The coffee is outstanding—smooth, rich, and clearly made with top-quality beans. I tried their Mocha, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff are friendly and attentive, They even helped me pick out the perfect drink based on my taste.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I would rate this 0 if I could. Our server, “AK”, was extremely rude and we hate to wait 10 minutes for him to even notice me and my friend. I also saw an actual RAT. I wish I was making this up. A whole rat in the restaurant??? Slow service, and clearly not clean. Overall very upsetting experience especially as this is my friends first time in London. This is not only an embarrassment to the restaurant but also the whole Soho area as after our experience my friend just wanted to go home and then didn’t come out her room. This ruined our whole day.

The straff and de food is amazing!!

Not very impressed with the coffee (filter, quite weak and not hot) but despite the place being super busy service was cheerful and relaxed. Staff is clearly trained and well instructed to ask for second bites and all that. Very chilly though, people keep leaving the door open. Bland pop music doesn't really suit the place but that's personal taste too I guess.

Lovely brunch spot - delicious smoothie, best avocado on toast!!! Suitable for large groups as there’s a lot of seats available in the cafe. Staff was really nice and friendly. :)

On weekends table booking only last an hour so by the time you order and get your food you only have a short amount of time to eat it. This wasn’t made clear at the time of booking or when we arrived which led to the staff rushing us to finish our food at the end to get the new booking in. Ordered a gluten free meal, making it clear this was an allergy and was advised that they had given me a gluten containing sausage when we received our meal. Average food with a soho price tag.

What a lovely place for brunch!! The food wad so tasty and the service was impeccable - particularly AK who was very attentive and friendly. You can tell the staff genuinely love working here which adds to the incredible service and vibe.

The food overall is good. My mum enjoyed her English breakfast a lot. She said that the bake beans were outstanding and going really well with other elements on the plate. My veggie stack with waffles was just okay. The eggs were poached slightly over, so the yolks were not as runny as they should. Halloumi was kinda add-on but not really belonging to this dish. The popcorn brownio was so sweet. I couldn’t finish it, but I was advised that it should be that sweet. Service took a bit of time, we waited for around 20 minutes for the food.

It was great! Adorable and attentive staff, and being French I recommend, as good as our brands for brunches! Not all the seats are pleasant but the quality and service are there, you can go there with your eyes closed, I highly recommend!

Alala what can I say, apart from the waitress who was great, for the price paid, the dishes are rubbish…. Review your kitchen guys! Eggs Benedict straight out of a shopping center, they are not fresh, served on a mushroom, a few salad leaves and two pieces of feta which fight a duel on the dish! When at the bar, "fresh" orange juice, I ask the bartender to confirm if it is really fresh (because clearly it is not) he tells me straight in the eye that the orange juice has been made there. two hours ago???!! I run a brunch restaurant in France and it’s a commercial orange juice, not fresh! Rule number 1 never lie to customers! Nice setting, beautiful restaurant but rethink your products! Thanks on the other hand to the two waitresses who know their job

Amazing place! Great coffee and pastries. Have yet to try the brunch deals, but they seem reasonably priced for central London. The wonderful staff made me a regular customer. They make my day and all are very helpful and give excellent service 👏

A very expensive and disappointing experience. Tables very small and close together , told by waiter this is Kozzee ...meaning cosy . The food was very mediocre quality - a side sausage , yes one sausage, is over £3. Our group of 3 was approached after 45mins by a waitress with a card payment terminal in hand for payment . No asking if we wanted anything further and no offering of a printed bill before paying. This is a place of poor food, poor service and where you can expect to be elbowed by the neighbouring diner as you are too close. A very dissatisfying experience overall.

Food was mediocre. I was "recommended" to finish my meal because they had other reservations. Ordered a full English, which was £16.7 pounds on the menu. Got charged £18.7

The food was ok! And the staff were lovely. However, we were sat in small tables and eventhough we were 6 of us our tables didnt come together so it didnt felt like we were sat together. On top of this was told to leave after an hour and just all felt too rushed….We had to ask for certain requests to staff member couple of times and saw a lot of people waiting for their order to be taken. I think the concept is nice but sadly I just hope they understand if you want people to come back you need less people in the room and to not stress the customers to finish eating fast.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had the most delicious pancakes and drinks for breakfast. The service was amazing, with the staff making sure all our needs were met promptly. It’s also a very cozy place to eat!

Really good food and it comes out quickly. Staff are efficient and friendly. Be aware this place is very busy at all hours and you will be sat very close to people any time you are here.

