The food was so good and the staff was zo nice and friendly! Definitively coming back here!

Wonderful place for brunch! Had really nice interactions with all staff members we encountered and the service was top notch (Nav & team, you guys are awesome, keep it up), which I’ve found to be rare these days unless you’re fine dining or something - We appreciated it and it made our day. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back when in London again!

Excellent shakshouka but I have eaten better vegetarian English Breakfasts for the same price

I’m super disappointed by my visit here. The food was okay but it was the worst service I’ve received as a solo traveler. I felt like an inconvenience. They sat me at the bar but gave away my seat to another patron eating alone when I went to the bathroom. So I asked my server if I could move to one of the empty tables but he said all the tables were booked. Five minutes later the man they gave my spot at the bar to asked to be moved to the empty table I asked for and they let him! They wouldn’t even give me an actual glass when I asked for water. Twice. They gave it to me in a tiny to go cup. And when I went to pay my bill, my server pre-selected a tip which I was actually considering not even leaving, or leaving less, given the way I was treated. :( Update: I just read through some other reviews and another reviewer had a very similar experience to mine. Seems to be a pattern with how they treat single patrons. PSA to solo travelers, I guess. L’eto down the street was much better and kinder.

First experience of Kozzee and was very impressive, the staff were great, and the food choices, alongside the quality was superb.

We had the delicious mushroom Benedict and full English breakfast. It was well worth a visit, staff were courteous and cheerful.

Nav’s service was amazing! Will definitely visit again next time we’re in London.

The food is amazing, so tasty. Service was excellent too, food was served very fast and the server and host were super friendly and attentive. It's a small place, so it can get loud if busy; also the seating arrangement is a bit tight for bigger than 3 parties. All in all, amazing experience, will definitely go back!

Saw this restaurant whilst browsing through google for a quick stop to eat from travelling a long journey. The atmosphere and aesthetic were lovely. The workers were very polite and friendly. The food tastes lovely and did not need to wait long for the food. I would definitely recommend this place to others.😊

Super friendly staff and nice atmosphere. But the food was not good, the quality of the food was cheap and they're charging premium price for it. The "fresh" juices are not fresh at all, it's a scam. The orange juice tasted like water mixed with cheap orange juice from iceland. The coconut water was the same. Paid over £60 for brunch for two people, honestly wouldn't pay more than £10 for that. Also the toilet was absolutely disgusting, the seat was broken and the floor was dirty.

Pancake with nutella was not real nutella, something was bitter in the dessert.

Great place to eat♡ Nice service and good food, which got served really fast. Although the bread was a little bit too crunchy, some might still like it. The coffee tasted awesome and fresh, but not too strong. I'd gladly come back :)

Acai bowl smaller than expected and the granola was just regular oatmeal but the staff was super friendly. Eggs Benedict were super tasty and we got a seat without a reservation. We'd love to come back

Really nice place with plenty of food options & very friendly service. We had the Avocado on toast with eggs & extra halloumi & the vegetarian waffle stack- both were delicious. You can choose the stack with pancakes or waffles. The coffee was really good but the brownie was not special. It’s a popular place & lots of groups were there so I would recommend booking in advance if you’re going on a weekend.

I decided to visit this place after seeing it recommended on Time Out. When I arrived this afternoon, I asked for a table for one. The manager, a South Indian man in his mid-thirties, informed me that they were fully booked and only had seating available at the bar. I agreed to sit there, but noticed two empty tables and another that was about to be vacated. I then asked a female staff member if it would be possible to be seated at one of those tables. She said she would check and get back to me. Instead, the manager returned and offered me a different high table, which was not the one I had requested. I accepted and moved to it. However, just a few minutes later, I saw two customers walk in without a reservation and get seated at the exact table I had asked for. I approached the female staff member to express my concerns, but the manager came over and spoke to me abruptly. When I pointed out the inconsistency and stressed that customers should be treated fairly, he responded, "I manage the restaurant and tables, so I decide which customer goes where." He then asked if I was going to order food or not, at this point It was evident he was unhappy that I had called out the issue. Ultimately, I chose to leave without eating, but I wanted to share this experience so others might reconsider before visiting this place. After reading the last four 1* reviews posted in the past three weeks, it seems I'm not the only one who has had a negative experience here. As an alternative, I highly recommend 'The Breakfast Club,' which is just a few minutes away. If the owner of this establishment would like to discuss this further, they can reply to this review with their contact details, and I'll reach out to them directly.

