Great selection of options and our food was so yummy!

Edit : We walked in for brunch, and the food was great (especially the Shakouka) with very generous portions. Maybe a little expensive, but I guess that’s to be expected in central London. We had to wait quite a while to get our food and juices (30min) and the trick is that you get a free coffee if you rate them 5 stars 🙃 So their rating is surely biased by that!

Food is well below average but the staff are friendly. Easy menu / the usual favourites

This is the second time visiting Kozzee and I'd come back again! Both times the food and coffee has been great. There's music in the background but quiet enough for you to be able to have a conversation and hear each other. The best thing is the customer service and the staff here. There is a genuine care for the customer experience and Kozzee stands out for this reason. Dev seated us and took our order. He greeted us with a genuine smile and was attentive. I remember seeing Kav wipe the cutlery before handing it to us, she saw me drop my knife and without having to ask, she had a fresh set of cutlery ready - a keen eye for details! Thank you so much both!

The food was exceptional. The waiter DEV offered me the halal option without me having to ask. That was so wonderful of him. He was very accommodating and welcoming. KAV in particular was so gracious. Very attentive, warm and welcoming. Her treatment of us alone is the reason we came back this second time and will be returning in future. What an asset she is to you. Her service was so personable that it felt like it was her personal business that she’s taking care of. The food was delicious! And the coffee is exceptional. Thank you very much. We will be back

This location was previously TAP Coffee, then changed hands a couple of times — most recently taken over by Triple Two. We visited for brunch with a friend who had made a reservation. The space was very busy, however service was quick once our order was taken — food and drinks arrived promptly despite the crowd. The black coffee was a highlight: strong, hot, and well-prepared. The breakfast (an American-style dish) was okay but didn’t stand out and felt overpriced, although that’s expected for central London. The atmosphere felt a bit chaotic and cramped, especially for a sit-down brunch. Staff were friendly but quite insistent about leaving a review, which wasn’t to my taste. Overall, it works well as a coffee spot. Brunch felt less comfortable due to space. Worth trying once to decide for yourself.

Randomly saw the sign while walking by and shakshuka looked amazing, and it was. My wife’s English breakfast was enormous and delicious as well. We’ll probably be back again tomorrow.

Great place for a good breakfast in London

A great discovery! KOZZEE is a real gem for a late breakfast or lunch. Whether you're hungry or hungry, you'll find what you're looking for, both sweet and savory. The place is charming, cozy and refined, perfect for a pleasant moment. The menu offers a nice choice of hot and cold drinks as well as fresh juices. On the menu side, there is everything: from English breakfast to sweet brioches, including fresh fruit. Prices are a little high, but the experience is definitely worth it, especially when staying in the city. Small point to improve: the toilets. But overall, a great address that I recommend without hesitation!

Delicious food and great service!

Quite an intimate experience. By that i mean it’s small but not in a bad way…just small. There’s only one bathroom so you’d have to wait or zoOm be the first one in. The French Toast was pretty good i would say 6/10 - i’ve tried loads of french toast’ so i would say it’s in the middle. aesthetically 10/10.

The nicest brunch I have had in a very long time! The service with extremely quick and efficient, lovely choice of food as well as added extras. Theie Easter specials were also great and I enjoyed my crème egg latte, just wish I had enough from after my breakfast for their pancakes they looked incredible!

For breakfast, I came to KOZZEE, which was a short walk from the hotel. The atmosphere was nice and the avocado toast was delicious. There are many healthy menu items.

The staff was very friendly and the food selection especially for vegetarian options was great. I especially loved their drink selection as they had speciality lattes and smoothies. I got the golden smoothie and it was delicious. Recommend as a cute spot for brunch with friends!

A perfect place, with a calm and super pleasant atmosphere, great food and coffee, and very friendly employees.

This place was OK at best - came here because I saw the reviews were pretty high (if you give them a 5 star review you get a free coffee, pretty smart strategy) The coffee and The Sweet Bitter Juice were good, the highlight of our meal. We got a Loaded Avocado Toast (£17) and an American Style Full Breakfast (£22) and it was genuinely very mid for the price. It wouldnt recommend coming here for the savoury brunch if you're looking to get quality food that matches the price - because it doesn't. The service and atmosphere was lovely, cannot find a fault in it however won't be coming here again.

Nice little spot hidden off the side of Oxford Street. Breakfast was served hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and polite.

While passing through London, we had brunch here on a Sunday. The service was excellent. The staff were lovely and the food was really delicious. All the dishes are gluten-free, halal, and vegan. The coffee is excellent. A must-do!

The pros: Lovely bustling atmosphere in a busy thriving café and the food was tasty. The cons: The disappointment was in the mainly (one guy was sweet and friendly) abrupt, brusque and not friendly service (payment for which is added automatically to the bill) and the fact they charge extra for everything, even trying to charge for a bit of extra hot water when a friends coffee was too strong! Plus the high bar seats have no foot bars so it’s quite uncomfortable as you hover from a height on hard wooden slabs. And given that it’s not cheap these things are a shame and outweigh the pros…

Food looked good but it was so bad! These eggs and potatoes tasted like they were microwaved (probably were). Not freshly cracked eggs, super rubbery and flavourless, probably the powdered kind. The potatoes also had no flavour and weren’t even crispy. Bacon tasted like the one you get from hotel ayce breakfasts. Sausage and beans were good though! The food also took a while to come out even though we just ordered one full english breakfast, for a quick bite.

The price of food and drinks is extremely high for the quality you get. 20 pounds for a waffle with a little ice cream and fruit is too much..

We stopped for a drink while passing through. We were warmly welcomed, the drinks were very good, and the atmosphere was great. 👍 Upgrade: We went back, but instead of paying £45.30, I was charged £52.88 for two iced teas worth £5.95, an avocado toast for £12.70, and pancakes for £20.70. They take advantage of foreigners to increase the bill; it's clearly a form of theft!

The food was fantastic and beautifully placed! The drinks were awesome! We had the Paloma, espresso martini and an Oreo milkshake. The food didn’t take long to arrive either!
