Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in Cardiff

My first time at a KK and it's an instant 10/10 no questions need to be asked, already one of the best things ever, I had the pumpkin patch and my dad got a strawberry kreme, easy 5 stars.

We missed this treat last year, we always make our way to Krispy Kreme at the end of our days shopping in Cardiff before heading for the train home, the staff are very friendly and helpful so may choices of doughnuts all looking delicious, was nice to sit down and relax, we thoroughly enjoyed our coffee and our snowman shaped doughnut, well worth a visit.

After a long day working a chocolate donut, an expresso and a top service gave me stamina to keep working.

Visited yesterday, a limited range of doughnuts on display, especially considering that this is not a pop-up concession stand, but a full unit. I could only select an original plain doughnut or a solitary chocolate ring doughnut. I don’t mind paying top end of town prices, but for a varied selection that I can’t get at Greggs. Understand that we have COVID, but other global brands are managing to maintain supply chains.

Chocolate donuts are simply amazing. Student discount of ten percent makes it even better. Very friendly staff. Would recommend.

My brother and I went on our annual shopping trip to Cardiff and in the afternoon we had a visit to the Krispy Kreme what a selection of doughnuts, we finally made our choice and also had coffee, we sat in the seating area and thoroughly enjoyed them, if you want something different go to the Krispy Kreme delicious doughnuts and you can eat in or take away. Staff were very helpful and friendly look forward to returning 😊

The little ones love a doughnut, this is the best in the diff! If you know Krispy creme, what more is there to say, if you dont, it's time to visit!

Was desperate to try a Krispy Kreme doughnut, as no shop local to me, so this cafe was a lucky find. Very clean place with two friendly young girls serving. They offer good variety of hot & cold drinks & their usual vast display of yummy doughnuts, all at a great price

Served by I think - Jess - polite and helpful. 2 original glazed and Nutella chocolate doughnuts ordered for friends who’ve never had them before to enjoy - they loved them.

Doughnuts are to die for. Lovely little store where you can sit down with little treat and cup of coffee. Lots of offers to choose from . Amazing polite staff ! Sam ( The manager ) best hospitality I've experience in a long time ! Highly recommended! :)))

Some of these doughnuts are amazing! the peanut butter one is to die for, however some of them literally taste of nothing (the biscotti one), they're expensive for what they are but the shop it nice and I enjoy their drinks. If you can afford it, they're pretty good.

Ho provato le donuts di Krispy Kream sia a Brighton che a Cardiff che nei vari aeroporti di Londra e mi piacciono tantissimo! Personalmente preferisco questa catena a Dunkin Donuts. Le trovo più fresche, più dolci e con maggiore assortimento di gusti. Il locale a Cardiff è abbastanza spazioso, offre più posti a sedere. Il personale è cortese e il caffè americano molto buono.

Never been to Cardiff and my daughter was saying how great the £2.95 donut and hot drink deal is great. Staff friendly and cappuccino lovely

Poor because although the doughnuts are nice enough they aren't worth the money. 3 doughnuts were over £5, disgusting. The seating area was nothing special either, just cafe style. You'd think at those prices it'd be better.

Waited 25 mins to get my coffee and donut but nothing! Watching the staff and I don't think anyone had any organisation at all! I visited the bathroom and it was appalling, filthy dirty and no toilet roll!! Got a refund and left!

After a few hours Christmas shopping we all decided caffeine & a sugar hit was needed, we popped in & five of us were seated easily considering how busy it was being a match day & Christmas shoppers galore. Some delicious fresh doughnuts on offer & good value deals of a drink & doughnuts too, enjoyed by all, only gripe would be the toilets were out of order so had to dash off after our coffees to find a loo which was a bit inconvenient, nevertheless good service.

There are plenty of different flavours to choose from and they're so delicious! You can sit in or take out, they also do various drinks. Staff are friendly.

I happened to pass Krispy Kreme during a visit to Cardiff and decided to call in as I saw on the Krispy Kreme Facebook page recently that they'd introduced peanut butter and jelly flavoured doughnuts, so I just had to try them as I ADORE pb&j.; It was very nice indeed, however I would suggest even MORE pb&j; filling! Very yummy though. Friendly staff who served me quickly. They had lemon scented hand wipes for you to wipe your hands after you finished your doughnut too, which was very much appreciated as it was very much needed! A good range of other flavours were available apart from pb&j; too. Would definitely come back.

A good range of dounuts to choose from we sat down and had a coffee very nice too they done a special with a dounuts and coffees which was good staff very pollite would definitely use the cafe again

We popped in yesterday while on a day trip to Cardiff. The Assortment of do-nuts are insane... there are some superb flavours available, I know the prices are high, but you have to factor a lot into that do-nut, it's not the same as buying a bag at sainsburys for 50p... Quality costs.

First visit here after a long drive from Devon. Yummy selection of doughnuts and drinks. Tables and chairs need a good clean.

Wow these doughnuts are amazing, there is nothing that compares. I wish we had one of these shops nearer us! Will definitely return!

The doughnuts are delicious as always. The staff are friendly, and there's plenty of space to sit. Not much needs to be said to review this place - come if you like doughnuts.

I was using a large four-wheel scooter from Cardiff Shopmobility. I tried to access a few cafes but failed. There was such easy access in Krispy Kreme Donuts and plenty of room for me and my scooter. I have never eaten these donuts before and I had a toffee one which was delicious. The staff were so courteous and pleasant and the premises were spotless.

