Polite staff, with fast food chicken. Would never complain about the double firecracker burger (it is good)

Food in this place is shocking service gave me the runs for 2 days still not right now it was rubbery and no nice 😫 won’t be ordering from here again :(

Shocking customer service, got my order wrong AGAIN even after ringing up 5 minutes before to clarify my order. Food came was freezing cold and pink in the middle. Been so poorly after this, you have been warned.

I accidentally made a mistake with my order so I called in and the man I spoke to was extremely nice and understanding he sorted it out with no problem, it really was great customer service, and to top it off the food tasted amazing I would definitely recommend this takeaway and I'll be ordering again thank you.

Things were missing on my order. drink and sauce were missing and it was late. I called the restaurant and they took such a long time to find out which order it is and who packed up then he told me that they will give me a drink and the sauce if I order next time! Also they didn't put salad on my burger but a tiny bit of lettuce and a touch of sauce while I left a note in particular to put all the salad and ask for chili sauce and mayo.the chicken wings were undercooked and the food wasn't nice. Another bad experience!!! Will never order again

Was late and some of my order was missing and nothing was done

45 minutes late. Food was still cold even though I was told it was meant to be fresh when I rang up to see where my food was. Got told a woman had messed them about that's why my food 45 minutes late. Terrible service wouldn't order again.

Very disappointed! I know it’s a busy day but we are very disappointed. Food arrived over an hour late and was cold. Spicy chicken wings were soggy. We have ordered quite a few tones but don’t think we will order again.

Chips bit cold everything else was perfect

Normally really good food and service, but last couple of orders have gradually gone down hill. Delivery is getting later and later meaning food is getting colder and colder upon receipt. Time to try else where I think.

Usually order from here but I will struggle to want to order again. I had the strips meal and normally they are pretty small but this time what I received were 4 tiny strips of pure batter. No exaggeration there was only about 4 grams of meat total! I had to cook after this. Total disappointment, lost a good customer

Best chicken place around. Great price and great food. Ordered chicken and they made them all fresh. Nice and friendly staff. Will deffo order more regularly.

Everything was perfect apart from the spicy chicken wings, they arrived cold and the chicken was pink but apart from that everything was perfect👌🏽 Will be ordering again but next time hopefully the wings will be hot and cooked properly.

Ordered for collection yesterday and the food was lovely, fresh and hot! Chicken was cooked to perfection, succulent and juicy! Chips were hot and fresh! Can’t complain! I had a chicken stacker burger and chips, my hubby had the fire cracker burger with chips and my son had Krispy strips and chips! We all thoroughly enjoyed it! Will deffo be ordering again! Food was ok, standard chicken shop quality. Nothing to shout home about but delivery was 20 min late after initial 1hr delivery time given and poor communication from the takeaway unfortunately. Read such good reviews about this place but was a little disappointed with them.

Worst place I’ve ever ordered from, sat near the door in the living room. Claimed they had been to the door and knocked multiple times which we did not hear and the dog barks when someone’s even stepping into the garden and then had the decency to argue over the phone and then went on to mention the delivery driver left the food on the doorstep so it was freezing cold when I got it.Don’t order from here! I guarantee you will be disappointed.

I've been ripped off. No matter how I think about it, sending 2 33cl cans in replacement of a 1.5L bottle (that I assume they ran out of?) That I paid £2 for Is an absolute rip off. Unbelievably cheeky, no explanation, not like there's an excuse for being so stingy. will NOT be ordering from here anymore.

Tried to call the takeaway but constantly engaged,as realised the cheeseburger delivered for our child was incorrect,it had mayonnaise and lettuce which we had not asked for!imagine if they had an egg allergy.......we order from here all the time but this kind of mistake is not acceptable

The customised wrap I ordered was not what I asked for, the chips arrived cold and the chicken strips were burnt with the chicken inside them being very hard to chew.

Food was very delicious. I do not usually like chips but this place cooks them to perfection every time. We had a slight hiccup with the food we received so I rang up and spoke a very pleasant man who quickly rectified the order. Considering we regularly order from here, we have never received an order with anything missing. 10/10 for the fantastic customer service.

Shocking absolutely shocking ordered food from them and once I got it granted it was early but the chips and cheese with gravy had leaked all over the other stuff and ruined everything. I rang the shop to see what they could do and they was so arrogant on the phone and kept saying can’t do anything we are to busy. My house is around 5 minutes drive maximum from the shop and it takes minutes to make chips cheese gravy again but he refused complete waste of money and will never use them again which is sad as the food itself is really good but the customer service is shocking really really poor sadly would love the manager to get in touch to talk further about it

Food all in all was good, was unhappy about a staple (metal) being under my barm, don't know whether this is just pure unlucky as like I say food was great and time it took was great, maybe off the staples u use to seal the bags, need to be careful there pal, will order again as my rating regards the food and that was good, maybe just fold the bag next time or remove stapling bags near food produce, Liam Again food was great, thanks

Placed order I phoned them after an hour to see where my food was the guy said its very close to me half hour later still not arrived phoned again he said the same again be with me very soon 15 mins later it finally turned up I asked the driver why it took so long he was so rude and mumbled something as he walked away shocking service but food was pretty decent

We have used this takeaway many times and its usually very nice, but this time the chicken was very dry and tasted like last night's cook. Not pleasant at all.
