Probably the best pizza we’ve had for as long as I can remember - reiterated by the nephew. We could finish our yummy pizzas so we’re able to take the remaining slices home in goodie box. Tetu our waiter was v helpful and friendly too. Services was quick and efficient. For country folk the only thing ever is London prices but expect to pay that anywhere - but don’t mind for such yummy food!

I went on Sunday lunch to have a nice time with my friends. The restaurant was short of staff , we waited so long for our food. The waiter was amazing, his name I think was Luigi (I just asked him).He said he wasn’t the manager so he couldn’t ask for extra support. In my opinion he did very well, he was doing all his best and the kitchen chef also was serving the food. To be honest, I think they should hire more people or change this situation .Luigi should have more responsibilities or at least have a manager position if something happens. Thank you very much for all your effort.

Excellent service from Muj as soon as we stepped in, very polite and followed all Covid-19 regulations including etc taking of temperature which was done very fast and in a sensitive manner. I would recommend to anyone who's looking for a relaxed vibe setting, perfect customer care and not forgetting great pizza, Italian and Indian options. We will be coming back!

I have gone to the Kitchen Pizzeria a couple of times recently and am continuously disappointed in the experience, however after today I will never visit again. Every time we visit the service is bad and the food takes forever. Today I visited and we were the only table in the restaurant. Due to some ALLERGIES I asked to switch my fries for some plain lettuce - something I have done numerous times in the past. My server was extremely rude to our table, told me that "just because we've done before doesn't mean you should expect it today." I was told that the plate would only come out with fries and that I should just be okay with this. Our food did not come out at the same time, and one person at my table did not get their meal until everyone else was finished. I understand that when customers make substations that may be annoying for the kitchen staff, however my request required the bare minimum of effort, and would allow me to actually be able to eat the meal I paid for, something they've done before, especially considering the fact we were the ONLY table there. This was not a case of difficulty but a case of the kitchen being stubborn for no reason. With the amount of options for food in London and even just Mile End, I would recommend spending your money on a place that will go the extra mile in food quality, taste and service. If plain lettuce with no dressing or toppings is so difficult then I would rather spend my money anywhere else.

Kitchen Pizzeria has good food but the staff didn't have much personality. I think that the ambience would've been better later in the evening. I enjoyed my pizza (margherita with mushrooms and goats' cheese), it had a lot of flavour and it was big. However the wait staff didn't seem to speak much English.

Totally recommend this restaurant. Very relaxed atmosphere, food is amazing and all of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. And very accommodating with Canadians and their obsession with ketchup. Special thanks to Morena and Oscar for always making us feel special!!
