Very friendly staff. I normally get my food from Kokoro in Kingston, but was passing next to this one, so popped in. Food was impeccable. I had chicken katsu curry for take away and sushi. Chicken in my curry was beyond amazing! I’m used to dry crusty one in Kingston and this one was amazing, not burned, not dry out, just juicy and perfect! Sushi was amazing too. The only thing it could be better is packaging. The separate sauce wasn’t wrapped in enough cling film and it leaked a bit by the time I got home.

Second time visiting this branch and the staff are always very patient and polite! The food is delicious, big portions too!! I got the sweet chilli chicken & spicy chicken with the steamed rice - delicious!

MY KATSU SAUCE BURSTED IN THE BAG WHEN ORDERING FOR DELIVERY. IT WAS A SWIMMING POOL OF KATSU SAUCE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG The Avocado sushi had unripened solid avocado and the rice in my katsu was overcooked. The basis of every sushi restaurant is rice... 🤦‍♂️

I go to this place for lunch daily, but there is a new women in there Japanese older Who is so arrogant, rude, dismissive Trying to cut cost without customers being informed correctly all over a small amount of rice and spicy chicken Believing she doing good and she saving, what 3p have requested managers details twice and been ignored Spend a lot in here monthly, this women is new, to be honest I will stop going in there when she on Want manager details can any one help

I have always ordered the katsu curry from man different branches. Tonight from the Twickenham branch we received really bad quality food. When I called to complain the response was "just get a refund from Deliveroo". Really bad service

My daughter ate Katsu udon noodles in Kokoro Twickenham and contracted a stomach bug from it. She said the noodles tasted awful.

Lovely fresh food, Katsu curry is top tier! bit pricey but worth a purchase especially on a cold winters day :-)

I like eating at kokoro, this time we experienced eating in with my family, did not enjoyed it as the door was open on a very cold day, we were cold, could not have a cup to drink from, if you are sharing a bottle of drinks you will have to drink directly from it. Definitely not a family dining in place. I will continue buying from that store but only take aways.

Get the sweet chilli chicken - it packs a nice peppery kick. you can smell it as soon as you step into the shop. On another visit i tried their chicken katsu curry - this is a must-try., lovely fruity /chilli flavours, curry with a Japanese twist! The chicken is nice and crispy and goes well with the sauce. Reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. They do pack out the container, which is rare for a takeaway. Lovely flavours, lots to choose from, also veg options available, Cramped interior, Not ideal for dining in but they do have some seating outside. Sadly, no toilets.. So glad that they're in this part of the High Street!

Quite possibly the worst food I had in years. Low quality ingredients, overpowering sugary taste. Straight in the bin …

Beef noodles are amazing, large is a big portion also and not tight on the meat like some places

I had the Sweet and Sour chicken with noodles for lunch. It was OK, but I don’t think I’d return. Not a very strong S&S flavour, like a Chinese takeaway style, and the chicken did seem to be mostly leg/thigh.

Soy sauce was a month out of date, didn't realise till after it was all over my sushi, ruined. Went back in to return it staff tried to argue that it wasn't their fault and I may have changed it. They are bonkers

Staff are very lovely, food is nice and fast. Would highly, highly recommend the salmon Katsu Teriyaki- comes with a salad too! It’s not something I’d tried before having it here, but I liked regular salmon teriyaki so I thought why not give it a try. Portions are large too! Shop is conveniently paced as they’re near quite a few bus stops and an atm if you need it. Would recommend.

The Chicken Katsu Curry from Kokoro is a must-try. The chicken is nice and crispy and goes great with the sauce.

Food is good and staff are very polite and friendly. The main issue is lack of sitting space (only a couple chairs inside at a high bar table) and one small table outside. So best as a take away rather than an eat-in place.

I didn't like this branch at all, they walk around casually holding a simmering pan of sauce as if it isn't a safety hazard and as if they're at home. The sushi didn't have an expiry date on it and the raw tuna tasted like raw meat or something it was atrocious. Another thing that bothered me is that they had the pork next to the chicken and prawns and on the other side there was the vegetarian tofu and there really wasn't any cleanliness or sanitation between the different foods and the customer service was quite frankly terrible. The staff couldn't be bothered to serve the customers, it was annoying.

Poor listening by the staff. Asked for salmon teriyaki then charged more for something that was not salmon teriyaki, as I had to wait my wife was already eating her food!!!!! Will go back to using the Kingston branch from now on. Feel cheated 🤬

Chicken was poor quality as if it had been left there to rot. One star doesn’t even do it for me!

First time at a Kokoro and I was amazed. The staff were quick and kind. The food portions were great even for the regular. I've been to other similar places were it was rice 3/4 and topping 1/4 here it was 50/50. The taste was great. Will visit again for more.

If i could I won’t give even one star. Sweet chill chicken wasn’t eatable. Tasted like a rubber. Poor quality of food compared to the Uxbridge branch.

One our favourite easy takeout spots in the area. Katsu Curry, sweet & sour, sweet chilli and more with rice or noodles, and good range of sushi. Tasty and fresh and great value. A regular treat!

First time having Kokoro (had to get takeaway) and the servings were actually decent!

Finally, fantastic Korean food in my local area. My fiancé and I shared a large chicken bibimbap and beef bulgogi, reasonably priced at £16 for both dishes. They were both fresh and delicious bursting with authentic Korean flavours. We will definitely be returning!

Always get the spicy pork with a destructive amount of coriander. Great sushi selection too. Never disappointed.

The food is excellent in taste. The chilli chicken which is my favourite has the right intensity of chilli which does not burn your mouth. The food delicious and well worth every penny. The noodles are also excellent in taste.

As a local customer i love to come here, its lovely atmosphere, excellent service, fresh sushi. I will definitely come back more often! I think they don’t have any wifi at the moment but its not a big problem for me.
