First of all the atmosphere was a vibe, the DJ was great. My server Sia was very patient and helpful whilst I was ordering, she even assisted me using the turtle bay app. I was very pleased with the service Sia provided. The drinks were 2 for one and were quite tasty (I have a sweet tooth lol). However the food wasn’t to my standards, I would visit again for the vibes and drinks as it’s a very good spot. Thank you

I had bottomless brunch here with a friend. We had a great time and even had the 2 for 1 offer afterwards. Our last drink didn’t seem as good quality as those that we had at brunch. So we mentioned it to Peary, our server, and she had them remade <3 excellent customer service

Our experience for our bottomless was lovely, Peary was very attentive and sweet as a server, even despite having an issue with one of our drinks, she resolved it and got our drinks re-made. Amazing customer service overall:)

Fun place, will be going back for cocktails! Only problem was my food was very spicy even though it didn't say it would be. Served by Chanel who was lovely.

I had a terrible experience at Turtle Bay in Ealing during a Christmas work party. The food took an astonishing 2 hours to arrive, only reaching us at 10pm. The dish I received was edible but not worth the wait. To make matters worse, they turned off the lights while we were still eating, which was incredibly rude and unsettling. The service was slow and unprofessional, and the whole evening was a huge disappointment. I will never return to this restaurant again.

Went on a Friday night . It was VERY busy ! We waited a long time for our food. However, it was busy and we had great drinks and the music was great too(whilst we waited) . The food was definitely worth the wait (garlic prawns wow ).HAMDI went the extra mile and provided an EXCELLENT customer service !

Went for bottomless brunch loved everything about it. Didn’t disappoint. Had the vegan burger and my friend had the Honey bunny roti (vegan). So many flavours. Cocktails 10/10 not your average boring ones. Lorena our server was BRILLIANT in every way. No.1 go to now for bottomless brunch - defo swerve the boring ones where food flavours are compromised, or only do bottomless drinks and throw as many complex conditions into the mix as possible.

Loved it, decided on a different venue for our staff Christmas meal, we usually have traditional pub roast. The atmosphere was great, very relaxed and good vibe, food was fabulous and excellent value for money, half the price to what we usually pay. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, thank you Cherel and Joel, you really looked after us, AMAZING, we will be back. Happy Christmas 🎄

Maybe if you drink all the cocktails you wouldn't mind it! Freezing cold in the restaurant, so everyone is sitting in jumpers and the food gets cold in a minute. Music is so loud you can't talk to anyone on your table. Slow service, more interested in talking to each other than serving or clearing away tables... Won't be returning!

Nice restaurant and fast service especially the waiter Huzaifa Satti he is friendly and helpful person and he helped me a lot in choosing the food. The choice was delicious

Always a great experience going to Turtle Bay for food and/or drinks and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Today I was served by Chanel 😊 a very friendly, attentive young woman 🙋🏻‍♀️ If you haven't been, you must go soon! Try their mac and cheese and/or their sweetcorn fritter roti roll 😉 trini doubles are also very tasty. Their drinks are always tasty and great value for money when its happy hour. 🥳

Came here for our team dinner. Food is very overpriced. £16 for a small portion of lamb curry. drinks not strong enough. Desserts too sweet. Yikes.

Richie and Joel were awesome. Came for a Xmas party at a quiet time and on first impression I thought it was too quiet. But these guys kept the drinks coming and the food was excellent as always.

The manager, Keziah, was absolutely lovely—kind, respectful, and so much fun. They made us feel completely at home, had us laughing throughout the night, and just radiated good vibes. And can I just say—her nails were stunning! They looked so good and added to her whole vibe. The food was hot and delicious, and the cocktails at our bottomless brunch were spot-on. It was genuinely such a great night—perfect service, amazing food, and drinks that kept the energy alive. Highly recommend Turtle Bay for a fun and welcoming experience!

Was in with my girl friends today met a lovely young lady named KELIS she was our waitress she was very pleasant and bobblie she made sure we were having a good Time as she keep checking g we were ok. Loved our experience. However, Kelis made it super awesome because she was so attentive, kind and welcoming 😀 . Give her a raise lol

The only good thing about this place was our server Huzaifa Satti. But the bouncers are very rude and stupid they argue for no reason and have no sense of work. But very happy with our server
