Lovely service! Our server Sia was wonderful :) great drinks and music

Small servings and not even fine dining. The food was tasteless.

Had a valentines set 2 course menu, we ordered fried squid and prawns for a starter, it was lovely, so we were looking forward to the main, of curry goat and jerk chicken. What a let down, had no authentic carribean flavor you had to use the table sauces to give it some flavor. Afrikana curry goat and jerk chicken are the best so far that we have tasted. I'm a brilliant cook so when I go out to eat I like it to taste better than home cooking. I'm not even fussy but nope, not for me. Their cocktails were lovely though.

Good vibes at Turtle Bay. Nice to have something that stays open till late in Ealing. Our waiter, Satti was remarkable in helping us get comfortable on such a busy night. Had a lovely time.

Went here for our first visit to Ealing. Service was amazing and very polite. Food is really tastey with good choices on the menu. We didnt catch our servers name but you were amazing. Thank you!

I found Turtle Bay Ealing to be just okay. The food didn’t come out as I requested—there were certain ingredients I specifically asked to be left out, yet they still added them. My waitress was very clear about what I wanted and what to avoid, but the kitchen didn’t follow through. When I pointed this out, the waitress insisted I had to pay for it because I had eaten some, even though I had sent it back. This led to a bit of back and forth, which was frustrating. As for the food itself, it was nothing special—slightly dry and not particularly exciting. I’ve definitely had better Caribbean food elsewhere. The atmosphere was decent, though; they played good music, and there was a nice vibe. One thing I found odd was the presence of security at the door. Despite this, people were openly bringing in their own alcohol, buying soft drinks at the bar, and pouring their own drinks into cups. The security didn’t seem to care, which made me question why they were even there. On the positive side, some of the waiting staff were really good. If you're looking for a casual and relaxed spot, it’s fine to pop by. Just don’t expect anything upscale or particularly great food.

I recently enjoyed a bottomless brunch and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was lively, and the food was delicious. Visited Turtle Bay for Dinner at 7pm weekday. We were not attended with at the entrance counter to greet us or even show our table. After waiting for a while we asked an attendant for a table. The attendant lady seem not interested in us and further help to assign us a comfortable place to sit, instead kept her attitude. After been unwelcome, we ordered some food without any guidance of choice. Food was alrite, we lost appetite and left in an hour. Won't go again, won't recommend.

Chisom, was pleasant, patient and helpful. - thank you 😊 The food was mainly enjoyable but could have been warmer. Tables/upholstery - our table was ‘sticky’ perhaps from previous customers seating. The chairs/benches - these looked very tired and are ready for updating /revamping.

Chisom’s recommendations were spot on—she clearly knows the menu well and helped us pick the perfect dishes. Her friendly and professional attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. Despite the busy atmosphere, she never seemed rushed and made sure we were well taken care of. If you’re dining at Turtle Bay, I highly recommend asking for Chisom! Her excellent service and positive energy truly elevate the experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Chanel gave great customer service & made great cocktails :)

Good atmosphere with decent cocktails and good music that sets the perfect vibe for a night out. The drinks are flavorful and definitely a highlight. However, the food falls short when it comes to authenticity. It's a far cry from the true essence of the Carribean. If you're looking for an authentic dining experience, you might be a bit disappointed. But if you're here for drinks and a great atmosphere, it's definitely worth a visit!

Found this place to be a great choice for weekday afternoon food and drinks. Happy Hour cocktails and food all reasonably priced. Just be aware that if you have a low tolerance of heat, you may find most of the menu too spicy for you. Returned for Bottomless Brunch and received great service from Sia :)

Service was very swift, Sia was our waitress and she was very sweet and charming, thank you Sia! Food was great, portions very generous. We used a gift voucher so paid less than expected, but even at full price the menu does not disappoint.

This place is a go to for me and my wife. Spicy and delicious food. Drinks are cheap as it’s almost always happy hour. I can’t recount it enough. The staff is friendly and professional too!

The food and service was really good. Didn't have to wait long for drinks or food. Had a beautiful waitress Sia. Sia gave us recommendations from the menu, checked in with us and had a lovely smile. She also informed us about the app and discounts offered for students and NHS staff. Because of this the bill was almost 50% less. She provided a fabulous service.

Sia was a lovely server and was very helpful. She sung me happy birthday without asking and it was cheerful 😊

A big shout out to our lovely waiter Satti who took care of us! Unfortunately the food wasn't good, we ordered a chicken Sunday roast, macaroni cheese and crispy squid and it was all terrible. The chicken was proper white and flavourless; boiled chicken tastes better. The macaroni cheese did not taste like cheese at all and the pasta was so overcooked that it melted in your mouth, macaroni cheese is a big no no, save your money. The vegetable surrounding the "roast" were very sad looking and small, the gravy tasted absolutely disgusting and the plantain was replaced by fried potatoes. It's a shame that the quality of this restaurant has gone so low in sich a short time, I used to love visiting but unfortunately I don't think I'll be back. Thank you again Satti!!!

The drinks were great, but the food lacked flavor. The staff were rude, the manager was egocentric, and customer service was poor. Despite asking twice to move to the front where seats were clearly available, we were lied to and told it wasn’t possible. Another staff member eventually let us move. Overall, a disappointing experience.DJ was very good !
