Food was better than I expected.. Thank you I thoroughly enjoyed everything. Only negative is that there was not enough saltfish, please put more saltfish next time!

Food poorly packed, missed some items, not really high quality, probably prepared in rush. Delivery was late even if restaurant extended delivery time. Instead of letting me know about delay they marked delivery as "delivered" which is not how you resolve unexpected delays. On the other side, their Polish Zapiekanka is very tasty, I can only recommend.

A real shame because the food was good but the service was terrible. I ordered this for a DJ to eat before he went live in air for his radio show. Because it was so late, it sat around for 2 hours before he could eat it as he can’t eat on air. Real shame

terrible food. horrible. reheated old food. horrible quality. felt like throwing money away. very poor standard. rice smelt stale. food was microwave reheated to point of dehydration. shocking

The delivery was very fast which was good. However I was disappointed in the food quality as it was watery and tasteless. I ordered two large meals which came with a drink, salad, plantain and dumplings. I did not receive my dumplings or plantain, only the main meal, salad and drink. Overall I’m not happy in terms of attention to food. I was satisfied with the delivery services.

hot food received was nice. however I was given a packet of crisps 3 months out of date and the packet was greasy/dusty. not the end of the world but it makes you question how focussed are they really on their food hygiene.

I’ll start positive the meat was lovely so was the patty. My order was short a drink. The plantain and dumpling tasted microwaved stiff and inedible. The coleslaw and rice were not great.

zapiekanka was a baguette filled with vegetables and ham.. when it should be a half baguette topped with roasted mushroom and onion with ham and cheese on the top. toast and spread (on the menu it appears as “with butter jam and peanut butter) it was nothing like that.. toast was dry with a bit of a butter. sadly the best part of my menu has been the hot chocolate. :(

I initially thought great, this place is round the corner from me, however upon collection I was disappointed before even trying the food. They had no plantain, coleslaw or Ting which was supposed to come as part of my meal, and didn't bother to phone me up or offer me a partial refund... Instead he palmed me off with an extra dumpling. The dumplings were extra hard like rocks. The Curry Goat was ok however

they forgot my chips and the hotdog was made with baguette bread so by the time it came it was rock hard had to throw it and on top of that the delivery man wanted me to meet him up the road as he "supposedly" couldn't find my address. the carribean breakfast was disappointing too the callalooo was the best bit

Hash brown & chips were missing from a meal. Cold coffee & cold food , which was surprising seeing as it was delivered early.

We ordered a polish breakfast and an English breakfast.. They probably ran out of ingredients, as the polish breakfast was mostly composed of beans, with barely any tomatoes or mushrooms, and the polish sausage (kielbasa) was replaced by a thin frankfurter that you can buy in any supermarket. So the "polish breakfast" was in fact a frankfurter sausage with beans. We have ordered the polish breakfast before and we know this is not how it is normally served. Absolutely unacceptable. Wont be ordering again.

Food took nearly 2 hours to come. although they were apologetic when I did call to ask where it was and explained there had been bad traffic. Sadly the food wasn't worth waiting for. I also was missing items. not terrible.. but far from good.

Still waiting on my order whuch shud ave arrived at 1155am yet the delivery status is saying delivered....to who???

To be honest, the food was disgusting and I had to throw most of it away, I order takeaways very regularly and I've never had worse takeaway than this.

Did not taste like Caribbean food.. really salty too.. will not b using this restaurant again!

Toast was more like bread and the food was stone cold when it arrived, all mushed together was disgusting.

For that price not even giving ketchup for hot dog? No sos at all? ...

What can I say? For a restaurant that opens and delivers this early, I really wasn't expecting anything short of mediocre. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Great portions, delicious food, charming delivery man and a definite recommendation from me

Ordered food for the team and honestly, there's very little we could fault! Placed a sizeable order, got it before the expected delivery time, and everything was great. The goat was beautifully cooked but abbot fattier than we'd have liked, but that's just down to the cut of meat. And this is just us being fussy, but we wouldn't have minded another couple of pieces of plantain in the big goat and chicken meals 😋 and the man that delivered the food was lovely, and they even text to ask if the food was alright! Definitely will order again.

Delivered quickly and very tasty food.

Waited 2 hours for the food. When I called the phone went to voicemail everytime. Once the food arrived the order was incorrect and warm not hot. Defo will never order again.

