Kitchenetta Delicatessen & Coffee shop in East Lindsey

We stumbled across this gorgeous little cafe when our intended cafe was too full to accommodate us. It’s lovely, I liked the interiors and the staff were friendly. My coffee was lovely (although a little hotter than I’m used to). I had the Cherry Bakewell cake and that was lovely, full of flavour and very sweet, gluten free too if I remember rightly. Cute little find.

I have been to woodhall spa on many visits. The best Coffeeshop is Kitchenetta. They always have a very good selection of Gluten Free cakes Which make a really nice change from the poor and usually missing options,from other Cafés. need to follow Kitchenettas example and cater for special diets WELL DONE KITCHENETTA.

Visited today for breakfast. Had two lattes, hubby had sausage baguette with mushrooms and I’d have loved a bacon/egg baguette but they only do smoked bacon which I don’t like. I ordered poached eggs on toast instead. Lattes were nice, food came promptly and poached eggs were lovely but only got one small piece of thin sourdough toast. I thought it’d be two slices, one per egg, especially for the price. Not a disaster but I was quite surprised. Food was very nice, we sat outside and it’s dog friendly so I’d recommend for a visit but next time I’d ask for more toast!!

I was in the area for work and needed a coffee break. Amazing coffee served quickly and very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely call again if in the area. The cakes looked fresh and amazing.

Ordered soup of the day..Mushroom.. which was so thick and tasteless.. no sign of a mushroom….it did not taste of mushrooms at all. Maybe whoever prepared this used the wrong recipe.. .it was so disappointing ..

Called a couple of times, once for a drink and then again for breakfast. Lovely experience. Nice food and drinks, lovely friendly staff. Would recommend to all!

This cafe was completely empty and only 1 other customer who had already been served was there. We arrived and asked for 2 lattes and 45 minutes later, after seeing people come in and out of this cafe with their beverages we finally got up and asked where out lattes where they had said they completely forgot, when my latte finally got here, it was 3/4 froth and only abit i could actually drink. very disappointed.

Sat outside this coffee shop … needs some of the profits they make to tidy up seats tables and general appearance… cups are very hard to drink out if … handles are very small … young lady serving was very nice … tea and cake delicious.

Food is fantastic & the service is great. The cakes are amazing. We go each time we are in Woodhall!

We used to visit most weeks before lockdown but have not been back for some time, the refurbishment, and moving of the counter is an improvement but resulting in fewer seats inside. On the day when we visited there were a lot of people smoking at the outside tables so reluctantly we sat inside. The carrot cake was as fantastic as ever but the portions seemed a little smaller.

Walked in to buy some cake to take with me for a coffee to a friend's house. There were many to choose from, including Gluten Free and Vegan. They all looked delicious. I chose to have the Gluten Free orange Orange and Vanilla cake. It was absolutely lovely, so moist and has to be the best gluten free cake I have ever tried. Would certainly recommend it and I will go back soon for more! O:)

The best panini I have ever had! Good selection of cakes, with gluten free ones available too. A nice range on the menu and they also sell some lovely pantry items too. I would recommend stopping by for a latte and panini if you are in the area.

Nice stop for a coffee. Limited seating outside but more than most. Wide selection of cakes. Salted caramel a bit dry but tasty. Quite expensive at almost £5 a slice to eat in. Slice was large. Perhaps too large. Decent coffee. Polite service. Didn’t get check in after service.

Whenever we go to Woodhall spa on holiday or for the day we always go here for a brekky, great deli food and fab coffee, keep up the great work

Small and friendly coffee house in central Woodhall Spa. A lovely place to stop for a coffee ( or lunch) relax and people watch . The best cakes and food but if you like your coffee this is the place .

The service and the food is never disappointing, we always leave with a smile on our faces. The eggs benedict is a must and my favourite, but to be fair I have never eaten anything there that I have not been really happy with.

A visit to Kitchenette is Special and a trip to Woodhall is never complete without a taste of their Hot Chocolate -and if you time it around lunchtime you will get a well prepared and tasty meal from a good selection of dishes.You will always be greeted and served with warm smiles and attention from the girls.

Called in for coffee and cherry and almond cake - both delicious! Service good. Roadside seating ok.

Absolutely beautiful coffee and lovely pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. Seems like a simple thing to get beautifully made coffee and we’ve been disappointed in a lot of cafes but Kitchenetta staff made lovely lattes the few days we were there. So nice after a walk and they accept Dogs which for us was a bonus. We’ll be back when we come to Woodhall Spa again.

We only had coffee here and it was very nice. Limited seating available but it is nice if you can get a seat.

