Nav was an attentive and kind server who made sure we were enjoying our food. The food is amazing, coffee is so good, and the atmosphere is great! Halal options also available.

While passing through London, we had brunch here on a Sunday. The service was excellent. The staff were lovely and the food was really delicious. All the dishes are gluten-free, halal, and vegan. The coffee is excellent. A must-do!

The pros: Lovely bustling atmosphere in a busy thriving café and the food was tasty. The cons: The disappointment was in the mainly (one guy was sweet and friendly) abrupt, brusque and not friendly service (payment for which is added automatically to the bill) and the fact they charge extra for everything, even trying to charge for a bit of extra hot water when a friends coffee was too strong! Plus the high bar seats have no foot bars so it’s quite uncomfortable as you hover from a height on hard wooden slabs. And given that it’s not cheap these things are a shame and outweigh the pros…

Food looked good but it was so bad! These eggs and potatoes tasted like they were microwaved (probably were). Not freshly cracked eggs, super rubbery and flavourless, probably the powdered kind. The potatoes also had no flavour and weren’t even crispy. Bacon tasted like the one you get from hotel ayce breakfasts. Sausage and beans were good though! The food also took a while to come out even though we just ordered one full english breakfast, for a quick bite.

The price of food and drinks is extremely high for the quality you get. 20 pounds for a waffle with a little ice cream and fruit is too much..

We stopped for a drink while passing through. We were warmly welcomed, the drinks were very good, and the atmosphere was great. 👍 Upgrade: We went back, but instead of paying £45.30, I was charged £52.88 for two iced teas worth £5.95, an avocado toast for £12.70, and pancakes for £20.70. They take advantage of foreigners to increase the bill; it's clearly a form of theft!

The tables are rather small, resulting in a cozy but somewhat cramped experience with our neighbors. ➡️ Bottomless Brunch Experience: We opted for the bottomless brunch, which included a choice of breakfast and unlimited alcoholic beverages from a selection of three options within a one-hour timeframe. Payment was required in advance, and one of the drink choices was initially unavailable, although it was quickly restocked. ➡️ Food and Service: The food was decent but lacked a certain refinement. The service was somewhat lacking; we were rarely asked if we needed anything and had to flag down the staff on multiple occasions. ➡️ Timing and Value: One significant drawback was that our food and drinks arrived late, cutting into our allotted brunch time. On the positive side, we were offered an extra drink at the end as compensation, which I appreciated as a gesture of goodwill. 👉🏻 Overall Impression: Considering the relatively high price, I expected a higher level of overall experience. While the café has potential, the service and timing issues need to be addressed to justify the cost.

Kozzee is an absolute gem in London! We stopped by for breakfast and had the avocado on toast with poached eggs—perfection on a plate. The avocado was fresh and creamy, the eggs were cooked to perfection with golden yolks, and the sourdough had the perfect crunch. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Whether you’re after a relaxed brunch spot or a quick but delicious breakfast, Kozzee is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Very disappointing, the scrambled eggs in full English breakfast was made probably from egg powder not real eggs, tasted and looked like paper 😳 this is truly unacceptable in a restaurant in central London.

Good service however, I ordered the French toast brunch club which is very expensive for what you get. 1 sausage a bit of scrambled egg, and a smidge of mushrooms and rocket. Further, the restaurant bribes you to give them a 5-star and if so, they'll offer you a free coffee!

Tiny portions, extremely overpriced, and the worst food I have eaten in a long time! AVOID! Make sure you check the bill before you pay; as other reviews have stated, they don't bring the bill they just bring the card reader. So confused about all of the positive reviews, but I assume they are mainly from tourists considering the area? The food is not tasty and not cooked well (some items seemed microwaved for example the beans and pancakes). I guess it's down to personal taste, since other people seem to enjoy the food. However for us the quality of the meal was terrible, especially for the high price. Firstly as you enter the smell of the restaurant isn't too pleasant, I think because the kitchen is just a segregated area at the back of the dining area, not a proper room. The air has an oily smell, like the air from an industrial extractor fan. The pancakes are so small and thin, and the streaky bacon was unsalted whilst being overly fatty. The portion for £17 overall was tiny. My friend didn't even finish their food as it was so bad; the beans, eggs, bacon, and pancakes were not good. We were both still hungry after our meal, despite paying over £40 for two people. Mains start at approx £17 but most were £22 or more. The workers were lovely, and the coffee was nice, but overall I would never return again.

We loved this place! We came for a late breakfast and it was delicious. The latte was beautiful, I got the shakshuka (gluten free!) and my husband said his eggs Benedict was good too. We had to fight over the healthy juice, it was so delicious. They had other gluten free options as well. Doesn’t hurt that they played Sam Barber too 😍

The service was excellent, alongside the dishes. I highly recommend the healthy juices, they are so refreshing!