Great to see somewhere delivering cooked breakfasts. It tasted just like a greasy spoon breakfast should! Also, the Polish hot dog was about a foot long... a bargain

The food that arrived was NOT the food that I had ordered and when I called to complain I was simply told that the manager was not in. Atrocious customer service, *would not recommend* for this reason alone.

First time we older from this takeway...and we are literally fully happy...happy tummy. Service was nice..the man who deliver a food was very friendly + on time. Food fresh + tasty. I recomend this place if special when you very hungry 9am! :D thanks.

Lovely to deal with, arrived at the time I requested. However I ordered garlic bread with cheese and it arrived plain - no cheese. I also ordered Jacket potato with cheese and extra butter, but beans were added to it (don't really like beans on my potato's). Dumplings were lovely and service was good and speedy. Attention to the order would have made it perfect.

I loved it but the oxtail had too many bones not enough meat but all in all it was really nice

Having read the reviews which were mostly negative I wanted to give the restaurant a try for myself...I ordered saltfish rice and peas and oxtail rice and peas. I received a phone saying there was no oxtail nor saltfish and would get curry goat and stew chicken indtead, I should have cancelled there and then. Delivery was ok, over an hour though the driver was friendly. The food was just awful, rice and peas was flavourless and mashy, the presentation was bad, i received my fried plantain and stale dumplin in one container giving both items a weird taste. I threw the curry goat rice and peas away. Just very disappointing as this was a complete waste of money. These comments do not lie, will never be ordering from here again.

I did not receive any salad as advertised, no plantains, no dumplings,and the rice was mixed. I ordered soon after coming in from church, and these things should have been highlighted as not available before taking payment,as it would have given me the opportunity to change my order. I am appalled to have received this order for a Sunday meal, and it is not the first time I have been disappointed with the service.

Asked for no beans with the breakfast in the comment section yet still came with beans. Only downfall.

The ackee and saltfish was well cooked and delicous, but the order did not come with plantines or the milo. The cornmeal porride was overpriced as it came in an ordinary sized cup used for tea. I would have appreciated a call from the to explain missing items and offer alternatives. Deliveryman was pleasant.

Took 2 hours from order to delivery, when initial time of 40 mins was given.

El Jerk Baguette era sencillamente impresionante, con un excelente equilibrio de especias y salsa para hacer el sandwich de bonito y humedo. Me encanta. Gran jamaicano. No polaco, la comida inglesa y asiática.

Food was good but baguette should have been cheese and ham with extra cheese but they delivered ham salad but still nice.

All meal orders should be freshly cooked. The salad should be put in a separate container.The fry plantain was below standard. I once ordered after 7 pm one evening ,the curry and oxtail was the dregs of the dish.If there is not enough for the order contact the customer for alternatives.

Ordered at 11.30....it's now 13.30 and still no food has arrived despite calling them and being told it will be with me by 12.40! Disgraceful service. Will never order from here again.

Most enjoyable meal, but I like to have items pack separately, also paper bags instead of plastic.Presentation for delivery is important.Initial impression could be positive or negative. Invest .now and reap the gain later

A little upset and annoyed with the wait of my food and the fact that it was really hot when it was delivered , and the quality of presentation and taste was poor . I always get food from you guys , i expected better ... A little disappointed

There was hardly any chicken! Rice and peas tasted 2 days old... Just bones, the dumplings where over heated and like rocks! The plantains where far from ripe and the coleslaw was not home made! First and Last Time I order from here!

Cancelling my lunch take out order after having regularly ordered from them :( not cool at all

I have not even eaten half my meal a waste of 12 quid. Nothing tasted fresh all just heated up in microwave. Dumplings were so hard I could hardly chew them. The curry goat was okay but all sides disappointing and the coleslaw tasted like it was going off.

Only thing wrong was I ordered grilled vegetables but did not get it

My cake was atleast 3days old was stale, couldnt eat ot but my mama brown stew was very nice, nice balance between spice and sweet. Would only order again from them if really needed too

probably one of the best sandwich takeout places out there, food quality couldn't be better. presentation outstanding and delivery time was excellent. We thought this type of food was only available in top restaurants! Recommend Hot Bread 100% Thanks guys!

This is my first experience with this takeaway. I'm a huge fan of Caribbean food so when i saw that this place had opened up nearby I had to try it out. Not at all disappointed, the food was lovely and fresh, the staff were courteous and very helpful. I would definitely order from this place again.