We stopped for a late morning coffee and had a delicious bacon baguette and a slice cherry and almond cake which was truly wonderful. The cafe was really lively and the atmosphere was very convivial. The staff were great and work really hard. We kept saying on our drive back to Norfolk just how much we had enjoyed it and just how perfect it was for what we wanted.

What a beautiful place. Food, drinks and service 10 out of 10. I love coming here! A must if you are in Lincolnshire.

First time we have visited this lovely coffee shop/cafe, we were not disappointed, lovely friendly lady who served me .We had a lovely hot sausage roll + coffee, delicious ! Though small inside, it didn't lack atmosphere or friendliness, we will definitely return..also yummy cakes on display. Happy Christmas to you all.

Just can this place get any better mushrooms, poached eggs, mancheji cheese on sour dough toast. I’m not sure you would find better quality ingredients in Harrods. Staff are always lovely, professional and attentive. Kitchenetta has been my favourite cafe since it opened and it will be difficult to beat it.

Hideously overpriced food and drinks. Orange juice is from concentrate and served in a plastic bottle. Food portions are small and expensive. Staff were spluttering and coughing- please allow them days off when ill. They shouldn’t be anywhere near food service. Much prefer the Inn or the woodland cafe.

I ordered poached eggs and avocado and a sausage baguette. The toast which came under the eggs was so thin, you’d call it melba toast, it would have broken someone’s teeth. The avocado was cut so thinly they must have used a quarter of it. The sausage baguette had seen better days and the onion which came with it was from a jar. Hardly ate any of it. It was terrible. The staff were also terrible, never bothered to clean the plates away so sat there for a while with it in front of us whilst they talked. Not friendly service, overpriced food you could easily make at home and will never go in there again. Left hungry and annoyed, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and the food was rubbish. The Woodlands cafe just up the road is much better, actually fills you up with good service and at half the price. We just though we’d try somewhere else out...big mistake. If I could give zero stars I would.

On lovely day's visit to Woodhall Spa we hit the bullseye for a late lunch here with one of the best salads we have had at this retro cafe where food has a delicious twist. Such friendly service too.

Etta, Julie and her team very kindly agreed to open up Kitchenetta on Saturday night for mine and my fiancé’s engagement party. From the first enquiry they were so helpful, accommodating and flexible towards us. They provided hot and cold nibbles along with a selection of alcoholic, soft and hot drinks to our guests - nothing was too much trouble! All of the guest were complimentary of the atmosphere, food and drink that they provided. We would without a doubt recommend them for a private function.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely vegan breakfasts/brunch (avocado, tomoatoes, mushrooms and in the summer, asparagus on sourdough bread) and always one vegan cake.

Lovely coffee and a tasty chorizo sausage roll! Good choice of tasty snacks,such as scrambled eggs and smoked salmon etc!

I love Kitchenetta and am lucky to live local so I can visit fairly regularly! I tend to have the eggs benedict when I go and must say it’s the best I’ve ever had anywhere and is my favourite place to go for breakfast. The staff are very nice and accommodating and the food is of very good quality and always very tasty and perfectly cooked. It’s also a beautiful location being in Woodhall Spa. Only thing I would say is I wish it was bigger!

we had family visiting so we had to take them to Kitchenetta. We loved this place. How embarrassed were we? Has the place been sold? some of the staff looked the same. It wasn't a busy afternoon so we thought good. Wrong. It took 20 minutes for a sausage roll to be warmed. They managed to cut a reasonably sliced piece of cake and then sliced that into 3!! I couldn't believe my eyes. Over £3.50 for the smallest slither. We waited 15 mins for our coffee. They didn't even apologise. Never has it been like this. Very, very disappointing.

5/5 stars definitely!! Had a lovely time at Kitchenetta, 5 food orders came out in 10 minutes, good variety of food and drinks. Lovely environment for children, adults and babies. Would 100% recommend!!

We love it here. Been numerous times with friend..hubby..my mum. Got a lovely feel and atmosphere inside and quality of food is lovely and well priced. Hubby prefers bigger portions but he is known to be greedy! Delicious coffee and staff very chirpy and polite. will continue to be a returning customer :)

We were cycling from Derby to Skegness and by 70 miles in need of food. There looked like an excellent selection of cafes along the Broadway in Woodhall Spa but we settled on the Kitchenetta. We were not disappointed. I had a fantastic Choritzo sausage roll. My cycling colleagues went for the scrambled egg and bacon on bread. Really good coffee. It being Sunday lunchtime, the cafe was busy and service was a little slow but with 70 miles behind us and 30 to go, we were in no particular hurry! Even the sun came out while we sat outside the front. A note for cyclists - cycle parking is somewhat restricted, it being a High Street. If there's a group of you, you might like to take a padlock in case you have to park up a short distance away.

