Turtle Bay in Ealing

Lovely place. The food is so flavoursome and unique in taste. The portions are generous. Staff very friendly and effective despite the place getting busy. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic time at Turtle Bay in Ealing! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and our waitress, Sia, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made our visit extra special. Highly recommend!

We love the food in Turtle Bay. The restaurant's service is good. The only thing we disliked was that they brought the mains too quickly before we managed to finish our starters. Overall we always enjoy coming here having a cocktail and some of their lovely Caribbean dishes.

Lovely evening, we were served by Sia and she was great. 5 stars to her and the food. We have been here several times, the fried chicken is the best I have ever tried and the jerk chicken and ribs are really good too.

We walked into this establishment thinking plainly about the day. We were directed to our table with a waitress that absorbed any doubt as she walked, allowing us to enjoy our day as fresh as a new born baby. Sherin, I cannot stress enough, hint hint raise, was a goddess upon men. She allowed us to take our worries and rinse our dispare. A party member chocked upon the positivity and she resuscitated her and the table back to life. The day may be cold but our hearts are warm. She helped direct us on not only cocktails, food and life, but also our future. I hope to come across her path in my own journey as I know, I would have the best time. My mission in life would be a positive one. She is the cat nip and we are the cats

Had the chicken and burger.. very tasty.. it was xmas eve and there was a change in timings meaning we couldn't get the 2 4 1 however we spoke to the manager Sia .. and he went out of his way to ensure something alternative was offered. We left feeling the Xmas spirt was definitely in full flow at Ealing TB.. Thx you Sia for making our evening!! Happy new year 2025!! 🎉

Definitely 9.1K reviews are just a fake reviews. This place doesn't worth a penny. I'm really disappointed as I expected much more- probably my mistake as I was looking at the rating. However, customer service was awful - so sad to see that the waiters are tired, lazy and have no passion to work this job. Me and my husband were waiting more than 40 min for disgusting food- the chicken in my burger was fried in old oil and the smell was so bad. The glasses and all cutlery were dirty. Please avoid to visit this " restaurant "! The pub over the corner is much better!

Excellent service and soul food

Went to this establishment yesterday evening with my friends and we had a table that was booked for between 9pm-11pm. Ordered the starters and drinks. The starters arrived quickly and the drinks took 20 minutes more to arrive. Then a waitress approached us and remarked that we’d have to pay for what we have ordered already even though we hadn’t ordered our mains which I found to be rude as normally at any restaurant you would pay at the end of your meal after you have finished it, not like Pay As You Go like here when only the starters and drinks were ordered. The waitress explained that it was something to do with collecting the receipts and updating the till before 11pm which they would have done anyway when we had completely finished our meal and after ordering our mains. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy with only a few people in it. My dining experience was ruined that evening so we went somewhere else after paying for the drinks and starters. At least put a notice up in the restaurant or the website that this is the procedure. I will never come back here again and a word of warning if you do come here late in the evening that you are expected to PAYG (Pay As You Go) towards closing time.

I was served by Sia, very nice young lady, always smiling, very professional in her interactions with me. She made sure i felt comfortable, checking on me. I thought that was very thoughtful of her. Fantastic young lady.

- 90 minutes for food to arrive - music is deafeningly loud you can’t have a conversation - food was cold and too spicy - chairs and tables were sticky and dirty - beef burger was extremely low quality, dry and tasted like cardboard. - place is too hot - bathrooms are small, smelly and bad for claustrophobic people The beef burger was tried by 5 people and was considered awful

Good, but I think the menu could be more precise. For example, the Shack Stack Burger doesn't mention that it also includes 1. Lettuce 2. Onion 3. Tomatoes 4. Pickles Seems like an odd choice to not include those 4 items in the description? Peary was sweet.

First of all the atmosphere was a vibe, the DJ was great. My server Sia was very patient and helpful whilst I was ordering, she even assisted me using the turtle bay app. I was very pleased with the service Sia provided. The drinks were 2 for one and were quite tasty (I have a sweet tooth lol). However the food wasn’t to my standards, I would visit again for the vibes and drinks as it’s a very good spot. Thank you
