Always have great cakes and coffee, which is good value. They also have really nice seasonal cakes and sweets, such as for Halloween and Easter.

Pastel y café encantador para 4 vagabundos cansados. El servicio era bueno y el personal conoce los pasteles. Mi única razón para no dar lo mejor es que soy de West Country y los pasteles parecían caros.

(Pasteles grandes y pequeños de calidad, discretamente decorados, hechos en la cocina de la tienda Konditor). Me impresionó el ambiente tranquilo ya que el personal se ocupó silenciosamente de sus asuntos. Mientras me sentaba adentro tomando un excelente café, Vi y escuché al personal mostrar un interés genuino en atender a los clientes, mientras respondía preguntas de una manera relajada y amigable. Estas señoritas, especialmente la que con una blusa blanca y larga, parecía disfrutar de su trabajo. En medio de tanta competencia en el negocio de "café y pasteles" en Londres, este lugar es realmente especial. ¡Una experiencia refrescante!

Tuve un buen café con leche aquí en esta sucursal, que es casi la primera tienda cuando entras al mercado de Spitalfields desde el lado de Bishopsgate. El servicio era bueno y al menos parcialmente con aire acondicionado en un día caluroso.

We visited on a late Saturday morning - they open at 11am on weekends. There are 5/6 outside tables on the light and airy walkway - enclosed by a high sort of perspex (clear roof). Also c 2 tables in the small shop where there is a mouthwatering display of (takeaway) cakes for sale. We had a very nice coffee each - one latte and the other cappuccino with a very enjoyable slice of victoria sponge cake and a gingerbread 'man' A nice cafe for a relaxing visit with good coffee and cake. Can recommend.

Wir sind voller Erwartung in diesen kleinen Laden gegangen, freuten uns über einen freien Tisch. Den hatte die Thekenkraft bedauernd den beiden Frauen am Tresen versprochen. Ist ok. Dann ging das Bedauern weiter, dass wir Kaffee und Kuchen als TakeAway im strömenden Regen mitnehmen sollten, da das Café in 35 Minuten schließt. Wir dachten erst das sei ein Scherz. Leider nein. Auf die Hand haben wir ein kleines Minitörtchen probiert. Ganz lecker, kam an Peggy Porschen aber nicht ran.

This place caught my eye when visiting Spitalfields and I had to come back after walking round. There’s lots of yummy cakes and treats to choose from. Prices are average for the area. Also they do small cake ‘corks’ which are £1.50 and are perfect for you if you don’t want to have a naughty big slice of cake. The sticky toffee cake was particularly amazing! The decor was bright and pretty and staff were friendly. I definitely recommend for cake and coffee at Spitalfields.

We were seeking a gluten free birthday cake with an appealing cake decoration suitable for an adult daughter's birthday. The staff were most helpful both at ordering and when we collected the cake. The recipients were delighted with the quality of the cake and its decoration. An absolute winner.

I have visited here several times for their lovely cakes but this time ordered the small brownie platter to take for a family birthday. On my next visit I will be getting brownies! They were DELICIOUS. You get 24 slices (basically a brownie cut in half) so 6 of each of the 4 flavours. We felt this was great as they are still a good size and you can get to try each type. Picked them up on the Friday and they still tasted good on the Sunday (had put them in a tin). Only down side was the packaging they came in. The lid isn’t flush so brownies moved around a bit in rucksack. Staff as ever where very friendly and helpful. Not cheap but definitely worth the money.

Came across this branch as I was visiting Spitalfields market and decided to try one of their beautiful decorated cakes. Tried the small chocolate cake with a little icing on top and it was so tasty and good. Highly recommended cake shop when you are visiting Spitalfields market. Prices are reasonable as the cakes are so yummy and well worth paying extra.

This is a great place for a slice of cake and a cup of tea when passing through Spitalfields market. The cake is the juiciest and moistest I've found in London to date. The lemon tart is utterly delicious. So is the ground almond cake. And the noisette cake. The carrot cake is the best ever. You get the drift. Service is also very friendly and up-beat. Out door seating only and it can be competitive to find a table at the weekend. Though you could opt for take away.

Absolutely amazing service, I had a problem with another cake company and went to visit Konditor and Cook at Spitafields to fix my problem... literally they couldn't have been kinder!! amazing amazing place and would recommend them over any of the bigger cake companies!!

A quick visit for a cake and coffee. The cakes are delicious (we had a carrot cake and a raspberry fudge tart) and the coffee is great too. The hot chocolate really tastes like chocolate - yum!

This is a very pleasant for a coffee and cake. We enjoyed the Lemon Chiffon slice and the Carrot Cake with excellent cappuccino and espresso. The service was good and friendly and in warmer times it is nice to sit outside.
