Krispy Kreme Reading in Reading

We had the worst experience at the the Oracle Branch in Reading. The staff member, a lady of African origin, most likely Nigerian, was aggressive and abnoxious. We wanted to exchange one of the donuts for another amd she just started blasting us for no reason. Clearly not trained and not fit to be In a customer facing job. The matter got so out of hand that we had to call the Mall Security to intervene. The branch manager was nowhere to be seen. Can you imagine the unnecessary stress just to eat a donut!!! The management needs to address this issue with urgency, otherwise that staff member will successfully shut that branch. Feel totally disappointed and violated!!! Incident happened at 2pm on 5th April 2022.

Niños empujando alrededor de tus pies. ¡Muy caro si solo quieres uno y haces cola junto con los que compran cafés y más! Estaba más que irritado. El personal fue lo suficientemente amable, tolerante, diría yo.

Son realmente los mejores. Siempre fresco y sabroso. Los niños los aman. Siempre volveré a este lugar

Es una visita obligada si estás con niños. Este lugar no es muy caro. Siéntate, relájate con un buen americano y donas. Y ver pasar el mundo. . . .

Servicio rápido, agradable donuts; una pena, fuimos por la noche y tenían un rango limitado.

Seriously, these doughnuts are to die for. How do they make them so good and why do they taste better than anyone else's doughnuts. Good choice of flavours and something to suit everyone. One of my favourite destinations. Staff are friendly although I have seen on two occasions them get a bit shirty with an awkward customer. To be fair the customers deserved it.

The worst service by three young girls. I will not be returning as I was rudely spoken to and not advised properly. I felt intimated and it was just terrible customer service

My other half and I pop in here every Friday evening to grab a box of donuts and go next door to get a burrito, we then take all the food home and watch a movie and enjoy our guilty pleasures. Normally we have a great experience but Friday just gone we were greeted by a member of staff that obviously didn't want to be there and spoke to us like we were his mates not his customers. 'a box of f*ing donuts' is not what I wanted to hear. To add to the disappointment of this visit we got home to find that one of our donuts had no filling in it! Real shame to have been let down this time.

We visited this shop at the weekend. The doughnuts were lovely, also had great hot chocolate which came as part of a deal which was good value!

Krispy Kreme - what's not to love?! I adore their luxury doughnuts just as much as their simple powdered or glazed ones. Why not buy a dozen to take home and share with the family... or are they just too good to share?! I love the Lemon Meringue Pie one!

Eating Krispy Kreme doughnuts is one of my guilty pleasures. They are extremely overpriced for doughnuts, but they are delicious and melt in your mouth. The dough is very soft and not at all stodgy. My favourites are the basic glazed rings, they are very moreish and I can't have enough of them. The café is not particularly pleasant though, so I suggest buying to take away.

Have been here several times, always good for great doughnuts, and there is room to sit and have coffee ect as well. Only small seating area.

We visit the Krispy Kreme in Reading last weekend and my son and I order hot chocolate and a couple of Doughnuts. Sadly the hot chocolate was a little too hot and my son burnt his mouth. I raised this with the team and the gentleman was were very sympathetic and came over to see if everything was OK. they then made another cooler Hot Chocolate and gave us a Double Dozen Doughnuts. Amazing customer satisfaction and my son was over the moon to have another one. Thanks ever so much for going above and beyond.

Expected this to be busier on a Saturday afternoon but it was change to the hustle and bustle of the usual coffee shops. Also, fresh doughnuts in all the expected flavours was great. Able to sit and relax after an afternoon shopping.
