I visited as a group of 3 for my husbands birthday. Our WONDERFUL server Lorena was absolutely fantastic, so polite, kind, very efficient and observant. Lorena noticed when drinks were nearing the end and would reorder. She is absolutely fabulous, I hope she serves us again when we come back. Our food was lovely, my husband and friend had the chicken roti wrap and they said it was lovely, I had the hot chick burger and the chicken was lovely, not dry as you would normally get for a burger.

Chanel was amazing . She helped with the choice of food. Though we thought the chicken was far too spicy. The lamb was delicious but a bit pricey. The banana caramel toffee cheesecake was delicious. Overall we will come back again . 5 star to Chanel 👍🏼

I wish to come again sometime soon to see Alex. Great jokes and small bartender flair. Chatting with him was like catching up with an old mate.

Service was terrible. Emily made us pay before we even ate but let the two white girls next to us pay after they’d finished their food and made themselves comfortable. You can see we paid and didn’t even get our food until 10 minutes after. I’ve never felt more humiliated - black people being treated like we will steal in a Caribbean themed restaurant. Disgusting!!

Bar service was so quick would recommend to get drinks at this place. Bartender Alex was amazing he recommended all the drinks I would like to my personal preference and was very quick. My food was amazing and tasty with a lot of texture to it and it came very quick to my table . The new sundowners were very strong and would recommend when it is not happy hour definitely worth it.

Lorena was very helpful and went over and above with moving us to a more suitable table as we had a very noisy customer sitting near us. She was very pleasent and timely in serving us

One of my secret favourite restaurants , place excellent for date with yourself, but perfect for date just for two , amazing food very fresh tropical flavour’s , cocktails bar top class,impossible cocktails challenge not exists at that place, and indoor design special visual effects incredible beautiful wall Art “graffiti “ music, design and atmosphere give you a chance to feel like you're at Caribbean 🏝🌴

First and last time for visiting here . We waited a while for the waitress who was very busy so we waited. We then ordered starters and drinks . Our meal arrived however no drinks & no staff to ask . We finished our meal & still no drinks after asking twice we finally got them and my cocktails were awful. We paid and left . Starters were nice we were going to have a main meal but with waiting so long luckily decided to go elsewhere

Arrived a little late to my booking however was still granted with excellent customer service by Rachel who had the (I would say) luxury of overseeing us. We attended for the 2 for 1 drink deal and let’s just say we left satisfied. An amazing experience and team.

Rewriting because I had to give a good review to get a free shot lmao 😂 the cocktails were good but the service was absolutely terrible, it was so slow. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks to come out. They also tried to charge us for our food which should be included in the £35 bottomless brunch. The lady serving us was nice though, it was just the place.