I really liked the doughnuts we had at Krispy Kreme and the coffee was okay. However, with a wealth of local dessert stops surrounding its location, I'd be unlikely to chose to go here again. It's more of an expensive novelty I suppose. Unless you really LOVE doughnuts specifically of course!

I'm not sure what all the fuss is really all about, they need way more filling, obviously they taste good but iv had better donuts.. However I didn't spit it out, Obvs

We were out shopping with two of our grandchildren (11 and 5) and we were desperate for a drink. Never been to Krispy Kreme before but it was close and clean.

OMG if you like donuts then call into to this branch of Krispy Kreme and just get carried away with some donuts. If you can, take some away for family and friends and co-workers. EXCEPTIONAL service, well done.

I have only tried once and that was enough these are far too sweet and sickly and I cannot see why people like them. The kids had one each and they only ate half of it.

The doughnuts here are gorgeous. The servers are so friendly and helpful and the cafe is always immaculately clean. The coffee is very nice too.

Popped in for a quick snack with my girlfriend - bought 3 doughnuts and wanted to keep one for later. The staff kindly bagged it up for us, excellent service done with a smile 👍🏻

My sons love the donuts here and we always drop by when we're in town. Immaculately clean with helpful friendly staff. Pricey but really good.

I was walking in the St.David's shopping centre and my grandson eye's caught the Krispy Kreme.Awesome doughnuts and awesome milkshake.Their doughnuts are to die for and we all tried a mixed box of doughnuts.The donuts are very fresh and great good range.The cafe area was clean and the staff were extremely,friendly overall a very lovely treat for my grandson!!!! Well worth a visit !!!!!!!!

A excellent place georgous doughnuts fab coffee loverly friendly staff. Such a refreshing change. I took a box of delicious doughnuts home much to the delight of my family.

What more can one say - they offer a wide variety of tasty treats which are reasonably priced. Everyone has their favourite and I can't decide which is mine but the triple chocolate cake is lovely as is the limited edition honey bee, the original glazed, the raspberry glazed...you get the idea!

Visited today with the family. Lovely fresh doughnuts and coffee/tea ect. Massive que but what do you expect for such a popular franchise. Staff friendly and interacted with my two year old. Lovely tasting doughnuts an even thought it was busy we still managed to get a set. Can even get trays to take away! Delish!

Not as nice as people are making them out to be. More of an average doughnut to be perfectly honest. Good selection on offer mind, and what i had was nice. Staff were polite and friendly, and very informative of what was on offer and recommended ones you may like.

Title says it all really. The doughnuts are nice, as is the coffee. On the rare occasion that you can find a seat it's not a bad place to kill some time. The staff are always friendly which I admire given how busy it can get! Only problem is it's overpriced for a ball of dough covered in sugar.

This was our 2nd visit to this particular Krispy Kreme Cafe and on every occasion, we have found the staff to be friendly and attentive and the cafe to be bright and welcoming. We would highly recommend this Cafe as a relaxing place to stop off when in Cardiff.

Been here a few times now for a doughnut and a mocha. Great place to take the kids for a treat although a tad expensive compared with the normal price of a doughnut from a bakers. Good range of doughnuts - something for everyone.

Took my two daughters and niece for a treat before the rugby. We often call in when we are in cardiff. Can't complain about the doughnuts, always delicious. The staff could could stop talking to themselves and ficus on the customers a bit more. Still do like the food.

Friendly staff and quick service. The girls made time to chat without holding the queues up, there was a real friendly atmosphere there. It was very busy but the girls kept the area clean. Quite impressed. A credit to the company.

You can't even move for people in the way. It's such a badly placed store that I won't go again.

Whenever we go on a trip to Cardiff we have to have a doughnut and a coffee/tea at Krispy Kreme. I think that the doughnuts are worth every penny. I have never ever tasted cakes like them. Yesterday I had a strawberry creme and my sons had a cookie crunch and a Reece's peanut butter. All were delicious. There was a queue but we only waited for a few minutes. I have promised my family that next time we visit we will come away with a box of a dozen doughnuts.

Delicious donuts (more like cakes!) Lovely and fresh with a friendly service. My only grumble would be the price - not cheap at £11.99 for a box of 12 but such a treat to eat! I guess they can get away with these prices when people are queuing out the door for them.. because they are excellent quality!

Popped in today as shopping in the city luckily we missed the queues and got served straight away I had a strawberries and cream doughnut with the same milk shake and my girlfriend had the reeses doughnut with the same milk shake, what can I say absolutely amazing such a nice treat to have after walking round for a few hours we loved the doughnuts so much we bought a box a brought some home

Its krispy Kreme, the brand speaks for its self, that's the reason you always see people queuing out of the door, if you like doughnuts then this is the place to eat.

Awesome doughnuts, awesome milkshake, great staff. Just a shame they ran out of proper straws for milkshakes, so I had to struggle with one of the thinner ones to slurp out the thickness.

Their doughnuts are to die for and we tried their caramel doughnut milkshake. The cafe area was clean and the staff were extremely friendly overall a very lovely treat indeed!

My friend kept telling me we should go in because the doughnuts were incredible. She was right. I had a strawberry cream and she had a peanut butter. I had a bite of hers but I couldn't really taste the peanut. Mine was better.
