The door gentleman is just discriminative and rude , will never go again

The drinks were very tasty, but there was a lot of noise from some customers, I understand that it is not the restaurant's fault, but you couldn't talk.

Stephano is always brilliant when me and my partner come for a few cocktails and his service is second to none, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

Stefano was absolutely amazing. I came here with my girlfriend and a close friend of ours. It was short notice and only an hour or two before close, but he accommodated us perfectly and was a joy to talk to. He made us feel comfortable and had amazing will definitely come back again :)

The bouncer were sooo helpful tonight as it was our fast time been here and shown the menu n everything definitely coming back again

Couldn't believe my eyes on Saturday night! The bar staff were making cocktails for people with the shops out of the dirty glasses at the corner of the bar. Will never go here again.

Enjoyed the cocktails but can’t help but think the staff were trying to rip me off attempting to charge me full price for my drinks during happy hour. I don’t know, just felt like it was a deliberate attempt at taking full price from me and then acted dumb and blaming the constantly changing menu apparently … not tonight.. you picked the wrong person.

One of the WORST places in Cardiff to go for a drink , rude and moody members of staff . I was shocked how bad service we had last night. I've had a Mojito which she made in front of me without brown sugar in a tall glass with a very short straw. How that works???? I come back to ask for sugar and long teaspoon, she ignored me and the other guy wasn't happy to serve , he just throw the sugar over the bar and tiny teaspoon. "We don't have a long one" he said, though she just used a long one to stir my drink. I couldn't believe . As soon as we finished our drinks , the other girl asked if we want another one, we said no, she started indicating that we need to leave. That was it, we went to Club 22 ,had the best service, spent a fortune and stayed late. I'll never go to Mocka bar again, I felt insulted and humiliated. Very bad, wouldn't recommend this place 👎👎👎

terrible place, horrible Shisha, you can't leave with your drink, the drink you PAID to drink, horrible place, rude and rude security all of them. I'm only going to give one star because I can't give my review a 0

I would not recommend this bar we came for mid-week drinks and was welcomed into mocka by the hostess, no sooner had our drinks order been taken the other staff members started to come around and remove all the 'decorations' that were placed around the tables. This made us feel a bit unwelcome to have people clearing away for the all around us even though it wasnt close to closing. Within 20 minutes the hostess came back and asked us about another round of drinks, which we ordered as we were chatting and enjoying the evening, No sooner had the drinks been placed in front of us ( double spirits and mixers no less) then a very rude doorman told us we had to drink up and leave.. Now I appreciate it was later on in the evening and the team would be looking to head home however I don't appreciate being encouraged to order more drinks by the hostess knowing we would either have to drink them very quickly or leave them £50 for 4 drinks isnt exaclty cheap either. Will not be recommending and also maybe retrain your doorman In the customer service skills. Very rude man.

We went on a Friday afternoon. Had lots of deals available on cocktails and enjoyed them in a relaxed environment.

Disgraceful don’t ever ask for a dash of lemonade in any sort of drink, they charge £1.60 just for a splash. In fact to teach them a lesson avoid at all costs

I’ve never been to mocka in Cardiff and was greeted by a friendly doorman that let us in. Stephano was our waiter and he was the best waiter I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was there as soon as our drinks were finished and gave us little nibbles everytime. The outside seating is beautiful with floral decorations and blankets in case it’s cold, they also had out door heater and sheesha. Overall it was an amazing evening we will definitely be back. I love the Mocka Lounge it’s always my go to place for cocktail when in Cardiff. The staff are friendly, music is great and cocktails are always good. I also like to enjoy shisha in the summer. Highly recommend this bar.

Me and my friend came to the Mocka lounge last night before going to see Jason derulo .. it was the drum and bass music that led us there and even though they wasn’t open when we got there they still let us in so we were chuffed! Stacie was lush amazing service from her! We asked her for a bit of Jason derulo songs to get us hyped up and straight away she changed the song. Leah made the most delicious cocktails. And I steffan was absolutely superb 🙌. Honestly nothing was too much for the staff ❤️ they truly outdid themselves. You all made our visit lush and we actually can’t wait to come back again xx
