KOZZEE Brunch, Coffee & Desserts - Soho in City of London, Westminster

Nice place with plenty of food options & friendly service. We had the Avocado on toast with eggs & extra halloumi & the vegetarian waffle stack- both were good, except for the Halloumi which was definitely not for us. You can choose the stack with pancakes or waffles. The coffee was really good but the brownie was not special. It’s a popular place & lots of groups were there so I would recommend booking in advance if you’re going on a weekend.

Unfortunately, the cafe is very full at peak times, which doesn't make it very comfortable. This means the service takes a very long time. The food (2x English breakfast) was ok, ok to try, but wouldn't order it again as everything was a bit bland. It's better to share 1 portion if you just want to try breakfast and avoid rush hours.

If you want to start the day with a good breakfast and treat yourself, this is the ideal place!!! The welcome is great, the breakfasts are just incredible!!

You’re able to eat and stay as long as you want but if you bring your computer out (even when eating) they will tell you you can only stay 45 min. Typically most people take longer than that to just eat.

Great time, we really enjoyed ourselves, everything was excellent. The place is clean, quiet and friendly.

A great selection of different breakfast options. No matter whether sweet or savory. You can also find modified standards here - very, very tasty. Staff extremely friendly - keep it up! I also find the Prosecco All You Can Drink offer very appealing. The Bellini tastes great ☺️

Unfortunately despite the queue of people waiting to eat here, the experience was not worth the wait. The service felt constantly rushed and the food was vastly overpriced and disappointingly bland. This paired with the fact that our drinks came almost 5 minutes after we had started eating and that the server wasn’t sure what drinks we had even ordered made for a poor meal. To top it off, the bill was put in front of us almost as fast as the plates were taken away highlighting that their goal was to get us in and out as quickly as possible. And for extra fun, a 12.5% service charge is discreetly hidden in the cost so expect to pay more than the prices listed, wouldn’t recommend.

The higher seating Tables are over time a bit uncomftable but anyting else is nice.

Everything was good! The Flat White was very good and the cake is so delicious! (Recommendation: Pecan Maple Cake)

Instagram vs Reality! This place was a joke. Looks good on picture but that’s it! Can’t make a cappuccino, no foam! We took American breakfast, food had no taste, we asked for salt and pepper twice and never got it, no toast or any kind of bread with the breakfast. If you looking for an English breakfast - AVOID!

We had the opportunity to visit KOZZEE in London and would like to provide an honest and constructive review. Eat: The food at KOZZEE was undoubtedly delicious and creatively prepared. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes were attractively presented. There was hardly anything to complain about in terms of taste - the combinations were modern and well coordinated. Value for money: Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio leaves a lot to be desired. The portions were simply too small for the high prices. Given the cost, I would have liked much more generous quantities or a more exceptional overall experience. Ambience and space: Another major point of criticism is the space available. The room feels extremely cramped and the tables are packed so close together that it feels uncomfortable and squashed. This narrow setting takes away any sense of relaxation and privacy, which greatly affects the overall impression. Conclusion: KOZZEE impresses with its tasty food, but the experience is severely marred by the insufficient portions, the high prices and the limited space. Anyone who is willing to compromise on comfort and value for money for good taste could be satisfied here. For everyone else, there are certainly more harmonious alternatives in London.

Kozzee is a must-visit for its incredible food and inviting atmosphere. Shams provided excellent service, making the experience even more special. Highly recommend checking it out—you won’t be disappointed!

A lovely place for good quality breakfast.

Extremely overpriced place with small portion of not even mid food. A big portion of english breakfast at Bill’s only coat 13.5£ and this restaurant sells every breakfast set around 20£. They ask the customers to give them 5 stars review for a cup of free coffee. That’s why they have good reviews. 🤦‍♀️

Great brunch, not to be missed for a good start to your tourist day in London

It was chilly while walking around nearby, so I went about 20 minutes earlier than the Google Maps opening time, but they kindly took my order first, so I had a comfortable meal! The server in charge, Kav, welcomed me kindly and served me very well, so I had a good meal. The coffee is so delicious and the food is plentiful and very delicious!!

The full English breakfast is very nice, I loved the hash brown and mushrooms. Highly recommended!

The food was okay. The small tables are not suitable for four people. Nevertheless, the tables were allocated that way. Very uncomfortable atmosphere and the prices are too expensive for what you get!!

The French toast was 😍 I highly reccomend the loaded Benedict too. Servers are also very welcoming!

Google said Kozzee opens 8:30am on Sunday but we came earlier than that and they were still open and welcoming. Kav, the server was really kind and helpful. coffee and the food were good and the atmosphere as well

I went to Kozzee for a spontaneous breakfast on Sunday and had the house yoghurt and a hot chocolate. Both very tasty! Would perhaps recommend making a reservation on the weekend as the store fills up quickly.

Why is it so popular? You have to wait even though you’ve booked in advance. We were seated just by the toilet, and it was so hard to get served. Even had to wait half an hour for the food to come. The food was just average.

Sooo delicious, if you want to take a photo on the same street as the oasi's album cover, you need to visit this cafe, it's very close to the street and the service and food are delicious!

Not very impressed with the coffee (filter, quite weak and not hot) but despite the place being super busy service was cheerful and relaxed. Staff is clearly trained and well instructed to ask for second bites and all that. Very chilly though, people keep leaving the door open. Bland pop music doesn't really suit the place but that's personal taste too I guess.

The coffee is outstanding—smooth, rich, and clearly made with top-quality beans. I tried their Mocha, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff are friendly and attentive, They even helped me pick out the perfect drink based on my taste.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I would rate this 0 if I could. Our server, “AK”, was extremely rude and we hate to wait 10 minutes for him to even notice me and my friend. I also saw an actual RAT. I wish I was making this up. A whole rat in the restaurant??? Slow service, and clearly not clean. Overall very upsetting experience especially as this is my friends first time in London. This is not only an embarrassment to the restaurant but also the whole Soho area as after our experience my friend just wanted to go home and then didn’t come out her room. This ruined our whole day.