Although the English breakfast was delicious, the service was not good at all. We received coffee and milk separated without a spoon. Asked twice for sugar and received it by the end (25 minutes). After we finished, the waitress came with the card reader and asked if we could pay (without any motivation to ask if everything was alright, if we would like to have something else etc..). Not coming after that experience, sorry!

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.I want to start off by as i walked in on 24th August there was a tiny mouse walking through, snuck behind a fridge, a worker tried to chase it away. As I walked in there was an underpaid looking 13 year old boy in the freezing cold greeting people. I gave it another try recently with friends and he was gone but the food tasted like plastic, cold and unhygienic, the place has no hygiene and no customer service, they kind of just look nonchalant Do not go here, pictures don’t look anything like it does in real life, it’s so tiny and tight and if you come in a group of 4 it is the most uncomfortable thing ever. This needs to be taken down

It’s a shame I didn’t check tripadvisor before walking in because I went by the Google reviews and expected a far better experience. The food was the highlight. It was lovely and fresh. But there were so many other issues with it. The place was too small. The drinks didn’t arrive together. In fact the juice arrived first and my partner had to go check where his coffee was after it had been around 5 mins and another table had their drinks served first. The food also didn’t arrive together. My partner got his eggs before I got an açai bowl, which is just fruit and a sorbet. And to top it all off the only toilet there ran out of toilet paper and there had been none left to replace it. Also the server showed us our bill by telling us what was on there but didn’t tell us there was a service charge, which I would have had removed due to the absolutely abysmal service. The only time I saw there was one was once payment had gone through. (On top of this she tried to charge us an extra £20 by making us pay for somebody else’s table) Too much hustle and bustle and not enough organisation.

Very friendly and attentive service. We had Avocado Toast with poached eggs and Lattes. The portion size was good, poached eggs perfect. I would give an additional star if they would ad som extras like sprouts, seeds or salad and maybe hot sauce. Coffee was good and the croissants looked delicious.

Cute spot in SoHo for breakfast. Their breakfast was solid and service was great. In terms of the food alone, all elements on each breakfast were balanced and cooked nicely, taste wasn’t bad but at the same time nothing special. Healthy options overall.

I was casually walking in Soho when I saw Kozzee and decided to pop in for a quick lunch. I ordered Eggs Benedict and a salted caramel martini and it was delicious. The atmosphere and the service was delivered by three staff members: AK, Uaveri & Ruchi. Well done for your friendliness and kindness in the hospitality industry.

3rd visit today. Lovely service, tasty food and great atmosphere.

It was the worst experience in a place in London and I couldn't even have breakfast, embarrassing too. We arrived and asked for a table for 2, they gave us a table telling us that we had 40 minutes, no problem. After a while they serve us, we order and when we finish the order (some eggs Benedict, coffee, sweet pastries...) they tell us that in order to stay we have to order the breakfast menus that they want. Since I don't like being told how much and that I have to eat as a customer, we left completely embarrassed. On top of that, it's not that we were going to spend very little or that there was a lot of difference (the English breakfast was only 2 pounds more expensive than the eggs I ordered and in total we would spend about +30 pounds between the two of us) but it already seemed to me to be the height of capitalism for two measly pouns . The staff was cordial and friendly but the company policy is disastrous in my opinion. How much misery...

Really pretentious for a tasteless meal and 1hour seating time limit

Food was disappointing and expensive for the quality.

The staff are mistaking the location of their business. They think they can seat 4 people at a 2-person table as the norm, based on how much they want to spend. Well, in this country, we have trading standards, and this disgusting practice will be stopped. How dare you squeeze 4 people at a table for 2 and refuse to seat two people at a table if they only drink and don't order food? Reading the reviews, it seems you need some help from trading standards to teach you that you cannot run this place without any regard for the customers. I am happy to help you get in touch with trading standards. I’ll have someone stop by in a month or two, a single customer, to see where you’ll seat them if they ask for a specific table, and to see if you’re still seating 4 people at a 2-person table. If you are, I’ll be writing to the licensing department myself, directly, to get them to come sit at and measure the tables where you dare seat 4 people. 😘 I can’t believe that nobody called trading standards on you until now 😂 what a joke and the nerve on you to do that on wardour street

The restaurant charges me for not having a reservation even though I presented myself at the restaurant, not very professional so I do not recommend fleeing at all.

Shakshuka was delicious with added avocado and a chickpea salsa. Staff were friendly and asked on several occasions if we were needing anything additional. Highly recommend this venue.