A small mixed purpose coffee shop with a fine delicatessen selection. There is an inspired breakfast menu using great ingredients, artisan bread and the best scrambled eggs I have ever had. Table space is limited, outside seating could be more comfortable, but the standard of food more than outweighs these minor drawbacks. A must visit establishment.

Visited for brunch with family. Great menu, really good variety. Food was lovely and fresh. Staff were really helpful- they moved us to a larger table, nothing was too much trouble.

Just finished a delicious lunch with a good friend. As always there was masses of choice. However, my Spanish ham and mozzarella special choice had sold out. A quick choice of the bacon cranberry and brie quiche was made and turned out to be scrumptious.

Called in for breakfast, really very good. Welcomed by lovely staff, excellent food and coffee. Parked right outside the door.

Really friendly staff and a good range of gluten free cakes. My parents live locally and my father visits regularly. Recommended

Not a place for a quick cappuccino. Beyond slow, nearly gave up and went after 15 mins. Cappuccino not good , just hot milk no froth and covered in chocolate all over saucer and handle. Didn’t stay to try the food.

An Americano and soya flat white provided the perfect accompaniment to decent sized slices of this lovely cake with just the right texture and citrussy zing. Service was good and there were plenty of vegan friendly items such as pasta sauces, grains and pulses on the well stocked food shelves.

Called in for lunch with my hubby for lunch and coffee, great service from the owner and her staff, also its nice to find a dellie inside selling lots of lovely foods from around the world. Recommend

Went to this cafe nearly every day we lived in Woodhall Spa for three years. The cappuccinos are delicious and they serve breakfast all day. They are even open in the evenings in the summer for drinks. Service is prompt and friendly. They do a great job for the annual “40s festival” in Woodhall every year. “Best-looking Dames in all of Woodhall”

We went (my partner and toddler) on a busy Saturday and loved it. I had the Rueben on sourdough, which was so good, and so big that the lovely Julie packed it up so I could take it home. Lots of homemade food, that’s super tasty. They also sell lots of great indie food brands too, really recommended this place.

Very friendly staff, only a small coffee shop but very welcoming towards dogs and their customers. Hot chocolate was delicious as was the raspberry lemonade. Would visit again.

As the title says the staff are amazing, friendly and go out of their way for me. The food is very tasty in flavour and diverse in ingredients. They accommodate my dairy-free needs.

Another successful brunch, bacon on fresh white slightly toasted baguette with tomato sauce, lovely. Basic food done well is hard to beat, but they do so much more too!

Best decaf coffee ever tasted!! Chorizo sausage not bad either! Wife says Hummingbird cake is a must.

This cafe was recommended to me by a resident of Woodhall Spa & in the last two months I have visited twice when I have been in the area. Really enjoyed a panni, a small cake and a pot of tea!

Lovely setting and decor with some tables on the pavement and some inside. Friendly staff, my roast veg and pesto panini was outstanding, my son's salt beef with Reuben sauce sandwich just the nicest salt beef you could have, way better than Brick Lane's finest and my wife had a delicious chicken and veg panini. Not expensive either! Gem of a place.

This was our first time visit and the place was quite busy both outside and inside, there is not a lot of room inside and care has to be taken not to fall over the stacks of offerings in front of the counter. The menu had a wide choice of sandwiches, baguettes plus specials and choice of cakes. Orders had to be placed at the counter with table service of orders, staff were friendly but the downside was the long waiting time for our food to arrive when it came it was very good baguettes served with a green side salad.

We were spending a few days in Lincolnshire staying in Woodhall Spa. We went twice during our visit. The food was excellent and the staff were all very helpful. It is a lovely venue.

Last year there was a misunderstanding with paying my bill at the till. My name was cleared and proof of my payment confirmed. I was however upset following this. Since then the staff have been and continue to be absolutely marvellous. I feel their action more than compensate for the original error. I love still going to Kitcheneta and love that they have moved with the times, offering gluten and dairy free choices, where others continue to refuse to offer alternatives.

One of our favourite places to sit and watch the world go bye, whilst enjoying lovely food and drink.

I'm a regular visitor to Kitchenetta and it's fab! I love the way it's evolved over the last few years and the ambience created.

Just back from staying in woodhall spa and happened across this delightful cafe ...the coffee is first rate as are the delicious cakes and pastries. We were so impressed we returned the next day to try the chorizo roll which hubby enjoyed and I had the pancakes they were outstanding. Excellent customer service and all at reasonable prices. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.

