KN Fried Chicken in Gosport

Placed an order. 1.5 hours later they message to say they are not delivering and I'll get a refund. No reason as to why.

Mixed reviews about the place.. Food was tasty if it was what I ordered! Ordered plain burger and this means no sauce no salad no veg what a waste and a shame really as me and my 4 children would have come back for many years called up to tell them they got it wrong and got my head bit off not happy with that although I did get a call back after 10 minutes however damage was done and meal was over

Order from these guys, was waiting an hour so I decided to call them, turns out they didn’t see the order, and said it would take another 30 minutes to arrive. They didn’t offer to throw in any extras for the inconvenience or provide a refund. Service is very poor, don’t order from their website.

Positive and great food fast delivery too

Food delivery was late despite informing them that I'm a diabetic, when food eventually arrived the chips were stone cold the hash browns were luke warm the burgers were stone cold

Not a good comparison to the bigger fried chicken company. Very oily and on the slightly burnt side of cooked, and very salty.

Fabulous chips The hot wings are 1st class as is the chicken. The ribs are tasty & juicy What more could you want?

Good service and as good as the other branded chicken place. This is cheaper too. They always smile and great portion size too.

Ordered food, it never even came LOL, called back for a solid 5 mins (after an hour+ of waiting - on 2 different numbers) and was just left to ring, had to order from somewhere else because you know, a guy has got to eat. But that's crazy, how unprofessional, what terrible business. If you can't handle orders then don't take them. Just a waste of time, put the menu swiftly in the bin after this. That's about it really.

Ordered through just eat, no option to choose what can or what you want in your burger. When it arrived I was disappointed the spicy burger wasnt spicy just a chicken burger caked in chilli, tasted horrible and chicken was dry and hard.First and last time I order from here

It was a delivery,for 3 people i had chicken and ribs combo.ribs had hardly any meat on them ,chicken very small hardly any meat very small amount of chips no milk shakes which was why we placed the order with them. .when it was chickoribs ribs had plenty of meat on them and the chicken was a decent size. Very disappointed

The business is not open, probably due to the virus but the Website is running, I placed an order Sunday and it went through, the payment was taken and has completed on my card, now I have the hassle of challenging the transaction, if you can't provide the service close the website and dont take people's money under false pretenses. Update funds returned. We site still functional though

First time I'd tried it since reopening. Nice fresh tasty chicken and fries. Beans and coleslaw watered down so give them a miss.

No issues on a weekday, but Friday and Saturday are a joke. Food always turns up cold and its NEVER delivered on time. Maybe hire more staff/drivers at the weekend to cater for how busy you get??

Ordered food at 7:10pm and it’s only just arrived at 8:53pm took that long to deliver to bridgemary what a joke. Lovely food but takes 3 hours to deliver

I went in there with a friend to order some food. I went to the counter where you can see all the kitchen and was disgusted with the state of the place! if i could no stars i would. there was old food all over the floor and the grease down the sides of the fryers was filth. I didn't even order anything and left straight away, my friend didn't order either and left disgusted. That place needs a very DEEP CLEAN!!!

Absolutely amazing service. The staff were very friendly and had a sense of humour. The food was mouth-watering and delicious. Quite frankly this is better than KFC. I am always coming here from now on.

Waited 1 hour and 30 mins for food to turn up for fried chicken to be dry as a bone chicken burger was ok and chips we're stone cold.

Was advised 45 mins to an hour for delivery .... called after an hour to check on delivery. Was advised was with the driver. No apology given. When driver arrived 25 mins after I called was told they had only picked up order 5 min ago. So was lied to about it being on route. Food luke warm, dry chicken. Burgers taste like cardboard they have been kept reheated for so long. Nothing like they used to be very disappointed

I get chips to go with my dinner. They're just across the road and it's better than stinking the house out with oil and stuff. They are nice chips and the staff are really friendly.

Ordered for 3 years and always got the BEST FOOD, Theyve now doubled their prices to a stupid amount and the food isnt worth it.. the portions are getting smaller, i understand putting prices up but not DOUBLING THEM, i agree with the below comment.. its too pricey and honestly til they put their prices back down im never ordering from them again. The portions WERE okay for the old price but NOT NOW and "gourmet burgers" arent worth it either.

Do not place a telephone order from this place. After waiting 2 hours after being promised a delivery in 45 minutes we were told it would be with us in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later still no food and only to be told they had no trace of the order. Service - non existent. No apology and basically they just lied!

Huge fan of it here, I have been here countless times. At the moment I don't live in the UK but when I visit my family in gosport this is on my list of places to visit. The food is excellent and the owners are absolutely wonderful. Kfc is not too far away but don't bother, get your chicken here, so much better and cheaper. Five stars well earned.

Decent quality food for a decent price. They are normally open quite late however delivery can take quite a while on busy nights. Other then that they serve great chicken and milkshakes

I went here for the 1st time today. I had the chicken wings fries and strips. The staff was bored and a bit unprofessional.They barely looked at me/and other customer. The next issue was that they used some type of frying oil. The food smelled like something kept in the fridge for too long.That oil was horrible and it ruined the food. Honestly i will never go back that's for sure. It was quite cheap still won't change my opinion. The fries/chips on the other hand were okay. Same with the can of Coke.

Always enjoy my food from here. I have eaten here for years, whether take away, sitting in, or now, a delivery! Lovely chicken, lovely ribs (holy God) nice chips and nice sides. It's not for everyone and they do have the odd off day food wise, but generally I very much enjoy it. The menu is pretty good. It's similar to kfc but offers the ribs and beef burgers as options, as well as chicken and the usual stuff. Always looks clean.

Ordered from here twice since moving to gosport. Their food is always scrumptious, warm and the delivery driver is very friendly! Couldn’t fault anything, looking forward to our next order!

Not open on the 27th of December, checked the website to see opening hours, it told me they were open 12-11 however when we arrived at the shop at 4 o’clock it was shut! I think they should check what their website tells the customers before they decide not to open the shop!

Chips were cold and half full. Gravey was watery.

Good food, doesn't have the greasy feel of a normal takeaway. The staff are friendly and you can eat in, take away or have delivered. The menu is basically in the title with your classic burgers added on top. If your after something quick then I recommend chickoribs.

Staff very unprofessional ! Swearing and ignoring customers to finish convosation! Very unhygienic touching raw meat and not washing hands not wearing gloves or aprons making uniforms filthy

If it was possible to give no stars I would!! Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! After my order was delivered and I realised part of the meal was missing I called to explain and was basically called a liar and told they would not be doing anything about it !!! Appalling service

Food ok for what u pay, but hygiene is shocking, in my 10 minute wait for food i witnessed some shocking moments, 1 worker worn dirty looking jeans with flour hand prints on them, soap and water is a better idea, the jeans were half way down his arse showing everyone is underwear, NICE NOT, i dont think i witnessed anyone wash there hands even though they were going between fridges, raw prep area and cooked area.

awful my food took 2 hours to turn up and it was cold phoned up loads of times spoke to a manager and to smooth things of he gave me 2 extra cans of coke which is unexceptionable really
