Although the produce in this bakery are undeniably of a high standard. Customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Complete lack of interest in customers, no eye contact, no care for customer service. Previous customer commented on her exit how miserable and rude the staff were - a sentiment I share after being served by the ‘cannot be bothered attitude’ from the female staff member. If I lived in the area I would definitely never return and would recommend to anyone visiting the area to frequent the smaller bakery around the corner. First impressions count.

We love Knead! We have the most amazing maple and pecan bun as a treat every week (we struggle to pass Knead without buying one!) and their mince pies are out of this world! They’re dog friendly and our pup loves their Doggie Digestives. Their patisserie is to die for, we especially love their macarons and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We’ve also visited the Knead restaurant in Elkstone which is equally marvellous and does delicious lunches.

Popped in to try the new Rhubardb Blondie today. These are made with Rhubarb that the students have grown in the polythene here at the college. This has then been picked by the students and made into the most beautiful cakes. I will definitely be back for more!!
