, and definitely asking for Lorena again!

The lady who served us at the bar was lovely however we ordered Mac and cheese bites which the kitchen forgot about and they came cold inside. Shame place and atmosphere was nice.

Slow poor service from start to finish. Drinks were awful overly sweet for no reason and minimum alcohol (happy hour surprise surprise) food! Jheez! Where do I start! I don’t have a dog but wouldn’t feed it to him 🐶 poor thing! Tastes like everything’s been cooked together with the same seasonings! And for the price it’s a JOKE!! happy hour was rubbish was buying shots on top so that says it all. Overall!!! Don’t recommend

Was my first time at Turtle bay, and was a nice experience, firstly for the attention, Lorena, gave us an amazing service. This time we ordered jerk platter for share and the food was good too. Recommend

I had the pleasure of being served by Lorena and I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly welcome. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanour truly elevated our dining experience. She was attentive without being intrusive, had excellent knowledge of the menu, and made thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be perfect. Even during the busy dinner rush, she remained calm, composed, and incredibly efficient.

Came here with friend and absolutely LOVED IT. The food was amazing followed by the cocktails which are 241. The service was amazing and everyone was so lovely and caring.

Went with my son to celebrate his birthday. Also my granddaughter, her partner My son's friends. The service was very good, Chanel and other staff members were very helpful. Everyone enjoyed the meal.

Ordered the curried goat hash and despite the flavour was good, the portion size of the goat was so little. Jerk platter was mediocre, chicken was slightly overcooked and I didn’t enjoy the sausage or the beef short rib at all either. Service was quite slow on the day, had to wait forever for both food and drinks so overall it’s okay but not something I would go for unless there’s no other choice

Food is amazing but service is really slow. Have to wait half an hour to grab someone’s attention to take your order. But it’s worth the wait coz the food is really amazing! Makes up for it. I would say, go there on a weekday instead of a weekend and you’ll get the best service along with the best food. Love the flavours! You won’t regret it.

Sattr was our server this time and made it a womderful experience. For those who like seasoning in their food, Turtle bay never dissapoints. The music, ambience and food are exquisite so make sure to drop by if you're ever in Ealing broadway.

We had a fantastic Bottomless Brunch this afternoon, served by the fabulous Satti. Couldn't fault it. Lots of choice of cocktails and food was good. We all had a great time. 😀

I have been to this restaurant several times including when I got engaged 3 years ago. Sadly yesterday for my friend's birthday meal, I ordered roti with chilled Prawns with cheesy sweet potatoes chip and it was so cold but I thought it was normal. When I got home I threw up vomited and fell ill. I am still ill with stomach upset.

Really lovely staff, we had Chanel serve us she was so accommodating and friendly, it was very such lovely food also!

Bad service and not great food. Staff was disrespectful making a big scene accessing people of ordering something that was never ordered. The manager became aware of this as we complained and was rude back, she the discovered they were wrong and issued no apology to the lady. They ruined my friends birthday on top of my daughter getting food poison from uncooked jerk wings. I would stay far from this place. Look a real Caribbean restaurant with a welcoming and safe vibe and good food. The manager should be sacked and her staff needs customer service training.

This place is amazing, and the food is to die for. The service is phenomenal, especially this young man Max-he’s hilarious! He was very good at his job and he deserves a huge raise. I’d employ him if I had my own restaurant!