We spent e few days in Woodhall Spa and visited Kichenetta every morning for breakfast. The porridge is quite the best I've every tasted, so creamy, with mountains of nuts and berries. The staff were so friendly, always willing to chat and offer advice about the location. It was great to see so many locals stopping by too. W also called in for tea and cake, so difficult to resist the tempting display of yummy cakes. We bought some oats to bring home with us, sadly, I don't think they'll taste as good in Reading, but they'll be better than supermarket oats for sure!

We have had a lovely brunch this morning, mine being eggs benedict with tasty bacon and a latte. Lovely food and great service. I would like to also add how well the young lady waitress dealt with an accident that happened which in NO WAY was her fault. She was carrying a try of black coffees and for what ever reason a customer suddenly stood up with her hands aloft knocking the whole tray all over the poor girls bare arms, potentially very serious for her, she was quick to go straight to the kitchen and put her arm under cold water. The customer had no apology and was more interested in when her coffee would be coming. The staff dealt with the situation in a very prompt and professional manner. I’m not sure I would have been as polite.

Such a lovely venue. Always has an excellent menu choice. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Today I had mushrooms, eggs and manchengo on sour dough toast with a latte. It was scrumptious. I had to overt my eyes from the huge slices of cake! It took my 3 days to eat a slice last time! Shame about the very rude and obnoxious elderly lady today who did her utmost to embarrass the staff. She knocked scorching hot coffee all over one of the waitresses and then made a scene to suggest it was the waitresses fault! The only person she embarrassed was herself. The staff should be very proud of how professionally they handled themselves. My friends and I can’t wait to visit again :-)

Good coffee and gorgeous cakes make Kitchenetta our favourite snacking venue in Woodhall. Nothing to fault it.

After such poor service at another venue in Woodhall Spa on the busy 40’s weekend, & being told we’re not open until 11.00am, what a relief to call at this lovely place & have such great service! Although the staff were extremely busy, nothing was too much trouble. Delicious coffee, lovely cakes & breakfast menu and service with a smile. It’s nice to see someone organised & taking full advantage of the opportunity from a massively busy weekend. Well done!! Give yourselves a big pat on the back! You thoroughly deserve it.

We had a lovely lunch in this very friendly cafe. We had a young child and pushchair and nothing was too much hassle. Food was delicious and was dry reasonable for what we ordered ! Will be back again and thankyou !

Another visit to see my Mum in Lincolnshire and we tried to get to Woodhall before Kitchenetta closed. So disappointed that we arrived late. So we made up for that by having breakfast and lunch there the next two days. Coffee was wonderful, brunch menu is great for meat eaters and vegetarians and always good to chat to Etta and the lovely staff there. Best place in the area.

As a repeat customer I can happy recommend Kitchenetta to anyone visiting Woodhall Spa. The staff are friendly and hard working. The food and drink is consistently of a good quality. What takes this place from being very good and into excellent for me is the level of thought that goes into making the place run. This place starts the day as breakfast bar turns into café/bistro and even metamorphoses into a continental style bar some evenings. Each facet is achieved to a good standard and all this whilst in addition running as a delicatessen. Finally whilst space is at a premium in this small establishment even when full up you never left with the feeling that the place is overcrowded.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. One of our members is a bit of a coffee connoisseur and we originally started using the Kitchenetta for its coffee.

Called in for a quick coffee on to go, the lady serving was very welcoming and asked what would I like, with a smile . I ordered a coffee to go, but asked if she could make it hotter as I had a short drive and would drink it whilst waiting to collect my Son.

Wonderful lunch stop, great choice of delicious sandwiches,cakes and coffees, well behaved dogs allowed but seating outside as well.

Lovely coffee shop, spent a month searching for a good coffee in Lincolnshire and finally found it here. Had a lovely small meal also. Staff friendly, the lady running the shop does an excellent job, caring as much as if she was the owner. When I return from Australia will definitely head here for a coffee again.

Called in for a quick lunch but the cakes looked scrummy so it was 2 slices of cake to take away for us, we had Tea already in the car....I don't know which member of staff bakes the cakes on offer but they are truly fantastic at the risk of upsetting my Wife I will say they are better than home made !

As VERY regular coffee shop customers around our area, we were so disappointed with our visit. Over £11 is the most we have paid anywhere locally for two cakes, a small Americano and a tea. The piece of attractive-looking caramel and peanut flapjack proved to be inedible - it was rock hard, it couldn't be cut or bitten without losing a filling. As we left, we politely and quietly indicated this to the lady in charge who was completely indifferent and just dismissed our comments with a mumbled Sorry. We won't be returning, sorry. Too expensive for what we had as well.

Saturday drive with family and visited Kitchenette which came r3commended by another shop owner in the area. Thoroughly enjoyed and would visit again