Nice food but really disappointed by the service. It took quite awhile to order and staff were not very friendly. We were still eating and had most of our coffee left when one of the staff members told us people were waiting outside. This felt rude (there were plenty of empty tables) and made us feel uncomfortable. When I paid, they listed off our order and then put the card reader in front of me. I realised after that they had taken quite a big service charge but they did not mention this or show me this on the card reader.

Very good coffee. Two of us came for a typical English brunch in the afternoon. The servers were super cheerful and pleasant. The meal and drinks were all very good. If you like Instagrammable, go for it, they are very good at food presentation. If we come back to London, we will happily come back to this cafe!

This was probably my favorite restaurant in London! Kav was the best server, she was friendly, helpful, efficient, and all around great. She answered London questions and her food suggestions were perfect! The vibe, atmosphere, and everything were a highlight of our trip!

They asked me to leave after I stayed for 45 mins. They said customers can’t stay for more than one hour. It’s an ok place if you want to grab a quick bite, but definitely not a place if you want to sit in to read/work/chat with friends while having a cup of coffee. You won’t feel welcome there. Besides the price is too high and not really transparent…

The food was really good and sweet. The barista is wonderful and kind as well.

Smallest eggs benedict, and was very expensive too - they also told us that we have to leave 50 min - when our 5 people group wanted to order more.

Food is excellent and has different varieties to choose from. My kid went for the King Ferero French Toast and wanted for more. Each dish costs around 14 quid which is reasonable for Soho area. The food is very filling. A definite recommendation.

I had brunch here with my friend and enjoyed the food and atmosphere so much! The servers were really attentive too and we didnt had to wait long for the food. Food was good, especially the pancakes! It's a must try. Overall, it's good value for money.

My brother and I entered Kozzee by coincidence and we were glad we did. The food was delicious and healthy (not greecy or too sugary), the diner is a very nice place to sit in and the service was outstanding. We were served by AK. He was very friendly and helpful with a big smile on his face. Great place; Kozzee!!

Lovely brunch spot - delicious smoothie, best avocado on toast!!! Suitable for large groups as there’s a lot of seats available in the cafe. Staff was really nice and friendly. :).

Fantastic staff, very friendly and attentive. Iced coffee was good but didn't appreciate it being served in a plastic cup when I was seated in. Also the water was served in a paper cup.. The food is very average. Avocado toast was tasteless unseasoned and very overpriced. The veggie breakfast was delivered very quickly but some items undercooked and the scrambled eggs dry and overcooked. Probably wouldn't return unfortunately. Soho Social has a much better breakfast at a competitive price.

Extremely impolite staff. We had a reservation and the second we finished our meal (not even 45 minutes being there) we were told that they have ‘people waiting outside’ and that we have to leave, although 3 tables were empty and there was NO ONE waiting outside. When I complained about it while paying at the cashier I was told ‘not to come back if I have an issue with it’ -TRUST ME I DEFINITELY WON’T! Also got charged full price for the takeaway coffee with the excuse of how I was sitting at the table when ordering it, although I took it for the road. Such a shame since this place has cool food, but definitely needs a floor manager to teach the staff how to speak with customers as this is unacceptable. To conclude, there are many other places in London where you will feel welcome, respected, and not just as a quick source of revenue, with even better food, so do not bother going. Cheers!

DRINKS ARE INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED !! i paid £6.95 for a vanilla matcha latte and when i got it the cup was very small aswell. pancakes were nice but not really worth £16.7??!! overall nice food but just overpriced spend £33 on two drinks and a portion of pancakes. you could go to blank street and get better and a larger cup of matcha for £3.90

I'll preface this by saying I'm an American visiting so maybe my taste buds just aren't used to the food here. Food: everything was extremely bland. The eggs have zero salt. The shakshuka was the most boring I've ever tasted. Just all around lackluster food, especially for a place with such high reviews. Service: terrible. They take forever to get your order, they forget many things like silverware and drinks. We never got our waters or 1 of the coffees we ordered. They had a lot of trouble understanding me. Just really bad service. Atmosphere: great atmosphere, probably why the reviews are so high.

I had an american breakfast, it was really good, the products are top quality and i had the best mocha ever !! More than that, the service by AK and Nav made us feel at home. Thanks to them. I highly recommend it !!
