This place is amazing, and the food is to die for. The service is phenomenal, especially this young man Max-he’s hilarious! He was very good at his job and he deserves a huge raise. I’d employ him if I had my own restaurant!

Peary is the best server I have had at Turtle Bay. She always came up and asked if we wanted more drinks without us asking. She is genuinely the best server I have had and I have been to the turtle bay in staines as well.

Great service and staff. Lorena was great and very polite and helpful. Nice spot to visit and grab some good food! I had the Brown Stew Chicken and it wasn't to bad. For me would need more spice and flavour but not bad as an evening out to have.

Lorena hosted us and she was amazing! So friendly and gave great suggestions on what to order. Really looked after us. Atmosphere is nice and chilled and food was fantastic. Thank you!

Lovely food and great place for a family occasion. Couldn't have asked for a nicer or more freindly waitress, so thank you Chanel. Also, it was very reasonably priced even considering drinks. Not many places like this in London. Thoroughly recommended.

Was a lovely environment and had a lovely long chat with an old friend as we indulged in a few of their 2 for 1 cocktails. Sia served us and was an absolute gem of a host towards us. We had the Brown stew chicken which wasn't anything to write home about, but the drinks along with the Caribbean music made up for that.

Turtle bay Ealing has such an amazing atmosphere every Friday and Saturday night .The cocktails are really nice and the price is quite reasonable to have a nice night out due to it being 2 for 1 after 9pm (priced at £10.75 for 2 cocktails) .Security is friendly and chatty and bar staff are really friendly too. One downside however is that on the weekend it can take a minute to get a drink as they could do with some more staff at the bar during the busy times. However, the atmosphere is amazing, djs are the best and the people are quite friendly. If your looking for a night out in Ealing it’s the perfect place to go before going to the club red rooms that’s just down the road. Unfortunately though if you’re looking to go out to and enjoy an authentic and reasonably priced Caribbean meal I wouldn’t recommend turtle bay. Portions are quite small and although food is decent it’s not worth the price and unfortunately is not authentic or even made by a Caribbean chef. So overall I would say deffo stop by on Friday/saturday nights for some drinks and good time but look elsewhere for Caribbean food.

A big shout out to our lovely waiter Satti who took care of us! Unfortunately the food wasn't good, we ordered a chicken Sunday roast, macaroni cheese and crispy squid and it was all terrible. The chicken was proper white and flavourless; boiled chicken tastes better. The macaroni cheese did not taste like cheese at all and the pasta was so overcooked that it melted in your mouth, macaroni cheese is a big no no, save your money. The vegetable surrounding the "roast" were very sad looking and small, the gravy tasted absolutely disgusting and the plantain was replaced by fried potatoes. It's a shame that the quality of this restaurant has gone so low in sich a short time, I used to love visiting but unfortunately I don't think I'll be back. Thank you again Satti!!!

Will never not sing Turtle Bay Ealing’s praises. Consistently amazing service, waiter’s & waitress always in a great mood and so so friendly I don’t know how they do it! Great drinks, great food, it’s a shame the prices have gone up recently but all in all wonderful!

Visited a few weeks ago and forgot to make this review on the great service we received. Chisom gave us amazing service and was very friendly and sweet the last 2 times we visited. Had a valentines set 2 course menu, we ordered fried squid and prawns for a starter, it was lovely, so we were looking forward to the main, of curry goat and jerk chicken. What a let down, had no authentic carribean flavor you had to use the table sauces to give it some flavor. Afrikana curry goat and jerk chicken are the best so far that we have tasted. I'm a brilliant cook so when I go out to eat I like it to taste better than home cooking. I'm not even fussy but nope, not for me. Their cocktails were lovely though.

Absolutely awful experience. Very rude staff and we then waited an hour for our starters with zero apology from the waitress. The bartender then handed me a pint by grabbing the top of the glass and putting her palm in my drink. Food was good however I’d still give it one star because there were so many things wrong with out service

I found Turtle Bay Ealing to be just okay. The food didn’t come out as I requested—there were certain ingredients I specifically asked to be left out, yet they still added them. My waitress was very clear about what I wanted and what to avoid, but the kitchen didn’t follow through. When I pointed this out, the waitress insisted I had to pay for it because I had eaten some, even though I had sent it back. This led to a bit of back and forth, which was frustrating. As for the food itself, it was nothing special—slightly dry and not particularly exciting. I’ve definitely had better Caribbean food elsewhere. The atmosphere was decent, though; they played good music, and there was a nice vibe. One thing I found odd was the presence of security at the door. Despite this, people were openly bringing in their own alcohol, buying soft drinks at the bar, and pouring their own drinks into cups. The security didn’t seem to care, which made me question why they were even there. On the positive side, some of the waiting staff were really good. If you're looking for a casual and relaxed spot, it’s fine to pop by. Just don’t expect anything upscale or particularly great food.
